My kids gave me a gift certificate to Poppi’s, and I cannot recommend the services highly enough. From the moment I walked into the tranquil, welcoming environment, I felt at ease. The ambiance was perfect, with soft lighting, calming music, and a soothing aroma that immediately set the tone for relaxation.John Paul was my massage therapist. He took the time to listen to my specific needs and concerns before we began, ensuring that the session was tailored perfectly to address my areas of tension and discomfort. His technique was exceptional, combining some deeper tissue work with gentle, flowing movements that melted away my stress and left me feeling rejuvenated.I left the session feeling like a new person, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, John Paul, for an outstanding experience!I also had an excellent facial, foot soak and a mimosa to top off my experience.Poppi’s also has a beautiful lounge to relax, an infrared sauna, salt room and a light therapy hut. It was a relaxing and perfect day. One of the best gifts I’ve ever received!

This was by far the best massage experience that I have ever had! Jenn really listened to what I was needing and focused on those specific areas! It was very apparent that she takes her job very seriously and is committed to making the client feel comfortable and relaxed! I will absolutely recommend Jenn to all of my friends and anyone looking for a rejuvenating massage. I felt all of the tension in my muscles melting away and Jenn used the exact amount of pressure on my muscles that I had requested. She was just amazing, I will request her every time from now on! The atmosphere itself was calm and clean. I loved the lounge, it really adds to the whole experience. This is my new go-to place!

We enjoyed visiting Poppis and experiencing their lounge, salt room, sauna, and color pod.We sat in the Sunlighten Community Solocarbon Far Infrared Sauna for about 30 minutes and really enjoyed it.Then we went into the salt room which allowed us to experience part of the natural benefits of salt therapy. Salt Therapy, or Halotherapy, is an alternative treatment for things like anxiety, sleeplessness, asthma, allergies, inflammation, skin issues, and even the common cold. It was interesting to see and feel the saltiness in the room.Lastly, we chilled in the color pod, which promotes chromotherapy, which is a method of treatment that uses the visible spectrum (colors) of electromagnetic light to treat diseases and to affect mood or emotions.The combined experience of all of these things and the friendly hospitality of the staff, helped us have a restful, fun, and relaxed time. We definitely recommend!

We did have a nice experience. Very cute and cozy. I choose lounge experience for my guests which comes with truffles. The lady helping us didn’t mention one time. We finally brought to her attention and she said y’all were out. I didn’t understand why that wasn’t something we were told. I reserved weeks before my appt. It’s not even a big deal it’s just the fact that no one said anything and when we finally did it was treated like it didn’t matter. Ultimately $5 was taken off our tab. Everything else was great and what I wanted for my birthday.

Love this day spa ! 💕🦋 Knowledgeable and helpful staff who provide service based on your YOUR needs. The facial by Jordan was phenomenal. Sophia and Jackie were both extremely helpful. I love the citrus foot soak. 😍😍 worth the drive from Oklahoma City. Will definitely be returning soon. Lovely spa.

Jen was amazing! I went in for a relaxing massage gifted by my colleagues, but she recognized the mobility issues I’m having in my shoulders especially my right. She asked if we could work a bit more on this and I was all for it. Though not fixed, it never is in one session and I recognize that, I walked out with more range of motion and she made sure the rest of the massage was relaxing and just what I needed. I highly recommend going to see her!

My wife and I went for an anniversary couples massage, I had John-Paul and she had Audrey. We can’t compliment them enough! From the beginning, the facilities are new, clean, and relaxing. The ambiance is second to none in the Tulsa area, and you can tell from the design of the space to the music playing everything is tailored to ensure a relaxed and calm atmosphere. John-Paul took time to ask what areas I’ve had problems with or would like him to focus on and also at what pressure I would like him to work at, personally I like deep pressure to work out muscle kinks and he did a phenomenal job! I came in with some right neck soreness and left with little to none, I’ve never experienced such quick relief from any other massage. My wife had a similar experience with Audrey. We will definitely be back to Poppi in the near future!

Trisha and Tyler were amazing – very professional, respectful, and kind. My husband and I had a side-by-side couple massage and had a wonderfully relaxing experience. The massages were incredible, and they asked upfront what we wanted to focus on, which we really appreciated. The service exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!

