Convenient location, really cheap products. Bought a dab rig a couple weeks ago. Had to buy an extension for the dabs. In 3 days the glass thats heated started to crack. Its not supposed to crack 🤣 their refillable lighters suck and they werent meant to be refilled. More of a 1 time use. They offer you 10% off another purchase to keep buying faulty products. Kinda of sad. Please I beg you to go support any ither smoke shop. You will regret spending your money here.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Came from Canada on vacation and wanted a disposable CBD vape. Got one, asked the worker if it needs a charger or charge or anything first. Worker was adamant it didn’t. Well one day later and the the thing is dead and full of juice. Can’t really sneak away and buy a charger, this is why I bought a disposable one, so that I didn’t need to. $32 down the hatch, full of juice and can’t use. Thanks again. Awesome. AVOID this place. The workers are clueless and on another planet..

I’m sure they’re expecting this review. My friends and I went in to buy a bong and later when we tried using it there was no airflow. We took it back in to the shop because they assumed we didn’t know how to use it. The guy took it back to go try it out and said water came out from both sides. We tried it again in the parking lot afterwards and it wasn’t coming out from both sides, you can literally see in the pictures that it’s not coming out the other side. I even tried it at different levels of water. They said there was nothing they could do about it but offer us a 15% discount, I guess to buy more of their broken products lol. One of the guys working also said the part inside shouldn’t have been sealed off so there could be airflow. I called later because I wanted an explanation on how we could possibly use a bong with no airflow and without the water being able to go out both sides. On the phone the guy even admitted that something was wrong with it but there was still nothing they could do other than a 15% discount. I hate to be a Karen but I’m sure they would be upset if they were sold something broken, too. Anyways, we donated $80+ and got a broken piece of glass, so if you find it in your heart to help some dummies replace the money we lost at this god awful place, the cashapp is $ttdnrb ❤️❤️❤️

Went in to get juice over the weekend, I got killer kustard strawberry and bought a new pack of pods. I noticed it odd that the nic salt was not in the box n I was being sold just a loose bottle. I was in a rush and wrote it off. The price was above average by far. I paid 39 bucks for a 30ml nic salt and a 3 pac of pods for a geek vape one. Iv bought two pacs of pods and two bottle of the same brand juice for that. By the second tank the juice was inconsistent in nicotine and just tasted off. I went to my normal store and bought two bottles of the same brand. the guy noted the expiration date on it. I Looked at the one I bought in this store, Turns out the bottle they sold me was expired in October of 2022. The new ones date is 2 years from its date of purchase. . So this juice sold to me had been sitting around for 2 and a half years, who knows how long it was degraded by light out of the box. It’s my fault for not checking, however a retailer has a responsibility to those they service.

Such a great store , everyone was very helpful and so friendly. Especially the girl that assisted me the whole time. I just remember her name started with a “Z” but she helped me find different flavors for my mod and even recommended me a few that she preferred. I really liked this shop and will definitely be coming back, 10 out of 10 experience.

I am so disappointed with this smoke shop. Went in to buy papers, a rolling machine, and filters. I asked for advice for each of the products I purchased. When I got home and tried to roll one, I noticed that the rolling machine was smaller than the papers (same brand even). So, I have to cut the papers in order to use the rolling machine. Absolutely ridiculous!! The employees should have known, and informed me, that the papers were too big for the machine. Or, that the rolling machine was not the standard 1 1/4 inch. DO OT RECOMMEND!!!!

I went to the shop because I had issues with my mod. Zaira helped me figure out the issue and did everything within her power to resolve the issue. Zaira was both professional and patient as we tried to remedy the issue. All wS resolved and I left the shop one happy customer.

