Akoya Spa Face Body

I was gifted a certificate from my sister for my birthday. It was the best gift I have ever received. I got the shirabe package. Which included a facial and spa. I got the lavender smell add-on and hot stones. As soon I came I was greeted right away and given a welcome tea and chocolate. It was delicious. Then my massage came first and facial second. The room was very clean. The aesthetic was exactly what I expected. Brittany and Pat both were professional and did an amazing job on the services. Thank you, I will be back again very soon. I left feeling light on my feet and extremely relaxed.

I have had great experiences with the masseuses and have walked out each time feeling loose and relaxed. However, when I get facials with Judy, I do not feel relaxed. On a number of occasions she will walk out of the room and attend to other business. When my daughter had a facial with Judy, she walked out for 10 minutes during her appointment. It is very unprofessional and if you have another commitment following the appointment, cancel it! She is very knowledgeable which I like, but you can feel she is not mentally present and, at times, the facial just feels rushed. Ive even scheduled a facial with another esthetician, but when I got to the appointment, I was told it would be with Judy. I may no longer be getting a facial at Akoya, but I will definitely go back for the massage!

My sister had breast augmentation/lypo, and we chose Akoya for her post op lymphatic massages because of its proximity to our household. BEST DECISION EVER! We felt so blessed to have Pat as my sisters lymphatic massage therapist!! She was informative/helpful/considerate/patient/knowledgeable with our concerns. My sister was in the most pain the first 5 days post op, but after a session with Pat felt anew.

Upon my arrival at Akoya Spa, I received a warm welcome from the staff and was promptly taken to the room for my massage. The spa treatment exceeded my expectations. Afterward, I was treated to some delicious tea and dark chocolate.I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely be returning.

Akoya is definitely my new favorite spa. My first experience was with Pat a couple of months ago, she did an amazing job of getting my muscles relaxed and I knew I’d be making another appointment. I then made a last minute appointment on Monday for a Tuesday morning massage with Thor. All I can say is wow! He was so kind, professional, and managed to work out all the muscles that were so incredibly tight and sore from wearing high heeled shoes daily. I’ve already booked an appointment for next week to get another massage and to try out the facial.Akoya’s staff are so genuine and professional and the spa itself was clean and very well kept. I look forward to my next visit—and the visits to follow!

This place is amazing, I loved the staff, my son gave me a package that included a custom massage and the Shirabe facial for Mothers Day Mothers Day, both services were wonderful, Renee and Britany are wonderful and very professional, I will return again .100% recommended.

Akoya was absolutely wonderful!! I was completely at fault and came to my appointment 15 minutes late. Regardless, I was treated with empathy and kindness and immediately attended to upon arrival. My masseuse Pat was such a lovely lady and my massage was spectacular. My esthetician Brittany really made my visit a memorable one - she has a great personality and is incredibly personable. These two ladies made me feel comfortable and relaxed my entire visit. Furthermore, what really pushed the service to above and beyond is instead of deducting time from my spa package due to my lateness, they not only gave me my full experience but stayed almost 30 minutes after closing to do so!This is not an advertisement to come late to your appointment, please be kind to the staff and come on time :)Anyways, I was very touched. Went for the first time yesterday and felt like a true spa experience. I received the hydra facial and was an ultimate spa experience. From the staffs kindness and helpfulness, to the details focused in everything was a 10/10. It was a truly lovely experience at a great price point.

Got a Shirabe package that included a custom massage from Pat and shirabe facial from Brittney. This was my first ever massage and it was a great experience. I have had facials before but not in a long time, it was so relaxing and refreshing and my skin looks amazing. I will be back.

Akoya Spa is an amazing place to go if you want amazing skin. I have been going here for many years to get a hydro-facial with Judy and have always came out looking better. Shes very knowledgeable about skin care and is the sweetest. My son also goes here to get treatment to clear up his acne where he has saw major improvements over the years. The staff is friendly and the interior is very clean. I highly recommend anyone to come to this spa if they are looking for a relaxing and great time!

Really friendly staff. I feel like my lashes were lifted, but not really tinted. I also got a brow lamination I feel like didnt really stick. Wasnt worth the extra money for me personally.Really clean facility. Im going back for more services so Ill be excited to see how the massages and facials are!