What an amazing experience. I was having a very minor issue with my neck before going to see Audrey. Now it it 100% better.I also received a facial from Onyclare and my skin looks so much healthier.I am looking forward to returning Highly recommend

It was great. Super relaxing!! I had a couple of naps too, haha. I loved how she let me know she reviewed my notes and asked me questions to make sure I was still comfortable with everything. Very sweet and professional. My body feels relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you.

Jen was incredible! She did a great job talking me through the process and figuring out what pressure worked best for me. The attention she gave to my neck, back, and shoulders were great. The way she found and soothe the pain in my chest was outstanding. Needless to say, Jen made my experience at Poppi beyond outstanding. Thank you once again.

I will never return to Poppi’s Spa and am quite shocked that they have so many good reviews. Rude, dirty, not worth the $765. If you’re looking for a relaxing down to earth experience, this is not it. We were rushed from room to room, not once offered water or any sort of drink and definitely did not feel like the experience we had hoped for.I had booked the Jade package for my mother and I for her 69th birthday. There was no communication prior to our appointment, in fact I had to call the day before to confirm my mother’s appointment. First, we were “greeted” by the woman that works at the front desk, Nisha, and immediately taken to the locker rooms. Not offered to tour the lounge and amenities, not asked if we had been there before, not even asked if we had any questions. Once we arrived in the locker room, nisha spoke with her back to us as she assisted others, telling us to put our belongings in a locker, change and wait in the lounge. She then only said after our facial, we would shower. No other context, no other instructions. We had several services in our package so when I asked when the massage was, trying to get some sort of timeline, or plan for the day, she rudely responded “now”. “ the massage is now and we’re cutting into the time”. I was quite shocked at her response as the representative of a spa, where customers come to relax and feel at ease, but this was the complete opposite. there was no communication of timing prior to our appointment, what time the different services started or when we should arrive. (We arrived a few minutes prior to our scheduled time by the way). When I attempted to explain to Nisha that we had never been there before, did not receive communication and that I felt her response was inappropriate, she continued to mockingly tell me she was “terribly sorry” while rolling her eyes and looking the other direction. The services my mom and I received were great, the esthetician and massage therapists were professional and kind but we will never return here solely because of Nisha. Management, I highly recommend you provide training to your front desk employees on 1. How to greet/respond in a work place in the service industry and 2. Basic communication skills. Also a note on the cleanliness is this spa- towels were dirty and stained, the towel I was given to drape over my chest for the facial was wet and the showers were not well kept. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience that was meant to be a special day for my mom and absolutely not worth $765 that we paid. We usually go to southern hills spa or the now and would 10/10 recommend either over Poppi’s.

John-Paul is the guy to go see!!! I had a 2 hour massage and he was able to alleviate all of the tension I carry in my shoulders and back! He also made the environment calm and welcoming.

I can not say enough about this spa. I wish it was closer to home. We enjoyed everything about our time there. The staff was incredible, and the services were worth every dime. I have not felt that relaxed in a long time. Amazing! Will definitely return again and again.

I had a pretty good experience at Poppi’s! The services themselves were great! I got a massage and a facial & felt so relaxed after. I do feel like the bathrooms need some updating. They don’t have that “spa” feel. It was weird that you have to pay extra for the amenities. They don’t seem that great so they should just be included if you are getting other services done. Overall, I had a good experience!

I just came in after a stressful day at work to take advantage of the lounge and all of its amenities. I was quickly taken to the locker room and given a robe and slip one. From there I was free to use the amenities as I pleased. The sauna, salt room, and color pod were all lovely and comfortable areas to relax and read a book. I almost fell asleep in the color pod. I also enjoyed the cucumber lemon water available and the Lounge add-on options. It was really lovely for a last-minute relaxation on a stressful day! Highly recommend if anyone just needs an hour to chill.

My eyebrow look perfect and my skin looks and feels refreshed! Great facial and brow wax/tint with Larry. I also had a wonderful, relaxing massage with Audrey. I enjoyed the lounge experience as well. This was my first visit to Poppi’s and I’m a fan!

