Luxury Mold ? I was here last year and it was the same. I came back hoping it was the off day, but I guess it’s normal here. Door knobs is gross too.Abigail on other side was amazing! Sweetest and Most professional massage therapist! 10 out of 10!

I used to really enjoy this spa. I would come on my birthdays or anytime I was feeling burnt out at work and my girlfriends would join me and we’d have lunch by the pool together in between our services and then we have dinner at the hotel. I would book a full day of services and stay from open to close for my pampering reset. I’ve been to several luxury spas and was grateful to have one of this level in our area instead of driving hours outside of town. After a few challenging years since the pandemic, I was really looking forward to returning to SeaHill for my birthday and a long overdue spa day. Unfortunately I’m seeing a complete change in how the business is run. They’ve changed the rules to presumably keep less guests in the facility throughout the day. While I can appreciate making sure amenities are accessible to guests who’ve booked services, I don’t understand why I have to leave/arrive at the spa at certain times and my friends who are also booking one or more services aren’t allowed to arrive to join me for lunch or to stay until close to get ready to enjoy my birthday dinner in the hotel? We were planning to book rooms in the hotel to stay after dinner and return to the pool the next day. The scheduling rules are extremely restrictive and leave little room to accommodate a special occasion or any group at all. The most frustrating part is that I was told when I scheduled my 3 services by one scheduler that they could accommodate my group and offer wiggle room on arrival times so we could all have lunch together and leave for dinner together, but when my friends called to book their appointments, they were told that they wouldn’t be able to arrive the extra 15 minutes early to join me for the start of lunch by the pool and that I would be asked to leave after my last appointment, too. The inconsistency and inability to confirm how the day would go resulted in me canceling my spa day/stay/dinner at the Cavalier. I don’t understand the business decision but I suppose there are struggles to running a spa in this economy. If I’m being completely honest, I’ve had better massages at Massage Envy which is where I go every few weeks in between spa days. The only reason to pay the premium price for services is because you get to enjoy the amenities before and after. If you are removing the value of the offering, then it doesn’t make sense to pay the premium price for the same quality of services if you’re not able to relax and enjoy the spa without feeling rushed to leave. Really sad and disappointed to learn I don’t have a luxury day spa in the area anymore.

I fell in love!! I had the best time of my life. I got the 50 minute relaxation massage and it was AMAZING. The workers are sooo sweet and professional. They really make you feel special here. I would highly recommend and also come back.

This place is AWESOME! I received a gift card for my birthday, and this spa does NOT disappoint. I had the Himalayan Salt massage, and it was the best massage ever! SeaHill Spa has a lot of great amenities. Everyone is so nice and courteous. I love it and will be going back. The price is well worth everything that is included. Its DEFINITELY a relaxing, fun time❤️!

Ive been debating on writing a review for a few days, but after talking it through with some friends and family, I felt it would be beneficial for others.First, my husband booked us a Time together spa day.We started with breakfast there, the hostess was a doll, and the steak and eggs were delicious. The chicken and waffles were mediocre at best. The views, though, the atmosphere, were stunning and reminded me of Italy. The server was very slow but kind and respectful.The seahill spa, though. The front desk staff were perfect picks for a luxury hotel. There was one girl with a wolf cut dark hair and another with very light blond hair. Both were angels, and so so sweet and patient with us. The womans bathroom was pristine in cleanliness and had amazing amenities. The showers were lovely, though the wall sprayers were broken.We started by going to the salt room and were not impressed that it was heated by a small heater in the corner and chose to leave because it really was only nice to look at. Then we headed to the pool, which was stunning and there were barely anyone there, so we enjoyed the semi privacy. We wanted to order food, but when we were told it would be a 30-45 minutes wait when they had just opened up the food at 12 and our service was at 1245, we were super disappointed. Luckily, front desk ladies were to the rescue. The sweet brunette ran to their break room and got me a granola bar, and the blond girl ordered me a drink and worked magic for it to come out in time. They truly are exceptional.Then, it was time for the treatment. We were told to be fully undressed for it to be the best experience for the salt bath if comfortable, which we were. The salt scrub was nice, and the salt bath was even better and impressive!But then came the massage..... this is when everything turned around. Ive had tons of massages over the last 15 years from various styles to genders to countries and have NEVER experienced something like this. The man who massaged me was...... rough. Now I dont mean heavy pressure... no, no... I mean man handled, pressed the boundaries, sensual almost foreplay kind of rough. I was chicken winged during the massage.... I have never been chicken winged outside of combat training, especially not in a relaxing setting as a massage. My husband was in the room and was enjoying his massage, and I felt .... guilty? Scared? Ashamed? To say anything and ruin his experience. Even though I was doing nothing wrong, I wasnt moving... and yet the way this man touched me made my hair stand up and scream run. I can go into further detail if a manager asks but.... honestly I wouldnt NEVER go back if this is what is done. I understand thats a kink to be manhandled but theres a place and time for that.I compared with my husband to see if maybe the girl he had did anything similar, if this is a weird cavalier special.... but no. He had a normal pleasant massage and after demonstrating a few things to him that the man did to me, he had his concerns high as well.Its a crummy situation because... technically, he didnt touch me directly in places he shouldnt but he definitely pushed the boundaries.I didnt leave feeling relaxed, I left feeling.... violated.

