Aleigha knows the human body! She released tension in places I didn’t know were tense. She massaged the muscles in my back from every angle which left me feeling super relaxed. 10/10 would definitely recommend her!! Going back to her today:-)

I was visiting VA for work and really had some back issues. I made a same day appointment and Richie was incredible! I felt like I went to the doctor and a massage therapist at the same time. I walked in literally planning every step I took due to how uncomfortable I was, and literally walked out feeling amazing. Thank you to this location for getting me in, for the great customer service at the desk and for hiring people like Richie!!! I will plan future visits to this location when I travel to VA!

I’ve had multiple massages, swedish and deep tissue, 60 and 90 minutes sessions performed by males and females, at other massage envy locations, and other local establishments and have never once had a bad experience. Until now. At first I was going to try and let my initial frustration go which is the fact i wasn’t greeted until 5 min AFTER my session started, my session was ended 20 min early, the walls are thin so you can hear staff talking right outside throughout session, and on top of that was overcharged tip. I was in no way expecting a perfect experience as a reasonable person and I always know what you get what you pay for, the worst part is it’s now been 3+ weeks and I am still in so much radicular sharp shooting pain into my neck, shoulder, and back, when I never even had pain to begin with. Richie, and any other masseuse should not be allowed to perform manipulations and adjustments without clients consent, or at all, because in my professional opinion this is out of their scope of practice. I’ve cracked my own back and hands and such multiple times and have never had pain before but now because of his carelessness, I’m having to get an orthopedic appt, MRI, and physically therapy to try and figure out what he did that is causing me pain and hopefully get me relief soon. Overall would not recommend the hilltop location.

This team at Madsage Envy and the Hilltop location are just fabulous. I joined 2 weeks ago with a membership because Lashonda has the best hands and really does a wonderful prenatal massage!! My husband was deployed and just returned and was relaxed and pampered today. We added a membership for him today and cannot wait to come back for our next one. Debbie-Ann is a hidden gem at Massage Envy at Hilltop. She is truly a gifted massage therapist and she deserves a raise! She could help train others. Great technique.

Arrive 15 minutes prior. Thats what they tell you. I had a 1pm appointment with Brandon.(Weds, sep 28th) Its 1:25pm now. I arrived at 1230.....The receptionist up front kept walking by the waiting area and looking at me but yet there was never an update or anything.I walked up front and left. I got tired of waiting. If my card on file is charged I will be sure to update this.If time and punctuality are important, do NOT go to this location.I drove 25 mins there in bad traffic and 25 mins back. All for nothing.If you are the owner of this store, please go back and review video footage. Completely unacceptable

Poor customer service with no effort to correct their mistake. I had to cancel my appointment that has been booked for weeks because they messed up my appointment time. Very rude and zero effort to correct the issue.

Great experience! Everything looked very clean. The front desk person was very friendly, professional, and no pressure. My chemical peel was great, just much shorter than expected at 25 minutes. Brenda was very friendly and helpful to give directions for the aftercare. Looking forward to seeing results! :-)ETA- Future peels lasted the full hour and Brenda is very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely see improvement in my aging skin, thank you Brenda!!

Dont waste your time or money! They mess up appointments and do nothing to fix their mistakes. More worried about their therapists making money than taking care of their clients.

Every time I walk in here, I am greeted with the most friendly smiles and outstanding customer service! The ladies at the front desk are extremely sweet and truly take the time to walk you through everything and answer any questions you have. I most recently had Debbie-Ann as my massage therapist and she does a phenomenal job! I had just spent 16 hours in a car and I couldn’t look to the left because of how cramped my neck was. I walked out of there feeling 100% better and so relaxed. Cannot wait to go back!

The therapists are amazing! I go to Aesch and Lyndera and would recommend them to anyone! Giving 4 stars for issues Ive had with scheduling, transferring credits to others and trying to pause my membership. Ive been charged the same fee multiple times and lost a credit due to clerical errors on the part of the receptionist that were never fixed. Frustrating and would not recommend the membership program here, but amazing for the massage itself!

I work as an EMT in the ER and on rescue. My back was in so much pain and it radiates in different areas. The receptionist Brooke was kind and friendly. Alex was my massage therapist and was knowledge and explained what she was doing. My expectations/ experience was not what I expected. It was my first time ever and paying $125 and only getting 12 mins of a back massage was definitely not worth it. The massage therapist put pressure on my pelvic and clavicle bone about 10-15 min each. My expectations was a full body massage and i did not get it. I called back and explain this isn’t in my budget and i didn’t get what I expected. But hey at least I owe my credit card $125 😣 I will not be going back.

