Steamboat Smoke Shop

I had a good experience my first time at the shop but as the other reviews said timelines isn’t a this business has. Sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes and no one showed up to open the shop. I called twice but the number goes to the phone inside where no one is. Definitely disappointed

This is kind of a 1 Star review, but the second star is for the hilarious entertainment these reviews/responses provide.The owner is for sure disrespectful and rude. I was personally offended and thrown off with the way he treated me.The store does have a nice glass selection, but I would never buy from him.

Theyre highly overpriced. The manager refused my service because I called him out on being rude to me when I was trying to purchase something. Added: As you can see by the owners response below. He has literally stalked us in order to have found out where I live, and who my mother is. The tank was 45, the Bong 20, and then a bottle of vape juice.. yet my total came to 168?! So I stepped away before paying, when I decided to only purchase one thing he rolled his eyes, so I called him out again and he refused service. I WAS NOT NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN ASKED FOR AN ID WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS BUSINESS, including when it was Go Ask Alice, when I was in fact in high school or right out of. So how many things was I paying for? Im not sure?? Good thing he refused service after that over priced rudeness.

I dont understand the bad reviews! I stopped going to a different shop that treated me horribly after multiple wonderful experiences at Steamboat Smoke Shop. I absolutely adore the man working here. hes super friendly, has tons of patience while I look around like a kid in a candy shop, and has even taken photos of products Ive purchased elsewhere to try to order them for me through his shop. best spot in town, by far!

Nice vape selection. Weve bought here a few times and have been pleased with our purchases. Convenient location just off Steamboats main street. Shop is well kept and with a welcoming vibe. The man who runs the place is helpful and friendly. Besides vapes, tobacco and cigars, there is a wide variety of smoke accessories if thats what youre looking for.

Very rude man indeed. I saw that he was selling to the youth!? The prices are overly high! I forked out an arm and a leg for an electronic and when I brought it back to the hotel it was malfunctioning! I brought it back in a state of distress exclaiming that it was broken. He screamed at me.... screamed... refusing to refund the money, I was confused, isnt a man who runs a business meant to employ a certain level of customer service, an air of polite sprezzatura? I persisted as I did not like the tones emitted from this man who was convinced I was a scam artist. My argument triumphed (barely) and he agreed to replace the item with a less than sub-optimal piece of glass. I then proceeded to another nearby shop which gave me excellent service at a reasonable price! Look if you want to have an experience in which you have to exercise your primal instincts to navigate the treacherous psychological environment, then this is the place for you! However, if you want a good experience in which you receive quality items from employees who wear a smile, then go and explore some of the better shops around the town!Thanks,-Hubert

Greg is a great business owner an friend as well as having the best price on all vape an tobacco products in steamboat springs. Very professional an knowledgeable about all ur needs an wants. He gets a 5 star from me anyday.

With few options for vape supplies, its nice to have someone in town who understands. Nice supply of reg vape juice, salts, mods, tanks, and accessories.Also carry lots of head shop items and things for tobacco and cannabis use. The gentleman who works there has always been nice and professional with me.

Ignore the bad reviews, this shop was awesome and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I broke my vape while on vacation and he hooked me up with an exact replacement

The man running the store was very rude. Rang up a few items and I said oh sorry I need to take one thing off. He said you need to hurry up , I said you dont need to be rude so he put all my stuff up and walked away refusing to wait on me. Will not give him a penny of my money

Great selection of vapes, jewelry and other great smoke shop finds!!! Owner is so helpful went above and beyond to assist me with getting my purchase set up. Late hours are helpful for locals and visitors. I would 100% recommend this smoke shop!!!

Greg at the smoke shop is super helpful, very nice, and super knowledgeable. This is the best smoke shop EVER. I seriously recommend this place to people interested. Its got a cool and easygoing atmosphere and so many different items in the shop that will please and interest any shop goer. After spending a bit of time in there and getting to talk to the staff this will always be my first choice for a smoke shop! Love it.

I have been coming here for years and the bad reviews people leave make me sick. This man is always nice, very helpful no matter the issue. If I ever got faulty product it was replaced, lots of choices LOVE THAT!

Dont ever go here, guy charged me twice on my credit card. Then got upset when I called him, like I was trying to steal from him, zero understanding or customer service!! Just paid forty dollars for a coil and an adapter, so worth the hassle!

Just walked in here 5 minutes ago and walked out immediately. The owner was the biggest jerk I’ve ever experienced in my life. We wanted to buy cigars but he treated us bad enough we told him to forget it. Never shop here!

*After receiving a very defensive response from the owner, I decided to give this business 1 star. Please acknowledge this is the only bad review I’ve left and it’s for a reason. I couldn’t care less about a google badge, I just want people to know the honest truth in where they shop.* How is this the ONLY smoke shop in steamboat? Dude opened an HOUR late, what?! After I called the previous day and they said they opened at 1pm. I went to buy some kratom. I hope its good because it is the most expensive kratom I have bought here in CO. Maybe work on your customer service skills and hours of operation. I do not know if I will go here again. They seem like they need some good competition.

Awesome selection of glass and vape products! Although, sometimes its closed between 12-1 when the hours say otherwise and sometimes you must pay cash... Great shop, but Ive been put in a bind a few times because it was closed during business hours.

The shop is closed random times. I’ve stopped by there 5 times during what is stated as “open” and lights are off, no one home. Super frustrating not knowing if a business will be open when it should be.

Im not sure about the owner he doesnt talk much. But his product is very unique and colorful

This place never opens on time. Last time I was in there, was the last time. The guy cussed me out and I had to demand my debit card back.
