Super welcoming vibe with a nice feeling too it with the most helpfull employees that exist they stand out and really made me feel like more than a customer but a valued patron that is seen as what I can only describe as family if you tell them a brief description of what u need they will go above and beyond the call of duty and ensure your satisfaction I will not go to any other place this is my smoke shop

Ive been a regular at Wild West for a few years and have never been disappointed. They have a huge variety of vape hardware and juices. The employees are extremely knowledgeable of their products and are more than willing to help when you just dont know what you want or need. Their prices are very reasonable and they are part of the Fivestars program so you usually get freebies along with your purchases. Awesome place!!!

Absolutely the best shop around. They always have fair prices and they always help you when you have issues with your products. I could not recommend them highly enough and I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. Great service and friendly staff, and they are always willing to work with you!

This is the only vape shop that I will buy from. Adam is a great guy with tons of knowledge on types of mods that fit each customer. Also distinctive juices that he mixes himself in house. This is a one of a kind vape shop…..do yourself a favor & visit soon!

We LOVE this place.My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a long time. They are super helpful and if you ever have a issue they will be sure to fix it before you leave. Their house juice is great. They have a big selection of vapes and juices and are very knowledgeable when it comes to vapes and juice. Weve had a great experience every time weve gone! They arent the closed vape store to us as we live in Richmond, but we always try to make the drive to come see them.We also enjoy seeing their beautiful bird and cute monkeys when we go.Have referred all our vape friends and family to them. They are great!!!!They also have Five-Star!!

This has been my go-to vape shop for the last year. The prices are fair, the juices and gear are great quality and the down to earth owners make you feel right at home (whereas in other shops, I find most staff to be sketchy or overly pretentious). I also appreciate that Wild West doesnt carry drug paraphernalia (see previous comment). Never had a bad experience here.

Adam literally provides a personable touch that is so remarkable it is indescribable. What I will say is the reason I cannot describe it is because there are so many variables like his industry knowledge, personability, honesty, and/or the fact he is a great human being. I feel this way as a customer and I feel this way based on the interactions I’ve seen him have with other customers. Hands-down, this is the best e cigarette store I’ve been to in the greater Houston area. For a second I was thinking about when I visited one in Santa Monica California once and I was probably thinking about the great weather and everything else great about that area. Good prices, always stocked up in all the flavors, but the best part is the customer service. The owner there is super nice and chill, definitely would recommend to anyone in Sugar Land/Southwest area. I only shop here 👍🏽

Best selection of e-liquids in Sugar Land. Love how they have a rewards plan to give you free liquids after some few purchases. Place is nice, clean and the staff so friendly. Highly recommended!

