My mom, Sister and I all went and for the most part had a great experience. Jackie is not super chatty but she is very nice and does her job well. Tom also is super sweet and did a great job on my mom’s nails. He’s super kind and good with kids. Great service. They looked really hard to find the perfect stickers for my sister and Jackie was very patient with me when I smudged my polish twice. Very good place for kids. Very friendly.

I walked in this place and they were busy I waited a little bit before someone got to me which was understandable. Angela did amazing on my nails so was very apologetic that I was waiting and she took care of me right away. As busy as this place is, my experience there was top notch! I will definitely be back and have Angela do myNails again, thank you Angela 🩷

I’ve been here a few times, but this time was a little different. First off, my husband and I received pedicures. The lady basically tried to force my husband to purchase a specific service, which was of course one of the most expensive. We got the exact same pedicure and our process were completely different. My tech English was completely broken so he didn’t understand anything I was asking besides the basics. Sweet guy but not helpful. I also got a fill in which a nail literally broke 2 days later.. this trip was suppose to be a couples treat but ended up being nerve wrecking in the end. $305 later, we decided not to return because it’s just not worth the hassle. I’ve had better service from them.

This was my first time going to Perfection. My teen daughter, her friend, and I went for 3 full sets, as well as a mani/pedi for my younger daughter. Ive been to other salons in the area and been very disappointed so I didnt want to go in with our hopes too high, but we couldnt be more pleased! For starters, its a beautiful place! Very well designed, as well as neat and clean. Most importantly, imo, the techs are absolutely fantastic! All 4 techs were so friendly and sweet and put the kids at ease with it being their first time getting professional nails. I, personally, got Tom and I couldnt recommend him more! He was super nice, very accommodating and incredibly considerate. It may seem like a little thing but when he got up to get himself a water, he brought one back for me as well, unprompted, and that kind of stuff just speaks volumes of the staff! Plus, the nails came out beautifully!! The stiletto shape is absolutely gorgeous, which is really hard to do on me because I have super wide nails with very short beds, but he nailed it! (No pun intended!) The design is classy and so pretty! My daughters and their friend were so thrilled with their nails as well, they all look great! The prices were reasonable and comparable for the area for everything we had done. Overall, it was a great experience and Ill definitely be headed back to Tom in a few weeks for a fill. I visited Perfection Nail and Spa III last year for a fill and new design. My nail tech was Kenny. I showed him a picture of the design (lace on my nails), and he did a fantastic job. Today I went for a fill and new design. Kenny was my tech again. I showed the picture (the blue nails). He did another fantastic job. I highly recommend Kenny.

Angela did not do a fantastic job. Definitely unprofessional and not very good quality work... Wont be returning there! Very upset! Not to mention she took charge of my phone and made sure I did a review! Very pushy and not very professional... Not to mention barely said 2 words to me the whole time! Mostly spoke to the other employees in whatever language they speak. If youre gonna talk about people at least wait until they leave!

Did a walk in for a full set of acrylics, and Tom was my technician. He is so friendly and accommodating! He helped pick out my color and did such an incredible job on my nails. Extremely pleased with my service!

The photo with the nails is what i drew for reference so i can kind of understand the confusion on those details. But the shape is completely wrong, its bumpy on 3 of the nails and left my fingers covered in glue. I tried to email them but it wouldnt go through. Cost me 60 bucks for basically a set of nails i didnt want.Update its now 9 pm and 2 of my nails the paint is chipping off. I am very upset 😭 i literally cried in my car!Next day So i went in to get them fixed and he filed them to the right shape. Laughed at my drawing and was dismissive when i pointed out 3 of them were chipped. He put on one clear coat to fix ONE of course he asked are your sure its better after he ignored my reference. He looked at it and laughed... i wont be back. Im gonna take them off myself.I ended up getting a refund.

My mom brought me here for my first time getting professional nails for my 15th birthday. I wanted to write a review to recognize my nail tech Kenny for the amazing job that he did! I showed him a reference photo and he managed to make them even prettier than the photo I showed him, which is saying something because I thought my reference photo was pretty good. Thanks so much, I love them!

