Nimmo tobacco & vape

8/21/2024: 9:10 a.m, everything is flashing open but the door is locked, knocked on the door for 2 minutes, while looking right at the lady, she puts the phone to her ear, imitating a important phone call, after the lady finally acknowledges me, with a hold up finger, I stand in front for another five minutes, waiting for her to come open the door, she never comes to open the door. I feel like if I wasnt a younger looking black man, I wouldve been treated differently.

First time checking them out. Mike was awesome. Super knowledgeable and made honest recommendations. Prices are cheaper then some other shops and they have a huge selection of anything you may need. Definitely coming back

This is the worst smoke shop that I have ever been to because the shop owner was extremely disrespectful when I wanted to get a quick refund of a $4 cigar. He yelled at me over the phone, insulted me, and tried to intimidate me by using the speaker system in the camera system. This guy is a paranoid, unpleasant, and even hateful person. Do not go to this cancerous place.

Just stopped by for a vape and the guy was super nice and funny. even gave me a lighter for free. prices are always the lowest you’ll find and they have great deals too. last time i was here they had two elfbars for $35 which is a steal

Great shop, always has what I’m looking for, and they’re always introducing me to new great products. Service is always super nice and helpful. Reasonable pricing compared to other shops and often times they have better brands/companies.

Very reliable shop, always plenty of stock at very reasonable prices. Hours are also very convenient for night owls like myself.

The owner doesnt speak much english, but he is great. I walk in and he fed me a home-cooked meal THEN sold me products at an extremely reasonable price. Definitely coming back

Went into this store for the first time and when entering the shop, all I could hear was rap music blaring. I knew I would not stay long with such an annoying sound and so loud too. I did not see what I was looking for right away and the male store clerk who saw me did not bother to ask if he could help. I asked him if they carried a specific item and he only pointed. If this were my store he would not be running my business. I’ll spend my money at one of the many other competitor stores.

Worst customer service ever. The staff is not helpful and lacks basic knowledge about vape juices/mods/tanks. I went in on two different occasions. First visit I was looking for a juice, they had zero ability to make a product recommendation, didn’t seem to know anything about the flavors on their shelves or what might be a suitable alternative to what I was looking for. The employee blankly stared at me when I asked questions. Second time I visited, I needed coils. Employee said if I didn’t have the box for my coils, he couldn’t help me. That’s it. Then he walked away and sat in a chair looking at his phone until I just decided to leave. Every other vape shop I’ve been to has been able to look at my tank and know what coils I needed. I’ve also never encountered a vape shop that didn’t have staff that could help you find a juice you might like. Skip this place. Go to Papa Joes.

Employee sold me some thc gummies and said he could not provide a receipt. I ended up in the hospital and came back 2 days later and the same guy acted like I’ve never been there and was making everything up when I simply asked for a refund. Did not speak English and had to use his phone to translate