Great place to be pampered and relax alone or with friends. You have spa access to the pool, Himalayan salt room, steam room, sauna and whirlpool. The private shower rooms are nice. Wish the access would be all day. If receiving a morning service you have to be gone by 2pm. You receive two complimentary drinks while you wait for your service. I think that their snack bar needs work (offer more selection).. The staff is friendly. The services are pricey and be ready to pay 20% on all services.

Seahill Spa at The Cavalier is an extraordinary relaxation experience. My companion and I had the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage with the Paraffin options for hands and feet and wow. I am so soft and relaxed! There are lots of areas for different types of relaxation including sitting poolside at the indoor lounge, the Himalayan Salt Cave, whirlpool and sauna. There is also a small selection of spa products in the check-out area, some clothes, oils, candles, soaking minerals and.

Spa was nice inside. The womens locker room area where lockers are is very squished. I couldnt even get into my locker, and the lady who was trying to get dressed next to her locker was probably as frustrated as me since she had no space to even get her top back on because the spa attendant reached over her to unlock my locker. I was quite shocked how there werent many lockers compared to the guests. The steam shower, sauna, whirlpool areas were nice. However, I heard from my hubby that the mens locker room does not have a whirlpool? He was quite disappointed and felt short-changed, kinda on it. I ended up getting a Vichy Shower in the capsule and an Ocean Crystal Facial. Let me tell you the vichy shower capsule was amazing. Very relaxing and great therapist. 👍 My facial was nice as well. I did feel the cleanser she used kinda flushed my face though. It was very minty/peppermint feeling, and it felt invigorating. I do usually have more sensitive/drier skin, but it was literally 98° the days I was in VB. Facial therapist was great as well. Overall, I would do the Vichy shower capsule again. I think I might try another facial however. I really wanted a massage on the quartz table, but it was booked out in advance. So be prepared in advance if you want spa services here. I was told certain services like the quartz table massages book out 6-7wks!

AMAZING! I enjoyed my time here to celebrate my birthday. I opted for the CBD Massage for 80 minutes. Ms Abigail was phenomenal. The entire spa is so serene, clean, and well kept. The staff were polite and very accommodating. Lots of nice touches for a great spa experience. The infinity pool was a nice feature along with the whirlpools, and saunas. I will definitely return for additional services.

Every time I come to the spa I have such a an amazing experience. This time Alyssa gave me one of the best facials I have ever had. She was super knowledgeable and I left feeling like a new woman. Highly recommend requesting Alyssa for all your facial needs!

Imagine a beautiful blue sky day with birds chirping and everyone around you smiles. This isn’t a dream, it’s your afternoon enjoying lunch by the pool after a quality massage at SeaHill Spa.While the facilities offered besides the pool are lacking, you could easily spend a full day at the Hotel/Spa thanks to the beautiful pool. Either way, it’s easy to slip into a relaxed state. You can enjoy the Himalayan salt room, zero-gravity spa chair, sauna, steam room, or beautiful infinity pool alone or with a loved one. If you visit first thing on a weekend or in the afternoon on a weekday you pretty much have the place to yourself.

I had the pleasure of receiving a hydro facial at the amazing SeaHill Spa today. I am a bit older have a few dark spots that have shown up, one just over my eyebrow that is definitely noticeable. After my hydro facial today, I can see where that, and other spots, have nearly vanished. Thrilled, to say the least!! And my skin feels really soft and hydrated. I even think I look a bit younger 😅. Highly recommend this service to all! Thanks SeaHill, and my talented esthetician, Alicia.

This was a Sister Day, My sister and I decide to spend the day here for massages and yes it a little more expensive but definitely worth it with the amenities and the staff (Ashley and others at the front desk was wonderful, making you feel absolutely special and we all need the relaxation trip mentally from time to timeWe really enjoyed our sister time together and time alone. Protect your peace at all cost..Enjoy!

I had acupuncture with Majon, and it was AMAZING! She is very personable, and you can feel how much she cares throughout the session. It was a very renewing and cleansing experience!

The SeaHill Spa is definitely one of the better hotel spas I have been to! The facility was very clean and calming from the moment I walked through the doors. The ladies-only whirlpool was my favorite as it was very peaceful and the water jets felt soo good! The sauna, steam room, and showers were all very nice and clean. And my massage therapist was very good at listening to my needs throughout my appointment in terms of where she focused her hands and the salt stone on areas of my body providing ultimate tension and stress relief. Lastly, I have to give extra kudos to Ashley one of the spa attendants, as she went above and beyond to make my spa experience top notch! I have never had anyone actually bring me water and cool towels into the sauna and steam rooms while I’m sitting there, or constantly bring me snacks and drinks throughout my time in the spa and at the pool. She was amazing and definitely an asset to this place!

