Ive been sitting here for almost 45 min with a sign in the window that says be back in 15 min. That was here when I got here. Theres 5 customers sitting out here waiting. One of us even called the other store to figure out what was going on and to make sure the employee is OK first off. And cuz we are all frustrated waiting for them. First time ever having a bad experience though

Honestly, one of the best smoke shops in Tyler they have some of the best prices/deals!! Seriously, going other places and finding things $10 more expensive than what they have here!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I refuse 2 go anywhere else again. The people who work there are so friendly an helpful. They are quick 2 let u know about a sale too. The environment is so positive and the store has been redone and expanded..and I love it! Im in there at least every other day. And I wont ever go anywhere else 😊😊

I love this place! I drive all the way across town, by passing closer, larger chains to get the great customer service and a quality visit. I don’t always know what I’m looking for, but I can give what I like to whoever is working and they are happy to help me match, almost always getting it right! The prices on glass pieces are fair, and the quality is wayyy better than most places.

Great selection and top notch service

I do not recommend this place, the manager specials are old devices that have been sitting for over a year and I purchased one just yesterday and an hour later it was out and upon talking to an employee he said to come back and speak with the manager who sold me the product which I did and she refused to do an exchange and then caught amnesia like she did not remember me but after telling her the details about who I was and who else was in the store she then remembered but started stuttering and try to cover her tracks and did nothing about the situation at hand. It was bad business I will not go back there. I would highly recommend going to scorpion vape right down the street from TJC
