Brains is the best vape shop in town. The whole staff delivers the best customer service and offers the best deals for regulars and anyone needing help with advice on products and pricing. Brain and Ky are so nice and helpful and run a great shop here in Tyler, and I assume all Brain’s other locations are the same (though, I’ve only been to this one).Shout out to David there as well, he offers top notch customer service and is always friendly and kind when I come in. Give that man a raise, Brain! He is certainly working hard and delivering the best for this shop.

Today was my first visit to Brain’s & I can’t say enough good things about my experience!! The store was clean, inviting, had a wide variety of products, etc. HOWEVER, their best asset is the young man who assisted me with my purchases — his name is Isaac — he is polite, kind, knowledgeable of the merchandise, friendly & above all else, he treated me with RESPECT!! Hard to find in this world we live in today!!

Great customer service, if they dont have something you need or want, they are always willing to order it in. If you buy a disposable that leaks, they will take it back and give you a new one as long as you have the box for the original. Know their brands so if you dont remember what kind of coil you need they can figure it out pretty quickly (really helpful actually). Prices a really reasonable, and its a small local business, always better to shop locally.

Absolute 5 star service. I was looking for a very specific piece of hardware that is hard to find a largely unavailable. At the time I came into the shop they did not have what I was looking for, but Ky went above and beyond for me. He went out of his way to locate and order what I was looking for. He was able to get me the device I wanted cheaper than everywhere I looked online, which is unheard of. He also saved me the trouble of having to wait around my home or office for the package to arrive and sign for it. If you are looking for a brick and mortar store with knowledgable staff make this your place! Cannot recommend enough!

I got a 30 mil of captain crunch, no flavor, nicotine wasn’t right, and it’s the runniest juice I have every had in my life. Been vaping time square vape labs for 8 years 70-30 pg/vg and what brains sold me was absolute trash. That being said they are great in person, very very friendly, great prices, my fave vape shop for coils.

Brain introduced me to an array of products that cut my inflammation while also keeping my mind alert.They just opened a new location on Broadway, which I went into today for the first time. I drive across town to come to this smoke shop. I buy all my delta 8/10, all my glass, all my vapes here. Everyone working there has great knowledge on all the products. And if the shop isnt busy, they dont mind really taking their time with you and helping you find exactly what you need. All of them have a lot of personal experience with products which helps a lot when trying to make an informed purchases. Overall this is my favorite shop. Didnt realize how much i cared for customer experience until i started seeing how unfriendly most shops are in Tyler. I respect these guys and glad my money is going to their business.

I went into the shop not really knowing what I needed. The guy working (cannot remember his name) was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. I told him what my issue is, taking rx sleeping meds every night to sleep, and I want to stop taking them. He showed me so many options then helped me narrow it down. He wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive thing in the store and I didn’t feel like he was trying to take advantage of the fact that I was inexperienced.10/10 recommend

Brains Smoke and Vape Shop is one of the rare occurrences where the owner and the employees actually know a thing or 2 about the vaping culture and hobby all together. I had been looking for something specific that 5 or 6 other vape shops didnt have. When they didnt have one themselves, they offered to order me one and give me a call when it arrived. Honestly, that is the best service Ive ever had in any vape shop to date. Along with great service and fun personalities and professionalism, their selection was that of my vaping dreams. I recently purchased an ODIN 200 Vape Mod from Brains Smoke & Vape.While charging atop the arm of my couch just out of the box, my chihuahua accidently knocked it to the ground and my heart stopped. when I picked it up, it no longer worked, even after checking the batteries so I took it back to Brains on my lunch break the following day. TO MY CONVIENIENCE, one of Brains associates, KY offered to do his best to diligently perform the TEDIOUS tasks of pulling the chip and checking the wires and spring on the mod, & attempting to repair it for FREE. I crossed my fingers and left my baby with the doc for two days. The ODIN 200 isnt youre ordinary mod. it is of superior quality & the product of three companies; collaborating on a single device for elite performance. That being said, I was unsure whether operation would even be successful.Ky pulled it off. he worked on it inbetween customers, and also inbetween doing his routine daily tasks and NEVER complained or got frustrated with the mod or myself throughout the entire process. He treated me AND my device with RESPECT and got me together in the end. He did MORE for me than the MANUFACTURING COMPANY would have done for me, being if I sent it in. Ky & Brain have each won my RESPECT on separate occasions. Im the Ex- Dragons Breath customer you can read the written review by, a month or more ago I posted using a seperate email. GOOD BUSINESS IS GOOD BUSINESS, they have made not just a customer for life, but a FRIEND aswell. NOBODY else in ALL of Tyler would have helped me they way they have. not MAHI, not Dragons Breath, First Class Glass.. none of them. OUTSTANDING service man.five damn stars

Excellent place to shop for vape supplies and glass, but the only reason Im not leaving 5 stars is because somebody working there tried to tell me that a CBD vape actually had THC. I almost bought it until I finally realized I was being lied to. For this reason, Im not sure if I want to go back here. Honesty is the main quality I look for in a business. Remember, as of right now, only CBD products can be sold in headshops. If you are told something in their shop actually has a high THC content, think again.

I used to only go to dragons breath. I ended up switching my store preference for vape accessories juices and smoke accessories to Brains Smoke and Vape because of the selection and variety in which he presents at his store. Why drive ALL OVER TYLER only to find several places dont carry your coil, juice, etc when you can come to BRAINS and get basically anything you need.My wife originally told me about Brains and encouraged I go there, but I was hellbent on dragons breath and in the end my wife was right.
