The Crave Cave Vapor Lounge

I want to like this place, I really do. Been going here for years but now every time I go they are out of most of the flavors of eliquid. On top of that, every time I go in they get some thing wrong. Wrong coils, wrong strength juice. Its happened multiple times. Yeah, I should probably double check before I leave but its their job to sell the right stuff!Edited to reply to the response..Id safely say the last 5 times that Ive been there I have received at least one incorrect item. Last time I asked for 25mg but was sold 50mg...again. Its still sitting on my counter...so your employees dont check very well. And the only reason that I left with the correct coils last time is because I opened the box before leaving.As far as variety, that may be true but when you are out of the first 10 liquid flavors/strengths that I asked for from your limited salt menu, Id say thats an issue.

Ive been trying to locate a product so I dont have to order it online. Crave Cave NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.. One would think they would when online purchasing is so prevalent. Im looking for a very expensive item and Im not going to drive over there to ask. Obviously it doesnt matter.

Great place, great products, and great staff. The blonde woman wasnt particularly knowledgeable on the products or juice, but was very quick to do research right then and there while I browsed products. She really showed that they care about the customers. The owner is very upfront and well-informed on the stock, and will outright tell you if something isnt great or not selling well. This is my go-to place.

It’d be great if they could just keep their hours updated on Google to match the ever changing hours and signs on the doors. Watched 10 people pull in and walk up to the door only to find the sign says open at 12 when Google says 11.I wrote the above ^ a couple months ago.Since then they closed their Maumee location abruptly. So I ventured to holland.75$ for 3 bottles of my chosen juice. I always thought this was no cheaper than smoking for real.Got tired of driving to holland from Pburg so I searched for my oil over here. I went to purchase it today and was shocked to find my same 3 bottles only cost me 36$ over here. Crave cave is astronomically upcharging us.No more.

I am visually impaired and wanted to switch from disposable vapes to a refillable tank. When i explained what I was looking for and my vision issues the employee went above and beyond to get me set up amnd made sure I knew what Zi was doing before I left. I’ll be sticking with them for my vaping supplies.

I have been going to this store for over 6 years. The staff is very knowledgeable. Great range of products. Spencer is a very great guy who knows his stuff and a joy to see behind the counter. I would highly recommend stopping in.

First time I went in was for my custom mod. I had never messed with anything custom before. The guy that helped me knew exactly why my mod didnt work and helped me fix it right away. When I asked how much I owed, he told me knowledge is free. This is some of the best customer service Ive experienced and I am very happy. Ive been going to this location ever since. WAY better product and service that what I received from REVOLVER. Highly recommended.

Great shop to visit. Very cozy atmosphere and excellent service. Staff is very knowledgeable of all their products. They never steer me in the wrong directions and are very honest about the products they provide. My go to shop!

I really cant say enough good things about The Crave Cave. Staff is super helpful, very knowledgeable and courteous. The place is clean and is a comfortable environment; it is easy to loose track of time trying out different flavors and getting advice on hardware. Selection and prices are good, they have a loyalty plan where you buy 10 bottles of juice you get one free! I live 45 minutes away but still travel their for my vaping needs.

The people here have always been helpful, friendly, and professional. They will answer any questions and I have asked many, and from the 1st time a few years ago to once again for me today, the staff routinely goes above and beyond in order to help you find what you need. We have gone to almost all of them and efinitely one of top shops around Toledo.

Wonderful staff. Especially Mere. She always remembers us and what products we like to use. Only drawback is the deep potholes in the driveway.

Ive been a customer since shortly after they opened several years ago and havent gone anywhere else since then I. Its the best vape shop in the region, bar none. Best vape shop in town, I drive well out of my way, passing multiple other shops to go here. Awesome staff, beyond friendly and helpful. The 1 star reviews are almost a joke to read. This JD Vapes saying Revolver is the place to go, what nonsense, Revolver is just about as good as Walmart at customer service. Every time I go to The Crave Cave I get exceptional service, I always trust their advice and have never been disappointed. Keep it up!

My absolute favorite place to shop for vape oil!!! I go here almost every week with my wife! I like that they have a small section for my kids to play with Legos and coloring books and a fish tank, while I pick out e-juice. The distraction makes it a quick and smooth shopping experience. JP is the best! Hes always friendly and extremely helpful! We had bought a battery from them once, that malfunctioned, and they replaced it for free with no problem, no hassle. I build my own coils for my dripper, and have gotten really good advice from the employees at the crave cave :) We have saved up so much in-store cash from the customer rewards, that we used it towards a new setup at one point. I cant imagine anybody actually complaining about this place. There is nothing to complain about! I will keep coming back here, and continue to give them my business. PS, to the guy who said revolver is better, apparently you have no taste-buds and prefer to OVERPAY for your vape oil, or your indecisive, and prefer a small selection of low end, overpriced mods and setups, because that is all the revolver has.

The kid working there didnt seem to want to be there at all!Maybe it was his finger nail polish needing redone?I wouldnt want him running my business!!!!

I hope they never close been going to this whole center since 2005, I belive the shops in this mini strip is owned by one or two partners. I love going to this strip more over the cave is a extention to my peace and quiet need when I need to just take a moment to myself.

I always enjoy going to the Crave Cave, its the only place I ever go to for my vaping needs. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable and they usually have good deals going on. They have it all- the best e-liquids that range in prices and taste amazing, e-cigs that also range from cheaper beginner friendly to more expensive ones for experienced users & also carry accessories. If youre thinking of switching to e-cigs or want to find a new vape shop- I would definitely recommend trying them out! They made my experience of switching from nasty cigarettes to vaping so easy, it was one of the best decisions Ive made and Im so happy to no longer reak of nasty cigarette smoke!

Place sucks. Dont buy from here. Bought a eleaf mod 6 weeks ago and it wont fire up due to a malfunction in the system and said they couldnt do anything for me but give me 10 percent off a new vape. This place is a scam. Go buy from a place that cares about the customer. 135 dollars down the drain

Just like almost every other shop in ohio, this ecig store is a joke. Horrible juices, cheaply assembled mods, etc. Will be going to Revolver from now on.

I was new to vaping as I am trying to quit smoking. JT was very knowledgeable of the products and took his time to get me the best setup for me. I am still smoke free!

Horrible. Went in and talked to the Bald Guy, I asked about rebuildables and he said Their Rebuildable guy wasnt in then and come in later he would be in. How can you not know anything about your own products.