This place is amazing! The best! Relaxing! I loved the massage, the spa, the pool, and all the amenities! I will be back. This is the best of the best. You get what you pay for.

I had the Autograph Facial with Alyssa. It was absolutely fabulous. Alyssa described all of the treatments she was going to do and just had me relax. The bed was warmed and extremely comfortable. While the masks were setting, Alyssa did neck, arm, hand, foot and lower leg massage which were amazing. I felt so refreshed after the 80 minutes. I also spent time in the whirlpool and the Salt Cave. Everything was lovely. Totally escaped for a few hours. Its pricey, but 100% worth it!

My sister and I had a fabulous experience. My masseuse was Rachel and I will be certain to request her again. All staff are very professional. Robin and Erika at the front desk are very kind, patient, and professional. We used the pool and hot tub prior to our massages. We ordered a bottle of rosé by the pool. It was amazing for a good mama break.

Very nice experience, hint for the male guests. In the slow season turn on the steam room and the sauna as they are stone cold before you get changed. Run shower before you need it as no hot water as its not circulating and will take an age to even get warm less hot. I felt the ambient temperature was too cold for true relaxing so lounge chairs were cold to touch. I know these problem will disappear in June but January....Had a massage, rooms were perfect and the team was excellent and the couples room was very pleasant to celebrate an anniversary in.No couples sauna or steam room.

Myself and a group of friends went for a spa day before my friends wedding. The 5 of us were all getting manicures, pedicures and massages. The spa package did not include gel polish, which was never mentioned to us upon booking. It only included regular nail polish in a limited number of colors. My friend also wanted to get acrylic tips done but they didnt even offer that. Had we known all of this, we probably wouldve booked elsewhere. We thought all of this would be standard for the cost of the package.The massage felt rushed and seemed like it was cut short. The spa package included an automatic 20% gratuity, which is fine if the services are good, but I do not feel as if it should be automatically included. I feel as if they may not have done their best job but knew they would be getting an automatic 20% gratuity.

Excellent!!I scheduled a deep tissue massage, manicure, and pedicure. Ill be back for a facial and body scrub. The highlights of my spa experience included the poolside lunch as well as the care and attention of the spa hostess, Ashley. Be sure to schedule services so that you can enjoy the steam room and sauna. Ashley was right there to assist in anything I needed as if I were her only client. Id highly recommend Nancy for a deep tissue massage, especially if youre an athlete. Really study the massage options to know what experience to expect (relaxing vs therapeutic). Katelyne did a fantastic job on my nails and shes just awesome overall. Shes very personable, fun, and yet calming. Shes also very flexible, so if you need to sit in silence that can work as well. You may fall asleep with her massages during nail service.

Wonderful experience! Felt a sense of calm, peace, and relaxation from the moment i stepped through the glass doors. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I booked the 80 min deep tissue massage. My therapist, Celimar(I hope I spelled correctly), was attentive and listened to my concerns about some problem areas. She tailored my massage to my needs. It was one of the best Ive had. The attendant Ashleigh is like a ray of sunshine and very helpful. I will be a repeat customer.

A wonderful experience from every aspect. My husband and I booked a couple’s massage and were able to use the amenities before hand, and it was far above my expectations. All of the staff have great customer care and made sure we didn’t want for anything. The spa itself was clean, stocked, and just very well kept overall. It is truly the best place to relax and unwind. Our massage therapists were great, Nancy is an exceptional therapist who took my concerns about issues with my neck and was able to give me some much needed relief.Thank you to all of the staff for giving us the perfect spa day.

Very nice spa with multiple amenities. Whirlpool was a little small and crowded. Pool was very nice. Only thing I noticed was that the hot tub needed to be re-tiled in some spots and have the grout scrubbed.

My first visit, I brought my mother for Mother’s Day. I was so impressed I returned over a year later alone (I commuted to VB solely to come here). Another fabulous experience - facilities, amenities, staff. Perfect. Theresa was absolutely amazing as well as the hostess who attended to me the entire four hours I was there, I can’t believe I didn’t get her name. Very sweet lady with orange eyeshadow. Thank you all for what you do.

What an absolute relaxing experience! Andreah was so sweet! She gave me and my girls a tour of the spa, and provided us with necessities (sparkling wine🥂). My daughter got me the salt scrub and soak spa treatment. Kitty did an exceptional job! I have a difficult time relaxing and she managed to completely relax me. I will be back for the wonderful customer service as well as the best spa treatment!

