Venetian Nail Spa

For my first time I thought it was going to be more up to date on the inside. They registered me but didn’t explain any sales or points system to me. Never told about pricing or never given a pricing sheet to see options until I went back up to see what they offered.Polish wall was not too appealing to me as the colors looked as if they had been sitting there for a while.I waited like 10-15 minutes before I was called up for a pedicure.Nail tech was nice and professional- she shows me the menu , did a great job there for I did leave a great tip .Then this other worker lady started to clean the other chairs and with the same rag cleaned my arm chair with the wet rag. I didn’t touch that side any more and just leaned over to the other side .Chairs were a bit torn and worn out in some corners.Greeters were nice to me but were not nice to each other. WiFi is not an Option there.I guess every nail tech has a small tackle box-case of their own tools.

The front desk is super sweet and helpful with picking colors! I went to Helen for my pedicure who is absolutely delightful! She takes her time which I appreciate and is really nice. Love this salon, I usually make an appointment because then they give me who I like and make plans for the nail techs who know how to do designs

I was recommended by an aquitancxe to try this place out and was not disappointed. I made a last minute appointment and upon entering the salon I felt.very welcomed. The front desk receptionist Evelyn was very accommodating and made sure to propmtly get me situated. I got a pedicure and felt very comfortable and relieved how professional my tech was ( I believe it was Leslie). I noticed how all her supplies she used were sealed and likely sanitized. The massage she gave me with the stones literally put me to sleep...Will definitely be back!

Its really crazy when I didnt know what I would do with my nails. Luckily, they recommended me to do this kind of design and it was an incredible result. This is my best design I ever did! Will come back with another design!

This is a top notch facility from the moment you walk in the door. Friendliest staff, clean, and not over priced. Tina does my gel manicure and she is so gentle and kind. She remembers everything and shows me colors she knows I like and she’s not dealing with the greatest of nails believe me but they always turn out beautiful. Love this place!

My mother in law and I both got the venetian pedicure. The experience is usually so nice, but this time it felt rushed. Further most part my feet were smooth and the nail polish looked okay besides a few spots that werent cleaned up.It was nice sitting in the massage chairs though.

As always, everyone there is so Incredibly caring, nice And professional. I’m going to the Rolling Stones concert on Sunday and Gia was able to freehand the Rolling Stones tongue two of my fingers and it looks absolutely amazing! Thank you to Raymond and especially Gia for making this visit extra special!

The only one that came out right was my pointer finger. I was charged $84 for a fill and cat eye, and you can’t even see the cat eye in most of my fingers. The pointer finger was the tester nail. That was what the rest of the nails were supposed to look like. I will never go back. This photo was taken in direct sunlight. The second photo is what it was supposed to look like.

I absolutely loved my experience here! I brought my grandma and the nail tech made her super happy during her pedicure. She created a comfortable environment and made her laugh! The receptionist, Mady, made us so happy as well as she was soo sweet and efficient! Would come again!

Been coming here for 6 years now. Never disappointed the service is professional and friendly. I like Jimmy for nails he is very particular to make sure it’s perfect and Millie for pedicure is also brilliant. They offer you drinks and have massage chairs. They are great at making sure you are happy and are great if you need a repair. It’s a lovely salon with Televisions and great music.

Why do they sit you for a pedicure to then wait after they sit 5 other people that manage to come in while Im sitting here. Water cold.....So, 1 lady registered me in. Boss lady comes around and shuffles the customer check-in papers, so now I get taken back after three other walk-ins. While I sit and wait, they are 1/3 way done.The ladies and gentlemen that work here are great. I tip great, and I think it comes down to this managerThis manager is Def not my fav.

This is the most expensive nail salon with the lowest quality of work I have ever been to. I paid $72 for these short bulky nails (I did not ask for the bulk. I like thin nails). I got them done less than 24 hours ago and they are already lifting. You can see in the pictures. There is bubbles in the paint & the tips are so uneven.They told me the nails alone were $50 and an extra $20 for the French tip because of how sloped it was. They also did not mention the extra cost while servicing me.There are so many other salons you could go to for this price and get much friendlier service.

I got the cuccio pedicure and a full set pointy almond. The experience was great. Unfortunately I forgot their names… the lady who did my nails showed a lot of attention to the shape, I had no issues with it being misaligned nor it being uneven. There are not bulky. She had a sweet personality. The lady who did my pedicure did a fantastic job with the foot massage!!!! This is my new nail spa!!!!

