I went in hoping for a certain brand of disposable vape. They didnt have it or know the brand which was fine. What was odd to me is they have like only a couple vanilla custard flavors and only in banana. The ladies were really nice, but just stood at the wall with no options for me. You should make it easier for someone to see the flavors you have if the staff has a hard time. They couldnt find anything good so I had to pass.

Mar was so helpful and sweet! They had the geek vape glass replacement I needed and she also gave me a promotional item to help secure my vape. Great experience!

Danias smoke shop us pretty legit, Mar the Associate was extremely helpful and willing to allow us to look at the products thoroughly before purchasing to ensure we were able to get the things we like/need.

Update: The owner has been more present since this review. It appears that some issues with the employees have been corrected.I’m really disappointed… I’ve been going to this shop since they first opened. I’ve been buying the salt nic hi drip juice box where it comes with two bottles inside. A few months ago they supposedly advised that they changed their policy and the two .5 mg are sold separately. I came in a few weeks later and the 3 staff that were there apologized and said no the box is sold as a whole. Since I had that discussion there hasn’t been an issue, until today. The lady tried to say that the two .5 mg in the box are sold separately. They are trying to sell the .5 mg as if you just bought the large hi drip 1 mg bottle. Honestly, since Ollie stopped being present in the shop to run it, none of the employees are on the same page. I would rather buy the 1 mg than the box with two .5 mg and be gypped of my money. It’s always inconsistent and I’m deeply disappointed. This spot has always been my go to but now with all of the inconsistency and issues that have happened, I may have to find a different store. There are quite a few more issues that I have had but this one today really hit the ringer.I gave this a 3 instead of a 1 or 2 because I appreciate the owner and when he was running it, I never had an issue until he stopped being present.I added a photo so you could see the size and quantity difference. They were trying to charge the same price as the big bottle for the small .5 mg bottle.

They have great deals and a wide variety of product but they will scam you if you pay with card so be careful. After the first transaction, theyll say that something happened to their system and you have to put your card back in, charging you twice. Happened to me TWICE already back to back and on my last visit, I was refused service because I warned another customer about it. The girls are notorious for it especiallyif you gove them a tip. Two stars because like I said, they actually have amazing deals.

10/10 would recommend coming here. The lady working was so sweet and bubbly it made it a real pleasure to shop there. She’s also very good looking, beautiful eyes

Really nice little shop! Their glass selection isnt that wide, fair prices, good quality glass. They do have flash sales where everything is 50% off.I didnt want to wait to buy mine so I paid full price but the guy threw in a smokebuddy filter for free! Great customer service. Lots of smoking devices - a wall of vapes, glassware, etc. The vapes were buy 2 get one free. Ive only been there twice. The first time the guy was super nice and helpful. The second time a female was there and it seemed like she was really bored or something. Not very friendly or helpful. Maybe she was having a hard day or was stoned or something. Stopped in here when we were up around Tacoma this week last weekend and I needed some e-juice and cigarettes. I have to be honest I was hoping that it was a reservation smoke shop so its cheaper it is not really any cheaper than 7-Eleven or stories like that. The girl inside was super nice though although not very knowledgeable about vape products. Will be back in the pinch when I need something right then and there otherwise go elsewhere if you want something cheaper and you have questions for about bait products or things like that.Deuces

Have had great experiences here. The offerings at this shop are above average, got tons of glass, lots of different pipes and gadgets and the staff is so much nicer than most of the smoke shops around the greater Tacoma area. Its a great place for whatever you may need. They have snacks too.

This review is for the shop located on spanaway. they sold my lady fake funky republic disposal she tested it but she brought it to the car told me my vape taste like crab she thought that how the flavor is because its my favorite. i hit it and cough my lungs out instantly i knew it was fake all menthol no flavors i got the real one in my other hand the box color was off and vape color was slight off. nope never again from over theirps my wife even tried to go back to the guy and return it be he said it was too late because she walked out the store. but the other shop located on pacific is good the only reason i went to spanaway store was because someone on the phone said they have what i wanted at his other location. i took the L lost money moving onUpdate I opened the other new vape it’s broken FML

This shop is absolutely adorable! I was just driving by & decided to stop & check it out, now I don’t think that I’ll ever go to another smoke shop again! Their product selection is dope, with literally anything you could be looking for when you walk into a smoke shop. & not just quantity, but quality products as well! I was honestly blown away by everything this shop had to offer. The people, prices and products are great but went this morning and according to online hours posted they were suppose to be open and they werent. I wouldnt think much of it but this is the second time this has happened, once in the middle of the day. I want to support this business but I also, dont want my time wasted. Im very busy and dont have time to go several times a day to see if they made it to work.