A 6 hour drive and $1000 later, and they refuse to provide a massage a the moment they are bringing be back for the service because I am in my first trimester. No where on their website does it state this, they did not ask when booking the service, did not warn in a confirmation email or the reminder email, did not ask during check in or mention it in their intake form. They even provide prenatal massages, but only to second and third trimester. This is not a medical recommendation and strictly a liability concern that was communicated completely inappropriately. The massage therapist told me “it’s too bad she I ready your intake form” confirming it is strictly liability and not out of any medical concern for patrons. Meanwhile, a friend I was with (also in first trimester!) had been a year prior and was not required to fill out an intake form, thus never asked!Because they are so busy there were no other services available as a substitute, and I was already in a robe I was forced to pay for a day pass. While the amenities are beautiful, they are way over booked so the womens spa was uncomfortably packed. Over priced, pretentious, unorganized, and unprofessional. Will not be returning!

Welcome to luxury pampering! From the beginning to the end, the experience was absolutely wonderful!Haley and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.Ryan, the masseuse, was professional, attentive, and was great at applying the right amount of pressure. I recommend him!The amenities were perfect, such as, the salt water whirlpool, the Himalayan salt room, steam room, and showers.The service by the poolside was great, and the food (Crab cake sandwich) was delicious!I am definitely coming back!

I made an appointment for me and my daughters for 9 AM, I made it clear that it was a mother/daughters time together and wanted to make it special. We had our facials while the oldest daughter had the massage, when she went for her facial, my younger daughter and I were waiting for so long for our massage to begin. After 45mins I went to the front desk, they told me that our massage was at 3 PM, checking my text from the SeaHill Spa, it was never mentioned. They wanted to charge me anyway but I showed them that wasn’t clearly not my fault. In the end they didn’t, the front desk lady gave me an attitude without an apology. For the price of the services, it was quite disappointing. No need to come back again.

Overall a nice idea with poor execution. My husband and I did the massage and soak, which should have included a 20 minute soak and an 80 minute massage for $480. I then did the Hydro Capsule scrub ($140). So we were right around $750 after the automatic 20% gratuity. I dont mind paying high prices for a superior experience, but this wasnt it.We were advised to arrive at least 30 minutes early for our 10:15 appointment time, which we did, actually arrived about an hour early. We were given a tour and told that 2 glasses of champagne or mimosas were included and would be offered in the relaxation room. We were also told that we could order lunch in if desired. We changed into robes and relaxed on lounges in the relaxation room. In 30 minutes, no one came by. I ran into the same woman in the locker room and said we would take her up on the champagne if we werent too close to our treatment time. She did bring over two plastic cups of room temperature sparkling wine. Yikes.Our massage therapists retrieved us from the relaxation room a few minutes after our service was supposed to start. They explained the protocol and left us to enjoy our mineral soak with cookies and ice water. Ive had a lot of mineral soaks, there was nothing in that water. It was $100 for a 15 minute bath. I even tasted it. My massage therapist said there were magnesium salts in the water, something else I have a ton of experience with. Either they didnt put them in or they used a meaningless amount.We were on the tables at 10:50 and off by 12:05, forget the time we spent waiting for them to come in. So thats 75 minutes on the table, max, not the 80 we paid for. When youre charging more than a high-end 90 minute massage for 80 minutes, it should really be 80 minutes.We were taken back to the relaxation room, where I mentioned I had another service scheduled. (I should not have been the one mentioning this.) Our therapists said my provider would look for me there. What no one told me was that my next service wasnt scheduled until 12:45. I had to go ask the front desk. So they booked me with a 40 minute gap between services, during lunch time, with no heads-up (and no offer to order lunch, I might add).The hydro capsule treatment started and ended promptly.I will say that everyone we encountered was very friendly and all 3 providers were clearly skilled and did an exceptionally good job. Our massages were top quality, they just werent what we paid for. Seahill has the facility and staff to compare against most resort spas, theyre just missing the management.

Lots of hotel spas are expensive but this one is definitely worth the price. I did the Tarnished Bourbon Scrub, Pedicure, and 80 minute Autograph Aromatherapy Facial, and all were fantastic. If I could only pick one, it would be the facial. It even includes a foot massage! Book 4 to 6 weeks in advance if you are aiming for a weekend or holiday.

Took my husband here for his birthday and he said it was the best massage hes ever received. The atmosphere was very relaxing and clean. The plush robes and slippers made us feel so comfortable and the staff treated us so well. It is a bit pricey but well worth the experience, especially since you also get access to all of the other spa amenities. We loved it here and will definitely return.

Ive been to SeaHill Spa a few times now and came to be pampered on my birthday last year and had my bridal makeup and hair done a few weeks ago here before my small, beach ceremony.The spa itself is very beautiful and luxurious. Nice womens lockers and restroom and private entrance to the beautiful indoor pool area, a relaxation space and their salt cave room is really cool. Treatment rooms are beautifully done and incorporate some of the old elements from the original hotel that have been preserved (like old brick and foundation).Booking was easy for my special day as I booked it about 5-6 months in advance via phone/email and communicated that way with the staff. I called to confirm the week before as well and sent updated photos.My bridal make-up was stunning and was done by Lauren who was friendly, ready when I arrived, and did an amazing job. I could not have been happier!My special event hair wasnt exactly as Id wished, but it worked out OK. I was charged an extra $25 for three small pearl pins added to my hair when I already had some hair pins I brought with me. I wasnt informed that these would be an uncharge bc I wouldve just used the brand new ones I brought. So I didnt appreciate that...

