Definately not going back.All these other reviews must be paid for.DO NOT shop here unless you wanted to overspend on everything. They have RAW cones going at $1 a piece for a 6 pack and even more for the 20 pack. The glass is cheap China glass that is marked up 300-400%. I would go somewhere else for the same product at a better price.

Place is good when it’s open. I’ve been disappointed more than a few times trying to show up a little after 10 am. Guy inside is great when he shows up but they rarely open at the 10am posted time. Try around noon or go somewhere else.

Literally go out of my way to shop here. Doesnt matter who is behind the counter theyre always consistently laid back but helpful and always make for a positive transaction all the way around. Idk management or owners info but whoever you are Id go to the mile to nail down the two different employees I were manning the store when I was in there and give them a raise or at least a big thank you. And a raise. Ive referred no less than 10 people in the past 2 months. Thank you.

Only good smoke shop in Sugar Land! They have a great selection of everything you would need, I was looking for a new pipe today and they had the most adorable (and functional) Yoda pipe that we purchased. Great customer service too!

I am extremely disappointed with the service and products at this smoke shop. When I purchased eliquids, they were expired and unfit for use. When I tried to return them, the owner and staff were extremely unprofessional and dishonest, talking absolute nonsense instead of addressing my concerns. I would strongly advise against doing business with this shop, as they clearly prioritize making a quick profit over the well-being of their customers.

I had a terrible experience at this cloud 9 smoke & vape shop. Not only did the staff disrespect me, but they also sold me a used vape without disclosing it and charged me an exorbitant amount of money for it. When I raised my concerns with them, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this smoke shop to anyone and advise you to take your business elsewhere.

Came here for the 1st time today as my favorite smoke shop nearby was recently shut down. Was hesitant to find a new go-to shop but Cloud 9 did not disappoint! Overall great experience and Im excited to try the products that were recommended 👌 i appreciated the Generous service and honest candor about product popularity and knowledgability. Ill certainly be back!

The best smoke shop in this area in my opinion! Nice, clean and classy smoke shop. They have a great variety of CBD and vape products. The guy working the counter seems very knowledgeable about the products he sells and the owners always there to help and seems like a nice guy. The only shop Ill be spending my money with in the area.

Upon entering this establishment, its smells so good. NK is very professional and has great customer service. They have a lot of nice and creative things. Go check them out, you wont be disappointed!!!!

For a smaller vape shop they are better stocked and equipped then a bigger Vape City. Moose the manager was awesome! He was able to answer all my questions perfectly and I felt good about my purchase! Thank you!!
