So I stopped over at this shop recently. I am new to vaping. The mods are easy to find. Everyone has everything you need. The real problem is finding ejuice that smokes great and has a lot of flavor. Ive wasted tons of money on juices that were not good at all. That was until I stopped here. THEY HAVE AN AMAZING SELECTION OF JUICES. They make their own house brand of e juice that is simply amazing. Its to me better than all the other competitors. I personally recommend the moon dust (which has an amazing orange taste) and the newest one I believe called black thunder (which is like a pomegranate infused ride of tastiness)The customer service was also on point. I was greeted and we talked for 10 mins. In a very personal way they took the time to see what I like. I love the shop. I will be back to honestly sample all of their ejuice selections. Ive even started collecting the bottles. Lol

Owner is great! Morning staff is usually great. Evening staff can be slow and questionable. But my hubby loves their salt juice so its worth it I suppose.Update:We recently stopped going because we could only go at certain hours to get our juice made correctly or decent customer service. Such a shame because we love supporting our local businesses. But after 3 different bottles of $60 juice turned dark brown we decided to invest in equipment and juices/nicotine and make our own.

Had a great time shopping at Straightline. Andy was a great help behind the counter, showed knowledge of the products and a passion for practice. Will definitely be returning.

Went in on Wednesday afternoon ordered my juice honey tobaco I have been vaping this juice for 5 years. The girl behind the counter had to call somebody to check how to make it. When I loaded juice into my vape device. The juice was horrible and had to go find another vape shop to buy a new pod and coil as I was at work when I tried this juice. Went back the next day and Javie got me a juice that was wonderful. Love him.

A really nice place. They just opened up last week and plan to do a lot more on the inside but it still looks pretty nice. Their prices are cheaper than other vape shops I found and they know what they are talking about. They have a wide selection of products that are high quality and they even hold Vape competitions there so Im sure Ill be stopping by sometime to compete. Great prices, great service, and a kick ass store. Best of all, its all car themed.

Although the inside of the shop was nice. My boyfriend and I went in to get him a vape an some juices. The store opened at 12, but we could not tell if the store was open because 1) the open sign was not turned on, 2) there was a vacuum in the middle of the store, and 3) boxes were all over the store 4) no mask were worn by any of the employees. When we walked in, the customer service was just not there. The team that was working was walking around, playing pool , and it wasn’t until my boyfriend asked “are y’all open?” that we were then greeted with a “what’s up?” To me, that is not professional at all. Then to be told, “we don’t have anything because of the virus.” Yet, we saw things in the counter that we wouldn’t have minded looking at but we weren’t given the chance. The sales rep, I think that’s who she is (she didn’t introduce herself nor did she make it known who she was) basically said, “I’m not going to sale anything to you that I wouldn’t buy.” Okay, great we appreciate that. But detour the sale, I feel like she could have asked if we were interested in anything else. Don’t get me wrong, my boyfriend an I are VERY understanding individuals... but I feel that there should be a relationship built with all guest who come through the door. Not be greeted with a “what’s up.” I could just be reaching but to my boyfriend and I, it just seemed that they didn’t want to stop their game of pool or conversations to actually help us. It was our first time in this location but due to this experience, I really don’t think we will be going back.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They believe in this thing we do about wanting a safer alternative to smoking cigarettes. The assortment of devices and supplies including eliquid and tanks are from some of the best-selling companies in the I dustry. Highly recommend for all your vaping needs!

Great Vape Store! Quality products in-stock and their house juices are spectacular! Exclusively, salt based juices available at Straight Line. The staff members are gracious, informative, and patient.

First off, I know some of these guys as they are the people I bought my first vape from over 2 years ago. They looked at all the problems the stores they previously worked at had and combined all the best parts into one great vape shop. Glad to see them running a vape shop how it should be done. All their juice is top-of-the-line, made with the best ingredients, and each flavor meticulously fine-tuned before release (I know one flavor was tinkered with for months before release). ALSO these guys are all super knowledgeable and can help anyone from amateur to experienced vapers. These guys know what they are doing and have great customer service. Im not going tobe cliché and go saying they are the best vape shop in the world, but if you are looking for a vape shop in South Houston, it should be this one.Bottom line: Shop here, you will not be disappointed at all.

The prices are way decent & they sell the best juice Ive vaped thus far (not sure if its the salt- based nicotine or the flavor combos, but theyve got it going on.) Theyre also knowledgeable & quite helpful. Not just blowing smoke, here... ;)

Friendly, amazingly helpful staff. Their juice tastes SO good, my favorite is the bedrock brunch. This is my go to place for good prices and helpful people. 10/10 would recommend lolEDIT: knocked down my stars to 3. While everyone here is friendly and enjoyable to be around, I am extremely disappointed in their lack of response to the COVID-19 pandemic. I’ve been coming here for such a long time, and they never even STARTED wearing masks. The pandemic has gotten worse, and I can’t help but wonder what they’re doing to protect customers safety if they can’t accomplish the simple task of wearing a mask. It has become common for business to post a notice of the extra cleaning procedures they’ve added, but without masks and without a notice, I am assuming there has been 0 action on their part. I’ve since switched shops. Be careful and stay safe.

