When its open this place is great! I really wish they didnt have staffing problems, because Id prefer to come to this one over any others, because its a pleasant atmosphere and they have quality tobacco that isnt dried out and the prices are good. But its always gamble if itll be open. Time to hire some more people!

WOW! Best walk in humidor cigars in the area. my man only goes here. 10/10 recommend. Very impressed by this shop! Big fan of everything and everybody in this store. Highly recommend.

Obviously I can only speak for myself, but since I started going to this place last year(2022), the employees have always made me feel very Welcome and provide the best customer service that I could ask for. The store itself caters to those who dont want to spend too much on their nicotine needs, which is very good for me. On top of that, they have decent priced drinks in the cooler/ fridge(especially Monster). Now if only they could get that stupid door fixed... Sincerely, A regular customer

Great selection and great prices! I had to edit this review. I’ve tried 3 different times to get the staff to address the cigars are dried out. So they are either Old or they do not know how to work the humidifier. If they fix the problem- good place to shop.

Ive been coming here for 2 years now and it is the only shop I will ever go to! Everyone is beyond amazing and care deeply for the customers! They bring a personable environment and have made it a point to remember my usual order and bring up conversations that weve had in the past! Feels more like a family rather than a side of the road nicotine quick stop!

I love this little shop! they have a great selection and free stickers! the staff is mostly young kids and they are always super friendly, helpful and appear to enjoy working there. thanks for being great on all fronts!!

I’ve been coming to this store for years now. I have been a loyal customer for years and that is because of consistency. This shop always has everything that I need. What I also appreciate about this shop is that they are trying new product every work and listening to the customers. This small business cares about the community and I see them here to stay for many more years. Tobacco world and vape will anyways be my stop for my needs.

Owner is a good dude, i had many questions and he answered all of them without making me feel stupid. He also sold me what i needed not what was going to make him the most $$ or biggest sale. I dont know his name but I know hes very knowledgeable and does not take advantage of people who are less experienced. I highly recommend this place for beginners or experienced folks.

It use to be one of my favorite shops, but now seems like a party palace for vaping kids. Certain employees are friendly, some are not, if you aren’t in “their crowd”. Since Simon sold the place, it’s more like a 20 something hangout than a real business. Plenty of other places to buy cigs, papers and vape. If you are older, you might want to skip this juvenile hangout.

Went in looking for old Toby pipe tobacco. They didnt carry it unfortunately, but they called all their distributors to see if they could. Unfortunately they still couldnt. I rated them 5 Stars because they did try and the 2 people who helped me were super friendly. And help me pick out a couple other pipe tobacco selections instead. Will definitely be coming back even though its an hour drive for me!!!

Ive came a few times here now and I have had a positive experience every time. The manager there is always helpful in finding everything I need and even knows what I get from there when I pull up. He is a great guy to talk to and has provided me a nearby smoke shop to frequent.

I’ve been coming here for years. The prices are the best I’ve been able to find, even better then the Indian reservation. Owner is super kind and very helpful when it comes to helping me pick out a new flavor. What stands out for me is that they always point me towards the best products, not just the most expensive. If youre going here before 10am,call first to make sure they are open.Im here at 9:15 and it says their business hours are 8:30-9 but the door is locked and nobody is here.Now its 8/17 9:30am and the store isnt open.Still my favorite vape shop, just not good at opening on time.

Owner was very knowledgeable of all inventory in his shop. Well organized in and out of the spacious walk in humidor. Has the latest design, best in quality glass and silicon water pipes/electric water pipes etc. Last but not least, an immense variety of cigars such as my favorite Corleone. Plus materials for vaping like oils, batteries, tanks and coils.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Tobacco World!!! And not just because it is close to home. The owner, & his 1 other employee, are both very friendly, they always greet us with a smile & hello every time we walk in the door. Not only that, they both know exactly what were getting, depending on which one of us (me &/or my husband) walks thru the door, & usually have the pack(s) on the counter & total ready when we get to the register. My husband & I prefer to buy our smokes there, even if we are on the other side of the valley & run out. Well make our way home, & go to Tobacco World to get more.Not only because of the friendly faces, do we prefer going there, but also the prices. My husband & I prefer different brands, Im not exactly sure of the exact difference of his, but mine are just less then a dollar cheaper then anywhere else.

I went in, all I felt was that I was an inconvenience to the workers. Two workers in the store, one other customer besides myself. Got no welcome or lay of the land. So I asked a few questions and just turned out to bother the worker.Asked what flavor CBD wraps you had... Scoffed and gestured to the top. Couldnt read flavors, so I asked... Another scoff.If you dont want new customers or business then close down.

Excellent selection of vape flavors at low cost, owner is extremely knowledgeable. I drive several miles our of my way and past three other shops to go here. Great selection to choose from of all tobacco products and awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.

TL;DR -- great service, great prices, tons of options, shop here!!Huge selection, and super helpful staff; I was looking for a vape mod to upgrade from a Smok stick, but literally all I knew was that I drop things and break them and didnt want to stick with Smok. He explained the pros and cons of internal vs external batteries and guided me to an awesomely durable little Aegis (he showed me the bigger Aegis to compare, and also didnt try to push that sale when I wasnt a fan of the weight in it, but instead pulled out something super small and light to compare with the Aegis Mini, which I super appreciated). Overall, amazing service!!Plus, the juices here are SUPER low-priced. I usually get juice online but theyve somehow got the wholesaler beat on prices here! Ill be coming here for my Naked juice from now on, for sure. Hes also stocked well on coils and replacement glass, so Im pretty solidly making this my vape shop going forwards :)

First of all, the guy that runs this shop is totally awesome. Hes pretty attentive, nice, and knowledgeable about most everything in the shop, and suggested the best sheesha Ive ever smoked. Black Orange from Khalil Maamoon is literally the best quality sheesha Ive ever smoked. For such a small shop, their variety is good, the place is clean and not shady looking like some other smoke shops Ive been to. Would definitely recommend to people passing by to check it out.

I am an avid cigar smoker. A person who enjoys great cigars. Ive smoked from top notch Davidoff’s to a good average 5-6dll cigar. I can say, with all my experiences, having been in some of the most expensive cigar lounges, that Simon, the owner, is one of the most phenomal cigar aficionados, and cigar store owners ive ever met. The experience is always mouthwatering, pleasant, enriching, and above all, fun. I have found their humidor to be extremly well kept, with an amazing selection, unbeatably the best prices. This cigar humidor beats Churchill’s cigar humidor by far. Well kept, best prices, amazing hidden treasures.But wait there is more... you find everything you need for my second passion, hookah and shisha. This store carries an amazing selection of hookah tobacco! The owner is beyond knowledgeable about everything he sells. My favorite and most missed store ever. Its a hidden gem in phoenix, and trust me i have not found another store like this in the US, period.

I called before coming down to make sure he had an inline ash catcher. He says oh yea come on down. Ok cool because no else around has one in stock. Get down here during my lunch break and he has no clue what a inline ash catcher is. He starts pulling out all his ash catchers which none were inline. I had to show him what an inline ash catcher was. Not a good experience at all.

They sold CBD and Nicotine to my 14yr old son. Cops will now be investigating them. They have such a lack of respect to the community and the children of the community.