My go to nail salon for years. This is the best nail salon in the sugarland area! The service is always great and I can always get an appointment within the same day. My go to nail tech is Helen. She shapes my nails so perfectly and always takes her time. I’ve never experienced any problems with Helen as she is super attentive. Hera is super sweet as well and great for pedicures. If you come in not sure what you want, Vee is super sweet and will help out with any questions you have. Overall 10/10 nail salon and the staff is great.

Ive always had wonderful experiences at Venetian Nail Spa, a place Ive frequented for many years. The reason is simple: their technicians are top-notch! My favorites are Kim, Laura, Tracy, Sam, Leslie, and Helen. Due to their popularity, Ive also got a list of backup technicians in case my regulars are unavailable. The spa offers a vast array of options, and the chair massages are so relaxing theyll lull you to sleep. If youre considering a visit, dont hesitate. Let Gia and Tom welcome you to a fantastic spa experience!

Their work is good, but way too expensive and pricey. I won’t return to this place and pay 82.40 dollars for a simple nail design again.

I always go here with Raymond he does an amazing job with my nails. Love how he listens to what I want as far as shape and length of the nails. He is so profesional! Judy did my pedicure today and it was amazing she took her time and did an amazing job !!

I always have a positive experience at Venetian. They are kind and accommodating. I’ve been a regular with Helen for a few months now. She provides detailed, clean, long lasting results with my nails!

This is a decent salon where the nail techs are pretty good. I did not appreciate how the customer is forced to pay a 3% credit card fee when you pay with any card which should not be the responsibility of the customer but the business. I feel like thats a slap in the face of the customer when we are already expected to pay a tip to the techs as well...I just really do not appreciate that. It feels like a penny pinch and just trying to put a business cost onto the customer. If you do come here pay cash. Idk if Ill be coming back because that really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Love this place! You also get complimentary white wine, which was news to me. The limit is two glasses. I got the ombré dip powder on my hands. They also offer student discounts m-w and have a birthday discount (the week of your bday). The staff is nice and place is well kept. Would recommend to a friend.

I just love the atmosphere at Venetian. Everyone is so sweet and friendly. From the moment you’re greeted at the front door to the nails techs and management, I feel so welcomed. They always take their time with me and never rush. I always leave very happy!

The pedicures were very subpar. I got the most luxurious one under the impression that it was the most relaxing.... NO. It was borderline 2 stars. They charge you $60 only to tear some essential oil packages and put it in the water. The materials they have are not fresh and natural as you would expect for a pedicure, and they also had an extremely limited selection for colors.Aria Nail Spa across the street does WAY better pedicures. I got a jelly pedi and a cuccio manicure and it was great!! Leslie did my manicure and she was so careful and gentle. I know doing my nails is a challenge because they’re short and I don’t have the best upkeep but Leslie was super sweet about it and gave me some kind tips as to how to support better nail care. Annie was also very gentle and I know it was also a challenge for her because I haven’t gotten a pedicure in ages but she was also gentle and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. My mom also came with me and Mia did her pedicure and she was also amazing. I was so happy and will definitely be coming back❤️the price is definitely worth it!

Beware!! Green Nails!!! I went to this location to get a fresh full set of acrylic on 9/28/21. On 10/26/21 I went in for a refill. Exactly 2-weeks later (11/9/21) I went into the shop because I noticed lifting and discoloration. I got in maybe 30-minutes before closing time. When I explained why I was coming in the guy at the front examined my nail and then asked me if I hit it on something. I told him no. He proceeded to get another guy to come and look at my nails. They told me that they were about to close and offered for me to come later in the week. I explained to them that I cannot work with a finger nail hanging off. After talking to a few workers, the second guy couldnt get anyone to fix my nail (Im guessing because of the time) . He then proceeded to deter me from getting my nail fixed by telling me that it has been 2-weeks already, that I should be getting a new set, and it will cost $5 to fix. How can a full-set of acrylic last only 2-weeks??? I have been getting my nails done for a long time and the recommendations from my previous technicians was 4-weeks and I have never experienced this before. I kindly let them know that I will no longer visit the salon. Once arriving home, I decided to take off all the nails due to its condition. Once off, I noticed I had not 1, but 2 GREEN NAILS! Disgusting!! I will not be back. They did not lay they nails down correctly to prevent lifting and moisture from getting inside. They probably are not using clean equipment either. I was very disappointed at the lack of customer service and their workmanship.