Had a wonderful first visit with Onyclare. I expressed my needs and she made a plan to help me get the results that I was hoping for. She did an incredible job on my eyelashes and eyebrows. This was the most incredible spa experience I have ever had. Not only is it incredibly clean, but my pregnant sister in law told me she received the best prenatal massage of her life. There was a very kind lady working the front desk, while also taking care of things in the lounge. She was outstanding. I left my phone at the spa on accident, and she spent quite a bit of time searching to help find my phone and offered to stay late if needed to come and pick it up. I cannot say enough good things. I’ll never go to another spa again…. And neither will my sister in laws!! 💕🧖‍♀️

Lovely spa with a relaxing atmosphere. Facial was phenomenal! The citrus foot soak was just ok…the water was too hot for me and I wasn’t expecting to scrub and rub lotion on my own feet in front of people relaxing in the same area…my bad for not asking questions in advance. Best massage experience I’ve had in Tulsa. The way they have outfitted the place to provide as much sophisticated warmth and invitation that can possibly be accomplished is beyond words. I shall be returning. Every experience was what it was promised to be.

I think it’s time for Poppi to get a new space. When we arrived the locker room was packed couldn’t change or get comfortable. After waiting and getting changed we entered the lounge and most of glasses were spotty maybe from the dishwasher but ok…we are now about to start the facials which was nice but our techs never removed our eye make up not sure why but I did notice that both me and my friend eyeshadow were still on our lids once the service was complete.Next massages which was great but not as relaxing as the club next door and beer trolley music was very loud. For a relaxing environment that outside noise makes it tough. Note our appt was after 5 pm on a Saturday during Mother’s Day weekend. (Lexi and Gianna awesome )My friend mention that the salt room the pillows needs to be cleaned had very strong odor. When we were leaving the locker room was packed again very uncomfortable…note we understand it was a popular weekend but the space doesn’t accommodate that the popularity of Poppi.We were both thankful that there was no upselling when we checked out. The informational cards were a nice touch.

This is the most luxurious experience. Onyclare was so informative about skincare, and left my face feeling so shiny + rejuvenated! Lex is the best masseuse I have ever had! They spent a lot of time on the areas where I had most tension and I felt so relaxed when I left! Thank you Poppi’s for an escape to remember!

Recently, my apartment building burned down at 41st and Peoria. I’ve been so stressed out that my daughter gave me a gift certificate from Poppi’s that she won at her son’s daycare’s raffle. We both noticed it had expired last month, so we called Poppi’s to see if they would honor it. They said sure come on in and I’m so glad I did. The host was gracious and lovely. The infrared red sauna was healing ❤️‍🩹 in so many ways and my massage therapist was great. I really felt the stress melt away. I would definitely recommend Poppi’s to friends and family. I will be going back with both my daughters during a happier time. #1 spa in Tulsa don’t forget to check out the Himalayan salt room!

I made an appointment for four lux lounge passes. The workers were pleasant but towards the end we were all frustrated and displeased. We didnt realize when getting the champagne detox foot soak that comes with the lux lounge pass, we would be performing the service on ourself other than the worker giving us champagne , filling tub with water and putting champagne and roses in it. Other than that, we stayed mostly in the salt room and enjoyed the salt room. We thought it was kind of expensive to go between three different rooms and perform scrubbing and rubbing lotion and everything ourselves. We went to check out and were just gonna take a loss that we probably wouldnt do this again and then the woman at the register stated Oh, did you know that parties of four or more, automatically have a tip/gratituty of 20% . We were quite surprised and did not care for this. We didnt know and I was not made aware of this when booking. We were upset and told the woman at the register this and that we didnt think that other than giving us the supplies for the soak and the champagne, no other service was provided. She said that the woman giving us the tub and the set up for the soak actually didnt have to bring the scrub and lotion out but we were not made aware that was not apart of the detox soak. We would have understood if it was for facials, massages or something like that but telling us about the rooms and then bringing us a tub of water with supplies shouldnt warrant a $56 tip. It made us question how much employees are paid here. We enjoyed our conversations together at Poppis but Poppis was a disappointment.

This was my first facial and it was the best experience! Larry is very experienced with skincare and knows what your skin needs. My skin feels brand new and so much cleaner. I highly recommend him!!

