Love this shop! Steve is awesome. He gave me an extra bottle because I lost the tip on mine. Hes so helpful. Josh is great, also! I dont shop anywhere else for vape supplies in TC.

I purchased a battery and charger from All About Vapor, which was over priced compared to the other shops in town, but it was closer so I figured I would try it out. The owner was rude from the beginning. When I got home and tried to charge my item, it would not charge. It was dead. I went back down and brought everything I got, minus a receipt because apparently you do not get receipts here? And he told me flat out, you get no return and I will not exchange it. He hardly even took a look at it. At least Grand Traverse Vapor will help you figure out whats wrong. But no, this guy offered to plug it into his electrical outlet to see if I wasnt plugging it in correctly. Im sorry but I am 27 years old and I know how to work an outlet! Never again will I got to this so-called business.

Long time customer. Go in this afternoon and the owner is passed out on the couch. No problem he owns the business he can do what he wants. One of the other employees comes to help me and accidently gives me the wrong bottle of juice. Barely left the parking lot when I realize it so I go back in. Not more than 5 minutes went by. This time the owner is awake and comes to help me. I explain the situation and that I understand its illegal to take back nicotine products, bit given the fact I was literally just there, I thought he would make an exception. Nope just walks away. Given that it was the employees fault I would have at least offered a discount or something. Glad to know they value a $20 bottle of juice more than a long time customer. Never going back

This is hands down the best place to buy vape products at, let me elaborate... not only is there a great selection of product at great prices, but the owner Steve, is very Knowledgeable about each product he sells and can tell you what will work best for your personal machine. It wasn’t the great prices that will keep me coming back, it was the kind and friendly personality of Steve that has locked me in to returning to his store. Thank you Steve!

I used to frequent this store and had talked to the owner Steve a few times and he seemed like a cool dude, made some good recommendations for juices, and was very knowledgeable. However one day out of nowhere he flipped out on me cause he thought I was belittling his knowledge of vaping, when in fact I had just misheard his question. He started swearing and yelling at me, and I apologized profusely for the confusion. I found out this isnt an isolated incident and that he has been rude to customers many times, taking things personally. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing to be in that situation, especially with other people there. I get it, Ive worked in retail, customers can suck, exaggerate things, be belligerent, all that. But this was ridiculous.

AVOID AT ALL COST Owner was extremely rude. Im an inexperienced buyer with vape mods and juice. He was EXTREMELY rude when I asked for his opinion because I clearly stated that everything was new to me. Wouldnt go over any of the juices and got mad when I asked him what he would like. No wonder the store was empty.

I thought this dude was super weird at first, but he ended up being very nice, patient and helpful. He got my Grandmas vape going and gave her a bottle of liquid too. I would come back to this shop and I would recommend it to others.

IF I COULD RATE LESS THAN A 1 STAR I WOULD!! I do many many reviews for many retailers throughout Grand Traverse County and the surrounding areas, and I will say that this place BY FAR was in my TOP 5 for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRICING, AND DOWNRIGHT RUDENESS . The man/owner working the counter , first greeted myself with, well Im discontinuing this Vape juice , this cape juice , this Vape juice , etc. Due to poor customer service blah blah blah. So then he went on to ramble about other Juices without letting me get so much as ONE WORD IN! Honestly , I tried to asked a simple question and before I could finish he rudely interrupted me and I couldnt deal with it and had to leave. Before I did, I did notice pricing though and pricing is ridiculous! I can go to GT Vape and get 120 ML Bottle (dbl sz) $20 Cheaper, fresher product , extreme customer service, and they treat you like human beings like family not just some stranger.

Would give no stars if I could..... horribly rude owner.... asked if they had a particular brand of juice. His response was we would never carry that juice NOT in Traverse City. I left right then wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Owner was very talkative and friendly, helped explain some things to me as I am new to vaping. Very knowledgeable and good pricing! All around was a good experience and will be going back!

Lovely experience, very knowledgeable owner/operator, large variety of stock.PS - a website would be nice, though... I’d love to be able to peruse the stock at home and come in knowing exactly what I want, and its availability.

The owner is a prick. Dont ever go to this store. This is the worst business I have ever encountered in the traverse city area and I have lived here my entire life. NEVER go here.This business should not be still running.

I would not use this place. No product range and he acts like he knows everything. Even from my call I wouldnt feel comfortable. Bad customer experience.

Never had a good experience here. Usually wasnt able to get in as they were closed during regular working hours. I patronize G.T. Vapor when I have the need. They are most likely to be there during their posted business hours.