I love this place. They had the Tugpod brand of vapes that I had called 4 other shops looking for. Not only did they have flavors I hadnt seen before- They were buy 2 get 1 free. These vapes are $25 a piece usually. So for $56 after tax I got 3 vapes. This place is a great spot, I have been recommending it to everyone I meet who also vape. Five stars all day!!!!

Sketchy sketchy sketchy. This place will scam you out of your money. Literally tired to charge me $40 for something I got for $20 down the street. All their prices are upmarked. Dont waste your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

0 I went in here the other day with my mother just browsing and found a really cool looking refillable butane lighter so I decided to purchase it it literally lasted for 1 hour and then no longer worked the clicking thing that Sparks went out almost instantly and now Im out $20. I will be going back today and seeing if he will either give me a refund or a similar product and I will update my review accordingly

When a retail store employee says We dont do returns. referring to a unopened item purchased yesterday with receipt in hand I find a new shop to patronize. We had a good thing going and they blew it.

Charged me for an entire vape unit when I asked for just the cartridge, didnt want to call their boss to ask about an exchange. Laughed and said at least I have 2 batteries now. Lame

Bought a dab stick oh, the very first time I used it it melted. I dab stick is made supposed to be made as the case may be to get hot and took it back to the store and they would not exchange it for another one day would not give my money back they clearly did not care a single bit about the products that they sold or the quality of same. I will never return to the smoke shop they do not have any customer service and all they care about is THEIR bottom line.Someone really needs to get through to these people (i HAD been a loyal customer for several years when this occurred, I will never return again) that without loyal customers, there is no bottom line.

Best place to visit for all your smoking accessories needs! Staff is knowledgeable and fast! Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It may be small and quirky but the selection is amazing along with the prices.

This is the best smoke shop in Tacoma, hands down. Great deals, the nicest people, I love this place & refuse to go anywhere else. They have a location in East Tacoma & in University Place too. It doesn’t get much more convenient than that.

Great shop! Great selection of shisha, and some mean looking hookahs too! I did browse their other assortment of glass, and I was pretty impressed. Got hooked up with some new product from Mazaya, orange with lemon and mint. One of the smoothest, longest smoking Shishas I’ve tried. Great flavor profile, virtually no tobacco burn. Do believe we’ve found our new hookah spot. Very friendly, professional staff too. Knowledgeable and spot on with their recommendations. Will definitely be back for more shisha from here.

This place is super dope. They had the only Dr Dabber Switch E-Vape Rig in town. I was suprised to see they carried it as every other place i checked didnt have any idea what i was talking about when asked if they stocked it. Today was the first time I went into a vape shop and didn’t feel rushed at all! The staff here is so patient and nice and I appreciated the insight he gave me. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone and I will be returning soon.

Came here for a Puffco atomizer. Seems to be the only spot around Tacoma that sells them at manufacturer’s price. Everywhere else is $55-$60 🙄The guy working was really nice and was NOT awkward like most smoke shop workers. Will be coming back.

But the dark haired girl behind the counter went WAY above and beyond her position (unless she is the owner) to help me figure out the vape shop (I wont mention any names) that sold me my vape, had been selling me the wrong could for the last 3 months since I started vaping. She took the time and had the patience with me to find the right ones and now my vape is hitting like it was supposed to from the start.So a big thank you to you guys! HANDS DOWN BEST SMOKE SHOP IN THE AREA!!! Best selection, best quality, best prices! I just moved to the Tacoma area and im a SMOKER! I Literally drove around to 4 DIFFERENT SMOKE SHOPS in search of an emergency 420 situation and nobody had the wraps I smoke or ANY SELECTION of pipes to choose from. But this place had the best of EVERYTHING; pipes, bongs, hookahs, wraps/tabbacco , oil/vape pens! I was soooo relieved after walking in there! It took me me almost half an hour to decide from their selection of pipes alone! Great mix of domestic and local glasswork and best prices! The owners were awesome and super helpful and definitely had to write a review for how great this spot is!