Massage Envy made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful with choosing the right massage that I desired. Debbie Ann was my masseuse and she was kind, thorough and great at her talent. I will definitely go back for another massage soon.

Aesc was amazing! If you need a place to go where the worries of the world disappear for 80min and upon completion of the massage you feel refreshed and completely new, massage envy is your place! The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. They are so good at listening to your needs and applying the right pressure to make you feel brand new!

This location is far for me but I ended coming here due to no availability in my area. I’m so glad I did! Brenda is great and knowledgeable! I got microderm for the first time and I love it! My skin is so smooth and clear. I would definitely come back even if is out of my way

I was very pleased with Amanda at the Hilltop location in Va. Beach. I am new to the area and was running behind for my appointment. I appreciate her patience and attention to the task at hand. I did not feel rushed and appreciated her using the time left to maximize my experience. Thanks again Amanda and keep up the good work!

Brenda was my esthetician and she did a wonderful job! I dont take the time to get facials or massages but knew I needed to start fitting some things in. I was offered a 90-minute facial and was interested in brightening my aging skin. I was not prepared for the wonderful facial and all the extras like massage that Brenda performed. Im sure that Massage Envy offers these things routinely as part of their services, but my skin and my psyche were restored after 90 minutes with Brenda. She was amazing and Im so thankful to her. They have great products there, too, and she took the time to help me select the best products for my skin after the service. No pressure -- just expertise and kindness. Thank you, Brenda!

I would not recommend Massage Envy to anyone. I was gifted a massage and it was nice. I was told about the amazing benefits of the membership; however, I should have waited to purchase. I am a single mom that works a full-time and part-time job while juggling a Doctorate program. I thought that this would relieve the stress; however, this membership has brought on more stress. The front desk staff and the managers customer service are extremely poor, and they lack empathy. Extremely poor customer service by the corporate office as well.I missed an appointment by accident and was told that I lost out on my package. The manager stated that unless I was in a car accident or something similar to that, she could not help me. Sarcastically asked what did I need her to do that would help me not miss my appointment. I want out of this membership like yesterday. What I thought would be a great opportunity for self-care turns out to be more stressful. Life happens to us all and is out of our control at times. I should not have to experience a tragedy for an opportunity to make up 1 missed appointment.I do not want them to ever touch me again. I usually never write complaints because I have a kind heart, but her sarcasm and lack of empathy did it for me. I will find somewhere else to go and just lose my money I guess. As a person working in customer service for 20+ years, retention is key. You all might take my money for a year, but I could have been a loyal customer for YEARS!!! Every time I think about it, I will be writing reviews on every social media account I have, until I am out of this membership!!!

Brenda was top notch service; very friendly and personable. She tells you her process so there are no questions left unanswered. And you get a hands, arms, and neck massage with your facial. Soft and soothing hands; an unexpected pleasurable addition to your facial. I am going to be a regular with Brenda. Hilltop plaza massage envy.

This was my FIRST time getting a massage and ALEX was nthn short of AMAZING!!!!! Shes very knowledgeable and I can tell she loves what she does! Very caring and gentle with the body. Wanted something but of course it normally doesnt go that way BUT I got what I NEEDED from her!! The receptionist, sorry I dont know her name but she was really nice also! Very informative and helpful with all my questions. The hilltop spot is my new relaxing home! Thank you 😊

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Massage Envy Hilltop. The staff is always friendly and professional, and every massage therapist I’ve had has been fantastic! My most recent appointment was with Debbie-Ann yesterday and she was an absolute gem— incredibly skilled and very kind. I’ve been a member for years, and have visited franchises in multiple states over those years. I can say confidently that the Hilltop location is one of the best, and I absolutely love going there.

I havent had a facial in a long time and this experience was great! Brenda did a fabulous facial. My goal is to slow the aging and my skin was glowing and felt so smooth and firm after. I will definitely be booking again with Brenda.

Easily five stars when it comes to facials! Brenda, my esthetician, always knows exactly what my skin needs are and she is quick to help me find solutions and recommend great products. She is also so personable and makes you feel comfortable at every session. My good experience with her from the beginning is the reason I decided to get a membership and keep my membership!

I went in for a 90 minute massage and it was amazing. The girls working at the desk were both absolutely delightful and I must have spoken to them for 10 minutes after my massage because they were so friendly and inviting! Rose was my massage therapist and she was extremely professional, nice, and communicated with me excellently. I felt so at ease the whole time and I will definitely come back to this location again!

