Rich and Famous Smoke Shop

Ive been frequenting this smoke shop for the past three months, thanks to my sons recommendation, and its been an excellent experience. The store boasts an extensive range of products catering to various types of smokers and vapers. However, what truly sets it apart, especially for a new customer like myself, is the exceptional customer service. I must give a special shout-out to Will. Will is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, consistently introducing me to new and exciting items. Wills outstanding service is the reason I keep coming back.

Really awesome products !Amazing people. And such a chill spot.Love going in to talk about the new flavors of Camo wraps, the different and exotic bongs/pipes.Really a great stop for all your smoking needs. The two guys I’ve met there are great!

Danny is one of the best barbers in the shop and always takes care of his clients and is very flexible. Isn’t dramatic like other barbers nowadays and nit picky. He will work with you and you don’t have to work with him.

I had a terrible experience at this store yesterday and I’m so disappointed because I have been a customer and supporter of this store over the last couple of years. The hookah that was sold to me was faulty. The person who sold me the hookah did not check the hookah to make sure all the pieces were included like they did in the past. Me trusting them I still made the purchase. I went to use the hookah at a cookout and after 15 minutes the hose kept falling out. I took the hookah back to the store that week to show them there was a problem. The person who was working spoke to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and did nothing except give me a temporary fix. I took the hookah with me to Maryland this past weekend and guess what? I had the same problem with the hose falling out. I took the hookah back yesterday and explained this issue keeps happening and something needs to happen because i didn’t pay all this money just for the hose to keep falling out. Any and everyone knows that the hose falling out like that is not normal. The person said “because you used it we can’t do anything about it we won’t get a profit off of it”. That answer was unacceptable. As a paying customer who has given them good business and referred people to them that’s not acceptable. Then he gives me a cut up plastic piece saying “this is the best i can do” and it did absolutely nothing. I am highly disappointed in my recent experience. This person attempted to go back and forth with me after i already said I’m no longer going to be coming back here. I paid $50 for a hookah that’s no good and that I can’t even use. Nothing was resolved and the customer service I received yesterday was terrible. Not to mention when I walked in the store he was on the phone with his girlfriend and it took him a long time to actually help me. That was super unprofessional. I didn’t get his name but he said he was the manager.

Rich & Famous Smoke Shop is the greatest smoke shop in my area. The employees are very welcoming and knowledgeable. At first sight the shop provides a comfortable environment, they’re not pushy and are very helpful and honest about everything they sell. I’ve been smoking for 10+ years and Ali guided me in the right direction to stop. I haven’t smoked cigarettes since the day I walked into the shop. I would recommend the shop to everyone. The shop is always kept stocked and if you want something they don’t have they will guide in the right direction towards something similar or they will order it for you. They’re also open to customer recommendations.

Rich and famous is my goto shop. I love the prices and the customer service. Also, the variety is insane. I will recommend who hasn’t been here to go and check it out. And don’t forget to ask for ALI!!!

Hands down my favorite smoke shop. The store is always kept stocked, and if you can’t find what you are looking for they will order it for you! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to answer all your questions, they’ll guide you in the right direction showing you all the different products the store has. Amazing prices and specials all the time. And my favorite part, if you can’t make it to the store, simply reach out and they will ship to your front door!

This smoke shop is by far the best Ive been to. While others try to sound like they are vape gurus, all theyre doing is trying to sell. Ali is on the informative side, tells you with excitement what is good and doesnt lie about what isnt great. He truly guides you to the best product no matter the outcome. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere when you walk in and is well maintained. He manages to have things in his inventory that are tough to find elsewhere. Stop by and youll be more than glad you did!

The owner is awesome and is the only reason I still have to rate with five stars. However Axle is a terrible employee, argumentative, and lacks proper etiquette/tact when it comes to what reflects the shops atmosphere. His customer service skills need to be addressed if he wants to be successful in retail. I refuse to be treated less than when it is I who am coming to spend my hard earned capital.

What amazing customer service. The young man that helped me I believe his name was Eddie. I went in there to buy my first Vape I was a little nervous because Ive never done it before but Ive been trying to quit cigarettes for a long time. he explained to me all the differences between Vapes with batteries and no batteries and even the small little pod systems. So we finally settled on a vape from the aspire company and I am in love. This shop deserves five stars and then some amazing customer service amazing store amazing prices and just all out around amazing period. Thank you rich n famous .

I had to wait to write this review because it was not a 5 star review from the middle of my experience. I go in this store for the next 3 to 4 days. Day 1 I go in looking for a desktop vaporizer and I personally want the volcano vaporizer. I was hyped THEY HAD IT! They had 2 models and I thought about buying it right there but I took the rest of the night to think it over. Day 2 earlier morning not a hour since they open I go and buy it lmao. I wont get to use it until late night but that night when I go to turn it on, the fan wasnt turning on. Lol it was a bummer night. Day 3 I go back at the same time with my volcano and I talk to ALI. This guy is awesome. Fortunately the volcano I bought was under warranty and he got me another volcano. Lmfao I was hyped again. Now I had to wait 5 days for it to be shipped but I didnt care about the wait I knew I was getting a new one but I was impressed these guys customers service is unbeatable. And they got cool stuff others places dont got. I bought me something everyday lol. I wrote this review the night I got my new volcano lol. Thanks Rich and Famous Smoke Shop.

Over the years you can see how the store has evolved and it’s vast variety of products leave little to want. The employees are knowledgeable and amicable. Rich and Famous is and always will be my favorite and go to smokeshop!

Cant say enough about RnF. This is a local small business right next to Kean that is doing its best to thrive despite Covid. Its a one stop shop for all your needs and customer service was exceptional! Employees take the time to listen what you need (no matter how indecisive you are). This is now my go to smoke shop!

This is the number one vape store in my books. As soon as you walk in you feel like your at home. They treat you with respect and helps you out with anything you need. They also have the best prices for ejuices, machines, and a wall fill with ejuices. If you don’t see your flavor there they will even do a special order for you so they keep your flavor there and stock at all times. You legit can’t beat there prices and Hospitality.

Took 15 min for someone to greet us. When someone did come and greet us barely he was very standoffish, we asked questions regarding the glass pieces to which was ignored to ask for our ID, after we showed our ID, I had to re ask him the question to which he mumbled off a price and I had to ask him to show us the product and where it was he was very reluctant to show us anything, it was like pulling teeth to ask about the product, Very poor customer service it was very obvious the worker did not want to be there

Best vape shop in Union hands down , not only is the juice cheap and good theirs plenty of varietys to choose from. I can’t believe I found this hidden gem of a smoke shop. They are literally the Walmart of smoke shops. They have everything you can possibly think of or need. The customer service is A1 and that’s one thing I’m big on. If your in the area I highly recommend this place, matter of fact if your not in the area I recommend the trip you won’t be disappointed.

Had the worst experience there. One of their devices that I bought was not working and I was advised to watch a YouTube video to see how to use it properly. ( did not work). When I called one of the workers told me that they couldn’t do anything about it, could not give me a refund and told me to watch YouTube videos about it and hung up.

Really bad customer service the guys in the shop didnt know his products well told me one price charged me another price at the register didnt notice it right away I went back and they told me all sales were final on a brand new product they couldnt credit me or nothing worst service Ive ever had in any retail store I will never go back there again and the prices were not all that great extremely high price points my suggestion is for anyone who is looking to buy in the store dont