I am writing this review while getting my Pedi done. When I moved to Texas I was looking for a good Pedi place and found them. Its been a year since i’ve been coming here once in 15 days.The reason why I decided to write a review is coz of the Leslie. My O my!!! I haven’t received service like this.Normally when they hear its a regular pedi, they are done in 15-20 mins but this girl gave me a royal service.Please schedule your appointment with Leslie, you wont be disappointed.She definitely is getting a good tip

Jimmy did my nails special for my baby shower. I showed him a picture and he did it beyond my expectations. Lilly did my daughters nails and my daughter fell in love with Lilly. She is very personable and super amazing with children. I highly recommend this place. You wont be disappointed.

Went here for my moms birthday and had such a relaxing experience. We got manicures and pedicures; the colors were great and they gave amazing massages.I live out of town and will definitely be coming back again.

Danny is the best.... my nails always look the best and laughed so long when he does my nails. They are a little bit pricier than most nail salons but I must say the quality of service you receive is worth it

This place is absolutely gorgeous inside and they have plenty of people which is great but the service just was not 5 star. They said the would match the polish and I tried to tell them it didnt match but they kept applying coats in hopes of a good match. No luck. These services take time so to wait for a do-over is not feasible when you have things to do. My friend swears by this so Ill assume it was a fluke.

I got my nails done by Tom and they’re the best nail set I’ve gotten! Looks like my real nail super thin and strong he’s a pro!

I can’t even describe how amazing this nail salon is. I’ve never had a bad experience. They have never left me disappointed and always take such good care of me and my family when I bring them here to get mani, pedis, acrylic nails and even eyebrow waxes. Every technician does so much to make sure your happy and treats you like royalty. 😁

After calling the day prior to ensure that they accept Venetian nail spa giftcard purchased at La Centerra they said YES, I was shocked and upset that when it came time to pay they told me it was “invalid” and couldn’t accept my payment so I had to shell out $50 that I otherwise wouldn’t have. I am in the process of paying for my wedding and on a very tight budget but I was gifted this card and decided since it would be free for me either way, I should enjoy it. Management is out to get your money that’s it…not to mention I said clearly I wanted regular polish about 10 times and was pushed for shellac each time. What part of I don’t want to drill my nail beds is hard to understand? Nails came out ok, but then again I’m not a picky person

1. My real nails were made much shorter than the agreed upon length2. I was burned by the tool multiple times after telling the technician my hands are sensitive to the heat3. This is the finished result.My pedicure was perfect, however, I will not be returning to this establishment which is a shame as it’s only 1 mile from my home.

I get my done once a month. I like it. The staff is nice. There is little to no wait time. Ive been getting my nails done there over 2 years. I have only had one bad experience. Thats pretty good. They also have a discount program that they do honor.

I’ve been coming to Venetian Nails for some time now and am used to a high quality experience. My sister even got her wedding nails done here! My most recent visit has been incredibly frustrating though. I asked for chrome nails and was told to sit down before I could pick out a chrome powder. The technician then picked out one for me and it wasn’t the one I wanted. I had to come back again to get it filed down and a new chrome powder on. 2 days later my nails started peeling off. This has never happened when I’ve received shellac before. I came back twice in the same week - was given the same technician each time. Now I’m out of town and another nail has peeled off entirely and I can’t get it fixed. Would’ve expected to receive some compensation back for this. I was planning on coming here for my own wedding nails but now am feeling hesitant.

I really don’t like doing this but I got my nails done two weeks ago and I did acrylic instead of dip. I usually always do dip but the guy that did my nails convinced me to try acrylic. He was really nice and my overall experience was good and pleasant. Once I got home my fingers were red and felt hot so decided to take a Benadryl. The next morning my fingers looked worse so I went back and told them to take the nails off since my fingers felt painful and numb. I’m in no way shape or form saying it’s their fault that I had an allergic reaction. It’s the way they handled it I didn’t appreciate. They did not offer me a refund or to do my nails again, or at least offer me a discount. The manager asked me if I took benadryl prior to taking my nails off as if she was insisting that Benadryl would fix the issue. I’m disappointed because I actually liked the salon and was happy to finally find a place I could keep coming back to.

This location is so beautiful! My fav is being able to have a selection of wine(or water) while getting a pedicure! Nikki is amazing at pedicures she definitely takes her time and I feel extremely relaxed after my spa like treatment. Lee keeps my nails classy & professional. I appreciate the whole atmosphere!