This is your sign that sometimes the most INSTAGRAMABLE and TRENDIEST places are NOT the best places to go to! Ive never felt so heavily about a place that I had to leave a review which speaks for itself!First, Ive been to multiple spas and salons, and they do not nickel and dime their guests the way this place does! Charging for drinks, teas, champagne, naps, aromatics, and snacks or just utilizing a WAITING ROOM feels like youre getting squeezed out for every penny.In addition to that, their website made the mistake of MISCHARGING us and they changed the total price of our visit after we were done by DOUBLE. I only wished I had screenshotted my price breakdown while I was booking but even when I showed her my receipt email she validated our argument by saying she didnt know why our online receipt and website gave us that concluded amount considering all the information on my receipt was CORRECT. Yet she still made us a pay double than what we booked at!Lastly, as someone who runs their own business, I think money = quality! Things can be overpriced if they are worth the price and this place was NOT WORTH IT! My boyfriend who is an athlete left feeling dissatisfied which is why I don’t recommend this for people who are athletes, powerlifters, are who are heavily active and need major care!

I recently had a wonderful experience at Poppi’s with 2 highly skilled therapists (massage and Jackie-skin) who truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every part of the massage was tailored to my specific needs. What impressed me the most was that they took the time to ask about areas that needed extra attention and focused on those areas with precision. This personalized approach made me feel truly cared for and resulted in a deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage and skincare session. I highly recommend both therapists for anyone seeking a professional and attentive touch.

I ventured here because I wanted to treat myself for Valentines Day and it was so worth it. The overall atmosphere here is very relaxing and everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and professional. Men dont be afraid of self care and if youre the slightest bit curious about this place, just do it. You wont regret it at all! I definitely plan on going back again.

Our couples massage experience was relaxing. Very professional and chill environment. John Pauls fingers are made of gold! Didnt catch the ladys name that massaged my husband, but he was very pleased too. Definitely will be back!

I absolutely loved my experience at Poppi’s Spa! As a black woman, it meant a lot to me that the business was black-owned and created a space where I felt truly welcome. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, and my masseuse was amazing. The lounge area was fantastic, complete with a salt room and sauna. I also appreciated the beverage options available. Poppi Spa is a must-visit for a relaxing and inclusive retreat.

Shania did an amazing job with my wax. I had full growth but it wasn’t as painful as other waxing salons I’ve been to when I had full growth. We had a pleasant conversation and she was finished in no time!! Highly recommend

I met the owner of Poppis while having dinner at Oren. She was a total gem! She also invited a couple of us to check out the spa. We went by on Friday, and it was the best decision ever. They custom blend their own teas here, and you can enjoy them in the beautiful lounge area. I had a dermaplane facial, and visited the salt room. It was a nice way to splurge on myself, and I cant wait to go back!

My experience with Audrey was really great. I got a prenatal massage for the first time and was nervous it would not be as good as a normal massage. I was wrong, she did great and I plan to get more while I’m waiting for my baby to cook some more.

I really enjoyed my massage. It was relaxing and Tyler did a good job focusing on my pain points. I will definitely return. I also enjoyed the features of the lounge.

John- Paul was great! I am 10 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding and I had called ahead and asked for a good massage therapist who could help with getting the knots out.. he did so good!!! He was also very accommodating. It was definitely the therapeutic massage I needed! I will be recommending him and returning!

Funnily, this was the 1st time I stayed awake throughout my facial with Larry so I really was able to enjoy all aspects of the service. Larry is exceptional as he provides the service based on the clients preference and I was interested in a longer gua sha session which was amazing. Hes very friendly and educational so I can ask questions about his process and the products without annoying or distracting him. His touch is amorphous as he is super gentle on the face yet strong and firm when applying the neck, chest, arm, shoulders, hands etc. massage. I really enjoyed my Signature massage, as usuale, but it was enhanced by my ability to stay awake throughout this time. See you in March, Larry!!!

I got a 60 minute facial and my service was not worth the price. I believe my esthetician was new or not properly trained.

The aesthetic is amazing but I have yet to experience an amazing massage over the last couple years I have tried this Spa.

Audrey is always exceptional! She engages at the perfect level that allows you to be comfortable but to still relax. She is always informative about what she is doing and also what other services are available to consider at the spa. I’ve used her for a few different services and every time, I’ve been so impressed.I truly drive 2 hours because I know that Poppi is a top notch spa experience and because I know that Audrey does such a great job. I will continue to come back and will spread the word. Thank you for all you do to pamper us!

It does NOT feel like a Spa place. No one comes and checks on you. Staff just walks around “showing the rooms” and they expect gratuity from it? That’s ridiculous. The receptionist is rude. This place is NOT worth your time and money.

