Very clean space, readily available appointments, and good service. I got the deep tissue and it couldve been stronger but it was still good. I fell asleep for part of it - it was that relaxing! I think I had Sue. I went on a Sunday and made same day appointment.

Excellent massage, such a relaxing experience. Great people as well. Sue, my therapist had an absolutely magic hand. Along with my jet lag I fell asleep like a baby. 😇

I live around the corner and have been here twice now. For the price, I have had an incredible experience here. The entrance and rooms are all no frills, but totally meet the needs of the service. The actual massage bed is very comfortable and they have hooks to hang your clothes. The massage is incredible though! I had the Swedish deep tissue and it addressed a lot of problem areas. It also included some time in my face and scalp which I always appreciate. The masseuse was asked about pressure and was very responsive to any pressure changes I asked for.Overall a great experience for the price and I will continue to frequent this establishment whenever I’m looking for a massage!

This review is not about the massage but my front desk experience - I was told to come anytime, when I called 30 minutes prior to arriving, and that they were accepting walk-ins. I went there, they were like we are fully booked and cant do it. I had to go back, the lady at the counter was quite rude. They wasted my time and forget about an apology the lady simply shut me off. Not cool.

Vanessa gave a very relaxing and excellent massage. She was attentive and listened to my preferences and the areas I wanted to focus, tailored her routine for me. She has strong hands and really knows her anatomy.Slightly different style than Im used to but I liked it a lot. I think Ill have to try this style again, its more relaxing compared to the deep tissue sports massage that Im used to. And still breaks the tension in my muscles.Regarding that one negative review here, the doors closed just fine when I was there. The muffled sounds were minimal and didnt bother me at all. The front desk didnt ask me many questions either, although I wouldnt mind if they did.

The woman at the front desk (didn’t catch her name) was very welcoming. The entire space is clean and sanitized. Mary was my massage therapist and she put the perfect amount of pressure on my body, took her time with each area, and made sure to ask if it was too much pressure or if the towels were too hot at the end. I will definitely come back to this place! Highly recommend.

Bad massage. Kinda just felt like a rub. Would not recommend. They were the only ones with availability after calling over 10 massage places in the area, after realizing my regular massage place was already fully booked. I was so excited! But then I understood why. Not enough pressure and the massage therapist didnt really work on my knots or problem areas. I was just waiting for the hour to be over.

I came here once where they forced both me and my husband at separate times to pay a minimum tip. And then a second time we went together and they tried to guilt us into a tip minimum again. I regularly get my nails, hair, massage done and I always tip and never been asked to pay a minimum. Maybe this place should not underpay their staff and force customers to pay extra every time. All the tip stuff aside, the massage was okay at best, a lot of the times they just pushed into my bones and not muscle. I’ve had much better massages. I also think you should put a basket in the rooms for your customers to place their clothes in. Slippers for the feet and a form that can ask what pressure is best/ problem areas.

The massage was good but I dont know how much they pay their masseuses. I left a 12% tip but was asked to make it 20% and when I said its up-to the person who is leaving a tip she looked upset and kept saying you should leave 20% and that the masseuse spent 60 min non-stop on me. Well I respect and appreciate that and thats why I pay for the massage. I get the feeling here that for services the amount you are paying is perhaps for the rent of the building and owners income and only your tip pays for the masseuse which is the most unfair system if true. I would rather invite someone home and get the massage and pay the 100% to them. I dont think that 12% is less and I think no one should depend on tip money. There should be labor laws paying such employees. Tip is just an add-on to express your gratitude if you think the person took extra care of you. Someone insisting you to make it a certain amount is not the way to run such a business. It ruined my happy-feelings after the massage.

The one star review is because Bella spa didn’t update their website or Google page that they are closed for renovations. I drove 20 minutes looking forward to a massage and was disappointed that they were closed. I am visiting from out of town and ended up getting a massage from a place nearby that was not good. Very disappointing evening.

The best massage in the Bay Area.You need to ask for Jenni. She is the best massage therapist they have. Jenni will use deep tissue massage to fix your issues (she also finds the problem areas herself).IF you want a relaxing Swedish massage - I don’t know how well they do with that. I only go there to get right tight areas fixed.The second best massage therapist they have is Ben. Angela is pretty good as well.

Coming from Los Angeles , the prices do lean on the higher end but when I’m in town I still come here. Same day available or appointments are accepted. Cash or credit same with tip.I enjoy the massages (Swedish) I get at this place. Mostly for relaxation and I do come out of them feeling very relaxed.

Good massage place. The therapists are well skilled.The place has some quirks though:1. There is some old gentleman who always asks what area is bothering you and what you want the therapist to work on, he leads you to the room as well (just a little awkward).2. The doors dont close. They have removed the door knob wedge things so the doors can freely open with drift of wind.3. Noise- rooms arent well insulated so you will hear noise. it also doesnt help that doors cant stay fully shut.

Had a good experience. Strong masseuse with good technique (swedish massage). We used the couple room which was a good size and well maintained. My wife wanted more pressure so next time we might try the deep tissue instead of swedish.

Bellas is the greatest! I hurt my back a couple months ago and waited for it to heal. I havent been able to run for months. I went there and had a walk on the back massage. Its been a couple of days and I think Ill be running in a couple more! Love the girls there! Thanks!!!

My last review seemed to be deleted without my notification. I was injured from the massage and have been seeing doctors ever since.The masseuse didnt ask to stand on my back, and started literally kicking my lower back very hard with her heels. I told her to stop, i was in lower back pain for weeks after that.After that she injured my lower left abdominal area by pushing too hard and for the first time in my life I had colon pain, and its continued ever since that day.im now on disability, been diagnosed with IBS, and been to the doctors constantly for 4 months.This masseusse who worked there is going to hurt someone else!

I went in yesterday and did the full two hours with a combo of salt and deep tissue massage. It was very nice and relaxing. I feel much better now. I highly recommend.

I have been there twice, really enjoyed my massages both times, very relaxing and really helped my sore muscles from running.