From a customer that has been to every single shop within a 10 mile radius, I can definitively say that Straight Line is an a league entirely of it’s own. Javi and Andy have redefined customer service for me in this field. From countless times of troubleshooting issues(half of which were derived from my own making), to GENUINELY providing knowledge to someone who just stepped foot into the vape world. Oh and just to ice the cake, good luck beating their prices. Thanks again for all y’all have done for me!

I like the vape juice for a cheaper price but theres not many options. Both times I went in I was ignored by a crowd of guys. Not even acknowledged when I walked in the door. Last time I went in was a few hours after I found out a friend has passed so I didnt say much but get my juice and go. I was ignored pretty much the whole time and then on my way out one of them yelled a sarcastic BYE? And then the rest laughed. Which confused me because after I purchased I said thank you, bye i would rather pay more for juice now somewhere else after that. Also they didnt label one of my bottles and it tastes disgusting. Bedrock was good though.

I dont think youll find a better vape shop in the area! Pretty chill and knowledgeable guys here. Whether your looking for your first vape, new set up, or upgrades to your existing set up these guys got you covered. Ive tired several of the juices they have and so far my favorite is the white lighting.

Dropped by this shop twice. Guy working the first time I visited was well informed and really helpful. Bought a predator 228 along with a TFV12 and some batteries. Got some free juice with my purchase. Green apple caramel I think is what I chose. Very good house juice. Second time I dropped I bought an RBA deck for my brand new tfv12. Everytime so far I needed something these guys have it. Prices are pretty close to internet prices too. At least what I have purchased from them. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Was introduced by a friend through trying the juice he purchased from Straight Line (Bitter Bites). It was much better than comparable brand candy flavored juices Ive tried in my area so I had to reach out.Unfortunately I live 3 hours away. I couldnt find their website so I contacted them on Facebook and asked if they handled any business online. Had a response almost immediately. They said they are working on launching a website now, but could facilitate the sale through PayPal and have it sent to me that way.Aside from some of the quickest response time, customer service, good flavor, and amazing pricing (in comparison to the shops around me at least), they continued to chat with me far beyond business hours and offer an extra sample so I could try some of their other flavors being that Im new to vaping.As someone who vapes I could recommend them from the quality/price of the product alone. As someone who greatly appreciates a well run business and good customer service I dont think I could recommend anywhere else.

I want to preface with this wasnt a horrible experience, but it was a horrible first impression. First time there I walked in to six people all chilling and talking (normal for pretty much any vape shop), was greated with a hey man, and then they all turned their attention to the guy telling a story. Kinda weird that no one offered to help, but no big deal I guess. Walked up to the counter to ask what juices they have and the guy points down to the end of the counter saying, we have a menu down there. Theres like 15 juices on the menu (maybe they have more, but no one bothered to show me more). Found one that seemed good though, so I asked if they had testers, and found out they dont have testers. At that point I decided I dont care anymore so I just said, ah, alright. Well I guess Ill just try somewhere else. Thanks anyways. On my way out a guy said, ya good luck finding a place thatll let you test. So I went less than 5 minutes down I-45 to their competitor who has testers like most every shop in the area. If no one there cares about the shop, then why should I?

If you wanna remember what a Junior High dance feels like again go here. Walked in-Not greeted. I walked the length of the display cases slowly thinking someone will say what up and if I needed help. Nope. I made a Straight Line out. Its the Vape Shop everyone dreads. You walk in. Pool table. Which means their friends are there and vaping so if you wanted to test/smell juice you cant. Cause the Junior High kids wearing their JV Rollerskate Letterman Jackets are vaping and chillin. I wont be back. If the owner doesnt hire some folks that know you have to make money; cause paychecks arent like allowance; this place will close down 6 months. No body likes walking in to vape fog which coats everything a glycerin sheen and seeing a pool table. Place in Alvin just closed. Didnt last a year. This place is exactly like that place. Bunch of kids and a pool table. Dont waste your time. Owner-Fire whoever worked today 12/16 cause they will run you out of business. I was about to spend at least 300 on juice/mod/coils cause im leaving the country for work and stock up before I leave. Sorry to anyone who reads this. The length is too long but this pisses me off. Drive all this way and treated like I was a ghost. Not 1 word said.

The owner is great. So is the staff. They do have some of the best salt nicotine juice that I have tried by far. Would recommend this place to anyone either novice or vetran vapor

My boyfriend and I went here a few days ago and the 3 guys sitting there barely greeted us when we walked in..I felt very awkward and uncomfortable.. It was my first time and after that I would never go back...just greeting someone as they walk in and make them feel welcomed is major part of where people choose to do their business

Unfriendly staff. Went twice and was poorly greeted if at all. Based on staff, Id give this place 1 star. The prices were decent, so Im giving 2 stars. I will not be going back.

Horrible customer service. There were four employees and not one of them greeted me or offered to help me. They basically ignored me and went about their business, playing on their cell phones, having conversation amongst themselves, etc. They were extremely rude and not helpful in any way. Don’t shop here. Y’all will not have my business anymore.