Have been in many times and everyone who works here has been extremely helpful and nice every single time.They even assisted me in picking a vape rig and set it up for me/showed me how to set it up.Also had questions about Kratom and they were knowledgeable on the topic and happily explained what it is and the different variations.They also have some very cool/cute bong pieces.Highly recommended

I would give this place 0 stars If I could.I went into this location the other day, and the 3 girls who were working inside behind the register were being snotty, overly aggressive, and anti lgbtq friendly towards a nother customer.They went as far as laughing and saying rude remarks under their breath.I dont care much for the LBGT situation or misunderstanding, but they shouldnt have been laughing and making fun of him.For example, if you dont support or like someone because of their life choices, you shouldnt be yelling, laughing, or getting other coworkers to hate the same person, I found it extremely un-human to be ganging up against an individual who wasnt being rude or agresive in the first place.I also understand that my review will not have an impact on this business in any way, shape, or form because the other customers who come here.

It would’ve gotten five stars had the kid that helped me not been so stoned that when I told him I wanted regular vape juice and not the nicotine salts, had he not sold me nicotine salts. Because of course I can’t get my product until I pay for it, and I was in a rush, so I’ll take responsibility for that part of it. I guess the lesson to be learned here is to always double check your products when they come from behind the counter? With the exception of this one time every other experience with the shop is in a good one of the art a little pricey, and I think a lot of them are college kids, because they do sort of have kind of sluggish attitudes, however, every single individual in the shop is extremely knowledgeable. How are you down there anything you ask him so I say I’m shocked there about five times so one out of five isn’t too bad and it was a simple mistake anybody could’ve made it….

I Visit this shop a lot and the workers are super friendly and very attentive to my needs. They always help me find what I am looking for and even recommend better products to me. Definitely became a regular at this shop and do not regret it. They also have very high quality glassware and some of my favorite pieces came from here!

Nice looking place but dont buy CBD Juul pods from them.. no returns, expensive, and they leaked all of the contents of 1 of 2 of the pods. They should stop selling these. I wont be coming back (atleast not for Oasis products).

The customer service before you buy is way better than after.I had an issue with a product not working one day after purchase. The employee points to a tiny sticker. I show proof of purchase and ask for a manager. The employee gives me a big smile 😁 and says she is off, so Im in charge!I informed her that if no compromise could be made, I would not be a customer anymore. This seemed to please her. With all the cheaper options online, customer service is key for brick and mortar to survive.

I’ve been a regular at this shop for awhile and came in this week to get a couple new of my go to disposable vapes, the pod king x elf bar line. As per normal I tried it in the store and it worked initially but later that evening noticed that one of them is defective, after hitting it the vape continues to burn/draw for more than a second after, and after a day of use it was already tasting burnt.I came back in 2 days after purchase to show them the defective product and just would like a replacement, didn’t ask for a refund, was able to show proof and date of purchase, and the shop refused to do anything for me other than offer a 10% discount for buying a new one. Over $20 wasted on a defective product and the shop refused to do anything to make it right.Had I not been a regular customer or if this was something I’d come in multiple times for that would be understandable, but that is not the case and I’m not trying to scam anyone, just would like to replace the obviously malfunctioning product I had bought only 2 days before.This shop does not care about taking care of their customers and absolutely do not stand behind the quality of product they sell.There are plenty of other great smoke / vape shops, steer clear of this place and their less than poor customer service.

In general, the store(the building)may be of small structure, but once you walk inside the greetings and the hellos are a good sign of you are welcome here and we are here to help...very friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable. Was driving by and decided to stop in since kidney puncher down the street is no longer! Was glad I did! Wanted a new flavor of juice, got some blueberry limeade, that is pretty damn good, and ended up walking out with a new mod. Was instantly greeted by the young beautiful lady working there, and she was great with helping me out. Both the beautiful young ladies in the store were super friendly and entertained my fish tank talk for a minute! Will definitely come back to the store again.

Great store. It looks unassuming from the outside but inside its well organized and stocked to the ceiling with anything you could need! Theyre very knowledgeable about the products they sell and always have specials running on disposables. Those who cannot wear the muzzle (the useless mask) are NOT discriminated against and thats very refreshing to feel like a human in their store.