This is probably going to be my family and Is go-to spot now! I had such a wonderful time, the people were so sweet. My mom was weary at first because its a new salon that we are going to but everything went wonderful!For my first time getting my nails done I was very nervous to get acrylics but they turned out amazing. I went to Ryan, and I wanted a very intricate design. He ate and left zero crumbs. I am so happy with them!!My mom and sister also got their nails done too. Their nails also look amazing!! I am so happy with the my experience and will definitely be coming back!

Ive given this location a handful of tries but after today Im just done. Went in for a gel manicure, gel pedicure, sideburn and upper lip wax. As you can see in the picture the sideburns werent waxed instead she threw wax on my cheek mind you this is after I showed her which hairs to which she responded I know what Im doing. As for the gel manicure that speaks for itself its an absolute mess I literally walked out of there just now so its not like its days or weeks later its literally the day of...also the wax was so hot that she literally left burns on my skin also shown in the pictures

Ken did my nails . He sits in seat number 8 . I absolutely love them . My French tips were hand painted on. I’ve been going here for a while to get my nails done and pedicures. They give great services and even offer you drinks! I’ve been receiving so many compliments on this set and many other sets I’ve had done. So far this one is my absolute favorite. Go there and ask for Ken !!

The best nail experience we have ever had!!! We like to do our nails a few times a year and have always struggled to return to a place for one reason or another. We will definitely return here and possibly add a time or two additionally throughout the year!!Our pedis were painless and very enjoyable and the Spectacular job on manicures they did as well!!! My 7 year old grand daughter just loved her painted kitty nails and they were so good with her. My daughter loves her nails even better than the reference photo she had!! Everyone was so kind and professional and easy to communicate with. The atmosphere was perfection and very clean!! 5 stars all the way!! Thank you so much Perfection Nail Spa for helping us have the perfect girl day!!!

I got my nails done here today and it was a wonderful experience, Julie was so kind I highly recommend asking for her for acrylic nails🥰 all the workers here are absolutely lovely and made sure I was taken care of!! This is a great place to have a fun girls day !!!

I recently moved to the area from Canada and have been struggling to find a reliable, good nail artist (I’m picky with my nails, as I always get designs). I read the reviews for this place and for Ryan. He is AMAZING, incredible and talented at his craft. I’m not going anywhere else!!! Definitely check out this salon. Clean and friendly staff :)

Came here on 6/11/24 early in the day and had no wait at all and Julie who is amazing at what she does took care of me and gave me the best looking nails, can’t wait to come again! 💕

If I could give a zero I would. I went there to get my nails done and sat in the chair. The person started to take my previous nails off that I had on using a small plastic nail, he was taking the nails off to rough and it was hurting so I asked him if he could soak it. He basically ignored me and proceeded to take them off the way he wanted. Still being rough. Even when he couldn’t get the acrylic off he didn’t once go get anything to try to soak them off and take them off gently. He ripped the nails off one by one. I got up and simply walked out. Almost to the point of tears. I walked out of there with my finger bleeding. I will never be going back here.

Kenny did my nails and he did a great job ! He was so sweet and talkative which made my experience very enjoyable. He worked over someone else’s work from another salon and he made my nails look even better than before. 10/10 go to Kenny for your nails.

All I can say is ASK FOR TOM!!!The BEST nail guy Ive ever had. He is so gentle and he cares that he does a good job. Always nice to chat with him.

I got a full set done by Tom, and he took his time to make sure my nail shape was perfect! He paid so much attention to detail, and I cant remember the last time my nails looked this good. Other places have made my nails look way too thick and chunky, but Tom made sure my nails were super clean and elegant. Ive found my new nail spot.

They did an amazing job on my husband and I pedicures.I got my nails done by a middle aged/older guy with a white spiral necklace I didnt get his name but he did a horrible job. My nails were crooked, very thin, the paint was very messy and all over my fingers. The french tips were uneven. He also kept cutting me with the drill. Angela fixed the paint but my nails were left crooked and she charged me $83 for a horrible service just for the nails to start breaking THE NEXT DAY.

Today I had a fantastic #7 pedicure with Tom! I highly recommend him! He was pleasant, explained each step and quite lovely to chat with!!