My first ever spa day was fantastic at SeaHill! Molly was AMAZING and I will be scheduling another facial with her for sure. Lunch by the pool was great (Becca has the very best crab cake ever) however, they did have to rush my lunch order to make sure it was out to me in time. When I checked in I wasn’t made aware that I should place my lunch order at that time to ensure it was delivered at the appropriate time but luckily it ended up not being an issue. I will say that while my massage was great, the base of my skull is sore on each side due to scratches from the nails of my masseuse. Overall a great experience and I hope to return soon.

Our experience at SeaHill Spa was spectacular! My husband had a 50-minute massage and I had a body wrap and facial. Prior to (and in between services), we luxuriated in their Himalayan Salt Room and relaxation area. Both were wonderful. My husband said he enjoyed his service. I had Molly for both my wrap and facial and appreciated her expertise. I originally signed up for an 80-minutes wrap; however, since I have sensitive skin, she recommended that we adjust my wrap to 50-minutes and then added the 30 minutes to my facial service, incorporating a foot/leg/arm massage. Everything was great and added to the wonderful experience we had at the resort!

Sent my wife there for a day for her (Im a good husband like that). She said it was life changing. The service, for lack of a better word, immaculate! She loved every experience. The highlight was the hydro massage, she said it was unlike any massage she ever had, she wants to go just for that! The food 5 stars, she had the shrimp cocktail and crab cake. Now this lady knows a crab cake, we traveled the world and she knows a good crab cake, she said it was delicious. The drinks, phenomenal! One drink and she was feeling it. The staff were personable and sincere.. I recommend anyone to try this place. I messed up in opening this door cause its all she talks about.

Beautiful Ambiance! Staff was friendly and professional from the beginning to the end. I went for my birthday with a couple of my girlfriends and we ENJOYED the experience. I received the Magnesium Wellness scrub and soak that was worth every penny. Jen was the bomb! I left there feeling like a new women.. skin felt so smooth. My girlfriends both received a massage/facial that they both loved. With our spa treatment we were able to enjoy the other amenities as well as a complimentary mimosa!! I can’t wait to return.

My experience with SeaHill was phenomenal!! My massage therapist was Jenn, and she was a miracle worker! She focused on the spots I spoke about before we started the service and I definitely left feeling like a new person. I would recommend her to anyone needing a 5 star service.

Wonderful experience always at the SeaHill Spa at Cavalier! We’ve done couples massages multiple Years in a row for our anniversaries and it’s a wonderful experience and why we keep going. I’ve been recently for an major milestone birthday for a spa day to include a massage and facial and it was a massively luxurious experience! Can’t wait to go again! Show up the earliest time (usually 10am) and enjoy the entire day at their spa facilities! Just wonderful! Can’t wait to return!

This place was amazing and worth every penny spent. I definitely recommend no matter if youre celebrating something or just want to treat yourself.The moment you walk in youll instantly feel a calming energy flow over you before youre taken care of by the lovely front desk staff. The locker room was great, and I look forward to going back when the sauna is open (Closed for COVID-19 precautions). If its your first time, make sure you read how the locks work, so you dont get locked out.The provided robes and sandals were very comfortable, and the robe had a bit of heft to it which kind of felt like a weighted blanked. We had the relaxation massages, which were absolutely divine, and I followed it up with the Mens facial. I still feel so relaxed and rejuvenated weeks later.While this can be expensive, its absolutely worth every penny.

I had the most wonderful day at SeaHill! My husband gifted me with a massage (with Meghan) and manicure and pedicure (with Kim) for Mothers Day that exceeded all expectations. The amenities are second to none and far surpass other luxury spas Ive visited.From the second you pull up for complimentary valet, you feel instantly welcomed. The valets, doormen, receptionists, tour guide and everyone else you pass are ready to help with whatever you need. The pool was beautiful, the chairs were comfortable, the relaxation lounge lived up to its name, and the refreshments were perfect. I wasnt able to enjoy all the amenities (like the steam room and sauna), but I will definitely be back so I can. Thanks, SeaHill for a great day!

A relaxing, tranquil, professional experience! Staffing is quite friendly and the atmosphere is calming. Both my husband and I had a massage (separately) and we felt completely refreshed! Although the sauna and hot tub were closed, we enjoyed the salt cove and indoor pool after our massages. I enjoyed the ladies locker room as well- it had every item you could possibly need and the shower was the perfect ending to our stay.

The spa was very beautiful. I did an 80 minute facial and it included a wonderful foot, hand, and upper shoulder/neck massage. The esthetician was very good and made sure I had a relaxing experience. She did not talk much during the service, which was great for my full relaxation. I never like to make small talk during a service.The spa itself is very clean. Great experience. Will be back!