The most wonderful service at Akoya! From the minute you walk in the front desk and are greeted by the kind ladies up front, through your entire treatment, its perfect. Judy is so talented and truly works magic on your skin. The massage therapists are excellent, and you cant go wrong with anyone. I cant recommend Akoya enough!

I had a lymphatic massage done by Pat after having tummy tuck, lipo, & breast lift. It was a very relaxing experience, and she was great at explaining the process. The place was also very clean and inviting from the moment I walked in. Will definitely be back again for a real massage once Im healed!

WORTH THE READ!!!Akoya Face + Body is one of the best spas I have ever been to. Let me start from my entrance into the building, I was immediately greeted by my aesthetician and the front desk by name. They then escorted me to a small sanctuary room where they welcomed me with the most delicious hot tea I have ever had, and a chocolate. From there we discuss my reasons for wanting a hydrafacial and massage, and they scanned my skin to see what my skin actually needed which was pretty cool to see the advance technology being used. After our discussion, I was then taken to the facial room, where I was given a soft robe to change into, and my hydrafacial began. She worked her magic and by the time my facial was done my skin had been transformed! I was completely amazed by how just by looking and working on my skin, she could tell what my diet was consisting of and how it was impacting my skin!!! She told me the recommended changes I needed to make as well as adding two new products to help with my blemishes and dull skin. Afterwards I was then taken to have an amazing massage that was truly relaxing! I cant wait to go back! THANK YOU AKOYA YOU ARE AMAZING !!!!

I am a guy who would not normally seek facial treatment services out myself, but my wife goes to Judy on a regular basis, and I have accompanied her on a number of occasions. I have found Judy to be a very respectful and professional service provider, and she does an amazing job every time Ive been! I truly see the difference right away in my skin and complexion, and I know it is helpful, especially as I age. The first time I met Judy was when she drove 45 minutes to our house to personally deliver a product to my wife she was temporarily out of. Now that is service you dont find everyday!I highly recommend Judys services at Akoya Spa, and I plan on returning with my wife into the foreseeable future.

Judy is amazing! I got the hydra facial and it felt great, my skin was refreshed and bright. I’ve gotten chemical peels before and I got fast results too! Akoya is my favorite #1 spa! Definitely recommend it. The lady in the front desk is also very nice and polite. Go visit Judy!

I had my first facial in 59 years, it was worth the wait! I will definitely go back and enjoy what Ive been missing all this time. I highly recommend this place. My husband bought a surprise massage-facial spa package here for me. It was relaxing. Got a little confused with the process since the last spa I went to was 10 years ago, but they were great. Will come back soon.

First time client, Judy was awesome! She makes you feel very comfortable. Judy explains the products and the process. I received a facial and it felt amazing! My skin looks and feel so much better than before I came. I highly recommend Judy and before I forget the receptionist was very pleasant as well.

I had my first visit with Ms Judy a week ago and she listened to my concerns and asked what was important to ME. After her initial consultation she recommended the Clear and Bright and I am AMAZED at the rests. I have spent my entire life working and playing in the sun. My skin had a lot of sun damage and it is remarkably better. Thank you Judy and Sara for your wonderful treatment and encouragement! HIGHLY recommend this spa!

Everyone was welcoming and the facility was very clean. The tea was delicious. Pat did a wonderful job and was very professional and kind. The experience and atmosphere was great.

I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful staff and amazing experience I had at Akoya this morning! I received the Misogi Package and was blown away at how knowledgeable my aesthetician Sabrina was and how relaxing the process was. My masseuse Renee was extremely talented and knew exactly what to do with my back (I have Harrington rods). I will be back soon and I’m telling all my family and friends!

I went for a 60 minute custom massage and it was fantastic. The receptionist was super nice, relaxed, and professional. The masseuse was great. She used the perfect pressure, honed in on my trouble spots, and was just great all around. Ive already booked a return visit.

Can’t say enough great things about Akoya! The new facility is extremely nice, and all the staff have great attitudes and treat you very well! My wife and I get massages here regularly, and all of the Massage Therapists are great. I have been using Mandi Fuller specifically for about a year and she is amazing at her craft. I have never walked out of a session with her without feeling completely rejuvenated and having all the back and muscular pains healed. She will come up with a plan each session to work out the ‘ailing’ areas, and also make the massage relaxing without hurting you. I would not go anywhere else!