Natural CLASSIC Spa Pedi ($35)Meh experience. I am not sure if the young lady that did my pedicure was new or she was just exhausted, as I was her last client of the day. BUT she spent more time shaping my nails and cutting my cuticles, than doing the callus removal (pass the foot file twice per foot) and/or the foot massage. The service is supposed to be 35 minutes but according to my timer, the whole thing took 31 minutes. Which usually is okay but it is not when 18 minutes are spent shaping/cutting cuticles, and 4 minutes applying lotion. I was expecting her to focus more on the callus removal, as I told her that I didn’t want to cut nor change the shape of my nails. However, she was nice and seemed concerned with me not being satisfied. For which I will give her another chance.Fast forward to my Fill-in with Ryan ($45). Oh my. Oh my. Oh my. Ryan is a star. Great service, fast, knew exactly what I wanted and even fixed the mess the other nail salon I went to did to my hands. The nails looked amazing even before he painted them. I wanted my nails to get back their natural look (I do acrylic to ensure they don’t break) and Ryan delivered. Photos attached.

I called for an appt and they said to walk in, when I arrived I was specific about my service, regular not gel pedicure and dip manicure, no UV. I sat in the pedi chair with my feet soaking (pruning) and watched people walk out because of the wait. When I said something they started my pedi, even though I was specific no UV they kept trying to give me a gel pedi with UV. After much back and forth, the pedicure finally turned out okDip manicure, he struggles to get my previous dip polish off, and soaked my entire fingers in acetone, repeatedly grinding and soaking? I explained carefully I wanted the existing shape but shorter, even after several corrections on the same, I finally gave up.Only 2 coats of powder I asked about a 3rd because the color was completely sheer. And I was told only 2. While grinding he kept hitting flesh and complaining my hand was tense! The final issues was the “final” clear coat of the dip he pulled out the gel and UV and when I said I didn’t want that I wanted the final coat to be the one that goes with the dip and they said my only option was UV gel or lacquer…. The final outcome is rough, poor shape, uneven color and dry cuticles from the acetone.I have been getting dips all over the world and this is the 2nd Worst manicure, and definitely the worst looking. It would be the worst but there was no blood!*the women next to me was also strugglingWatertown there must be better

I had the worst pedicure and nail fill I have ever had. It was almost 100.00 and my nails look like the color doesnt reach the end of the nail at the cuticle or the sides. Im furious. The pedicure was done by a middle aged woman who was not only unfriendly but extremly rough. The polish I picked out did not look anything like the sample and is orange instead of pink. I went several times last year and was happy. I wont be going back .

You will get an infection they do not clean the tubs only use thin liners that easily rip. Ive never ever used a service before because of this exact reason and the only time I went is for a birthday party. Luckily Im also licensed and was able to identify and treat early. DO NOT GET A PEDICURE at ANY perfection nail spa. Staff are very pushy about you spending the most money and obviously not licensed professionals.

I very rarely leave a review but I wanted to leave one for Easy Tom. Tom did my nails yesterday for my wedding tomorrow and he was really easy and gentle with me which is why I call him Easy Tom. I think it’s best to split the review in 2 parts.The guy who did my toes seemed like he wasn’t very experienced. He was super nice and thorough but didn’t do a great job painting my nails. It was fine but could have been better.The girl who did my acrylic fill was good. She did exactly what I asked.

Was visiting a friend and wanted a pedicure and this place was not only clean but Beautiful. The 2 Gentleman we had Alen and Andy were absolutely Fantastic my friend and I will Definitely be going back. The price isn’t bad and the service was more than we could’ve ever imagined. These 2 Gentleman have 5 stars and more they went over and beyond with our service🤩🤩🦶🦶

The nailwork is good but the manger on the other hand... the store manager of the store began to yell at another worker while people were working and made a scene in the store to the point where all the customers began to stare. No regards for the other customers in the store al least have the decency to pull the worker to the back and talk with her on the side not blatantly yell at the worker in the middle of the store. Need a better work environment not a toxic one.

