I dont know if I came in on the wrong day or something. But this wasnt the experience I was really hoping for. Was looking for a domeless titanium nail. Not in a rush or anything, but the gal seemed uninterested in trying even help or anything. Blamed the unorganized back room, which is cool but that super sucks and sucks to hear as a customer. But only furthered me to find one online at wickedpipes. I found one. Good deal too. I just wish the gal was eager to make a sale or cared to? Just there to get paid by the hour? Idk. But this shops been around for a while right? You need someone cheerful and helpful? Hey there ho there!

The stuff they had all came in at or under the price range I would have expected it to be at. I requested a few features that my broken piece had, and they had a decent selection of glass that fit my description, with a good range of prices. I feel like I got what I was looking for at a price I was happy to pay.

Im all over the world traveling and this location is the one I ALWAYS come back to for my Kratom. I usually make a yearly visit and stock up for my travels. Friendly, affordable and always available if you have questions. Great deals too if you buy in bulk.

We just discovered this place a few months ago as its a little far from us, but this is the BEST smoke shop my boyfriend and I have ever been to!! The costumer service is always outstanding and they have everything we could imagine needing. The glass they have is beautiful and amazing quality. I am over the moon to have found this place, we will be making the 20 min trip to this place EVERYTIME we need something. I also read that you have a Bremerton location?! We will be going there too! The team, the products, the location..This is an amazing must stop shop!! Visible signage, knowledgeable and friendly people. There are some interesting tools there that you really got to see to believe. There are signs all on the displays, not to lean on the glass. It seems like a reasonable enough request to me! I know that it must be hard to keep people from leaning on the glass. Wonder what the future holds? Talk about news and markets, trade wars and geopolitics play an odd roll on the operation of some of the herbal treats.

If you need a rig, replacement banger or parts for your Puffco, the team here has you covered.While looking for a Puffco atomizer or 45 degree 14mm banger, i stopped at 3 and called 4 other smoke/vape shops in town, most of them didn’t know what I was talking about.If you’re looking for smoking paraphernalia or vape products, don’t look anywhere else!

Update of prior 4 star review.In love with the store, it has a few stoner pieces of clothing, memorabilia and novelties, new stuff comes in every so often. The kratom they carry is top notch, and they have tons of pipes, bongs and dab pens. The manager is a very sweet and overworked lady who remembers all of the regulars, and does her best to remember the usual orders, and while its usually a quick trip for us its ALWAYS a pleasant one.

Friendly and helpful. My brother and I took are sister there to get a gift for a friend and she walked out with two nice small glass bongs for under $30 their clearance usually has fixable problems like a missing bowl or superficial imperfections.

To the real ogs of glass shops. Rip Buddha. He was such a good boy. The greatest place I ever bought my first piece from. It was about 2005. On my wedding day they gave me a discount on a double sided percolating water pile. We also bought our first 2 foot water pipe🤣😂😁😀😃😄😅

Dont buy any of their smoke eliminating spray its very old stock and worked for about three sprays then stopped working completely. Went to go ask for a return or exchange and was told by a very young girl that she didnt think she could do anything about it because they dont have a return policy so if you buy something that is defective from them dont expect to be refunded. Probably wont be shopping there anymore.

I went there to use the cash app machine for the first time ever the proprietor was friendly and helpful.the shop does have a large variety of things for those who use those types of things.

Always helpful, and if they dont have what you want, theyll figure out the next best thing they can get you. Great service, definitely my favorite head shop in all of Tacoma!

The staff here are super nice and have some cool pieces but there little overpriced I feel which is why I gave them 4 stars but overall really enjoyed my experience shopping here

There once was a time i went and got a special pipe made by barb, and it had ladybugs all over it. It special to me and my wife. I want another one but barb is not doing so much anymore. I wish there was a way to contact her.

Guy who helped me was pretty stoned, but I dont really care about that. Except the service he provided was pretty subpar. He wasnt rude or anything but didnt really help either. Good quality glass.

The Greenroom is a great place to go for glass and accessories. I have been going here for about 12 years and they have always been great to me! Very friendly and they always seem to have what I need, or a great suggestion!

I only buy my glass from here. Been a loyal customer since they opened their doors over 10 years ago. Never had a bad experience, excellent customer service.

Best place to get kratom between my online orders, also the place I go when I want to sample small amounts of new strains Ive never had. And the fact that they have a location in bremerton and tacoma is great for no matter which direction Im traveling from home (gig harbor)

The Green Room came in with the win for me tonight! Driving through Tacoma tonight and dab conversion piece broke on my way home. Called The Green Room at 10:00 pm hoping they would be open but knew they probably werent. Surprisingly they answered and JT said they were closed and he was about to leave but he would stayed open till I came got it 10 mins later. Great customer service, and well knowledgeable. Fair pricing. Defiantly gonna go get my next piece there when the time comes.Gonna suggest this place to all my friends.Thanks Green Room.

Get kratom here sometimes. A little overpriced, and tricky depending on what strain you like. Sometimes they carry really weak versions of certain strains. Makes it frustrating sometimes, when shopping for powerful kratom.

The customer service is amazing here, they go beyond regular standards and have always been be very pleasant to talk to. Ive been coming here over a year now.

A little hole in the wall smoke shop just a couple blocks past Safeway on 6th Ave. They carry a decent variety of tobacco products and paraphernalia, but kratom seems to be the money maker. They carry Kratom Kings brand, $15/oz $30/2 oz or $60/5 oz. (Same brand in East Tacoma is $20/oz.) Probably the largest selection of strains Ive ever seen and if you dont want to study the detailed menu, just ask...the owner is well versed on the different effects. Join the rewards program...the points accumulate pretty rapidly: redeem for free half ounce bags or generous discounts.