Great therapeutic experience. Took care aches in my lower back. Feeling better and rested. The scalp and facial massage was amazing and much needed. Definitely recommended to all. Will be signing up for monthly plan.

Brenda has been my aesthetition for a few years. She has seen many phases of my complexion: the good, the bad, and the ugly! She customizes my treatments every time to get me back to the good.. I have always struggled with my complexion, and she has helped me look my best despite having to wear masks during my stressful work day. She is experienced, professional, and friendly. I always look forward to our sessions.

I attended stressed and aching and came out the exact same way. The worst massage I have ever had! The massager was Rose and she did a terrible job. When I left it was like I never had a massage. The room was also cold as hell, I told her and she did absolutely nothing about it.I will never go there againSMHHowever the place was clean and the person at the front desk was very nice however, Rose the massager was terrible. I wasted my money with her!!

Natasha was amazing. It was my first massage so I was rather nervous, I also have pretty severe anxiety when vulnerable around strangers but she made me feel safe. She was wonderful at relaxing me both mentally and physically. The massage itself was perfect 10/10 I will definitly be back after such an amazing experience.

My massage was wonderful. The front desk attendant was rude and didn’t know much and was going to tell me i couldn’t transfer a credit when i know i can. The manager came out and corrected it and told me what i needed to do. I brought my girlfriend for the first time and she said bye thank you for everything and that rude front desk attendant never said anything back. That’ll be last time at this establishment. Go some where else if she is working there. Wish i had got her name. But she’s white with brunette hair. I believe she had highlights. It’s a shame the front desk attendants that greet you are rude and ignorant like that. Her response should of been let me get my manager so she can help you.

Considering the overall reviews for Massage Envy in this area, I was nervous about setting up an appt with them. This location did seem to have the highest rating so I figured it would show in their service. I have not had a massage in over 4 years. When I arrived, the lady that greeted me was pleasant & had me sit in the “relaxing” room as I’d call it while I waited for the massage therapist. They had spa sounds, waves, etc on the tv & it was calming. My massage was done by Debbie Ann & she was professional & sweet. She just had a very calm, relaxed nature to her, soft spoken & put me at ease. She asked which areas to focus on and I suggested shoulders, neck, back since I’m at a computer most of day. The massage felt amazing, right amount of pressure (which she asked me about). Didn’t feel rushed, it was wonderful! I was a little sore the next day, but she told me I might be. Nothing painful, just reminded me I got a great massage. She made recommendations for my next visit. Even the front desk staff were pleasant and inviting as well. Overall, it was a great experience & I would recommend them & I will return to see Debbie Ann!

Room was absolutely too cold and so were the therapists hands!!! I understand practicing COVID mitigation but it cant come at the cost of the customers comfort. I told Lauren her hands were too cold and she replied, they will warm up. The appropriate response should have been an apology first and foremost followed by her making every effort to warm her hands prior to touching me. She was very pleasant, polite and welcoming however the massage was horrible because I was uncomfortable the entire time. The only reason I didnt get up and walk out is because I was doing a couples massage and didnt want to ruin it for the other person. Bottom line, massage is designed to help you RELAX and FEEL BETTER. I was cheated out of both. Make the rooms a little warmer, if youre that afraid of COVID then stop doing the services altogether. Ive had a membership for over 2 years now but as of today I will be canceling and finding another company. I wont continue paying to be uncomfortable. The customer service at this location was great, they just have to do a better job of making sure the customer is happy.

Aesc is very attentive to the changes in my body and easily adapts her therapy to accommodate. Her touch, pressures and overall technique are some of the best Ive experienced. She is a true healer.

This is literally the BEST massage I have EVER had in my 41+ years of life. Natasha was absolutely AMAZING!! Shes a sweet, bubbly, personable soul with fingers that shoot out laser beams of magic. I live in Nashville TN but I will literally come to Virginia Beach VA once a month just to get a massage from her, shes THAT good! Unfortunately, she is leaving, but the experience was great enough that I will be sure to come back to Massage Envy on my next visit to Virginia Beach: Natasha made me a believer! I fell ASLEEP yall, thats how great the massage was!! I do not sleep anywhere but at home!! Is there a Massage Envy in Nashville? Allen is so great! I carry all my stress in ky neck and shoulders, I was so uncomfortable yesterday due to a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder, he was very good at getting my muscles loosened up to help relieve some of the pressure! I still have a lot of work that’s needs to be done but baby steps! Best massage guy ever! Thanks Allen!

I had an excellent first experience with this location. Xavier provided great customer service, so much knowledge, and he reassured me that the company’s goal is to make sure their customers are comfortable at all times. Stephanie was great as well. She also made sure I was comfortable. If you book an appointment, Stephanie is your best bet.