Absolutely horrible service this time. I usually visit them once a month and I get the basic mani/pedi combo for $56 and this time they took it upon themselves to do the parafin wax and shellac and everything else they wanted to do. They charged us over $200 for everything and they also tripled the tip amount do they each got a larger tip. I emailed them about my issues and Im still waiting for a response from them. If they rectify the situation then maybe Ill give them another chance but it they refuse to do anything about it then I will never set foot in that salon again and I have already told numerous people that I know go there about what happened and they wont be returning if they dont make things right with me either. Make sure you check your receipt before you leave and make sure you question anything that doesnt look right. Its not the first time Ive had issues with them doing my nails but I gave them another chance because I wasnt doing any designs so I didnt think they could screw it up so bad. Apparently some of the nail techs need more practice painting designs, even just cancer ribbons, on nails or they should find someone who can help doing it

Starting this off with they give you 10 percent discount if you give them 5 stars. So take their rating with a heavy grain of salt. Went to get our nails done. They didnt listen to me when I told them to make the girls nails shorter. They didnt round the edges like unasked the nails were crooked mess. My dip nails were about 3x thicker than I have ever had went back to get them fixed They were talking to each other looking around while grinding the nails off so my cuticles are shot. Then while redoing them didnt do them how I always have it done at other places. By day 2 both the kids have lost nails and my redone nails are chipping. We spent 200 dollars to get our nails done and they didnt last 2 days.

I have never had artificial nails before but was excited to have my first dip done. After a week my nails were already lifted, at 2 they are awful! A coworker has a dipped set at 3 weeks that still look really good. My set cost $70, and I feel like I have been ripped off. I am going to another salon to have them removed and fixed. Hana did my set at this location.

My last experience was just yesterday. I gave my number and was told they would call when a technician was available. I got the call and was the only person in the salon and only one technician was working.As I sat down, two ladies arrived together. Instead of telling them to give their phone number and they would call them, the technician decided to toggle between us.I had dip powder done the time before (and loved it) so the technician prepared the bowl for me to soak my nails to get the dip off while he began working on the other customer. My nails were soaking too long causing the dip to come off my nails and stick to my entire hand. When I was finished soaking the technician began working on my nails. At no point during the service did he have me wash my hands, until the very end. He worked over the soaked off dip flakes and dust from drilling my nails. I wanted black matte and he did inform me that he had trouble with that particular color but would still try it.He did not clip my nails and did not file enough. The ends are extremely sharp. The polish is bubbling, a jewel has already come off and I have not done laundry or dishes or any hand intensive task since I got them done, there’s polish on my fingers, he did not drill underneath my nails to get the acrylic dip chunks off. He was extremely nice and personable but the service was not great at all, unfortunately.

We came in for a bachelorette party spa day. There were 8 of us total and they were able to accommodate all of us. We all had mani/pedi and some of us had brow wax. I appreciate the wide variety of mani/pedis offered. I recommend the milk bath pedi. It comes with a gel foot wash and many other creams and scrubs. Prices were reasonable. Salon was clean and techs were great. Our nails look fantastic!

Tom was truly amazing. Best nail tech I’ve ever had. He kept us laughing the whole time and made sure my nails were exactly what I was looking for. I will be going back to him.

I was able to walk in and have my nails filled and my daughter got her first set without a wait. Cost us both 100 without the tip which I gave 25 in cash and I had to fix every single one of our nails at home. My one hand was bleeding when I left. I will never choose convenience over quality again.

Do not base any review that has Angela in it. She takes your phone and does her own review and makes it very uncomfortable. Never speaks to you but just speaks in her own language to other employees. Not to mention I’ve had people ask me if I did my nails myself or if they were stickers. I have to now go spend more money to get them redone. Will not be returning here.

Ive been in this places many times the service is great i love my nails the two workers did my spa and fullset was Don and Tom both of them doing their jobs well done 💖 but today im just shook because i never seen anyone especially The Owner keep screaming top of her lungs and taking down about her employee in front of everyone ( customers)i found it very disrespectful as Manager or Owner she should wait when nobodys around to talk about the issue thats all.