My husband and I stayed at the Cavalier and enjoyed the couples massage. Terri and Kayla were so amazing and attentive. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. The spa was state of the art! Everything about it was luxurious. Make sure you plan enough time with your service to enjoy all of the extra amenities, the indoor pool, saltwater whirlpools, the lounge, there is lots to do to relax outside of your treatment. We can not wait to go back!

I went in for a relaxation massage with Abby and she was absolutely incredible! I left the massage exactly how I wanted, relaxed. I also had a custom facial with Alyssa who was very informative and created a facial experience customized for me and my skin needs. The spa itself was also amazing. From the robes to the fruit infused water and tea, as well as all the personal touches they provide in the womens lounge. I highly recommend!

I love this spa! My daughter actually won a spa day for me at this beautiful Spa!! It was one of the best experiences ever! I enjoyed a wonderful massage, facial, manicure and pedicure!! It was so relaxing and I enjoyed having lunch at the beautiful indoor pool at the Cavalier! I cant wait to come back to have another spa experience there! The staff was so friendly and we were pampered the entire day! I highly recommend treating yourself to a day at this beautiful spa!

We did a couples massage for Mother’s Day and my wife’s birthday.My wife’s massage was terrible. Her masseuse was heavy set and would smash my wife’s head into the the table with her belly when reaching over my wife to massage. She also didn’t massage. She only lightly rubbed oil onto my wife’s body. The masseuse was also breathing heavy and had to pause every few seconds to catch her breath. She was extremely unhappy with her massage.My massage was fine. Still a bit lighter than anticipated. I couldn’t get the steam room in the mens locker room to work.We did enjoy the ambiance and the access to the pool.Regardless we definitely did not get $430 worth. Sad to say. We had high expectations from the Cavalier that were not close to being met.

By far the best place to come to for relaxation! I absolutely enjoyed every moment. Also, the staff was very friendly especially Ashleighe. She was very tentive, considerate, and informative. Definitely added a plus to my experience! Thanks for everything SeaHill!

My husband bought me an entire spa day for my birthday. From the moment I checked in, I was pampered and treated like a queen. The treatments ran like clockwork and I had time in between to enjoy the fabulous amenities. Each technician was professional and extremely polite and courteous (especially Julian, my stylist). I would come back again and again and refer anyone I can. It was an awesome experience.

I had the most amazing experience at The SeaHill Spa at the Cavalier. The staff was very friendly and personable. The facilities were immaculate and the atmosphere was super relaxing. But the CBD massage though...was ultra soothing. I feel bad I didn’t remember the lady’s name that did my massage but she was amazing. She almost put me to sleep...lol!!! I can’t wait to return with a few of my friends so that they can have the same experience or better!!!

I received a deep tissue massage from Jenn. I’ve had pains in my back for a very long time and when I tell you I wanted to cry of relief the minute she was done. That was amazing! I could feel her release all of the tightness, tightness I didn’t even know was tight. Thank you Jenn for the best massage ever! 10/10 spa and experience

As part of a celebration weekend at the Cavalier I scheduled my husband & I for Couples Massage and Pedicures. Our service providers were incredible! Stephanie gave my husband a Deep Tissue massage and used CBD oils. She was incredible and gave him suggestions for after care to help his chronic back issues. Our pedicures were also fantastic, Katelyn did an fabulous job with my calloused feet. A lovely relaxing afternoon, we will be back!

The amenities at the spa are absolutely amazing and top notch! The spa is extremely clean and inviting. I was also treated extremely well by the staff. My only complaint is about my massage. I booked the 80 minute relaxation massage and was informed upon booking that the relaxation massage is similar to the Swedish massage. Well, my masseuse was extremely friendly and personable but the massage was nothing like a Swedish massage. It was just a lot of gentle rubbing with no kneading or pressure on any part of my body. The room was also extremely cold and my masseuse informed me there was nothing that could be done about the room temperature except to turn up the heat on the massage table. The oil or lotion that was used to rub me was also extremely cold - similar to lotion that is left in a car during the winter months. I stayed at the spa from 10a-6p and thoroughly enjoyed everything else except my massage. I plan to visit again but will only purchase a day pass to enjoy the amenities.

From the beginning to the end of our day, we felt pampered and relaxed. Every aspect was professional and an experience we cant wait to book again soon. The massage beds are amazing and my massage was literally the most relaxing I have ever had!

