Vapers Choice

This shop is a complete rip off, they sold us the worst vape ever, it actually doesnt even work, the sales girl was clueless about their products, sold us an inferior model, and then she didnt know how to fix it. After a number of trips there, we finally found the manager who was completely unprofessional and wouldnt exchange it or give a store credit. Its a terrible place, no customer service whatsoever, horrible experience...dont walk, run!

The policy in which they do business is absolutely the worst way to do business. Do NOT purchase from this place. Seem nice at the beginning to sell you the merchandise, but when it does not work then there is not exchange nor refund. Businesses fail when they only think about profits.

Really disrespectful employees who know nothing about the product. I was treated as a child when I had a question and was only given help if I seeked it out. Many of my friends have bought items from here and they were all very poor quality. I would not recommend going to this stores location for anything really.

Hours said till 8 yet doors locked at 720 employees yelling.through door were closed. Shady looking place amyways. Ill get my ecigs somewhere else

Worst shop ever rude Staff acts like hes doing you a favor by waiting on you filled with sarcasm if he was my employee I wouldve fired him dont go there their prices arent that great and they dont have much selection anyway it wouldnt allow me not to give it one star I would give it -10 stars they need to get out of the business they suck