I went here to get my nails taken off because my nail person was super booked up and I will genuinely never go here again. The woman filed my nails down BEYOND paper thin. I asked if they could do something because my nails felt so thin and the owner suggested gel rebuilder. It looked so clumpy and bumpy and weird shaped and they started breaking off 4 days later. My nails for the past two weeks have been sore to the touch and extremely sensitive to warm water.I’m posting this two weeks after the fact because I tend to just deal with inconveniences and was just waiting on them growing out but I went to my usual nail lady yesterday to see what she suggested and she was MAD for me. There was bruising on 8/10 of my nails and they were noticeably red.If you get the right person, maybe your experience will be great. The woman sitting next to me got beautiful nails and was raving but I personally will never go here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called after I got home to let them know I really was not pleased with my nails. I asked them to allow someone who does a better job at polishing to redo my nails and they assured me they would allow someone else to do it over the phone. I wasted my time to come back only to have the same person doing it. They said if I wanted someone else I would have to pay again. This place is overpriced and does not produce the quality of work. An absolute shame.

The guy who was handling me (Andrew) was shaking so bad. He was rough and feels like he was just practicing me. Apparently he was using the wrong coat which is suppose to be the base? So the end product looks like a work of a 7 year old (coat uneven, tiny bubbles are formed. After I was done I talked to the person who was at the front desk and asked for his license. He said he doesnt have a license yet. I know for sure its illegal to have somebody work in a nail salon without a license. Horrible experience and it was just a waste of my time! The equipment he was using was not sterile and it did not come out of a package either. Very disappointed!

The salon is incredible, from the welcoming-ness of the staff, to the Sophistication and calm environment. Love how appointments are highly efficient for Walk-in. All of my services I received (gel manicure & full mani/pedi), I left highly satisfied with. I will be making this my regular salon for nails.

Customer Service is top notch, keeping you informed on prices as you make your choices ( no surprises at the checkout)!!! Your nails are done with attention to detail, not rushed, regardless if people are waiting. Making it worth it if you need to come back or wait a little bit! There are 3 salons in total, when one was too busy.... THEY CALLED ANOTHER TO GET US IN!!! Lets not even begin with the ambience, classy & sophisticated!

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve tried in Watertown. Super quick to get in and they were gentle with my nails and worked carefully. Great selection of nail polish colors too! Very clean and welcoming environment. Will be going back!!

I was there four days ago with an appointment at 11. We didn’t end up getting in until 12. People that came in after my family and I went before us and in between us. They made me feel rushed and now it’s been four days and my gel nail polish is already peeling off.

I went in trying to get a full set and simple design when he could not achieve the design after many times I asked him to fix it I asked him to just take it off and do the color I was denied and told I just wouldn’t pay for the design and not even a week later over half are lifting super disappointed

As a walk-in, I completely understand a wait time. However, when you tell me to come back at a specific time, I do expect to be seen at that time, not almost an hour and a half later. Or if it is going to be later, then communicate with me, because I will understand.Then, when getting my nails done (fill in and gel polish) I felt as if I was an inconvenience. I have gel polish all over my skin and my nails were so sharp that they were getting caught on my clothes and scratching me that I had to go buy a nail file to fix it. Im new to the area and saw the good reviews, but I learned my lesson. Unfortunately, this will not be my new salon to get my nails done.

Ryan did a full set today and he did amazing! They came out just how I wanted and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Edited- 6 days after spending $50 on a gel fill, every nail is lifting. So frustrating and a total waste of money!

Definitely recommend music was great. Service was amazing. They also have drinks which is a plus for someone trying to relax.

Worst service ever , the people are nice but my technicians were not so good , they overcharged and I wasn’t satisfied with my nails.I had Gel manicure and pedicure done it was horrible my nails are uneven and bumpy. They didn’t even clean my cuticles

45 minutes tops if was longer it surely didnt feel like it. Cant wait to come back in a few weeks.

Would not recommendMother and daughter day: we went for a pedicure. Our 7 y/o daughter wanted the usual 5 different colors and I was surprised that they were going to charge $5 extra... she has had several mani/pedi and never has anyone charged extra for different colors. All said and done her pedicure was $40 which includes gel polish. The staff made no attempt to speak with either of us and rather spoke in their native language. I feel neither negative nor positive about our experience, however I would not recommend this business to others.

Came in to get a mani/pedi while on a work trip. I wanted to treat myself but boy was this the wrong place to do it. Super busy, which isn’t an issue and I didn’t have an appointment. They said they would be able to take care of me so I stayed. I should have left. I think it was so busy that they had the cleaning person do my pedicure. I asked for the deluxe pedicure that the menu says would take over an hour. It took them 10 minutes. I didn’t get half of what I was supposed to get. The manicure was just as bad. This shop doesn’t seem to value the individual. They just want to get people in and out as fast as possible.Go somewhere else!!!!!