This place is absolutely amazing! I mean from start to finish their customer service is like no other. I spoke to two different employees and both of them were very polite, patient, and informative. Not once did I feel as if I was getting sold a sales pitch, they genuinely sounded as if they had my best interest at heart. And let me tell you they definitely did because this was a first time for me and I can’t put into words how wonderful my experience was. Thank you all for a wonderful service!!

Alex H is the best therapist I have experienced. She is one of the few in the area who is certified in Myofascia Release, which is an incredible therapy that relieves multiple points of bent up tension in the body, and in my opinion the mind. Alex takes her profession very serious and is much more than your typical masseuse.

Massage Envy at Hilltop is a very welcoming environment. It is clean and well maintained to create a relaxing atmosphere. Margaret is my massage therapist and she is outstanding! She is very conscientious about using the right pressure, addressing particular areas of stress and generally give me an amazing massage experience.

My Massage Therapist Debbie-Ann was very nice and attentive. She really helped me to relax and loosen my tight muscles in which I was long overdue for a massage.

So sad about Natasha leaving, but soooo grateful to have met her. Such a wonderful and kind spirit. The front desk staff is kind as well. I hope my next masseuse is just as good.

I had my first massage ever here and they were so nice and made me feel really comfortable. I got a prenatal massage and Teresa was amazing, I even made another appointment and signed up for their membership so I can come back every month.

Not sure who manages this location but even though I filled out the online form to request membership information from them for 3 times, no one contacted me. I mean youll think a client who is considering monthly membership would be something they care about but not I guess

Aesc was absolutely fantastic ! I have sever fibromyalgia so I’m always afraid to try new therapists because i tend to hurt during the massage or hurt a lot the day after.BUT LET ME TELL YOU !!!!!…Aesc was 10000% on point! The pressure was perfect. I wasn’t uncomfortable for even a second. She checked in to make sure I was still doing alright….seriously, she needs to be posted as number one for the Hilltop Massage Envy.Top therapist status.I am making this review a day after my massage and for the first time , I’m actually still feeling great. I don’t feel sore at all ! This is awesome!!Thank you Aesc ! You are the bomb!

Aesc is amazing, I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Massage Envy at the Hilltop location. She’s worked wonders for me the last few weeks I have gone and was both sensitive to my postnatal condition and helpful in promoting my healing process.

Tash was great! Was my first massage in a long time. I wanted pretty firm pressure, during the massage I didn’t think it was that firm but once I got up I felt all the pressure and tension in my upper back gone.

Very great staff! I had a mix up with my appointment with another massage store (Massage Luxe) and Massage Envy was completely accommodating and understood the situation. Unfortunately the other store (Massage Luxe) did not help at all and made matters more complicated. I have now scheduled my appointment at Massage Envy and look forward to the Massage and the friendly staff.

Best massage that Ive had! Debbie Ann did not disappoint. Its almost as if she knew my body and knew what areas needed to be stretched and massaged ...I fell asleep so many times... magical. I will be back!!

I sent my boyfriend there for a massage. He was asked to go to a different location than where I made an appointment for originally when he got there, the person was late, and here’s the good part: They called him to the back for his massage but gave him a 1.5 hour instead of the 1 hour he was supposed to get. He thought they were making up for being late. Turns out the lady got him confused with another customer. Even though it was their mistake they still were trying to charge for the extra 30 mins. Totally unprofessional. We will not be utilizing the services there again.

Hilltop Massage Envy is always clean.Staff is friendly and professional. Aesc is awesomeI had an aaahhh-mazing massage yesterday. Added the CBD enhancement. The hot towels just made me melt and relax even more.Aesc is always professional and assures my requests thru excellent communication.

I have been going to Alex for two years. Didn’t think I would ever be going to get a massage every month but we’ll worth it. Great therapist and customer service has kept me a loyal customer.

Alex was great and she listened to my needs and focused on my areas that were tense and helped stretched my shoulders but also made sure to give my whole body attention!

Not happy with their services... sorry but the school for massage off Rosemont is so much better! And cheaper for a better massage! This is not right!!! I have a membership and we are currently in a crisis. I called them to inquire about them deducting out of my account, considering they are close temporarily, not that I would go now. They said the fee was going to be waived but still took the payment. Smh really.

Hands down the worst experience ever, scheduled a couples massage for my wife and was told if I cancel I would be charged only to be canceled on by the establishment, One hour before our appointment, my wife was waiting for this all week, was devastated that we couldn’t enjoy our first couple message together
