on like whoa. It gave Boston Richey but tried to enforce a dress code like some upscale establishment bit its not. Go to Charlie Park on Fridays, or Eves on Adams at least they both have rooftops and give the ambiance that TopFlight dress code tries to achieve.

The drinks and wings were excellent!!! The environment was chill,laid back, and smoke free!!!

This place has good fried chicken wings and fish. Great drinks. Definitely worth every penny. These are the only two draws to this club. The lines to get in are horrible. There is no crowd control when entering the club. People often walk to the front as if they are going to VIP, but they merge with the regular lines. They have tried barricades but that doesn’t work without staff outside to keep order. On event nights (ie. graduation, homecoming, game weekends) they will price gauge upwards of $50 or more. I write this review as I currently leave the line that they were holding in 40 degree weather. The reason I rated them so low is because these are black people doing this to other black people. 😡

Place was empty. I am with my Wife and her two friends for a football weekend. I get wanded and searched by two people, in hoodies and sneakers no less, LV bag checked, only to be told by the third at the inside door that I am wearing sneakers and can’t come in. Maybe they are classified as sneakers in some insane world because they have a rubber sole, but they are designer shoes that no one would ever wear to any gym, hoop or play any kind of ball in. Been to 5 star clubs in Miami Fort Lauderdale and Las Vegas where shoes like these are perfectly alright even though they say no “sneakers.” Sorry, but no one wearing Dolce And Gabbana, McQueen, Gucci, or giuseppe zanotti would ever play any sport wearing these as they cost more than any pair of Air Jordan any person would wear. And the guy after me walks in with actual sneakers. And I am looking at pictures on their page of shoes that would be classified as sneakers. If you are mad cause you live in a dumpster of a city, that’s on you, and don’t understand what I am wearing, just say it. Guy behind me said this doorman is bugging. But dude legit wouldn’t let me in. And their entire menu is fried chicken wings, chicken tenders and fried catfish. Can only laugh. And two guys after me were wearing Nike sneakers. I’ve worn this to much better clubs in South Florida with actual dress codes.

Visiting Tallahassee and was told that it was a good place to get drinks and be around a mature crowd. Unfortunately, I was turned away at the door because security didnt like my shoes. I tried to reason with him being that I was from out of town, but clearly they have a strict dress code policy where cowboy boots are allowed, but Nikes are not. This should be posted somewhere so that people know to wear their Sunday best to a casual bar. Ill just have to take my cover charge money and drink money elsewhere.

I came here for my best friend’s birthday. They didnt allow me to come in because I had on tennis shoes. Like ok whatever that’s fine if you have a dress code I understand but when I looked in I saw multiple who were not employed there with tennis shoes on. The guy who wouldn’t allow us in wouldn’t even let my best friend in to use the bathroom. Knowing we ubered there and not drove because we knew we were going to be having drinks. I feel as if you are going to have such a strict dress code it should apply to ANY AND EVERYONE. Simple. The place is small and not high class in any way shape of form but whatever. Dont go here if you are from out of town until you know the dress code is all Ill say.

Always a good time, if you’re early enough to get a seat. The location is small and parking can be a hassle but once you get in and get the drinks flowing, you’re guaranteed to have a good time. The drinks are strong (& pricey) and the chicken wings have to be fried by Jesus himself! They’re that good. Wednesday is karaoke night and draws a nice crowd and the DJ is usually on point. Just wish they’d get a nicer venue.

The place has a good atmosphere for a grown and sexy crowd. Their drinks are strong and very reasonably priced. The DJ is usually on point playing a good mix of old and new school music.But they need to hire more bartenders to serve drinks. Every time I go, I end up spending a hour at the bar trying to get a drink. Then I have to order several at once that end up getting watered down as a drink them because I dont want to spend another hour later getting a second drink. They have a great club but if youre drinking, you will spend too much time in line at the bar instead of enjoying yourself.

They let some people in with vans, pumas, and addiads but other cant come in with dress polo or Louis Vuitton shoes be careful what u wear because if they guy in the front dont like u he will turn you around and Im talking to the men

Last weekend was my first time stepping foot in this club. My boyfriend asked what the admission cost was to the female security officer that was on the door and she said to ask the male officer. Well upon asking him he said $44......for this club!!!! NOT!!!!! There were no events going on and only a few tables left. The fact that there isnt a dance floor is beyond me!! Definitely wont go back!!

This is the best club in town to go to on a Saturday night. The drinks are strong, the music is a mix of old and new hip-hop and R&B, and the crowd is lively.There is a dress code, so dress to impress, but dont stain your outfit with sauce from their delicious wings and fries. I love having an immediate food source after expending energy dancing, singing, and joking with friends. Just make sure you order approximately an hour before you believe you will be hungry because the food takes a while.Thats one reason they only get 4 starts from me. The other reason is because they only have 2 bartenders at each bar when they know the crowd will be massive by 12 AM. It takes about 30 minutes to get a drink even when theyre bartenders are working their fastest (and theyre already pretty fast.) But despite the setbacks, this is the spot on a Saturday night.

Disclosure is a joke, the doorman don’t understand meaning of casual dress where I will men’s Christian Louboutin shoes to the club and couldn’t get in but they allow polo boat shoes in Adidas shoes in the club. Also Palms 🤷🏿‍♂️ there a joke don’t go

Strongest drinks in Tallahassee!The bartenders are friendly. Your cocktail will be strong and well-made with a nice price. Its an older crowd with a mid to late twenties crowd as it gets closer to midnight. Its still a great bar, no matter what.

