À great place to unwind after long days of activités. Nice pressure. However, my masseur smelled like cigarette.The place is lit with blue lights... To promote relaxation? But the music was too loud and if you come later in the evening, you might have to endure workers cleaning up in the back, banging foot soak buckets, turning on water spiggot and dumping/splashing buckets of water. They also chat pretty loudly too.The lotion they use is not massage oil or anything special. It leaves greasy film on your head, neck, shoulders, all the spots they massage while your feet are soaking.

Great place to relax! I had a wonderful time and the 60 montues felt like it was 2 hours. It was great. I will definitely return when I am in town and the receptionist was very informative and helpful! 🥰

Very dissatisfied. Its weird! The dry massage was painful. The Asian man couldnt understand softer or anything I said. I especially didnt like the open room for relaxation. There was a man snoring the entire time and nobody bothered to do anything about it. If I wanted to hear a man snoring, its free at my house! We cant even sleep in the same bed because my husband snores so loudly! I wanted a relaxing experience, but instead it wasnt and moreover FRUSTRATING! There were at least 5 people in the quiet zone and we all suffered due to one customer! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WILL NOT RETURN!!

My wife and I we go to the other location. We thought wed try this location out. It was an okay experience, except there was a man that snored the entire time. Thats how relaxed I was!

Im so glad I had Nancy for my treatment! I was surprised by her intuition and how she treated both feet and legs very individually according to their needs. Perfect pressure! I asked for soft pressure and was nervous it might be too soft but it was perfect! Ill be back!

Went today for my first time. I’ve been in so much discomfort and I can feel the stress knots. Mr. Lee was amazing!!! He got all those stress knots and knew to have good pressure. I walked out feeling like a feather and like I can breath! Definitely going again. I used Groupon but the appointment was done quickly and the check in was very welcoming. Thank you to all the staff that made my visit amazing!

Some mixed feelings. Id probably try again but at a different time. Came at 7pm, receptionist is really nice! Techs are probably exhausted from massaging all day. I definitely dont recommend a night appointment. They close at 9pm but theyre cleaning up early. The constant sound of the washer/dryer, the running water from washing buckets & the techs gossiping non stop is really annoying & impossible to relax.Hubby enjoyed his massage. Mine was way too hard, I asked for medium strength & this was 1 of the hardest massages Ive ever had. I had to kick him a few times from pinching too hard. Some of the session was painful. Today, I am bruised all over my calves so Im disappointed about that. Everyone was so nice. I might try again in the mornings and a different tech.

Came here with my husband as we received a Christmas gift for the Classic session (60 min) for 2. We were just visiting VAB (Im stationed in NC), but thankfully they had appointments available the day after Christmas and we booked it the evening prior on the site no issues.Day of, we did the paper at the front desk and were escorted to our chairs in the back. They were comfy, the ambiance was peaceful, they play nature sounds and soothing music.They start by soaking your feet (similar to pedicure) while they massage face, scalp (if you want - let them know in case you dont want them to touch your hair), neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Its super relaxing. Then they move onto your legs, from the knees down to feet. We were both first timers as far as massages go, but it was a more traditional Asian style massage vs. what Id expect to see in like a movie?*Im super super SUPER TICKLISH. And I was still able to make it through the whole thing. Even though I dont like people touching my feet because Im ticklish, I still enjoyed the whole experience including the foot massage.**Im also allergic to fragrances and have sensitive skin, they knew this ahead of time from the questionnaire. Nothing they used on me made me break out, itch, or burn, seemed to be all natural/fragrance free.This was definitely a good experience! Im not that keen on foot massages, but if you are, go for it. Seems like they arent too busy and maybe could even take day of appointments?

Front desk is always pleasant. I have never had a bad experience here or any of their other location

I can not say enough about the wonderful and relaxing experience I had on Sunday, July 30, 2023.. Very clean and comfortable, the technician was proficient, professional, and above all amazing! My experience was totally on point from the minute I walked in the door till the minute I walked out. I highly recommend the 90-minute session. It seriously took care of releasing stress and easing my aches.

