I did a walk in appointment for a massage and was not disappointed!!! The desk staff were inviting and helpful and Megan gave me a massage I was long overdue. Megan paid special attention to specific tight muscles and the pressure was exactly what I wanted. The environment was quiet and relaxing. Thx again Best Body Co!!

Megan was very warm and inviting, she was able to find the tight spots in my muscles and gradually worked to relieve tension. Her attention to detail and experienced tecphniques put me in a meditative state several times and with the hemp oil massage, it relieved pain and cramping from my upper and lower back, arms and legs. To top it off the atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. I absolutley will use them again when back in the area. I also recommend them if youre body needs relaxation therapy!!

After my first visit, I wont get my hair cut by anyone other than Sarra at The Best Body Co. She is incredible and makes my hair look amazing every time. Their physical therapists, Megan and Melissa are also incredible, I would recommend them over any other business in the city.

The Best Body Co. truly is the best! I moved out of the area and have not been able to find another experience as wonderful as here. In fact, the first thing I do once my ticket is purchased is call up Best Body and schedule an appointment! The staff remembers me and my massage preferences/focus areas. My studio experience at The Best Body Co. was the ultimate best! This was my first time getting a colonic service! Mrs Pam Best was a true gem! She was very informative about the procedure process from start to finish! She was also very spiritual and helped me get through that day even more! I recently lost my mother and her words were very touching and it just shows what a great and kind person she is! I will definitely be back; and may just try more of the other services they have too!

My visits to the best body co have been wonderful. The receptionist was knowledgeable and helped me find a wonderful serum, and then the owner came out and told me about some home remedies for other ailments. The next time I came in for a massage, and my neck has never felt better. 2 weeks later I still feel the effects. Megan was excellent and I will definitely be scheduling again.

I have been receiving hair and massage services from them since I moved here last September (2022). They are amazing. Sarah is a phenomenal hair stylist. Today Pam, the owner, gave me a hand and back massage while I was waiting for my hair to process. It was so nice and relaxing. Im very pleased everytime I visit. Highly recommend.

One of the best massages I have had in a long time. Megan was amazing! I walked in with neck pain and walked out feeling zero pain and like a million bucks! Will be back in a week!

Sarrah did a great job at cutting my hair. She included me in the process by asking questions along the way and making .e feel empowered to communicate my thoughts about the cut. She did an excellent job at consulting with me on my upcoming holographic hair color. The owner was very welcoming, kind and gave me a tour of the salon. She explained what they have available for services and provided me with a brochure to take with me. I will definitely be back.

Sarra was absolutely wonderful; I had never had my hair dyed before and was a little nervous, but she talked me through everything and made me feel at home. Wonderful atmosphere, will be back

I received a wonderful full body massage from Meg at Best Body Co yesterday! The whole experience was professional and relaxing. I loved the products she used, with soothing aromas that left my skin feeling so soft. She was super pleasant and immediately made me feel so comfortable! She used enough pressure while making sure that I was still comfortable. She also knowledgeably answered my questions about my tension areas. I cant say enough great things about this spa! I absolutely love getting massages from Best Body. I try to only go as a treat every once in a while, but I would love to be there every week if I could! I have had several different therapists and they are all wonderful, especially the owner, Ms Best. The last time I was there for a massage, I was complaining about lower back pain and the therapist recommended that I see their in-house chiropractor, Dr Jen, and I am so glad I took the advice. I have also had a facial at this spa, and that was great as well. Never miss an opportunity to spend a relaxing hour or two at Best Body; you will be so happy you did!

Pamela and Morgan were wonderful. I accidentally booked the wrong service online and they still accommodated me at the time I chose. Pamela explained the process very carefully and patiently. The spa was great! I can’t wait to return. It was truly a pleasant experience.

I always think fondly of this shop bc this is where I came when I first moved here and needed to find a stylist. I came a few times and ended up really loving the first stylist I had and started requesting her.This is an Aveda salon featuring Aveda products and stylists. I love Aveda products. They smell so good and they feature plant and natural ingredients (for the most part).Stylists are trained at Aveda salons and always get training on how to use and recommend the products.The salon is pretty and modern and they have a huge selection of products.