I would give 0 STARS they charge you to use your credit/debit card constantly switching employees they dont listen to what to custom want they do what they want and charge you for a service you didnt ask for be careful and pay attention to the price Horrible

I love Venetian Nail Spa! I come here every time I visit Sugar Land, and they always do a great job. Tom did my nails this time and he was awesome! He checked and made sure I was happy at every step. Highly recommend!!

First off the management has and extremely bad attitude for the prices they charge. I have had two bad experiences.When you first go they are extremely nice and overpriced nails and pedicures $200.Christine the technician I started using was nice on first visit and as I made more appointments she got really nasty not sure why she works in the customer service. Christine with such a nasty attitude only wants to do your nails the way that she wants to do them not the way that you want them to be done.What’s more insulting is if you tell her that you want something and she doesn’t like it she starts talking in the Vietnamese language or whatever language which is rude. The sad part is I understand some of the things she says. Lol 😂 they should be careful what’s being said. She got made because I don’t like an acrylic on my nails and because she put an acrylic dip on my nails when I told her I only like dip I wind up losing a nail. And someone else corrected her issueI try not to write bad reviews but today was the straw with the owner and Christine.Maybe it’s time for the Telfair and Sugarland community to stop supporting this business until they learn how to Treat people better that pay your bills Venetian nails on University Blvd in Sugarland

Gave me a fungal infection on my fingernails and pinky toe. They don’t sterilize their equipment. Don’t go there. They also use the drill to take off the gel, after repeated times telling them I didn’t want them using it on my nails they still used it ensuring me “it was faster”, “I would be sitting there all day” “They would be gentle”. If you don’t know what you’re doing with a drill you can damage someone’s nail bed, which is exactly what happened with my finger nails. They damaged my nail bed and a fungal infection managed to find its way under my nail. Don’t bother with this place. Techs don’t listen, manager doesn’t listen, non sterilized tools. Those white spots are the infection which is growing out but I had to go to a doctor.

I had a remarkable experience today. Rose was my nail care specialist. She is very attentive , pleasant , caring ,and knowledgeable in her job. I recommend her to others.

Ive had problems with ingrown toenails for a long while. No other salon has been able to fix it. Decided to try this one and they did such a great job! My feet also stay smooth longer with their pedis. Very well worth the prices.

I am extremely picky with my nails and I cannot rave enough about Xuan at Venetian Nail Spa! She is very articulate and pays attention to even the smallest detail. My nails are nicely shaped and thin, just the way I like them! I have definitely found my go-to nail tech and I couldnt be more thrilled!

Great experience. Theyre very professional. There was no wait time which I love because I honestly dont have time to wait around, especially if I already make appointment. So I really appreciate that they started immediately when I arrived for my appointment. Jimmy was great, so was the lady who did my pedicure. Price was reasonable for the quality they provided. Id recommend them for friends and family.

Amazing place. This is the only place I’ve gone for quite some time. Once you have the right technician you’ll be happy. This is the only place I’ve seen with the volume of colors, technicians who can do different styles, and new products. I always have Laura for my pedi, she makes my feet feel like a baby’s bum! And I always have Jimmy for my manicures (gel or dip). Jimmy is extremely fast and always does an amazing job on top of that.

I love this place. They did my nails for prom and again today. Lan did an amazing job on this set.

Ken and GIA THE MANAGER ARE THE BEST , Gia personally took time to understand what I want and helped me pick the right shade . Ken is very good at his job and did an amazing job . Remember ask for ken !!

I was a a frequent client at the town center location and was disappointed when they left that area. I started to go to this location and have had majority positive experiences but there is one gentleman there who doesn’t listen when I ask for shorter nails. I have gotten him twice and the same thing has occurred. I repeatedly ask for shorter nails and even showed him a picture and asked again for what seemed like the 4th time he refused to do it. I purposely drive past Executive Nail Spa (who also does a great job) simply because I wanted to support this business instead. One suggestion to owners/management: please talk to your staff about customer service. No client should feel unheard and have their requests be ignored because we are paying for a service that WE want. If you are planning to go here definitely check it out everyone else is great…but make an appointment first so you don’t end up with that gentleman.

Came here for daughters 3rd birthday, fist time getting her nails done. She asked for her babys nail to be painted, which she did with a smile! What an amazing experience!

I asked for the venetian manicure only because of the extended hand and arm massage and I was not impressed. I do not recommend Jenny for manicures. They message your hands and arms at two different times, probably using this technique to make it seem longer but total massage time was probably 6-8 minutes, not enough to make me leave my current place. While she trimmed my cuticles she did not cut much off since it had been a while since my last manicure but maybe they werent as bad as I thought. Roughly 30 minutes later after my hands adsorbed the lotion I could see where the cuticle needed to be trimmed and some nails were square and some round, I only have the round shape on my natural nails, not sure how this detail got by the technician.

