Went there a little past nine, and the guy that helped at the drive thru me got mad and became rude that I was a little over in change? Lol, it was kind of bizarre. It doesnt take much effort to be nice no matter who you are helping. I wont be going back for a while.

Everyone at this shop is so helpful. If youre looking for something they will find it. If you have an idea of what you want they will help you make a decision. Within a minute of walking in they make sure you have been helped. They have plenty to choose from whether it be vape juice, kratom, delta (any kind), different smoking apparatuses and even Mods and disposables depending on what you like. The prices are great and they have sales all the time. Weve had to take a couple of things back and they were replaced with no arguments. The manager Z is the best. We always go to this vape shop for what we need.

I have only been to this business one or twice. Today I had to cash a check and I didn’t have money on me. They were so NICE to me. I got the money and came back. Lauren was in the drive thru. She was so NICE, tooI will never hesitate to pat anyone or any business on the back for treating people with respect and being kindness. Bravo to them!

Best stop yet, and I’ve been to 3 now looking for NOVO3 pods. They have everything and more. Customer service was excellent and everyone was cheerful and willing to assist with whatever I needed. This is my only shopping option in this area, they have my business for sure. Highly recommend!!!

Amber took over this shop recently and it has gone downhill and horrible service since the last ownership, who really took care of their customers.A discount I had approved for over a year by the owners was removed by the new current owner Amber with the statement My dad died, I took over the store, and YOU are trying to steal money from me. You can leave now.This went from business to personal very quick and from a manager/owner is completely unacceptable. Amber has even approved and given me this discount 3 times before today but decided to just stop and not honor it.Ive bought from this family for YEARS. And today that stops.. I will no longer be buying from this establishment due to the treatment I received today. Completely unacceptable.Amber will respond to this review and deny this with a response, Im sure... But 4 of her employees witnessed this all happen. There is no hiding what youve done Amber. And you lost a valuable customer today. Good luck to you and your newly claimed business. I hope you treat your customers better before the business goes out, for a lack of customers.

Everytime I go in there, everyone is really pleasant and nice to me. They greet me Everytime and sometimes give me suggestions I might like. Update one of the really nice guys over at vapor village asked me if I wanted to try one of their mystery bags for $10 so I said sure and I ended up with 2 nice disposables that are really tasty.

I called and Mr.Seth had answered the phone. I was looking for a tank for my vape and Seth has been awesome even with me trying to figure out the cape I had and Seth already knew when I was wrong and he was amazing and helped me.He is also doing amazing with cleaning my tank as well.Big thank you to Seth at vapor village on fairway.

I came in to buy a disposable and I noticed a new flavor of the kind I buy. After trying I noticed something off the smell and taste wasn’t right. After bringing it to the employees and managers attention they immediately did everything they possibly could to fix the issue. They gave me a brand new one of a more favorable flavor at no cost. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had an issue with staff or products. Today was a first but like I said they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Thank y’all very much the workers deserve a raise for being so kind and friendly and helping me every which way they could!

I came in Friday and bought a Drag4, batteries and salts. I dont remember the guys name (terrible with names), but I have never been more pleased with my experience. The guy walked me through everything about the device, added the batteries, filled the tank, and had me vaping as I left the store. Great group of employees, and they really care.

Been coming here 4 or 5 years, have never had an issue with products or staff. Inside is always clean and they have a huge variety of stuff. Love that I can cash checks for such a low rate! Staff has always been friendly to me, they take time to answer my questions and help find exactly what Im looking for. Prices are decent and they always do what they can (within their power) to help with returns or exchanges.

No stars from me ..there is a sign by the register asking to review so here it goes. One of the young ladies working the register needs an attitude adjustment . Not only is she rude but she seems clueless anytime she gets asked where to find a certain product, she is too lazy to try and even help and gets rude and snippy just for being a customer. Rolling her eyes and sighing just because it seems inconvenient to her .Im not a Karen by any means but this girl needs to learn about customer service !

BUYERS BEWARE Decent shop - have gone there for several years, but my most recent experience will be my last. Went in to see if they carried any Delta-8 products and was happy to find they did. I regrettably didn’t Google the brand before hand - once I got in my truck and researched the brand I found multiple websites stating that they are fake and unsafe to consume. I went back to get a refund and they wouldn’t. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. Not only are they selling unsafe harmful products, they couldn’t even take care of a customer of several years.

Dont bother with this place. They sold me their best starter kit and it broke two weeks later. All they did was try to sell me a more expensive one instead of backing their product and fixing/replacing it. This place is only a mile from my house but I drive all the way to Kemp to Stogies for the better service.

Great store that stands by what they sell. I buy my vape juice and kratom here and they are great. Ive bought several vapes here and they were knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the perfect device. Had some juul pods one time that were leaking and they switched them right out for a new pack. Great people that go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Awesome selection of cologne too!

As a regular customer, I will no longer be using this shop as a place to buy vapes. They have signs all over the store to allow exchanges and returns within 24 hours yet they give excuses to not allow you to use that policy. They will go as far as putting their mouth on it to test the vape and hand it back to you telling you sorry cant help. Do not use this place, use other vape shops in Wichita. THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Any business knows that returning customers are the most important to a business. But here they would rather turn them away besides helping. Please listen to this and others reviews and never shop here.

Definitely don’t recommend any more went yesterday to buy a beast 5000 disposable and got it no problem there but when I hit it to test it…it tasted as if it was already trying to burn usually they just switch it out no problem but they literally took it apart and said nothing is wrong with it and gave it back knowing now that it has an even bigger chance of messing up it’s now been less then a day and it’s burnt to all get out love that I’ll just make my trip to the dollar saver instead for now on

I went here on a whim to buy a new tobacco pipe, instead of just ordering one online. They had a large selection of various tobacco products and paraphernalia. One of the workers assisted me in picking out something. The outside is a little gaudy and looks like it is supposed to appeal to stoners, but the inside is pleasant and respectable.

Great selection of products and an extremely wide variety of tobacco products, the staff is friendly and very eager to help, they offer great deals as well. If youve never been in this place it is worth it even if you dont smoke or vape, they have a lot of other items in the store.

I am from Wisconsin and was looking for a vapeshop. Im glad I found this gem. Had such a wide selection and perfect service.

Best eliquids shop Ive seen in several states. The markup on eliquids is normally ridiculous. Here you can get 100mL (of killer custard vapetasia brand at least) for $19 or $20 and then a second bottle for $10.I DIY or buy from DIYers normally but sometimes still have to buy a bottle from a name brand. Ive been burned a lot by Brands Ive never heard from or house juices that are masquerading as a name brand.When I buy from another DIYer I get 120mL for $10 and then $5 shipping. So 240mL for $25 vs. 200mL for $30 plus tax. BUT a lot of other stores I go to they want to charge $25-30 for 100mL with no special deal. So two bottles would cost at LEAST $50.So even though I can get a better deal from DIY, I still plan on coming here occasionally because there are so many brands (that I recognize) and the prices are reasonable even compared to other Wichita Falls eliquids shops or ones in Dallas.

*RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS* Bought an IJOY Captain PD 1865 vape at this location (The plastic on the box was open, I assumed for show purpose). It was my first time purchase of this type of product. I purchased a dual battery pack of some cheap battery for $19.99! I got home and the kit was missing the manufacturer batteries as well as the screwdriver. So, pieces were missing and had to buy batteries at an extra cost. Talk about a rip off. Never shopping at this place ever again!