I just bought a vape from here yesterday and it stopped working THE SAME DAY and was visibly defective. I just came back in to see if I can get it replaced or a refund and they refused to do ANYTHING and was really disregarding in the way that Sam (tall guy) and Clarisa (short dark haired “white passing” even went about it. Worst service I’ve ever had from a smoke shop ever!!

Was shopping at the mall and started biting my finger nails and getting the shakes because I hadnt chucked a decent cloud in over fifteen minutes. I left my mom in the changing room at H&M and went over the the vape shop. They understood my struggle, sold me fifty dollars worth of candy-flavored juice, taught me what sub-ohm vaping means, and explained how kratom is basically the holistic cure for most mental problems and several cancers. Everyone was super friendly, and big shout out to Michael for being warm, funny, and bar far the cutest one. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Easily the best smoke and vape shop I’ve ever been to. They have a very large selection of products for all your vaping AND smoking needs. The customer service is second to none. Every time I’ve been in the employees are nothing but welcoming and helpful. I was curious about Kratom and knew nothing about it but their employee Michael explained everything about it so well that I gave it a try and now I use it everyday. Incredibly knowledgeable and kind staff and they have a customer for life in me now!

If I could leave zero stars I would.Came into the shop for a “snail” battery (>30$) for cartridges… person behind the counter upsells me on a 70$ battery. Drive home and it doesn’t work (on 5 different carts). I drive back to the store & ask for a different machine (not even looking for a refund)… no exchanges/refunds EVEN IF THE STUFF THEY SELL YOU DOESNT WORK.My recommendation: go to any other smoke shop in Phoenix. Bakers Smoke Shop is better. So it’s Sultans.Don’t waste your time or money like I did.

I dont know why it wont let me submit a review on my normal account so I had to use my silly one. My name is Kyle Smith, I come in here usually bi-weekly. The 1 star reviews stem from pettiness honestly. I notice alot are about disposable vapes. Just a heads up; youre going to find faulty vapes no matter where you go. It is important to try it there as soon as you buy it because if it doesnt work you can immediately request to trade in for one that will work. Each time I come here the employees are so hpful in finding exactly what Im looking for. Their selection is phenomenal and probably the best in phoenix. Their prices are fair and I do t feel like Im surrounded by sketchy people like I am at smoke shops. The employees at this point know my rotation already. When I come in they know im here for either 2 juices or one juice and my coils. Ive only been here maybe 6 times and Im amazed how they remember what flavors I like and when I need my coils. Ive one time been give the wrong product but I didnt clarify exactly what I wanted and they immediately turned around and provided me the correct product. Theyre so friendly to newer vape users and will give you their honest opinions along with answering any question you have for them. Im a life long customer here for now on. This place is so amazing!

I have been coming here for months and really enjoy the store. The staff is friendly and welcoming to enthusiasts. The juice selection is constantly stocked with new flavors for the customer to sample and enjoy. When I first started modding, their staff helped me take a step in the right direction. The staff will also assist you with the know how on how to make coils for your RDA. I recommend all my friends to this store for all their vapor needs.

My initial experience was pretty positive. I went back yesterday though, and it was pretty bad. The lady who helped me seemed kind of annoyed that I was there. I stopped in really quick to get some juice and could not believe the lack of customer service. I still made the purchase, but I dont know if I will be going back with that kind of service.

Went here, thinking we found a new smoke shop we love, nice people, cool environment. But the product they sold me for $50 turned out to be a counterfeit.. the device also didnt have a serial number on it (for warranty) I had no idea I was ripped off until the next day when i reached out with a spokesperson for the company of the said product, they advised me that my product was a fake. An now this small smoke shop cant help me, because I found them out... nice. So if you go here do your research on the product you plan on purchasing. I know I shouldve. I stopped in(1st time) after seeing sign out front that advertised all Juul flavors in stock. They did have a variety 4 pack, but no other options in stock. Oh well..I came in for a specific item, but not the end of the world. I purchased the 4pak & was very surprised when she gave me total price at 40-50% higher than what I have been paying for Juul 4 packs. I understand about making a profit, and the shopkeeper was nice, but probably won’t give them any more $ moving forward. The Juul cartridges also seemed stale, & harder to draw than other times I smoke them. Maybe it was me..but I don’t think so.