AMAZING!! From the second we pulled up and greeted by valets to the check in process at the spa, the services and check out. All of it was simply the best. I have had massages and facials in the past but this was a total package experience and worth it. I had a facial and massage and then enjoyed all the spa had to offer. The salt cave, salt water whirlpool, steam room, sauna and the Cavalier pool. The staff was amazing. Sophia did my facial and massage. And Sarah was so attentive. But very single one of them. I got my hair done for my wedding by Julian at the SeaHill Spa. He is fantastic and my hair looked beautiful. He is so much fun to talk to as well! I have decided to switch to this salon and Julian specifically for all of my hair services now!My matron of honor and I also enjoyed getting mani/pedis and massages, both of which were absolutely top notch. We loved that we could enjoy the pool area, the sauna, and the salt room for as long as we pleased before and after our services. What a lovely experience to have the day before my wedding day! Also, Kelly the owner could not have been more kind and helpful to me when I was booking all of these things and when I had a million questions and changes I needed to make to my appointments. Spent a terrific birthday morning at the SeaHill Spa. Breathed in Deep in the Salt Room, relaxed in the Hot Tub, enjoyed a couples massage for the aching muscles, and then enjoyed a sauna! Staff was professional and on top of the service! Then headed to enjoy Beccas and The Tarnished Truth Distillery for lunch and tour & tasting! What a fantastic Birthday thanks to my wonderful wife! Highly recommend making a day at the Cavalier Hotel! Whether local or from out of town, the property and its amenities do not disappoint!

The best spa experience I have ever had. I have been to disney spas, salamander, the homestead, and fountain blu and this is my new favorite. Clean and tidy space very kind staff. Antuan gave me the best massage I have ever had I told him, its the first massage where I didnt feel like I overpayed. So grateful, I will have to drive the 4 hours to come back.My only critique isnt really their fault. The sauna, steam room, and whirlpool were unavailable due to COVID, Im guessing to discourage people from hanging around after their service and keep crowds down. But I really wish they had it open 😞

I felt like royalty yesterday when I pulled up to The Cavalier. Valet parking is free for those receiving services at the SeaHill Spa. The doorman was extremely friendly and directed me where to go. The receptionist in the spa was very welcoming and after filling out some paperwork, I received a tour and was shown all the amenities. I arrived early with my suit in tow so after changing, I sat in the hot tub and sipped on champagne. Then I made my way to the relaxation room and sat in the salt room for a few minutes. Kitee was my pedicurist and she has many years of experience. She was extremely meticulous and with her background in reflexology, she gave me the best foot massage I have ever had! My masseuse Tawnia was also very good and I found myself falling asleep several times during my massage. I wish the massage tables had heated blankets to lay on as it was freezing in the massage room. After my massage, I was given another glass of champagne as I sat in the salt room again. Then I went in the sauna and that was amazing. Lastly, after showering and getting dressed, valet brought me my car and I was on my way home. It was an amazing experience! I cant imagine going to another spa after being here. I will definitely be back!

Best day ever! I received an eighty minute relaxation massage from my family for Mother’s Day. I had the same thing last year, and It was so wonderful that I got it again! I hope this is a new tradition, because the spa is gorgeous, facilities are sparkling clean, lunch from Becca is fantastic, and the massage is just so splendid. Thank you all for a great day 😀

I used to love this place, pre-COVID. Last year I booked an appointment for months after the booking (I made it at the end of the previous appointment) with the understanding that the spa would confirm. They didn’t-said they did, but they said that I must have “changed my phone number”(same phone number since 2004) since they couldn’t reach me. Spa director called me, removed the charge for the service I didn’t get to have, and I rebooked. My stylist cancelled. Husband was on deployment, so I had to get a babysitter and just haven’t tried again since.Yesterday I called to ask for a package price for “the works”-hair, massage, facial, pedicure, waxing. I’ve had several treatments done at once before, and know based on the timing of that experience that it wasn’t out of the realm of possibility. I got out 3 treatments that I wanted when the person I spoke with said they couldn’t do that in one day. I explained I had done something similar before, and she sighed and kept taking the info before we eventually discussed the date (over a month away) and she told me no hair available…which, okay, because I know they don’t have enough stylists. Still, the person I spoke with just didn’t want to deal with me.I called Kingsmill in Williamsburg today and had the opposite experience, they couldn’t have been more eager to help. Will I have to drive an hour further? Yes. Is it worth it for me to have good customer service when I’m dropping so much on a luxury? Also yes, who wants to feel like they’re a bother when they’re spending money? Customer service is the easy part.EDITED AFTER RESPONSE: I told Kelly that my issue was not with the spa being booked. My issue was with the person on the phone immediately telling me after I told her that I wanted 3 services that we cant do that many services in one day when I KNOW that isnt true because Ive DONE IT before. We did not even DISCUSS a date before that happened. Hear what you want. Dont listen to your customers. Im done with this.

Had a Spa afternoon for my birthday. Spent about 30-45 minutes using facilities, especially enjoyed the whirlpool which was in an unmarked door and a little time in sauna and steam room. Had a Swedish massage which was very relaxing and a very good pedicure.

I get a lot of massages and this was one of the best, if not the best massage ever. My husband and I did the Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Hot Stones massage and it was worth every penny. The facility is beautiful with a ton of extras. A wonderful experience.

Alyssa is the best in what she does! I had the anti aging brightening facial and she gave me the best one so far. Her knowledge & professionalism is an asset to the company. My experience is the best! The spa amenities are excellent & the food at the spa is good too! Highly recommended!