I was looking for a massage during a road trip and after multiple days hiking. Audrey was great!! I appreciated her asking me questions at the beginning about what I expected from the massage. It made me even more relaxed. 10/10 overall. If I wasn’t from out of town, I’d be back very soon.

John-Paul was an excellent massage therapist and very knowledgeable. Created a safe, relaxing environment and had great insight about relaxation/ peace beyond the massage table.

I had been looking forward to trying this spa, but was severely disappointed. The front desk member was very accommodating to find us a last minute appointment, but I suppose that should have been a sign. For one, it’s cold and noisy. There were two other guests in the salt room with me, talking loudly the entire time and text ringtones were going off. I could also hear clatter from the kitchenette right on the other side of the wall. No music whatsoever so you just hear noise. You’re also charged for any snack or tea. Even if you book a service, you also have to pay extra for the “lounge” which offers a cold sauna and a lot of noisy distracting people. Not one person offered us water, it was all very “serve yourself.” I won’t be back.

For first time spa goers who haven’t been to a spa before this is a nice place to go.If you love spas like I do, this isn’t a bad place but there are some foundational things missing which make it not worth the money.1. Start massage timer when the therapist comes back in the room, and not when they pick you up from the lounge. At over 2 dollars a min, I want all the time I can get and taking 10 mins off the treatment feels like I’m watching the clock2. Provide a drink after treatment. Always ask the person after receiving a treatment if they want water or tea. This should be brought to them by the therapist, once they open the door to leave. It has also been included in any treatment I have received.3. Stop charging for tea and the lounge for people getting treatments. The lounge is cute but we are already spending a lot of money, so 15 extra just to seat in lounge should be included at a certain price point.4. Stop immediately charging for tea! This is a bad look, as tea is always free in a spa. After spending 500 for treatments, I would have expected this simple complementary service.5. Have snacks that you aren’t charging. If you are going to charge 15 for the lounge, at least have an inexpensive trail mix(doesn’t have to be the ones with the nuts) tea and juices be included. I’ve been to hotel spas where this is included and your prices are comparable to them.6. Turn up the heat in the lounge. It was cold and to charge for tea is done in poor taste. The blankets were really nice.Make these changes and this is a 4.5 star spa place (add a jacuzzi would make it 5 stars for the experience spa goer and the price)Don’t nickel and dime people.

I received a great massage from Tyler. He worked out pains and kinks I didn’t realize I had. He was very professional and attentive. I will definitely visit again!

Was a bit disappointed that the massage therapist I selected when scheduling my appointment online was changed by the spa without my knowledge. They never emailed or called to verify that this change was okay. I only noticed once it was too late to cancel. Not a great customer experience since the booking site gives you the option of scheduling with a specific person. Drove in a few hours from out-of-town so was very disappointing. I’m not sure I would visit this spa again as customer service did not meet the standard I look for in this type of service.

I truly cannot recall the last time I’ve been this relaxed. My massage with Lex was unreal they left me feeling like a noodle. The lounge amenities were incredible. I can’t wait to come back!

Audrey was fantastic on my first massage. I scheduled my second and someone forgot to put it on calendar for Audrey; therefore they put with another person who was not pleasurable at all. She was actually hurting me, and I told her that, but she told me to breathe through it. I chose not to go back and did express displeasure to the front reception as well.

We had a wonderful time. My facial was fantastic. My face still feels lovely 2 days later. We really enjoyed the Salt room as well. Thank you for the great afternoon.

Poppi’s was an incredible experience. I love that it is black-woman owned. That’s what drew to them initially. The owner and her staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The entire experience, start to finish is luxurious, calming, and renewing. I spent about 4 hours there and still wanted more. Excellent, exceptional, surpassed my expectations.The only con, for me, was that the spa is co-ed. I would have preferred a woman only environment but I still enjoyed my experience.

First time going going to Poppi spa. We did a couples facial and massage package. I’m feeling like a new woman! My skin is moisturized and dewy; and my body is already feeling the effects of the massage. Everyone was professional and made the experience comfortable.

I was so impressed. The staff as a whole was just phenomenal. And the facilities were clean, inviting, picture perfect really. Seriously amazing. This was my first massage, so given that this experience was so amazing, I now have to incorporate massages into my life more! If only I lived in Tulsa instead of just visiting!! Audrey was amazing, attentive, she has a very relaxing voice and demeanor. Even moving the blankets was done gently and with care. I booked a facial for the first time too. And wow. The facial! Larry was caring and educating. He taught me so much about my skin. Love him!! 100% recommend Poppi’s. I can’t sing their praises high enough. I didn’t see any unpaid parking spots, but the lot is big and right next to the facility.

