Called the store to pitch them some high quality American manufactured glass and they straight hung up on us. This is a clear sign these folks treat people rudely and likely care less about the quality of the items on their shelves.

I came to high dreamz looking for a dab pen and I ended up leaving with the pen as well as a cool new vape! All thanks to the very helpful employee Dorian! His spirit was great, very good customer service!!

I went to three other smoke and vape stores before coming into High Dreams, the clerks at all 3 places were not even pretending to want to be helpful. When I walked into the store at High Dreamz, I received a friendly and welcoming greeting from Candy, the clerk on duty. She was extremely polite and helpful in answering my questions and recommending a product to me that I am very happy with. This is my new “go-to” spot. I would highly recommend checking it out yourself!

Im a regular here, best vape shop in the area tbh. The staff is super friendly and the prices are great, have gotten several glass items from here and they hold up well! Im just clumsy and break things often lol