The Magic Smoke & Vap Shop actually fits its name. I was there with my service companion dog, Buster Bear, and each member of the team came out to meet and greet Buster Bear. That in itself made stop worthwhile. The selection, style and design of this small shop was perfect. If you are in the area and have any smoke or vap needs, you have to visit the Magic Smoke & Vap Shop because I can say that you will not be disappointed!

I bought a vape battery from here that ended up being a lemon. I went in today on a Sunday for an exchange and the cashier (pink hair) said he didn’t have managerial access on his iPad to process anything and that we’d have to return on Tuesday, even though we already drove half an hour to get there. I didn’t need a return, just a swap for one that worked. He also told me this after tinkering with it for 10 minutes and testing his weed cartridge on my battery under his mask, which is appalling and disgusting during a pandemic. Complete waste of time for no reason.

Worst vape shop of all time.. Where do I even begin.... Uneducated employees, no return policy WHAT-SO-EVER, sell you crap that they dont stand behind- refuse to do anything to mediate any issue with your purchases.. Even if you just bought it a couple hours ago & it turns out it has a factory defect/poor craftsmanship. Youre on your own. The employees treat you like youre a nuisance. Theyre pretentious & could careless. If I could give this place no stars I would. Im a long time experienced vaper new to the area, I would recommend you take your business else where. Magic is one of the original vape shops in its area. They started out selling only vape stuff, mainly juice and mods/tanks, and have always had a great selection. The last time I stopped in to get a bottle of e juice (which is definitely noticeably more expensive)I noticed that they have expanded their store to twice the size it was previously, and are now stocking head shop/smoking shop items like glass bongs and pipes. I noticed a pretty good selection of Kratom, and that was all just at a glance. It definitely appears that they are thriving, and here to stay, the expanded size makes for a more pleasurable experience for both employees and shoppers, so I can only see them bringing in more cash now! I refrained from selecting 5 stars because I hey the exact same ejuices for about 30% less in just about every other store. Great staff and selection, just dont go here looking for a bargain! 😁

I purchased a Lookah sea horse on the 23rd of February from this store on Monday the 8th ofMarch we had it charging my wife went to unplug it it Shocked her today Saturday the 13th I finally had time to call and speak to a gentleman at the store and they do not stand behind any of there products now I have to try and contact the manufacturer to get a replacement on a product I purchased less than 30 days ago will never shop at this store ever and would recommend every one to shop at a reputable shop that stands behind there products

Not Beginner smoke shop FriendlyI wouldn’t come back here again... the selection isn’t the best and when it comes to getting something for the first time chances are you’ll be set up with something that easily breaks and comes with no warnings.You are better off going somewhere else that has a better selection and more thoughtful staff.

Everytime I come in the people who work here are so helpful, I can ask as many questions as I need to and they are always knowledgeable. I had my mod stolen and when I came in they were able to help me replace it for a decent price and hooked me up with some juice, I would recommend checking them out.

I Bought a Vapmod V-mod battery due to the clerks recommendation and Ive been robbed of $40. The device doesnt fire, constantly blinks like its defective and they have a zero return policy. Dont buy Mods here frfr. And the clerks dont know the products

I went to magic vapor right at 10 o clock on my lunch break because i forgot my juice today. I waited and waited until i had to go back to work and nobody was there and shop was closed. 10 Mins past opening time and i am still screwed without juice because owner or employee was not there having the shop open at 10 AM. Extremely disappointed and will never use this shop.
