I have received a massage from this place several times. Each time is drastically different and after my last I will not be returning ever again. I had one massage that was fantastic, great atmosphere, great technique and fast service. The hours of this place are very appealing because they are open so late, it is great for after a long work day. The majority of the time there is only one person working so that means they answer the phone, door and will leave multiple times throughout the massage, which is very awkward and they dont consider that in your time. Sometimes they will play music, sometimes they wont which doesnt make for a nice experience. The last massage I got was so awful I stopped it. Bad technique and just rubbing her hands in the same spot for so long it was actually irritating me. The communication is also a huge problem, when it comes to the massage itself and paying. There has been multiple times when they have tried to take WAY more money then what the massage actually costs. After explainging kindly what amount of money I would like back, they do not bring the right amount and repeat the word tip over and over or point to their sign detailing all the costs. There are tons of other places to go in the area, dont waste your time or money. Unprofessional and honestly they will try to swindle you out of your money.

Sasha and Lucy are alwaysi able to cure my back aches from cross ccuntry driving. They use a variety of deep tissue techniques and also hot stones to eradicate back pain. I find them more expedient and effective than some chiropractors who I use to rely on in the past.

She answered the phone 5 times during my massage. Very unprofessional and not relaxing when the phone keeps ringing. Room was nice but thats about it.

You all realize this is a Rub & Tug place right? Where they are hoping you want more than just a massage!