This door man is very disrespectful, idk why he still works here, March 15th my boyfriend and I tried to enjoy our night out at the flight we took a $15 Uber all to be turned around my bf had on Christian Louis Vuitton dress shoes & he was not allowed but their was other people in the club with tennis shoes, pumas and vans & I also seen a girl with fluffy black sandals not get turned away....we felt discrimated against. Idk what his beef is with my boyfriend but this was insane and Im sure we are not the only ones whove been turned around while they let people under dress code....please speak up if this has happened because the rules need to apply to everyone.. Not just sum, Im sure my complaint will be overlooked but I will never spend my money in top flight again respectfully

Best way to describe this place is a hole in the wall kind of club. Definitely for the grown folks. Drinks are not watered down. Dress appropriate and enjoy karaoke on Wednesday nights. Best wings in town & well priced !

Where the drinks are real!!! 😂( radio advertisement) In the middle of a neighborhood stands a nightclub that all the college students know about. Its a mixture of college students and locals, once you get inside, the set up is like a lounge... cool music and atmosphere.... I must say the chicken wings are best thing there, theyre awesome 👅

Extremely homophobic and aggressive security. Unfair treatment and rude behavior is common overall at this establishment but the security are extremely aggressive and come off as homophobic.

Its a dope place to just vibe to music, grab a bite and have the best drinks period.

Came down for sisters graduation. Before graduation we celebration dinner, which was an all white affair. Afterward we planned on going to Top Flight. We arrive at Top Flight, and people were dressed in jeans, tennis shoes, hats , jerseys you name it. Myself and maybe a 10 others, get to the front of the line, and we are turned away because I had on shorts?? My cousin is turned away, because he had on polo sneakers?? We tell the guy, whoever it is, we are from out of town, and here to celebrate graduation. Unwavering , we were not accepted. This is unacceptable, we were well dressed, and their was clearly no dress code that night. Why were we turned away? Terrible management

!! Terrible Customer Service and Security !! The door charge is typically $15 and up. Its free before 10:30pm (except on game day or if theres an event in town) but youll have to be there by 8:30 to make it in. They hold the line significantly on purpose ever since the Summer started (2018), which they used to do a little before, but not to this extent. The door men treat you with the utmost contempt. Its as if yhey dont want you to be there. Service with a smile does not exist there anywhere. Its very small inside. Youre going to get drinks spilled on you often or drop your cup from people bumping into you regularly. Greeks used to stroll in there but after the last big altercation where different Greek orgs fought, they made it so now no one is allowed to stroll there. They still stroll but theyre biased on who they allow to stroll so dont be surprised if your organization doesnt make the list and the remedial bouncers take you out. Both males and females get thrown out equally. Theyll make a show of it to boot. They hire the most inept police in town. Theres usually a fight after the club every Wednesday or Saturday like clockwork but the police never intervene‼️ Smh. On the positive side, the drinks are strong and they have pretty good wings that you have to wait 30 minutes for. The negatives outweigh the positives in my opinion. They just dont treat theyre customers well at all, theyre just there to take your money. There are other club options with better service.

You need to get your security in check. I pulled up to the club. It was dead but you charged 20. I took 30 seconds to decide if I wanted to pay and security told me I could enter the club because I took too long to decide. I tried to explain that I wanted to get in the club and security came up to me threatening me telling me I had yo leave or they would ban me. They are forgetting their role. Ive been spending money at the Flite for 10 years. Yall not gonna make it treating people like this

Needs to reevaluate their policys!! Tried to leave with a cup and some ice since I am breastfeeding mom and they did not allow me literally just a empty cup and another cup filled with ice since I traveled out of town to come there smh!!!

Not a diverse song selection. Needs updated genres of music. Only karaoke bar Ive ever been to in the whole state of Florida that charges on karaoke night. I did sing but I didnt enjoy myselfSeemed small minded concept compared to other karaoke clubs in Tallahassee. Please dont ask dj for any rock and roll he might ask you what he asked meWho in here do you think listens to that . Will not be going back on karaoke night.

Top Flite doesnt miss a beat. Even with the changing times and tension in the air going to Top Flite melts your worries away if you are up to it. If it isnt the beautiful smiles of the hostess and service, its the heavy pour of the bartenders, if it isnt the heavy pour it is the leadership of Greg Millz. If you have to ask questions you are failing as a patron. Top Flite is what you want it to be if you enjoy the music.

The drinks and the food! All I can say is you DEFINITELY get your moneys worth. 25 and up! Grown flocks night club and Wednesday night I believe is karaoke night. I remember I took me niece here for her birthday and we got sooooo plastered 😂😂😂 #FunTimes #Memories

Been visiting Top Flite since my college days and it never disappoints. Great wings, music, and strong drinks.

Although I enjoy The Flite when I do go, lately its been a hit or miss. Drinks never disappoint, but I feel the lack of other venues has killed the vibe Im used to in the Flite.

Drinks was straight music was lit but I literally had to go buy some 10$ slip on shoes to replace my 900$ Valentino’s because the security can’t tell the difference between designer and sneakers when I seen somebody in there with black timberlands on they need more clear cut dress code cuz they’ll call anything a tennis shoe from lack of knowledge of brands

Had a blast...went to karaoke on Wednesday nights. Drinks are always good and strong! Cant go wrong with the flite!

This club was actually one of my favorites, but now I do not go there anymore. Fights break out, underage people are getting in there, it doesnt seem fun to me.