This is an amazing place. I just loved my two visits and will definitely return each time I am in town. This was a pleasant and beneficial experience. As a nurse, I highly recommend this business for anyone who has leg and foot issues, migraines, and circulatory disorders in the lower legs. Wear shorts or loose pants that can be pulled up above the knees and a tank top for the best treatment experience. This is a unique and effective health care experience. I would highly recommend diabetics try this therapy to improve the circulation and feeling in their feet and legs. I have degenerative joint disease with circulation issues in my lower legs and feet; years of 12 & 16 hr shifts of nonstop standing has caused extreme leg issues- this was amazing for relief and comfort. I have migraines frequently - including one on my first visit - after 10 min the migraine was gone and I felt amazing when I left. 90 min reflexology is a must!! Treat yourself, check to see if your insurance will cover the cost-many do!!

If you havent been here yet, now is the time. Upon calling for an appointment, the receptionist was very nice and set up our session with ease. My husband and I did a 90 minute session. The massages were so relaxing that my husband fell asleep a few times 😆. They did a fantastic job all around and I would definitely come back to this location. Highly recommend.

Ale is great with foot reflexology but the chairs constantly scraping on the floor as the other staff moved around was very loud.

Jamie is very sweet AND strong. She really has the skills to relax neck and shoulders and provide a relaxing and pain relieving foot massage.

Like other reviews state, it is a group setting. But, I still found it peaceful and, like a few others, fell asleep for part of my treatment.My personal experience wasnt the best, wasnt awful either, but I think your therapist plays a huge role. Mine was a nice guy but he was frantic and rough. The opposite of a relaxing massage to me. I watched the lady across from me getting a slow/peaceful massage, so its just a matter of who works on you I think. As for reflexology, it seemed just like a massage to me. 🤷🏻‍♀️For the Groupon price I paid, it was definitely worth it. If I go back, I will ask for a different therapist.

Bought the 90 minute Groupon and it was a wonderful experience. The receptionist was very welcoming and was very informative.My massage consisted of 15 back and neck massage which was great, then onto my legs and feet. Incredible job with the reflexology and massage of sore portions of my feet and legs. Definitely will return.

Found out about this location through Groupon and it definitely lived up to my expectations! My feet had been sore from running a lot in a degrading pair of tennis shoes, so I decided to schedule an appointment for a foot massage and scrub. Definitely was well worth it! I chose the lavender-scented scrub to create a relaxing/stress-free aromatherapy mood and also got the heated neck wrap while I received my foot massage. Left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Check them out!

The massage was very good. It actually cured a persistent pain in my neck that prevented me from turning my head very far in either direction. My feet are also feeling great. I will be going back soon.

Just had my first ever Relax the Feet experience. It was great! The girl at the front desk was very nice when I called to book the appointment and when we went in. It was a very relaxing experience all together. Definitely recommend it if you havent tried it. 👍👍👍

Great place for a relaxing massage. It’s a communal area with others around you but they keep the noise level down for the most part. After a few minutes you’re completely relaxed and I’m my case half asleep.

The guys do such a great job. I usually get the 15-min chair add-on. The are attune to you providing the correct pressure and theyre very respectful. But what I like about the General Booth location are the receptionists. They ask but dont pressure you to do any add-ons. And after the session they ask what amount you want to leave as a tip. They do not assume youll leave a tip and they dont insist on the dollar amount.

Staff was amazing. But I could not get fully zoned out because of it being a group setting. I am very sensitive to noises. The lady next me, her phone went off and then when more people came in, I lost my zone fully. Im not saying this place is bad by any means, its just not for me.

This experience was amazing!! The setting was so pleasing. If you are looking for tranquility, this is the place to be. The staff are welcoming, polite and work really hard in providing 100% satisfaction hands down!! I cant wait to visit this location again!!!

I bought 2 Groupons for 90 minute massages for my boyfriend and I. We had a wonderful, relaxing experience. My boyfriend even fell asleep during it. My only minor complaint was that you could hear everything going on at the front desk but I’m not sure there’s anything to be done about that.

This is a hidden gem in Virginia Beach! My wife and I went there a while back for a foot massage and just recently for a full body massage. It was the best massage we have ever had. Keep in mind you should call ahead and not just drop in because their schedule fluctuates and it’s family owned.

I have never had a bad experience here. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the masseuse are wonderfully skilled. I love indulging in the Great Escape and I leave feeling pampered and relaxed.
