Needed a new dab rig. Store is Conveniently located on the edge of the plaza and has a great selection of accessories for all of your needs. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick out the perfect rig for me. 5 stars! Will def have this be my go to shop for all my accessories.

Worst vape store. We there on 3/10/24. Because of the pictures online Because of selection. When we drive over a hour to get there they have nothing that they show online. I would not recommend anyone to stop in there. They are a fake vape shop 😤 quit with the lies.

Family run small business they’re always amazing to me. Great customer service. Amazing selection of vapes glass papers even herbal supplements. These guys work their butts off always with a smile and great recommendations. I won’t go anywhere else. And yes, I’ve gone before with a sign on the door saying be right back apparently people that own businesses have to eat lunch as well absolutely no issues. The plaza is full of other stores to kill five minutes. Happy to support local business.

I have been having horrible panic attacks attached to being overwhelmed from moving out of state. After a few hours at DMV, and no bowl to smoke my calm down, what to my all stressed out nose do I smell? A smoke shop!! I interrupted the lil cuties phone call, which became my phone call, so he just put it on speaker phone, and we all enjoyed a laugh.I needed that at that moment...He even stood outside with me to help me calm down.... until the next customer came..... and I never asked his name.....Kindness goes a long way....You never know another persons hidden pain!Thank you Young Man from that Lady that NY doesnt wanna let go!!!! 😂🥰💜

I made 2 purchases, both water bongs. First one, had several months, I broke it by accident. The second one I purchased today, and 3 hours after I got home to use it, the built in slide where the bowl goes in, cracked all the way around it I literally used it for one session. Called store, and they refused to return it for another one. I understand it left the store without any cracks, but to crcak withering 3 hours after one smoke session, that should be warrantied. Very disappointed and unhappy,

Over priced and prices vary by whos working

One of the best shops in Syracuse. Although I was disappointed after going and finding all there prices almost doubled from the time they opened up, but then again everything has gone way up and when they first opened they were the cheapest on everything.

Some cool stuff but a lot of the same things scattered throughout the store. Quite a bit more expensive than other head shops I frequent.

This place is never open on time. Its 9:24 am and the web page said open at 9. Im gonna find a reliable spot that doesnt waste my time. I hope you do too!!!!!! If I could give zero star I would!!!!

One of the biggest stores in Syracuse! so many different varieties of vapes, bongs hookahs, amazing customer service every time! They got everything you need highly recommended

Refused to sell to me because Im a US ARMY VETERAN. Doubt the owner knows his staff is bigotted, he seemed friendly.

I recommended that people that are trying to quit smoking come to this store thay dont play any games there vapes are Learjet grate place to shop

Store is not open when they say they are. Here at 10am, supossed to be open at 9am.

They always charge me different prices for Hyde vapes. Sometimes 15 or 18 or 20.
