Rome is AWESOME!! what a great personality and top notch customer service. I needed vape juice during my visit to new York from Alabama. Definitely made the right decision choosing your shop. This guy deserves a big fat raise!!!!!

The only reason I can give this company a star is to write a review. I have experienced nothing but issues with this company and so has my soldiers. The owner has no clue. Sells clone equipment as authentics and at prices 200-300% over value. When approached about it he kicks you out of the store. They mix match the equipment they sell in a manner it which it is dangerous to the customer selling sub-Ohm battery mods with tanks that are not rated for them and telling the customer its OK to vape at higher wattages. This can cause the tank to EXPLODE!!! His vaoe mechanic is a moron that creates dangerous builds as well. Vise Versa owner has now left them due to the many issues caused. I have actually started to recommend soldiers not to go there. How ever there is South Paw and the owner there is amazingly knowledgeable and treats customers with dignity and respect.

The best customer service in Northern New York hands down. You cant find another place with over 150 different flavors at the lowest price guaranteed. Oh and if you are Military, Veteran or DOD employee you are given a 10% discount.

Jarod should be fired!! I bought my usual vapes and went home. Jarod had 4 “friends” in the business. I went to fill my vaporizer and the liquid went all over my carpet, table, and foot. Jarod did not put the correct tops on the bottles and did not check them prior to giving them to me. 3 of my 5 bottles did not have correct tops. I returned to the store and the regular guy was working. He fixed the bottles and gave me a new bottle to replace the one that went to waste. I never had a problem before Jarod.

The staff here is awesome and very friendly, they know thier stuff and give great advice to new vapers.Jarrod is helped me get started on my first vape and I have been coming back ever since.

Way over priced. Loves to ripp off soldiers. Vice Versa juice is inconsistent at best! The owner did nothing but badmouth other companies and has no knowledge of vaping!

Great prices and incredibly helpful for both new and experienced vapers. Juices are terrifically flavored and have unlimited options, they also allow you to test on site!

Great prices great flavors he keeps his stock up which isnt to common with shops in the area. Had everything i needed.

Juice is the best in Watertown area. The people are great to talk with and always so helpful.

Used to like this place. Their markup isn’t that bad. Def go to this joint over Interstate or anywhere really in watertown.