My husband and I spent the day here to relax as part of our honeymoon. It was exactly what we needed to de-stress from the many months of wedding planning. This was the highlight of our whole trip. Very relaxing time enjoying all the amenities. We finished the day with a couples massage. It was hands down THE best massage I had ever had. Thank you Monica and Sophia for those amazing massages and for everyone else who helped make this such an amazing experience for us. We live 6 hours away but we plan to come back atleast once a year

My experience at Sea hill spa was the best Ive ever had. The sand quartz table is the most relaxing massage table! There are singing bowls that put your mind in a different dimension. My massage by Sofia was amazing as well! I will be returning often!

The Sea hill Spa is an incredible place, from the moment you walk in up until your service .Unfortunately the Massage I had wasn’t good ,the masseuse was HORRIBLE…He didn’t have what it takes to do a massage, the only spot he made a somewhat impact was my lower back but other than that he was HORRIBLE. After me and my Girlfriend went to enjoy the Hot Tub and Pool which gave us a relaxing feeling. The masseuse thought I felt that way because of his service, but NO... My Girlfriend loved her Masseuse and Massage. I didn’t, I later learned that the gratuity is included with the price. This explains his lackadaisical massage, I wanted to tell him to his face how bad he was, but didn’t want to hurt his feelings…..

Absolutely wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the spa. The Caviar facial is amazing. Couldnt believe 80 minutes went by so quickly. Was at the Cavalier with about 20 of my classmates from Sweet Briar College. Everyone raved about their services!

Nice spa by the ocean front in a historical building. Snacks in main room were tasty cookies. The aroma therapy spray in the shower was a nice way to end my stay.

What a beautiful spa! I received the soak and sand and the body firming detox. During the soak and sand, I was exfoliated and then invited to relax in warm water. Then the therapist gave me the most relaxing massage.Next, the body firming detox. This therapist worked with a lot of firm,fast movements and the products that she used smelled amazing! Not a service if you are looking to fall asleep but if you are looking for results I would highly recommend.

The spa was gift from my son, the massage was excellent. Had a good 2+ hours between that and my Mani/ Pedi so brought my suit and planned on enjoying the pool and lunch. There were so many flies in the pool area I could not stay there. When lunch was ready was told I could not eat it in the spa and had to eat in pool area with the flies. I could not enjoy myself and scarfed down my food so I could get out of there. Hailey was a joy and began to relax again during my Mani/ Pedi. Also was not offered comp mamosa until Mani/ Pedi and would have enjoyed one earlier if offered

This is a beautiful spa inside an amazing hotel. The spa has so many great amenities I wish I spent a longer time there. Jay was my massage therapist and was amazing. He did a great job of focusing on my pain points and working through them. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

I am a local and decided to splurge and take my Mom when she came to town. I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities, the massage and the entire experience. I have had deep tissue message many times before but I have never had one where the therapist was so knowledgable about body structure. I arrived in pain (lower back) and left and STAYED pain free! How I wish I lived closer because I would go often.On the down side.....the front desk should learn from the therapists...they were bored and uninterested. I looked at product (I was hoping to buy) and not one of them offered help or assistance. Missed a good sale ladies!

Molly worked magic with the Hydrotherapy Tank, cool facial I had 2/15/18. Although it took me a minute to find my way around the circular spaces in the spa, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We had a nice tour with Jessica and the facilities were very clean. Thank you I will be back!

From the time I entered the spa to the checkout process, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Walking around the amenities and going to every room takes you to another level of tranquility. I had the Hydrating Wrap done by Maria. She took special care of my problematic area. The hydro capsule experience was unlike any service I have ever had. Also, I learned a lot about my sensitive skin and the helpful products I should use from Sophias skin analysis before my facial. Lastly, I enjoyed how Jullian worked his magic on styling my hair. He answered all my questions I had about hair coloring and treatment. I highly recommend this spa. The service is as they claim, truly unparalleled.

Love this spa, I make an appointment every time Im in town. Although you cannot use the amenities at this time due to the circumstances, my massage was amazing as always. The cleanliness of the spa was reassuring and put my mind at ease.

Expensive but delightful - had a 55 minute pregnancy massage which was absolutely fantastic and I felt very safe, but unfortunately given pregnant cant take advantage of the majority of the facilities in the spa such as steam, sauna and whirlpool

TWICE my appointment has been cancelled or unable to complete the service I have booked. TWICE IN THE SAME WEEK. TWICE I have driven down to get my hair down and TWICE my time has been wasted and no compensation offered. I have frequented salons all over the world and this one is by far the most INEFFICIENT, UNPROFESSIONAL outright lying business. NO management on site to speak with for the salon lying to me BOTH TIMES. Will never ever ever recommend this salon to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you don’t like “amenities” then this spa will feel overpriced. But you get your moneys worth - the people, the service, the experience was top notch. You get lost in this place - literally. It’s huge.

I only got a day pass and didn’t book any services, but the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool were great! Good value for the cost of the day pass.