Audrey is friendly and professional. Initially, I was hesitant to book with her because she wasn’t smiling in her picture, however she’s very warm and friendly! Massage was good and conversation was easy when I wanted it and quiet when I went quiet. I’ll definitely be back for her! She let me know about the lounge pass and I added that on too, it was great!

Front desk was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! My massage was alright. I wish he would have checked in on the pressure. Also, I have never received so many occipital holds in a massage. 5 is too many. Loved all the amenities and will definitely be back!

I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Larry fostered a soothing environment and paid great attention to detail in my facial. Afterwards my skin was glowing from the inside out! and of course the aesthetics of the spa were TOP NOTCH. call this place, “picture perfect”!

From the moment I came into the facility, I felt at peace, Ashlee checked me in and gave me a tour, I also figured out the parking situation (phew). She also got me settled into the lounge area until it was time for the massage session. Next, Audrey was very kind and patient with me in explaining the process of pre and post massage therapy. During the session, it felt like a dance focusing in on the back along with the music, which I enjoyed the most. I will definitely come back for sure, thank you for this relaxing experience !!!!

I went there for a girls day for massages and lounge access. The services were great and the lounge was inviting and relaxing. We ordered a tea which was phenomenal, but they also have champagne! Overall great experience and will return.Second time I went we did get champagne😉 will absolutely return.

Tyler gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had! My husband and I treated ourselves to the jazmine package for Christmas and it was an amazing experience. Gianna was AMAZING 🤩. Magic hands!!! Perfect pressure in just the right areas. Very professional and courteous.My only issue is I am always put (second time now) In the front, by the street. It is always noisy with horns going off, people walking down the street.. etc.. It takes away from the relaxation. Not the most ecstatic about it.But Gianna was great to help me unwind and relax as best as I could. Great job.

We had a much needed spa day with laughter and champagne of course! Lovely, relaxing and quaint. The owner and guest services lady were exceptionally nice even when our laughter was a tad too loud. She called us Queens. How CUTE!We enjoyed the sauna, cool (salt room), and blue light dome area. The lounge was relaxing with cucumber/mint water, nice natural light, and soft seating. While we waited for the dome to free up, we purchased under eye patches, chit-chatted, and sipped on champagne and/or flavored water.Definitely going back and will add a massage component.

The first time I went I loved it but the second time I had terrible customer service from the receptionist and there are too many great spas in Tulsa to deal with rude customer service. I was really disappointed because I was there celebrating my birthday too.

Audrey was AMAZING!!! My neck and shoulders were so tight and now I can turn my head from side to side without any tightness. She found all the spots I needed worked on and I felt the tension and tightness slowly dissipate. I feel refreshed and restored. And on top of that she was a lovely person. Megan gave me one of the best massages of my life and was very open to communication about pressure, areas of focus, etc. The entire spa was exceptionally clean and fresh. Gianna was incredible. I have had some medical issues from surgery and have experienced a few brief bouts of lymphedema. I currently have a drain in my chest due to more post op complications with fluid. She made sure I was super comfortable and worked the perfect amount of pressure on my body. It was my first massage and I was definitely not disappointed!!!Also. That lounge. I have a lounge pass for the month and I visit at LEAST once a week. I could spend all day there. Especially in the color therapy pod.. or the salt room ...I cant decide which is my favorite! Or just the couches in all the natural light and fuzzy rugs!! My friends surprised me with a 30th birthday celebration at Poppi’s and it was incredible! The staff was so supportive and helpful to make the experience extra special! Jay was my massage therapist and Shania was my esthetician and they were both amazing. After my massage my body felt loose from tension which is a relief I have not felt in a while! The facial I received from Shania was the best facial I have ever received it was truly great.

A foot soak with a glass of bubbly and truffles and a meditation session in the peaceful Himalayan salt room, the friendly welcome and treatment throughout. It was a perfect touch to my partner’s birthday and we both want to do it again soon.

