These guys have done nothing but take care of me. Adam and Candice are very knowledgeable and have taught me so much through out my time vaping. I have only had problems with one product that I have gotten from there and the replaced it with a brand new one. Very clean shop and a great selection on juice and products. They always make me feel very welcome and I will always return to them.

I wanted to use my non-business account to drop this review. I own businesses and have run them with teams and I know what it takes to train employees to adopt a culture of great customer service! SOOOO difficult! I visited your location today and dealt with Candice. You guys have a gem there! She was incredibly helpful and kind and she knew her stuff! I came in with so much ignorance and quite frankly I came in having been up-sold at my previous vape shop. She not only listened and educated me, but she corrected my misinformed assumptions and perspectives with a kindness and cautious diplomacy that also manifested clear concern for my needs within the scope of your industry that was done masterfully! You guys could charge me triple prices and I would still come to you!!! Your place was clean, it smelled great and my experience was a 10/10, but they only gave me five stars to work with. 😉 You better watch out, I may come steal her! 😂😂😂 Kidding! Staff is AWESOME! I had never vaped before and I was treated like family here. I got professional assistance with good humor. Ive been back twice now receiving the same warm welcome. I cant wait till I have time to hang out and vape here. Highly recommended.

I have been vaping for about 4 years now and have stopped by every single vape shop I have come across from hole in the wall to extravagant and this shop goes above and beyond expectations. The people who work here are always on there game and are always ready to help!! I walk in my first time, not knowing what to expect, I am greeted with a friendly Hi, how are you today? The employee was very friendly and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. I go along looking at the monster selection. I was over whelmed but I was helped in every department that I was unsure of. I was helped with the devices and informed which ones were the best for my needs. As I started looking at juices they had me sit down and always had a suggestion for what I might like (by the way the suggestions were excellent). I made my purchase and unlike most vape shops I was NOT hurried out the door. They Invited me to stay relax and enjoy my new device. I had a nice conversation with Adam who is well educated on vaping and has a sense of Humor. I have returned Multiple times not wanting to deal with other shops that seem to have the buy something or get out mentality. I recommend this shop to Everyone I speak to.

Been pretty loyal to this shop since moving to the west side of phx. Staff is super friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable. Huge selection of premium juices and a large mod selection. Very cool laid back shop, someplace you could just stop in and hang out for a few minutes.

So.... This place has cheap juice. Ill give them that and their rewards program is pretty legit too... Only when they actually have juice, though. Its usually cleared out! And have only one or two of my nicotine level (12mg) I understand that not all locations carry many 12mg bottles but... Theyre cleared out of pretty much anything above 3 at times! But there is one employee, always the same guy. That never fails to sell me the wrong thing. Ive been vaping for YEARS but have never claimed to know much about the various types of coils or merch. So, I rely a lot of the employees for advice. And I said as much since I went in often. I was sold the wrong plastic tank for my big beast twice and the wrong coil for the same tank 3 times. And for my baby beast... Was sold the wrong coil at least 5 times. Got to the point where I got to my car, checked the coil if it fit and would go right back in and hed just switch it out bcuz I refused to pay for another one...again! The manager is great though and very knowledgeable. I have since switched vape shops to one across the street. Very annoyed with Hazze Vape. I gave them plenty of opportunities to change my Outlook.

LOVE this store! Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They remember me every time and I feel like Im going in to see friends every time I go buy juice. They help me chose the right equipment and go out of their way to take care of me as a customer. I wont go to any other store!

Everyone is incredibly friendly, the manager is incredibly informative, and the staff are overall positive people, the employee with the long beard informed me greatly on juice and was easy to talk to, thanks to him I was able to find and all day vape from the parrot line and am incredibly satisfied. Definitely a solid choice of vape shop, best Ive been to.

Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about ALL of their mods and juices. Im glad I went here. Walked me through every aspect of my mod and tank. Id 100% recommend this shop to everyone I know in the area.

YIKES 😳 Not only does this place have a very VERY small selection of vape juices & other items to choose from but inside & out this place looks absolutely shady. Inside its empty, not inviting At All & looks as if they had opened last week. And the topper, it smelled awful inside. For a MUCH better shopping selection & experience Ill stick to Spankys

Menthol fans this is the place to go! They have a e-liquid called Yooki and its the best I have ever had. This is a menthol/grape the menthol is just right, its cooling and NOT harsh in the throat. This my all day vape now. I truly recommend it! Plus the staff is amazing!

Only good thing about this place was their juices. Staff was rude, unhelpful, and was busy playing on phones when customers needed assistance. Became angry when asked if I could charge my battery for a minute. To the owner: nice store, great juice, decent price. But please re-evaluate your employees.

Great shop, they know everything & anything about vape equipment & juices. Of you vape or are thinking of doing it def check out this shop.Everyone is extreamly friendly & very helpful. Cant say enough good things about this place.

DISHONEST The Staff is mean and pushy the girl named Candy trys to pull a fast one on you also and sell more then you asked for i went in for a refund on the coils they sold me they refused my refund and kicked me out of the store literally. and also told me to shop at the smoke shop across the parking lot which i did GO TO SMOKE AWAY SUPER FRIENDLY HONEST FOLKS

I know turquoise is very popular and u guys know that too y dont u order more of that juice than what u order now every time I go in u dont have it I pick up juice every payday and it took 4 weeks for u guys to have turquoise up ur order amount other than that u guys are good

Buddy helped me at the counter I had just broke my mod and he took care of me real quick knowledgeable about the products they sell. It was a quick easy transaction he even primed my tank hooked me up and got me back to my vaping self in no time. Thanks Ill see you guys again!

Great customer service. They have a huge selection and the environment is very welcoming. Staff is knowelgeable, friendly and will go above and beyond to get you what you need. By far my favorite shop.

Id give it 5, however there is a person that works here that doesnt seem to know anything about vaping. My girlfriend and i have been here several times and this cashier has given her the wrong coil every single time.

Nice inside with pleasant smell (can you guess why lmao). I grabbed the wrong size coil and didnt think to get a receipt but the guy let me switch it out when I came back a few hours later. Will definately be coming here more often.

Buddy knows his vape stuff! He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! This is the only shop I’ll go to from now on.

Really clean store but the prices are outrageous. 10-20 dollars more for the SAME ejuice you can get elsewhere in the city.