They ripped me off $251 for mani/pedi for my daughters. One of the ladies messed up on acrylic nails and had to re-do them and Im guessing charged for her mess up. Never again will I use them. When I go with my 2 daughters Ive never payed more than $200 and this time it was just the 2 of them and they charged $251, thats ridiculous!

The place is very clean and new.. The staff is very attentive. However I was very disappointed that cleaning or trimming cuticles on both hands and feet and scrubbing feet with a pumice not part of the packages... they charged extra..... the prices on powder coated nails are very reasonable.... Im just not sure if I would go back and get another pedicure from them. I ended up spending 50% more than I anticipated. However they did take me as a walk-in mediately. Basically when they say pedicure thats washing your feet and putting lotion on and painting your toenails. When they say powder coat nails theres no hands scrubs no cuticle trimming no paraffin wax, just your nails done and lotion put on.... just dont expect bells and whistles no bang for your buck....Reply;Thats all very good, but in my opinion I expect a pumice foot polish and cuticle trimming during a pedicure and not to be add on charges.....No i didnt receive a foot scrub with a pumice bar during a pedicure, I had to point it out and no the cuticle grooming fee wasnt addressed at the time of service.....I was informing the public not to expect the normal services that other salons provide as a given that your salon provides as add on fees.....nothing wrong with that....if you took it as negativity then thats on you. I did mention mostly positive feed back....

Whatever you do, do not get a pedicure from Jon. He is very arrogant, does not speak or acknowledge the customer and did a horrible job on my feet. He did not scrub under my feet, when I got home I had to use my Flawless Pedi after I paid $38.00 for him to polish my nails literally.

I’m very upset with the customer service of this place. Usually I’m happy with the results of my nails but the last “technician” didn’t do a clean nor a satisfactory job will my shellac manicure. I told the staff about my dissatisfaction and I was provided options to either get my nails fixed same day or come back in 2 weeks to get it fixed. Bc I was there for 2 hours I chose to come back later. I requested the check out staff to note my account to avoid issues. He said he would. I went back today after finally having time and still within my two weeks and I was told the best that can be offered is 20% discount. The lady told me I should have come within a week. They should figure out their policy on screw ups before telling a customer two different things. I will not be going here again bc the customer service is not reliable nor trustworthy.

My nail technician, Chau, did a fantastic job on my dipped nails. A few of my nails got stuck to the towel (my fault, I wasnt paying attention) and she was happy to fix them. She did a coffin shape and it turned out great. The nails are the perfect thickness -- thin, not super thick and chunky. $50 for a full set of dipped nails, including the $5 upcharge for the coffin shape. I highly recommend this place, customer service is great, the place is really clean, and they have HGTV and Food Network playing on their TVs 👍🏻

I was very very disappointed by the front desk today! I asked for an appointment and they said yes after waiting 10 minutes they told me the person I would have my nails done with was unavailable. They came up and told him that he was not available. Please don’t tell clients and waste their time. If you can’t do the nails then say you can’t don’t keep them waiting when they could have gone to another place. The front desk has done this a number of times now!

You pay hundreds of dollars here and they don’t do what you ask them to do. As a customer coming here for years and bringing all my family as well I will no longer be coming back here! I was here for 3.5 hours patiently waiting for someone to do a simple flower design on my big toe and no one would do it and Gia the ‘owner” had the courage to ask me to come back later. Honestly, save your money and go elsewhere because they have horrible customer service and are extremely overpriced.

Pricey and did not do a good job. Doesnt even have a callous remover (although I didnt need it). The next day my left foot looked like athletes foot 🤮 and now Im freaking out.After the owners response, I may add that I did indeed pay for the Venetian signature pedicure. Not the basic, I’m not a basic woman!Also will add another bad experience, (my mother in law loves this place and I’m not sure why)2nd time coming in, got gel nails and pedicure (signature-not basic). The polish chipped AFTER TWO DAYS. Will never ever go back.

Felt the guy who did my nails rushed through it got a dip done on my natural nails. He added $5 extra without telling me “because I’m nails is long” which seems to me looks short. When you charge someone extra $5 you let the client know the reason why, don’t let them find out last minute when they’re about to pay. He also left little gaps... which makes no sense. $45 was a waist.. first time that I visited and last time.

