Guy with the bandana over his face gave the worse customer service it wasnt funny. I couldnt even look at one of thier cheapest items, as if I was a thief. I was in my work clothes but I never thought wearing steal toes and a class 3 reflective shirt made me look like I wanted to steal. Sure they have cameras I parked right in front but what ever I went to 48th and Yakima and found a better selection with better prices. Best of all great customer service....

I gave this such a high rating for three reasons. 1) my wife went in to buy her vape with my card and they needed my ID, I appreciate that because I know they are following the law and being secure. 2) The guy was knowledgeable and had a lot of great suggestions for my wife. And 3) they offer a 24 hour refund if anything goes wrong with it which is great because more then once, from other places, we have had a vape that conks out immediately after use or misfire and keep burning after you hit them. Its great to know they care about their customers. We will be back.

I drive past everyone to come out to this place for good reason. Super awesome shop with great friendly staff, I dont go anywhere else in Tacoma because these guys always have the best selection and the lowest prices anywhere.

This last time I went in, they had a sale with these juices by coastal clouds(buy 3 deal)Just DONT buy these ones!Anybody got advice on a tasty flavor since this guys no help?Iced mango berries was good btw (salts) but they were sold out this time...

Been going to this place since I moved here. Always has the wraps an vapes I need in house. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for all your smoking needs. Great friendly staff. Ow er is super down to earth an always know what I need when I arrive. My GO TO shop.

Thank you guys very much for looking at my tank and telling me how to fix it so I didn’t have to buy another one. I went home after they took it apart and did what they said and it’s good now appreciate it !

These two guys are amazing! I cant put it another way. Customer service is a number one priority for this family of a crew. They have helped me from day one. If its vapes, or my favorite beer, to getting everything my handicap mother needs. Great comparable prices to other shops. However,they will always go the extra mile to take care of you. These guys are the best!! Theyre always super friendly, and they know their stuff. They always help me find exactly what I want and have had accurate, detailed answers to every question Ive asked them. Cant recommend highly enough!

There r very helpful they know what customer needs. You can ask them something they will be right on it they know. Even if we can explain it they know what we was talking about

I feel they are a little snobby towards people in the lower class or homeless community. Just what I see and feel while in the store. I always buu something buy I feel they rush me out!!!

Two super cool guys, absolutely love this place! This is always the place I go for any vape product. They always help me find exactly what I’m looking for! I some times even sit and talk with them for 20-30 minutes after I paid for what I was buying, just because they are that awesome!

This is the best vape shop in Tacoma , the main guy is great but the rest of the employees act like youre really interrupting them from some very important standing around they could be doing but they all know e everything youd ever need to ask and they have all the parts and equipment youd ever need or want . Overall the shop is awesome Id love to go somewhere else but the second best shop doesnt have much and they dont know much and the third best shop carries alot of counterfeit vapes and supplies so Ill take poor employee attitudes with exceptional knowledge over very friendly with counterfeit sub par inventory

Super friendly staff! Went for vape juice and dude was really helpful on helping me try a new flavor. My roommate and I went back for a rig and dude was helpful with that and didn’t hover and make us feel uncomfortable. The only thing was the prices on rigs were pretty steep even the cheaper ones. One was $50 that was only $30 down the road. The prices are not to discourage though as this place is awesome and has a great vibe and the items are pretty well made glass.

The fellows at I Vape & Glass are very knowledgeable about the best juice/vaporizer to use for the type of e-cig you own; they also have a good selection of both. I reduce my juice strength by half and wish they had the Euro Gold 0mg in stock.

I love coming here! They are always ready to help and give recommendations for the indecisive people like myself. They have a wide selection of juices and mods. As well as a bunch of cool glass pieces and accessories. They also have beer and chips. Definitely a one stop shop for a good night. Thank you!

This has been the shop I go to for almost 3 years.The owner, Roy, is a great guy, he knows his stuff and is very loyal to his returning customers. If u ask him to grab stock from one of his other locations, he will not hesitate, and will give u a day to come pick it up, every time. This will always be my shop for the foreseeable future. Btw, thank you so much for the Troll, Roy, ur the GOAT... I asked this man to pick it up from his Shoreline store for me a week ago, I came in today, bought two bottles and he slipped it in my bag when I wasnt looking, after telling me hell grab it on Monday. MADE MY DAY!!!!!

TRASH! Go somewhere else. They’ll try to talk you into an item you don’t like. My AmPm vapes hit wayyyy better. And the customer service is horrible.

I went into this vape store not knowing much about how much vapes costed, extra batteries, juices. I just knew I wanted a good vape and was hoping for a good price.I ended up getting the maxus 200w, the external batteries, and killa fruit juice.The guy was really cool and explained everything in depth and I felt confident after he finished explaining.He charged me $198 for that setup and the juice and I just felt like whatever because I thought he seemed trustworthy.No receipt in the bag!!! Didn’t advertise price.So I go online to see if I got ripped off and sure enough the same vape I found online ranging between $59-$85 so yeah, the guy ripped me off and told me over the phone he wouldn’t accept a return. I hardly ever get scammed but this guy got the better of me just because I tried to give him my business, and I’m just going to have to live with that now.Don’t go here, you’ll end up feeling regret afterward and he’s not going to work with you on the price.I will not be returning.