Didn’t cut my nails (didn’t know English?) didn’t cut necessary hang nails, didn’t use base coat, didn’t do lotion massage on legs/feet and didn’t understand BASIC MANI-PEDI. Tried to charge $70 for both. I was there 35 min. 2 days later my polish is chipping off like never before. Will not return to this “nail salon”

I took my daughters my youngest got her fingernails and toenails painted (Jennifer) was awesome. My older daughter got a pedicure and gel manicure and I got a pedicure and acrylic set. I’m not sure of the names of the girls that did my acrylics and my daughters pedicure and nails but all 3 were very friendly and everything looked good. However my daughters gel polishes both were coming off within maybe 2 hours of leaving the salon and last time the gel polish lasted much longer, it is what it is with my youngest but I’m going to take my daughter in tomorrow and see if we can fix the ones that peeled off already. The staff is all friendly and helpful, prices fair and the salon is clean it just sucks that my daughters manicure only lasted like an hour and a half when I paid for gel to last longer. I’d still recommend going to them though!!!

Ive been to this salon before and had a good pedicure, this time was not very good. The young man who did my pedi did not do a very good job. He acted like he wasnt sure about what he was doing. Very rough and didnt even know he needed to put a base coat on first.

The pedicure was great! A repair of a nail with acrylic and all.My manicure with gel fill got a bit rushed due to the technician being requested by a client. I am now dealing with bumpy gel surface, one rough edge and a couple of bubbles in the top coat. All just from rushing and not double checking the work done.

I truly appreciate his service and will be returning as a dedicated patron!While the salon was extremely busy, the workers did their ultimate best to accommodate everyone while acknowledging them while they waited. This included providing beverages and routine updates as they waited for their turn.My two children- who routinely get pedicures and manicures (ages 6 and 7) were also serviced manicures and spa pedicures. My daughters were very pleased and comfortable with their services. Overall- a great place to patron for the entirely family.

I went in for the first time a few days ago and sunny did my nails.. he was rough, his nails were crooked and he was mean when I said I wanted them shorter. I got my money back and had them take them off. I went back because they said they would do them again for free and I went to Ryan! He was amazing but I ended up paying another 60$.. thank you for fixing them just didn’t want to pay again for something sunny did.

My Wife loved her nails after the fact. Skilled salonists. Great conversations throughout. Awesome dome lighted ceilings. A bit of a wait time but shows the certainty of work. Very professional with process of getting the nails done. Knowledgeable staff and I got a free beer... loved the place

Was such a nice experience. Very beautiful salon and great customer service! Danny did my nails and did a very amazing job, his work is very neat and he works very fast and had great conversation. I am also in the military and he made my nails beautiful while also still within regulation just like I asked, absolutely enjoyed my time there and will definitely continue to go back. Also, Andrea, the lovely lady working the front was great from the start and very welcoming!

I live 3 hours away and needed a fill. Ryan squeezed me in on a sunday, and was very gentle. I had a semi difficult design and he NAILED it!!!

When i got home, my other half cometed on how my dragon toes look like regular female toes and feet now.

Go see Ryan! He does such a beautiful job every time, I’ve been going to him to for a few months now and I will always come back to him! 10/10 every time 🤍

I don’t think i will be using this place again. Lady i had cut the skin on my toe which stung for days. I had a basic pedicure, she did a very poor job on the nails. I got home and really looked at them and they weren’t very well done at all. They had indent marks and started chipping within a day. I could done a better job and spent less money doing it myself. On top of that when you get checked out the person who did your nails follows you to the front while you’re paying the cashier and basically expects a tip from you even when they did so poorly.

The young man who did my pedicure was new and is still learning but he did a great job with a little bit of help and advice from coworkers. Kevin did my dip powder and it was the best Ive ever had. We travel a lot therefore Ive tried a lot. of salons along the way. Ill be back next summer!

I took my daughter for her first ever mani pedi and I am SO happy we went here! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was so relaxing! We can’t wait to go back! The man and woman who took care of us were so kind and patient. The girl at the counter was very nice too!

