Better Vape Tacoma

Ive been to a lot of vape stores over the years, this one is by far my favorite. The owners are really cool and chill, and their staff are awesome. Super nice and friendly, and got me exactly what I was looking for! I never write reviews, but I figured I had to say something because guys, this is the place. 10/10 recommend this store above all others.

They sold me a bad battery which lead me to believe my mod was broken, and then when I bought a new mod from them before discerning what the problem was they refused to let me return the mod when I found that my old one works with a functional battery. The mod I bought from them was also missing pieces like the charging cord, and the cord they gave me as a substitute barely fit in the charger port without fidgeting out of place at the slightest disturbance. They also told me the tank and coils I bought for the new mod were industry standard and when I tried to buy new coils elsewhere the store owners laughed and said that the particular model was old and discontinued long ago, and so I could only go back to this store to restock it unless I bought online. Though they have competitive rates for vape juices, they dont reward customer loyalty and there are better vape shops like UP Cigar Place nearby. Dont waste your money like I did.

Only vape shop I go to, pretty much a one stop shop for every thing nicotine and or cannabis/cbd with the exception of the cannabis itself. Everyone in there is very nice and welcoming and to add to that they are very knowledgeable. If they don’t know something they have no issue looking it up to get to the bottom of whatever the inquiry may be. Really good juice for really good price and they always have a deal going on. Also they have a pretty good point system. Highly recommend.

Best vape shop in University Place! Purchased a Geek Vape mod and I love it! Does not leak and has amazing power. I was greeted with a smile and they even helped me out with some 420 dab stuff. I have been to a lot of vape shops in the area and this one by far gave me the best experience! I joined the loyalty program and I will be back!

We have been going here for full-spectrum CBD oil for my 13 year old dog. She is significantly better when I give her this product.The service I receive combined with excellent prices make this my go-to store.

This is the only vape store I go to, I travel from Lakewood every few weeks to reup my vapes and its always a good experience! The staff is friendly and informative, they encourage you to check the disposables before you leave (a huge plus considering the $ Ive spend on ones that ended up broken), and the prices are fair and a little cheaper than other stores in the area. The owners are very kind and explained some back end stuff about manufacturing when I inquired about the broken ones. 100% recommend!

I was going to place an order with a large online retailer but between my last order having been stolen by the driver and the shipping/signature fee, I thought Id try checking out a local brick and mortar first. When I walked in- I saw the exact device I was after, they had more coils, my favorite Costal Clouds flavor, and the guy had a suggestion for SaltNic flavors and a disposable system. I was very happy.The only reason Im not giving the place 5 stars is because when the guy behind the counter wasnt sure about coil compatibility, he started manhandling multiple pods by the mouthpiece and Ive no clue how clean his hands were. I hit the mouthpieces with rubbing alcohol when I got home so it was alright. The pod system was also marked up a hefty % compared the online competitor- but even with the device markup I got more for my money coming into the shop than ordering online so Ill call it even.All in all a very positive experience. Count my review as 4.5 stars.

Tyler was super helpful and polite! Their stock of juice was pretty good for having recently opened. Other shops in the area have a lot of nic salts, but not a lot of free base which is what Im looking for.

Better vape has the best pricing on vape products in any vape shop i have ever been in. I was surprised how much paraphernalia they also have! They carry dab rigs, bongs and even have a points sytem. I’ll be back guys! Thankyou for carrying my juice and the 14 male banger i needed.

Nice ppl that work there. Took the juice I bought back that had a warning on it that it contained fromaldahyde. I didnt open it. Got some hardware instead. Nice owners of the shop. Great place once they get up and running and ditch that death juice.
