Rose Massage Spa

My husband tried this massage place for the first time. Our appointment was at 8:00 pm. The door was locked when we arrived at about 7:50 pm, finally after a few minutes the receptionist let us in and requested payment for the massage. We paid in advance. She then took us rapidly to a room. No discussion just -you go here. I waited 10 minutes in room for massage person to arrive it is now 8:15 pm. The person started the massage, No discussion just was roughly massaging. I asked for her to not massage so hard. I showed her an area that was painful. She then massage this one area for 20 minutes and then told me to turn over. Next she massaged my head for the remainder of the time. Whole areas of my body where not massaged: my arms, legs and feet had zero massage. I go to massage to help with inflammation and swelling in lower extremities. At 9:00 the massage ended abruptly and I was told to get dressed as massage was over. It was 15 minutes early. I got dressed and the entire time I am attempting to get dressed the massage person throws open the door and starts changing linens, left door open so that I was exposed. I asked her to close the door. She slammed the door and continued with her cleaning process while I dressed. Once I was dressed we were rapidly rushed to door to leave. This was a completely unprofessional massage. I felt jipped, disrespected and all around unhappy with this experience. Beware!

I called and asked for an appointment for 2 one hour massages. I was told I did not need an appointment and to just show up. When we got there there was only 1 person working. She locked us out while I’m assuming she called to see if someone could come help. She then opened the door and said only 1 at a time. Had to pay BEFORE the massage and did not get a full 1 hour that was paid for. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Don’t waste your money. The therapists aren’t even trained. They just lightly rub on you and assume hope you’ll pay them for more. Bad attitudes too. Totally waste of $70 for hour massage.
