I tend to switch up my nail shape alot and theyre always able to help. Also great at following nail art. Definitely try out cats eye polish. They also have a list of different types of pedicures if your feeling like treating youself somedays. I only come here now. Make sure you make an appointment

I really enjoyed my experience here. The tech who did my nails was so sweet, friendly, and very patient with my nails. I hate that I cant remember her name. (I went 2 days ago, memory is gone lol) She had another client come in and kind of demand to be seen while I was being worked on, and she politely asked me if I minded. (A Karen is gonna Karen... lmao.)I really didnt, because on top of my nail tech being so sweet, another colleague gave me the best 15 minute massage ever! I was literally falling asleep in the chair lol.I did spend about an hour and a half on just my nails, so that would be my only negative thing to say. I ended up not having enough time to get a pedicure that day- dont worry I will be back! Lol. I opted for the UV gel extensions, and I love that the nail tech took her time to make sure I was happy. If she saw something that didnt look right she fixed it immediately, and didnt just ignore like many other salons. I really enjoyed my experience! I will definitely be calling in the morning to make my appointment for my pedicure! She took such good care of my little stubby hands! 😅If you read this far, you seriously dont need to read any more reviews. Just go! Lol. I promise you, you will enjoy the salon. Maybe just ensure you have a few hours to spend there. 😊Also, ignore your damn GPS instructions! Lol. Google Maps almost made me late! Lol. The place is located in a small shopping center near Dunkin Donuts and a wing spot that looked pretty tasty lol.Send all your friends! Maybe I can get a referral or two! 🤣

I have been seeing Sophia for a few years now and would not trust anyone else with my nails! She has excellent attention to detail and is just overall the sweetest person! I typically will get a UV hard gel manicure and it’s perfect each time. She is the new owner of this salon and continually is upgrading and bringing in new color options. I absolutely recommend!

I recently visited this nail salon and had an exceptional experience. The store was impeccably clean and the ambiance was very comfortable, making it a great environment to relax in. Despite having short nails, the technician did an excellent job and displayed excellent skills throughout the process. Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Love Carmen. My nails always look beautiful and she is always so sweet. I usually do a pedi and fills. She has switched me to a better fill which goes on like a polish and I love it My nails look mor natural and it is less filing and time

First time there and it was a good experience. Sophia and her staff were nice and helpful. The worst part was the Google directions - Google sent me in the wrong direction! Now that I know how to get there I will be back.

I love it here, it was my 2cd time and won’t be my last that for sure I love how they make you feel right at home. Everything was super clean and they’re work and patients absolutely amazing I went two weeks ago and the nail polish on my toes still look goods. Everyone is so friends and great customer service love it

Although this salon does a nice job, I have been to this nail salon a handful of times now and have experiences the same scenario - for example, I went one time and asked for a dip powder gel, the woman who was taking care of me stated she didn’t know how to do it so she was trying to convince me to get an acrylic gel, since she knew how to do that - I said no and she kept trying to convince me to get it. Finally another woman came over and did the dip for me, which is what I had originally asked for. I went another time after and asked for a basic pedicure, they tried to upsell me again trying to add extra services. Once I was done with my pedicure and sitting there waiting for them to dry, another woman came over trying to get me to sit for a gel manicure and would not take no for an answer - she finally got the hint that I did not want my nails done at this time. She then proceeded to try and get me to sit for a massage. Getting my nails done should be a relaxing experience, however, I am always harassed to get more services done. I am the customer and should not have to experience this. If I ask for a certain service, they should oblige and should not push for me to get more done. They do a nice job but I don’t appreciate the bargaining and harassing for me to get more services than what I originally asked.

I hate to write bad reviews, but I also hate it when I select a business with some good reviews that turns out to be awful. Mine was an awful experience. Several people swarmed around me when I entered. I asked the price of the manicure and was given a figure, then asked the price of a pedicure. On the wall behind one of the stations was a price lower than Id been quoted. I asked if I could have that price. Oh, no, thats expired. Okay, but why is it still posted? During the manicure, the employee tried to upsell me. Getting a manicure and pedicure should be calming, not an opportunity to barrage a client with offers.When I went to get the pedicure, I was told that the polish I selected (not gell, which is always higher) would be $3 more. Really. I selected OPI, which is what I use and what many salons use.Sadly, polish on both my nails and toes chipped and came off quickly. So, in addition to being unpleasant, it was also useless.I believe this salon may be under new management--I am not sure. Perhaps it used to be good, but its not a great place now.

This is my third time back to the store. All the workers are so nice. They really know what they are doing. Very professional. Very relaxing and clean. Im looking forward to coming back again.Lydia did a great job.

I hadn’t been there in a long time but it seemed a bit shabby, in need of paint and washing of curtains. Service was okay except that in the middle of my gel manicure the tech left me to do eyebrow wax for a walk in. If she asked me I would have said ok but she just said “be right back”

EDIT: The first time I visited this place was the only time I had a good experience.Queenie was rude and wouldn’t allow me to see my nails or correct a mistake until she had cured them to avoid correcting it.I had an appointment and she kept me waiting for one 1 hr while she took care of people that had gotten there after me.I would show Queenie the simple and minimalist nail art I desired and she would shoot me down with a “I can’t do that” whenever it was too busy or with a “$10 extra” for something as simple as a line on a nail.I won’t be going back to this place because doing a mani/pedi should be therapeutic but this place makes it feel like a negative experience instead.I’ve only mentioned a few things that make this place a horrible experience.____________________________________________________I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. Friendly, professional staff and my nails came out amazing!!!! During COVID-19 times, it was a relief to see them use new tools for every customer. I will go to this place whenever I need my nails done from now on.

Went yesterday (5/22) & I guess they are in the process of changing owners. I only noticed 1 familiar face. The lady working on my pedicure was VERY slow and didnt even know what a Classic Pedicure was. The water was cold and had no soap in it, she didnt even scrub my feet and she cut my toe! Then it came to my nails and I had to tell her to take my clear polish off. She sprayed my hands then applied the lotion! She had no idea what she was doing. Ill be finding a new place to go.

I do not understand the negative reviews. Perhaps they were left for the previous owners? I was here 2 weeks ago for the very first time. Jason did my nails and he did a fine job. Queenie ( the owner) was very welcoming and the massage I was given while drying was wonderful. I have been coming back ever since.

Queenie does an amazing job on my nails, and the pedi is always so relaxing. The staff is all lovely, and the place is very clean.They do SNS, which very few places in Westchester are doing.

My experience at this salon was absolutely horrible. I was overcharged for a gel manicure then the next day it had turned brown (I had originally gotten mint blue) and went back the next day to get my money back and have it taken it off when they replied with this is not our problem and just threw on another coat of polish which also turned brown. Not only were the employees rude about their mistake but their salon is unsanitary and filled with faulty products. Do not bother with this place it was my absolute worst nail salon experience.

The price is good $20 for a pedicure but charged $3 extra for the color. The woman did my pedicure in 15 minutes not enough time to do a pedicure.

I gave a 10 because Ive been coming here for years and I always leave happy. Never once have I had any issues. Queenie and Carmen and Joy are great.

A little pricey but the service and atmosphere is great!!The finish product is very professional and beautifully done and the ladies are very personable, friendly and courteous.

Carmen is awesome! Shes an artist! Everyone is super nic, and professional! They are a 10 out of 10!
