Virginia Beach Tobacco & Vape

I started shopping in Dec 2023 and whenever I have been confused on product I heard about. Mike had helped and recommended to me items I might like. I enjoy perusing and finding items I cannot find at a regular convenience type store. Plus he always lets me know when new products arrived.

I have been coming to this shop twice a week for at least 5 months now and I am always satisfied with the items I have purchased. I love the quality every time . I dont have any complaints 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I highly discourage anyone from shopping here. I have now purchased 3 vapes in a row that have been faulty and the staff refuses to do anything about it. The owner of the shop is a pretty decent guy but he spends a lot of time out of the country and has some clown working there for him that treats everything like a game. Most unprofessional service Ive experienced ANYWHERE in my life. If this guy asks you to cashapp him your payment DONT do it...its a scam he runs and those funds fo to his personal account. I wont waste another dime at this establishment and I suggest you dont either.

The owner Mike has got to be the nicest person I have ever met as a retail business owner. This man goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. Its nice to hear, good morning beautiful on my way to work. The selection here is HUGE and the prices cant be beat!!!! He has a great selection of elfbar vapes!!! 10/10 reccomend!

Been shopping w Mike since I noticed the shop at Fairfield, and have continued to do so after their move to Princess Anne. Mikes a genuinely kind person - hes always asking how the kids/wife are doing and my kids love coming along to say hi. He keeps me in the know on new products he gets in, and his prices are def reasonable for the area (esp. bulk kratom... hard to beat). He even coordinated w my wife on a scheme to surprise me with goodies for my xmas stocking. 10/10, 5 stars, Olympic-level customer service. I dont write reviews, but when double-checking his opening time, I saw some reviews calling him rude. Youre gonna get back what you put in, just like anywhere else... if you show up and whip your entitlement out and lay it on the counter, dont be shocked if your experience mirrors your attitude.

Always love a trip in to see Mike (owner)! Such a kind and friendly shop owner and super knowledgeable. Prices are always fair and competitive for the area and the selection is amazing. So happy to see they’ve got a beautiful new location as well!

Doesn’t open at 6 AM. Got there at 6:30 and waited for 30 minutes. I will never go back here again.

Friendly as can be, the associates are right there if you need anything. Their selection is immense. Pricing is average for the smoke/vape shop market.

This place has the best kratom prices and selections in the entire 7 cities! Mike is an awesome guy and will even place special orders for you if he doesnt have exactly what you want!!! Definitely check out his store!

Please fix your hours of operation on google. It says you guys open at 8am and that’s clearly not true, and after seeing how the “owner” replies to these reviews, leaving the parking lot asap, don’t even want to give my business. So many other better smoke shops in the area I promise you!

Very good customer service.Less expensive than other shops, plus I accidentally left my purchase and they had it waiting when i returned an hour later.

Went in and was not sure what would be the best vape for me, so I picked one that was a lot more expensive and the gentlemen showed me another one cheaper, and let me look for vape juice and set it all up for me. Then when he was ringing me up he gave a discount without me even asking. He also told me if I had any questions please feel free to come up there and he would help me. Best customer service I have dealt with, and I definitely will be a regular customer!!

Great customer service. Very large selections to choose from and good prices all around. My favorite local smoke shop. The owners are pleasant and dont hesitate to help you find what you are looking for.

Amazing customer service. I bought the wrong tank by accident, brought it back, and the owner offered to take it back without hesitation. I lost the magnetic connector for my vape battery and this shop gave me a spare one they had laying around. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need glassware or vape products. Thank you!!!

I went in looking for a new kind of vape and was helped by the owner who was very knowledgable about the different vapes he sells. 5 star all around from service to purchase. Will be returning to this great business.

Overpriced. I asked the store worker why they charge so much they got loud and spoke over me like it was a joke. Sorry, but this “baby girl” got options. - I drove 6 mins to another vape shop and got everything 30 percent less which is the price I’m used to. Asides the lying, yea whatever service.

The man who owns the shop has a terrible attitude. I bought a smok v8 at there shop and when I got home I cheaked it then filled it with vape juice and set it on the counter and it started leaking through the vents none stop so i took it back. He argued to close the vents and it will stop them told me its my fault I didnt tighten it hard enough. When I said I want a refund he said to hand over my card so we can get this over with already. terrible Customers service and Im glad I got my money back.

Best prices on kratom and vape juice and supplies, went to new store in Haygood shopping center and wont be going elsewhere. In the future. Kratom close to online cost do bulk

The employee who was there when I went was pretty odd, he didnt check my ID card or my friends but yelled at some guys about not having their ID cards even though he didnt check for them.