I made a spontaneous decision to trim about 5” off my long hair. They were able to take me as a walk-in. Megan did a fantastic job. She did a dry cut that turned out perfectly. She saved me time and money.The salon has Covid-19 safety features in place such as a sanitizer station when you first walk in. The chairs are also separated by plastic sheets. I definitely recommend this salon.

My daughter and I went here during a mini vacation. We placed for a spa day and thats what we got. Everyone was very pleasant, the place was clean, very knowledgeable staff, great Aveda products. We stayed for about 4/5 hours and enjoyed every minute. The prices are very reasonable as well. I will be returning when ever I am back in the area.

I went to Best Body Comapny to get my hair cut before a special occasion, and I was not disappointed with the results. Sydney cut my hair and did a fantastic job, she was very polite and professional, (and fun to talk to.) My over all experience was fantastic, I got exactly what I asked for, everyone was polite and professional, and they have very reasonable prices. If you’re in the area I would definitely check them out, guys that means you too. After years of going to an old school barbershop I was on the fence about going to a place like this. But I wasn’t disappointed and I would highly recommend Best Body Comapny and Sydney especially.

Just got my hair done by Sydney at the Best Body Co. on Monday and I’m still just so in love with it! She lightened my hair up and toned it to be a very pretty, light ash blonde. Loved all the Aveda products, they smelled so good and didn’t irritate my scalp.

Terrible customer service. I had a $35 balance on my gift card. I had an appointment for a massage that I had to cancel because something came up last minute. They said they would take my gift card balance if I didn’t reschedule for this week. At no point was this disclosed to me when I made the appointment. They lost a customer for life over $35. There are plenty of other spas in the area.

Got the Spa Treatment Package which includes a aromatherapy steam bath, aveda body scrub, 1 hour swedish massage, and 1 hour custom facial (I opted for a treatment facial instead for $15 more). I was extremely pleased with the service I received! My therapist was Cristina Griffin, who was very receptive to my suggestions and desires. She made sure things were going the way I wanted the entire time, and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location, and especially Cristina!

First let me say I drove 1hour and 20 min to Best Body.....I love Aveda products and wanted an Aveda facial. Asia was professional and made my new experience relaxing and comfortable, so much that I made another facial appointment. I will be using more of their services in the future for perhaps a haircut or a pedicure. Best Body is a great full service spa.

Please give this place a shot. We moved from Florida and I just couldnt find a place that was right for me in town. I finally tried Best Body Co and I have been going religiously and loyally since. Alyx is just amazing and does my cut and color. I get a wonderful head or arm massage with the service (included) and I get to enjoy a wonderful appointment with someone I love talking to and really trust. I can tell her to do what will look good on me and she takes it from there. Aveda products are fantastic and the color they use is very kind to my hair, even with their bright modern reds. If you want a bolder look use Aveda, they are just as funky and cool but not so harsh. Go here for a spa day or cut and color, you will love it!

Very courteous staff and very professional. My wife and I have been coming to this establishment since about 1995. We come to town about twice a year as a getaway for a long weekend to unwind. It usually includes a massage form Best Body Company. It always completes our stress unwind for the weekend. We always look forward to it. - From Lynchburg, Va.

Professional, clean and talented therapists! I had a severe neck injury, and with the help of my chiropractor and the massage therapy from Best Body Co. I was moving better in a few days and I think my range of motion has increased! Therapists know their stuff!

I highly recommend coming to best body co for all your beauty needs. The ladies here are so nice and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Once you use Aveda products, you will never use anything else. Color products are a natural as they can be and leave my hair soft. All the other coloring products Ive tried through the years are just not as good as Aveda. Everyone at the salon is professional and always fun. Natalie has been my stylist for several years now and is awesome!!! Between the excellent Aveda products, the comfortable nature of the rest of the staff and Natalie, I am set forever!

My wife went here, showed and told the stylist, Sidney, what she wanted done and the stylist took it upon herself to give here a hair style that she thought was better which not only did my wife not like but it also looked horrible. The stylist never asked her opinion or even told her what she was doing until after the cut was finished. The store manager showed no customer service savvy and brushed off my wifes complaints. Never goi g here again