I recently had a facial done at Poppi’s, and it was a great experience. It was actually the first time I’ve ever been to a spa, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming—they made me feel relaxed the entire time I was there. The facility is very clean and well maintained. As soon as I got there, I was lead to the locker room and given a robe and sandals, and I had the chance to relax in the sauna until it was time for my appointment to begin. Alexia was very professional. I could notice a dramatic difference after I left. My face felt extremely clean and healthy, and she recommended products for me to try that would work with my skin type and lifestyle. The products are worlds better than what I was using; I really didn’t know how important it was to use quality skincare until I went there. I will absolutely be going back.

Poppi’s has great services and nice little lounge. I booked a rejuvenating body polish and custom facial. Loved both. Having a massage after the polish would be perfect next time. The therapist (Audrey) and esthetician (Onyclare) were so good! My only minor critique is that I had to wait several minutes to check in and check out because the front desk was unattended.

My three girl friends since elementary and I went here last weekend for a fun, chill day. We each got facials and did the lounge pass so we got to spend cozy quality time together in the color pod and we loved the halo therapy salt room! Our facials were all so nice and relaxing and they have the products they use on you if you want to upgrade you skincare routine. TJ is so nice and welcoming, and she makes the best tea. 10/10 would visit again! A perfect ladies day out!

My services were INCREDIBLE! Bee and Jill were fantastic and I would highly recommend both of them. I was completely comfortable and relaxed and felt well taken care of. Both women were extremely professional.I will say that the common area was not as relaxing. There was a girl with her backpack and computer working and I sort of felt like I was in a co working space lobby and not at a relaxing spa.

At times I thought that Nika might just be the Goddess Durga, because theres no way she was performing such magic with two mere human hands. The best massage I’ve had in years!! I was so relaxed and comfortable. I actually fell asleep. Already planning to return. Tulsa so needed a place like this. The atmosphere of a spa is very important to me. I don’t want to hear the chitter chatter of hair stylists, their clients or anyone else for that matter. My dear friend and I spent about four hours at Poppi Spa today and had a lovely time. It was clean, relaxing and a pretty setting. Both our massage therapist and aesthetician did a wonderful job and we were relaxed when we left. We also enjoyed our time hanging out in their lounge before and in between our services. Poppis is so magical! We came here for our office Christmas party and from the moment we got there, we felt relaxed. Based on the reviews I was really looking forward to this place, but it actually was a bit of a let down. The services were okay. Not bad but not great, which I was kind of expecting. Why I chose to come here with my friend instead of any other spa was for the life lounge. The salt room was nothing special. It was basically a closet with a large tub size area of salt. The infrared sauna was no replacement for an actual sauna and the one color pod they have was closed. Also, I love tea and when spas serve tea while you wait, but this place for some reason charges for tea. Which if that’s what they want to do, fine, but run it like a tea room and have some one staffed there the whole time instead of hunting down a staff person. You don’t know until you try, but now that I have I will not be a returning customer.

I don’t leave reviews often. In fact, I think this might be my first google review. BUT I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get any sort of spa treatment. I came in for a facial and eyebrow treatment after finding Poppi’s online and was impressed with every part of my experience. Located in downtown, I found Poppi’s to be hip, urban, and chic with the kind of tranquility and cleanliness you’d expect from a spa. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease by the sleek decor and airiness of the space. The woman at the desk was also kind and helpful in checking me in and getting me familiar with their facility since it was my first visit. But I have to brag about Sierra, my esthetician. Not only did this woman do amazing work that I would go back for, she had friendly yet calming energy (a difficult balance for anyone, I’d imagine) and appeared knowledgeable and professional in her craft. I would recommend her and Poppi’s to anyone. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a massage November 14 and it was okay (I’ve had 10x better), but I feel like I was scammed. I was NOT told I would be charged $25 for the CBD oil that was used on me! I tried telling them, but they don’t seem to care. My visit was absolutely not worth $200! My friends and I will NOT be returning.

I got the most amazing facial done at Poppi’s, and it was a great experience. Poppis staff member are so caring, friendly and attentive. Initially, I missed my first appointment because of a family emergency. A staff member called to find out what happened, they were really empathetic and helped me reschedule at no extra charge.The day of my rescheduled appointment, I was quickly attended to, AJ make me some delicious tea, and I was able to relax in the lounge until my esthetician was ready. I loved the facial steamer the use for pores minimization. Melissa was very professional, and talked me through all the products she were using. I noticed a dramatic difference after I left. My face was glowing. I will absolutely be going back.