I went here yesterday to get my nails done & wasnt going to leave a review but decided its necessary. I came because of all the good reviews I saw.I was a walk in & they eventually sat me in a chair to get my feet done & the bowl & foot rest was really dirty. I usually dont love my feet getting done because Im ticklish & usually other places are just rough. Out of all my experiences with my nails getting done, the man who did my toes was so rough & I could feel him filing on my skin a bit, he also was filing my toes so fast that hed accidentally keep running the nail file on the top of my toe on my skin. I had seen that he dabbed my toe & noticed he made me bleed a little but left it alone, I took a shower today & my toe stung & noticed he actually ripped my skin on that toe. It looks pretty from the outside but it just isnt as clean as expected. The guy finished my toes & walks away, then the guy at the front desk cane up to me & asked if I could wait to get my fingers done & I said I guess I can wait. Then he asks me if I could come back tomorrow, & I was like But Im already here getting stuff done. He then says I know but were busy now... There had been a few more walk ins, I was really hesitant & didnt say anything then he asked what I was getting done & I said just gel nails, so Im assuming thats why I didnt have to leave. A lady then did my nails. She was nice but as the man didnt even really speak, other than making tiny conversation for a second.. No big deal. One thing that was not sanitary & I should have said something but there was red nail polish all over a towel that had been there & a bowl that had water in it. She literally just flung the nail polish off & turned it around. Nothing was wiped down & the water bowl that was there, she just dumped the water out & used the sane bowl with me, didnt clean it. She wasnt rough with my hands, thankfully. I just am surprised with the reviews for this place. I have had pain with getting my nails done, specifically my toes at almost every nail salon Ive gone to & I barely get my nails done so this experience just makes me really nervous about going to another one, but I do know that it definitely shouldnt hurt when getting your nails done. They shouldnt take walk ins if theyre going to ask you to leave after knowing what you came in for & if theyre going to rush.

Have been going here about 3 years. Love Danny but he’s not there anymore so now Amy Is my lady. Very professional & always makes my feet & nails look terrific. Great pedi& gel fills.

Perfection Nail Spa III is AMAZING at nail art and designs! The employees are very polite and funny. I will definitely be coming back here to get my nails done more often 😊 A young boy did my nails today, we did a wave dip acrylic design and a blue gel pedicure. I love my nails so much. The manager is also very interactive and outgoing.

Perfection Nail Spa III had a relaxing atmosphere. They were able to accommodate my group of 3. Our nail techs were professional and friendly. We loved that the same techs that did our pedicures also did our manicures.

So expensive, doesn’t shape good, my nails are uneven, my nails aren’t sisters or related. So much oil I can barely type this and it have me a bad reaction

Highly do not suggest this place, I do not understand how there are so many good reviews, I was rushed, it was a very stressful experience, I sat down rushed not even able to get comfortable and then I asked for regular polish not gel, staff asked if I wanted a treatment and I said no thank you.. during the pedicure I got a unexpected call and the staff member tried to put gel on my feet and gave me the treatment before I could decline, then I was rushed out they didnt even allow my toes to dry (I was in the establishment for 15mins maybe..), there was one other customer there... so not busy, and the business was open for 6 more hours so not closing... absolutely insane, do not suggest... The pedi itself is mediocre at best.

They gave me lots of choices to choose a color from. My nails were how I wanted them and all fit me perfectly! I would definitely go back. One of my nails were crooked but i can live with it. All together tho I am very satisfied

Let me tell you, I had an ingrown and most people know, they hurt to have it removed (just me, maybe?); however, my nail technician didn’t hurt me at all!! Took the time to ask if I was ok, making sure I was comfortable. We will be back, you have earned loyal customers.Brought a friend along and he got a manicure and gel color and he too loves his nails.We will def be coming back.

This is the third salon I’ve been to for a pedicure since moving into town, and they are 10x better than the others I tried. I will definitely be returning, thank you Hana for doing such a great job.

I went to Jimmy, as I have for years (at various salons) because he does a fantastic job! I was happy to see Perfection Nails scooped him up! This salon just opened in the mall a couple months ago and is very clean, professional and organized. I went in when they first opened and that wasn’t always the case. Glad to see they have turned things around. Happy to see them at the other end of the mall - very convenient and a classy addition to the center.