I cant even begin to tell you how great this store is. I heaped praise on another review thats a little bit older, and I have to heap praise in this review as well, but I will first state that Wild West ECIG is hands down the best ecig store in Sugar Land, the best one in Houston, and when I was in Oklahoma, I couldnt find an Ecig store between Tulsa and Skiatook that could even rival Wild West.The staff that owns and operates the store are very knowledgeable, very courteous, and even when its really busy, they will have you in an out within 15 minutes. They have a very good selection of Ecig batteries and coils, and they have very competitive pricing.Ive been to other ecig stores in Houston and Sugar Land, and the atmosphere almost comes across as though the employee is doing you the biggest favor in the world by doing their jobs.This simply is not the case with Wild West Ecig- in fact, they are always eager to help, and theyve gone above and beyond for me in the past with little things as well as some bigger things.About 2 weeks ago, I broke the glass on my Kanger Aerotank Mini and I couldnt find a rubber o-ring to replace the original, but one of the ladies who works there looked in the back, found another Aero Tank mini that had stripped threads, and she allowed me to borrow a few tools and gave me the needed o-rings from the defective tank so that I wouldnt break my new glass replacement. Im a regular and felt bad for asking, but the lady was so nice about it and saved me 35 bucks solely by being kind.They have a great reward system as well- you get a card or Keychain that is similar to a supermarket card that accrues points, and Ive earned 20 ml worth of ecig juice and spent well under 100 bucks for that perk. Their reward system can be used in real time, because you will receive a text on your smartphone alerting you as to what rewards you have. Last week, I got a lucky buy one 20 ml of ecig juice and get the second for half off, expires in 2 days. The text notifications are not invasive, and I have not been getting random telemarketer calls which means that Wild West ecig is not selling your information to 3rd parties.Did I mention that they also have a pair of tamarin monkeys and a Macaw?Ill wrap up my review by saying that Wild West Ecig is a very welcoming store, the selection is really good; you have a ton of variety from 15 to 150 dollars, the ladies who run the store are very professional, accommodating and upbeat.I would recommend this store over ANY ecig store to my friends, and there are batteries and tanks for most peoples vaping needs. I rarely favor one place of its kind over another, but this store is definitely one of my exceptions. Theyve exceeded my expectations so many times and have worked with me when the need arose. The ONLY times Ive ever gone to another place (in Houston) was due to emergency and I was underwhelmed by the other ecig stores. The air in the other places came across as smug, elitist, and annoyed.At Wild West, totally different story and Ive never, not once, had a bad interaction with the staff at Wild West and Im not a very easy person to get along with.At the end of the day- I wouldnt advise frequenting any other ecig store. I say this solely because Wild West understands how good customer service works, and I walk away a happy camper every time I visit.I also appreciate the fact that theyll work with you and get you the best mod based upon how much you have to spend. The products are presented very nicely, and the ladies who run the store dont try to force sales down your throat or try to up sell you unscrupulously for their own gain. Thats a rare trait nowadays.Ill continue to frequent Wild West Ecig, and you should treat yourself to doing the same. You wont regret shopping for ecigs if you go to Wild West. I have nothing but good things to say about the store, and the staff.

THE BEST VAPE / CBD SHOP IN TOWN!And Im going to explain to you why......You see, I am a disabled veteran who has been vaping as a way of quitting smoking since 2015 and have been using CBD products for pain since 2017.The shop may be small in size but is astronomically large in heart and service.For anyone who can remember this classic ad, Im not just the owner of such and such but Im also a member. You see much like myself, the owner/operator of this establishment is a knowledgeable user of most of his products.From every usable product relating to CBD, and a host of vaping materials and supplies. What he doesnt already have in the store, he can easily find it and order it for you.I have visited many stores throughout Houston and the surrounding areas, but this is my go-to spot both for value and quality.

Nice atmosphere, horrible woman, not friendly with new people, such as myself, checking the shop out to see what was avaliable. They have a LOT of OLD products, old old old clearos to try flavors. Their prices on premium flavors were a little bit high. Some of the older products were really expensive while the new products were cheaper, smart thing would be raise the prices on the newer products and lower cost of your old inventory and make up the difference in cost that way. Flavors mixed up front, big no no

I want to like this store so much, but cant seem to have the luck others have had. The two times Ive gone here, Ive left muttering Never again. under my breath. The first time, I stopped in to get some coils for my Kanger Subtank. The lady working said They arent even on the market yet. This was a good 6 months after it was released. Yes, they were on the market. The shop by my office has them in stock, and so do plenty of websites. How are you going to sell the tank, but tell me that replacement coils arent for sale yet? She ended up opening an unsold subtank to take a coil out and sell to me for $5. For a single coil. No bueno.The second time, I just stopped in to get a small bottle of juice while waiting for an online order from another shop to arrive. I asked what a certain juice tasted like, as the name didnt give any indication, and the lady said, Im not sure. I ended up trying it and liking it (Sugar Bear, for what its worth) and was handed a bottle of Sugar Drizzle. Confused by the change of name on the bottle, I asked if it was the right one. I think they changed the name. I dont have any Sugar Bear juice, so this has to be it. Not exactly an inspiring answer. It did end up being the correct juice, but perhaps you know know your inventory better than I think.In a pinch, Wild West E-cigs is a decent choice. The prices are a bit higher than expected, but they have a decent selection of juice and gear. As far as it being my go-to shop, not by a long shot. While there arent any young fedora wearing 20 somethings blowing massive clouds in the shop, talking about how they are running a 0.001ohm coil on a Sigeli 150W, the lack of knowledge amongst the staff makes me wish there were. At least those guys know what juices taste like.
