I had an absolutely terrible experience with the customer service at the lottery ticket counter. The old, bald-headed gentleman in charge seemed completely disinterested in helping me. When I handed him my paper and pressed for my desired service, he simply ignored my request. It was only after I asked about the price that he grudgingly mumbled something about $20, even though my total should have been $12.To make matters worse, he didnt bother to inform me about the extra change I was owed until I counted it myself. Thankfully, another customer pointed out the discrepancy. This guy is not only a crook but incredibly rude. I cant fathom how hes still in business. This wasnt the first time I encountered his terrible attitude either; its clear he brings his personal issues to work. Avoid this place if you can - its run by a very unpleasant old man.

The older guy behind the counter has no manners. He doesn’t say hello when you greet him. HE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CREDIT CARD UNLESS YOU ASK DURING CHECKOUT. THIS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE. I almost walked out of the store with the card behind his counter until I remembered I was missing something and I asked. HE GETS MAD if you ask for your card back. Their food products are OVERPRICED. I spent almost $15 for two energy drinks and a granola bar. ($10 for face mask) The place has adult videos right next to the entrance on your left when you walk through the door. Do NOT go here. There are so many better smoke shops in White Plains. Disrespectful, dirty, ugly, and expensive place.

I would give this place 1 star if I could!!! Cashier was rude when I was taking my time seeing which magazines I wanted, didnt buy anything after his poor attitude!!!

This store is robbing the community blind with high prices!Price gouging !! Help Band that store!!!!

Good neighbourhood convenience store to buy general stuff.