Tyler was amazing!!! He really focused on the areas that I was having more pain in and made the massage feel specific to my body and my needs.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The owner, TJ, gave me a tour of the facility which is such a beautiful and serene space. Alexia was awesome during my dermaplane facial! Heated bed + facial steam + yummy smelling products + massage = supreme relaxation and glowing skin. 😍 Ill definitely be back to try out the color therapy pod and the salt room.

Had an incredibly relaxing afternoon here. The environment is very approachable and well thought out. The right mix of modern lines and cozy furnishings. Had a great lavender latte and one of the best massages ever from Jospeh. Downtown Tulsa needed this.

My best friend and I had been wanting to try this place out for months and finally decided we had to go! So so glad that we did. They are so sweet and helpful! Our experience with the day pass was relaxing and rejuvenating but didn’t cost an outrageous amount. I cannot wait to go back and try a massage there or the foot soak!!

I’ve never had the “spa” experience until I went into Poppi’s. TJ & her team are all lovely people and the spa itself is aesthetically beautiful and is also an extremely relaxing environment. You can decompress in the lounge and savor a delicious treat, like one of their wonderful teas. So come early, communicate your needs, and enjoy!

Wonderful atmosphere. The salt cave was incredible and the infrared sauna was a new experience (positive) for me. Decor is super modern, Scandinavian style. Good chill track playing. A big win for Tulsa to have a place like this.

I’ve had arguably perfect skin my entire life—all 33.5 years of it—and have gotten compliments on it even when I felt it was dull. So you can imagine how frustrated I was when I started breaking out like a kid just entering puberty two months ago. Over the course of a month, little spots started to spread all over my cheeks, down towards my mouth, and make their way onto my nose and forehead. I couldn’t figure out the cause (at first) and was increasingly depressed over it. I had gotten a few wonderful facials here, so even though they were closed for quarantine, I hit up TJ (the owner) to lament.To my surprise, she told me that they were offering virtual consultations! Of course I wanted one! I had a consultation with Alexia over FaceTime, and she recommended some products based on our conversation and viewing my skin. She dropped off the goodies at my door, letting me know they were there so I could get them. They worked like a dream! I saw a difference the first time I used them! I’d already fallen in love with their eminence line from purchasing some products before, so I knew I’d have great results. They reduced a lot of the redness and shrank most of the spots down to where they weren’t noticeable at all!Unfortunately they didn’t make the spots go away completely, but not because they weren’t working. In addition to having naturally good skin, I didn’t have any allergies, until now. Shortly before the problems appeared, I started using a new hair grease and subsequently found out I was sensitive to the fragrance in it. After washing it all out, the spots started to go away. I’ve continued to use the products, though, because they calm my skin and make my skin look so good when I use them!I really appreciate how Poppi’s has adapted to these times to help its customers work through their issues. I can’t wait until they open again.

Not a bad spa for a place in Tulsa! The whole spa and the room I got my message in was cold. They did not have heated message beds. Little over priced but the staff was friendly!

Sharodi is a skilled, attuned, and intuitive practitioner, and created a very healing experience for me on the massage table. Ive had lots of massage all over the U.S. and this was the best one yet. Ill definitely return to Sharodi again and again, and I highly recommend others do the same.

Poppi’s is such a special place. I’ve loved every service I’ve received here, so much that I got a monthly membership. The products recommended to me after my first facial have done wonders for my skin. I have pretty good skin naturally, but my skin is GLOWING these days. I get compliments all the time. And don’t get me started on the massages! My body feels soooo refreshed after. The tension built up in my shoulders from years of a job that was hard on my body has all but melted away.The space is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. I sink into the cozy couches with a hot drink or relax in the dry heat sauna. And you’ll definitely want to utilize the salt therapy room! My skin and hair come out so soft after just a 15 minute session.Two extra things that make Poppi’s are its location and parking. It’s directly across from the Boxyard, which was a nice plus. Additionally, I’ve never struggled to get parking there, something I can’t say about everywhere downtown.As a black woman, I was so excited to support a fellow black woman in what’s turned out to be one of my favorite spots here in Tulsa. I recommend Poppi’s to all my friends, and those who’ve come have loved it as well. I hope that you will be the next to experience this absolute gem of a place!