I love coming here, customer service is A1! its a great place to stock up on smoking accessories. Huge selection of glass for any way to smoke, lots of dabbing equipment which is a huge plus for me (not a lot of glass shops have decent selection of dab rings and accessories). They even have a nice little beer and cold drink section. This is definitely the 1st place Id check out if youre looking for glass or vape supplies.

This has to be the best vape store in town -the guy standing in front of me to his friend shopping with him.Dont take my word for it folks, take it from this guy I couldnt help but over hear. Theyve got what you need or at least an alternative. Good prices too. Not sure the RAW products are authentic but im too lazy to check. Im not too peculiar about it either, the RAW products guy is nuts check out his instagram...AFTER you check out I vape and glass and they hook you up. BIG selection of ejuice

I came here hoping to either walk out with a better understanding or some items. But I walked out of the store with none of that. Being a first time vapor I got a starter pen kit and wanted to know the best next step up to a mod box kit, Im still trying to grasp it all. I made that clear to the guy there and his only real response was I cant help you if you dont know what youre looking for its my understanding if you work at a place and use those products you can offer some feedback. If I cant go to a store that sells items but the ppl there dont help, where do I turn to? He also mentioned dont look online for help itll just confuse you more so if ik little to nothing about an item how am I to buy the best item for me if even the sales clerks dont help. He couldve asked some basic general questions to get the ball rolling. Do I prefer chashing clouds, taste, brand, battery life how much I vape, nicotine or flavor, price range. But instead just cant help you until you know what you want never coming here again.*update* 4/1/22 Been here a few more times just to give them a try and each time the staff was actually very polite and helpful. Definitely glad I gave them a 2nd chance. From 1⭐ to 5⭐ 👍😎

Knowledge sales staff. Plenty of options, new products, solid prices for a brick and mortar shop (gotta pay them bills!) Have gone there since the grand opening and havent had the need to go anywhere else. They even have Minion slippers!! Great shop.

Ive been here only a couple of times because their prices werent very competitive and the assistance I received I felt I nearly had to coerce from the gentleman. I like to get all the information possible to made an educated purchase, especially if its a product Im ingesting. I know from experience that this is unfortunately common amongst vape shops but I have relatively high standards when it comes to customer service.

Horrible place. They dont back their product. Purchased a bottle of RIPE e-juice and upon opening it the lid popped off. Went back to store got same product and the exact same thing happened. All over my brand new jeans and was not sympathetic whatsoever. Thats $20 dollars down the drain. Worse vape store experience ever. Do not recommend.

Yes prices are a bit above average, but the knowledgeable and friendly staff has kept me coming back for better part of a year now. I will drive a little further from home and pass other shops to know Im 100% getting the right equipment I need and questions answered.

Well, if I could put a minus 5 star I would. The staff there needs some schooling in customer service. The guy with glasses and a ponytail is rude and obviously feels that when a customer walks In its an inconvenience to walk to the register an possibly answer someones questions. I cant believe anyone would want to go there on a regular basis. Lose the attitude or find a new job.......

Good prices on juice and a huge selection. They have pretty much everything I need here. The guys who run are friendly and can answer any of my vaping questions. I can take my vape in if its not working and they will help. I love this store

Can’t give it a NO star. Tried to tell me that a ripped top bottle of Vape juice was unopened. Took out of box to show him seal was broken. He grabbed and said “No listen to it crack”. He twisted and it did NOT crack. I asked him to switch out the cracked and torn box of vape juice. And said I didn’t want to buy an opened bottle. He said “Now you just made me waste a bottle of juice” and I said “now you just lost a customer”. WHY would I open a bottle to get a different one? Doesn’t make sense. Rude. Won’t return ever.

If I could give a negative I would!!!I needed a glad for my vape and before I could even say anything the rude guy was like we don’t carry that here I tried telling that he may want to fix his website and I couldn’t. Cuz when u go on the website my vape I use is right there so he lied. Wasnt a pleasant place to ask questions if you dont know what you want or arent educated on there products. Im 23 and know just enough, the seemed like he didnt know much based on how he was talking with another customer. Felt unprofessional.

Bought three glass water pipes here and they all break after a week or so. Cheap quality Chinese glass dont waste your time and go somewhere real.

This store is a absolute rip of they sold be a piece that had a small crack on it and didnt say anything about and when I called them the next morning to see if the could do something about it they said no we cant if you had called last night then maybe but because I bought the t right before closing and the store was closed after I was able to get home and open my packaging so there was no way I could have called the night of purchase

I bought a Ejuice and it was 1 month before a yr past expired when I asked him for a juice that isnt expired and he said its like food once you buy it you cant return it. Who the heck wants to vape ejuice that is probably 2yrs old or more. He gave me the run around about how long ejuice is good for trust me I already know.

Nice staff but your dude sold me a disposable vape with no nicotine in it. I buy my vapes before I run out so that I dont run out and by the time I had opened it and realized it was past 24hrs🙄

If they don’t get better employees.this store will no succeed... the guy there hate his job So management must suck too. I came in today at about 4pm and the guy there was rude to another customer so I left. I will Never step foot in there again.

Great service. Friendly. Lots of products and selection. Take your MOD in with you for new coils. They have great juices.

Stopped by because the tank I bought from them was leaking!!! They went above and beyond to help me get a new set up and even discounted it to make it right!! I highly recommend them for all your smoking needs!!!!
