Updating my review since this business has a new owner and still giving 5 stars! I stopped in this past week and got the pleasure of meeting the new owner. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and I can tell he cares about good customer service! Love their reward system and they also have a special for buying multiple juices. If you buy more than one juice you get $5 off the second, $10 off the third, etc. This is great for me since I like to do one big vape necessity shop per month or so. They have a great range of products/juices and very good pricing. What usually costs me about $70 at another local shop only ran me $40 here! Ill definitely be shopping with them exclusively.. well worth it!!!

Not a huge shop but its well-stocked and the guy working there was awesome. He really knows his stuff, has great recommendations and was super helpful. I hate going into vape shops and encountering staff that clearly dont vape who know nothing about it except the prices and cant even answer simple questions. Thankfully that wont happen here! Ill be going back.

Very friendly and helpful. Owner is extremely kind and is there most days and can really carry a conversation on nearly anything Vape related. Their juice selection is nice too

Like all of the reviewers (at the time of this posting), I had an excellent experience here. For a while, I had wanted to learn more about vaping - but as many people can tell you, attempts at self-education using the Internet can be confusing and tricky. I was in the area for some errands and noticed this shop nearby - Im glad that I stopped in! Tyler was the name of the gentleman who helped me, and he was patient and knowledgeable. He never tried to push certain products on me, and instead advised me on the things I picked out which I thought was best for myself. Im very happy with my new setup. You can be certain that Ill be back!P.S. There is a smoke shop almost literally two buildings away named Jacks Smoke Shop. This is not the same place. Dont get confused!

This store has a much better selection of hardware and E-Liquid than the previous owners. They have hardware from intro vapors to an experienced hobbiest. Quality selection of E-Liquid and theyre always bringing in new stuff. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Best vape shop in the Boston area.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, but incredibly small selection of product.If youre looking quality ejuice, worth checking out. If youre looking for hardware, better off looking elsewhere due to limited selection.

I went there to assist someone else in obtaining a starter kit. The shop attendant was very helpful in answering all of my many questions (Im not a smoker/vaper myself).He took the time to show us the various absolve options, how to use them, how long win various kids last on a single charge, and so on.While I would not in general endorse smoking/vaping, the service that we received was very good, hence the 5 stars.

The salespeople are great, very knowledgeable about not just the juices but everything. When I first bought a dripper, one of the guys showed me step by step, how to set it up. Always Id a great experience.

Great store, good prices and staff is great, every visit I spend at least 45 minutes talking with them, very personable and highly recommend a visit and thanks to vaping have been almost 2 months smoke free and feel like a different man, thanks guys and keep up the great work.

Friendly/knowledgeable staff and competitive prices. Plus, for a few bucks they offer a Frequent Tasters Club Card that entitles you to unlimited sampling of e-liquids for a year (in-store, of course).

I trusted this store but they didnt keep their word on their return/exchange. Now I have a poor device and they wont exchange it like the guy had guaranteed me he would... Sort of tricked me into buying it. I would not recommend this store and advise you to buy your devices elsewhere. Theres nice stores in Watertown and Waltham.

Great staff. Amazing glass. Even just walking around there products i was amazed... the art is astonishing. Wish i had a million to buy that glass skeleton. Just wow and thanks.