This is a great place for relaxation. I called a week in advanced in order for my boyfriend and I to get appointments at the same time. The receptionist was really helpful booking the spa treatments. I got a 2 hr spa package that included a facial and a massage My boyfriend got a 90 minute massage with a foot treatment at the end so we could be done at the same time. The facial and massages were amazing and so incredibly relaxing. I would highly recommend Akoya for massages and facials!

I’ve been going to Judy, the owner at Akoya Spa for several years & trust her completely. I’ve given gift certificates to my mother and mother-in-law! After pregnancy induced melasma in my early 40’s, I had the RP treatment & results were immediate & impressive! My splotches are gone. My mom & hubby noticed improvements right away and said my skin was so bright and clear. I even sent the before and after pics to my OB/GYN & dermatologist who were most impressed, especially without laser! After years of Ironman training and being out in the elements, I was grateful to have the best offered locally! She helped me select the best treatment and I couldn’t be happier! My husband always tells me I’m glowing. What a treat! I continue with regular facials and have switched over. I’m a believer!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this spa. Ive been getting facials from Brandy here for almost a year now. She is THE BEST and has done WONDERS for my facial skin. The owner, Judy, is very sweet, too. They know what theyre talking about. If you listen to them and trust the process, magical things happen. Ive also been using the Face Reality skin care line that is sold here since Ive been going to this spa. I have tried almost every kind of skin care routine, cheap and expensive brands, and NOTHING has worked until Brandy at Akoya Spa and the Face Reality skin care routine were introduced to me. Facials are very well priced and so are the Face Reality Products. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place for anyone!!!!!

I came here and just felt like I was being pushed to buy products from the start. It made me real uneasy! I came here to get a hydra facial and the lady told me I would get dry. That some people peel and it was normal. I never had that experience anywhere else or anyone I know who was told that as it’s suppose to be hydrating. The lady told me she was going to give me a prescription which of course was the items they had in the store. Wow. I decided to try two of the items they told me were most needed and didn’t notice a difference. On top of that the very next morning I woke up and found breakouts along areas I never broken out before. It was disgusting and honestly it grossed me out to not come back here. I usually break out around my chin/jaw area and I broke out along and near my eyes/nose area.

Yesterday, I visited Akoya Skin and Body Spa and after a skin consultation with my esthetician Sabrina, we decided on a full body scrub called an Australian Jindilli Body Scrub to help with my extra dry, itchy and flaky skin.This incredible treatment is a four step, 90-minute COMPLETE BODY TREATMENT that incorporates prepping the skin with macadamia oil, an amazing scrub, a balancing cream and a nourishing hydra-opulence deep tissue moisturizer.My skin has never felt better - back to baby soft! I even took a shower this morning and my skin is still retaining the moisture and smoothness from this treatment and made shaving and moisturizing much easier!I’ve never experienced such an immediate result like this anywhere else and Sabrina is fabulous at executing it! She’s got the strong hands of a masseuse yet the gentleness of a great esthetician!I couldn’t be more happy with the results and plan to return for this exact treatment monthly!

I have been going to Akoya Spa for over ten years! Why have I not gone somewhere else and tried someone else? Bottom line is, the prices are excellent, but more importantly the care and individual attention is phenomenal. Not only have I received excellent skin care but, my whole being feels more relaxed and energized when I leave. No one will try to sell you anything you do not need. Judy keeps up with the latest technology and provides superior service.It’s my face for goodness sake… I would not even consider going to anyone else.

I just had the best massage ever with Chelsea at akoya! I have been getting a couple of massages every year for ten years and this was the best ever. I got a custom 60 minute massage. It was affordable, relaxing, and left me feeling a whole lot less tension in my back. Chelsea really knowa what she is doing!

I went with bad migraine, neck and lower back pain. If this didn’t help I was going to hospital to get morphined up.I got acupuncture and my pain was gone instantly. Walked out feeling energized, happy or elated for better word and ready to hit the gym.This place is wonderful!!! Going back for monthly maintenance

Not a good experience. they really dont know what to do with someone when they have a direct request. Instead they woo you with oft music, and just give you a suitable idea of skin care service and are not exact about their approach to skin care. Place was not clean, this is why most lights are really kept at a low level.

The ambiance is immediately calming when you walk in. Very organized. Every therapist is so kind and attentive. I could fall asleep to the music 😂 and the mint water is soooo yummy.

Had 90 min massage with Mandi Fuller tonight. I was super tense. Mandi managed to get my shoulders relaxed and my neck feels great.