Overall, its pretty good, but my biggest complaint is that the chairs are jammed together, not helping to create a calming atmosphere. Last time I went, I had the nail tech doing the customer next to with his backside basically in my face the entire time; not pleasant. There are three chairs in a row on each side; why do they ALWAYS leave the chair by the wall empty and jam people in together? It would be so easy to leave the middle chair empty unless the salon gets full. Also the last time, I had a new person do my pedicure - it took forever! Turned out well in the end, but wow.......

The staff was so nice but they didnt do a good job with my nails at all. I just asked for french nails and they couldnt do it which is really disappointing since its such a basic style. Definitely not worth the price.

Love this place. Got a pearly white chrome dip and did not feel like my nails were damaged at all. Always feel like my manicures from Venetian doubly outlast all others.

Me and my husband just visited here for the first time. We got pedicures and I got a full set and he got a manicure. The place was clean the service was awesome I will be back. I think i found a new spot my last spot time has ended. Thanks Calvin, Vincent and lin we had a great experience and we was there the last hour and didnt feel rushed at all. The wine was a plus I never mind spending my money when the service ir great!

Judy was wonderful! I did a pedicure and a 10 minute shoulder massage. She had me relaxed the whole time! I definitely recommend her

My daughter and I had gone to this salon a few times and it was fine. Unfortunately today was different. I was getting tips glued on and somehow, the glue squirted out of the tube and landed in my eye. It was really a freak accident. My right eye ended up glued shut and some of the glue landed on my forehead and glued a few strands of hair to my skin. By this time, both my daughter and I were done with our pedis and she was done with her mani. My mani wasn’t done but I was in a lot of pain so I left to go to the emergency room. The manager and two other employees followed us outside asking for money. One even had the nerve to tell me I should get a lawyer and sue the shop but it wasn’t her fault so I should pay her. They saw what happened and didn’t care at all that because of their employee my eye was glued shut. They just wanted money. After standing outside arguing with the manager about it he finally let it go. I went to St Michael emergency room. They irrigated my eye and removed as much of the glue as they could but they couldn’t get out the glue on my eyeball because the doctor said he could end up causing more damage if he started digging around. He said it should come out on its own eventually. I also have chunks of glue in three places on my lashes. These people are uncaring and unethical. I do not recommend anyone patronize them.

Love this location, because of my pedicurist, Leslie. I was originally going to the Town Center location, but when they shut down, I took a chance and called this location, to see if, if in fact, Leslie was there, and 🙌🏽, she is!!! This location also has a rewards program, and gives birthday and military discounts. The only complaint is the wine selection...🤣🤷🏽‍♀️

I made an appointment for 12:30 for maní and pedí and requested Calvin, they instantly took me to the pedi chair took the polish off my nails but no one came for my nails , I kept asking where is Calvin? Well they told me he could see me 45 minutes later !! So dishonest and disrespectful to costumers !! I could not just leave because they already started working on my feet but a had to wait another 45 minutes for the guy to get my nails done ?? Add 2 hours of refill time. Very unprofessional !! Not the first time I had to wait even with an apointment made but this time they just crossed the line ! I missed a Dr appointment and had to pay a 35$ fee for not showing on top of my 80$ service at the nail salon , I was expecting at least an apology from the owner but she didn’t even do that , that says a lot! I definitely don’t recommend a place that doesn’t care about costumers . If you value your time and money don’t go there.

My favorite nail salon! The decor is cute and calming with different sections so you have more privacy if you’re going with friend(s) or family members. Everyone that works there is always nice!

First time visit. Won’t go back. Charged for services other salons include - callous removal and shellac removal. Take your own polish off before arriving or they’ll charge you for it. Pedicure super fast. Get more for your money elsewhere.

THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS!! I received a $100 gift card and they refused to take it after calling to confirm that they would be able to I then DRIVE 1HOUR to get here and they said “call corporate” I asked for corporates number, the manager replied “they don’t have a number” … I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS! The website didn’t even work to send a email!!! I WONT EVER SUPPORT THEM ! THEY CHOSE NOT TO HONOR IT AFTER SEEING MY FACE!!

Staff is awesome, they do amazing nails, and prices are reasonable. Very clean environment. I drive over an hour to get to this place because it is the best.

Incredibly disappointed with the customer service of this place. There was a very rude boy at the front desk who had a horrible attitude towards my mother. He kept interrupting and talking back, telling us what we “should” do instead of listening to our concerns. Never coming back to this place!
