I visited U.S. Vapes about week ago and wanted to take a moment out of my day to write a review. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a room warming smile and a genuine I can help you attitude. Jordan had a great deal of patience and answered all my question. He made recommendations and personalized suggestions for me as an individual and what I was looking for. Jordan made me feel very welcomed to be there, his level of customer service and genuine friendly attitude is truly a blessing. I recommended them hands down. I won’t be going anywhere else, Jordan won my business.

My husband and I have been going to the location on Burkburnett Road for many years now. We have been sold the wrong size coils, time and time again. Their house juice has always been subpar. But the last bottle we bought for $30 was so bitter and of terrible quality my wife went in to return it and or exchange it. He gave her another bottle which was smaller and of the same terrible quality.The guy that was running it was more interested in watching avatar than helping her. Do not waste your money or time here. We are getting ahold of the owner to complain. ALL THE. $ WE SPENT HERE WAS A WASTE.

Darned unfriendly. My first time there.I didnt feel welcome. Maybe I reminded him of someone else... the place was empty no other customers******************************************A while later... I met with the owner,hes Awesome!I never told him the problem. Apparently it had been an employee and he was gone. There are different employees now and very friendly.

I purchased a non-nicotine vape there. The man was very nice!

Staff is great but they are not very good at mixing their house blends. Tried going back 3 times and every time it gets worse. They taste terrible and burn your throat because they do not measure them out right. We are on the lowest amount of nicotine mind you but when you get their house blends it feels like youre tasting 24 instead of 3..... Probably just going to avoid from now on.

Been in multiple times. First time I didnt have my ID, clerk was very rude about it. Also, every kid in there seemed to be stoned, or completely high on something. Probably try hiring people who can keep up, and provide productive customer service instead of college kids who smoke all day? Lol. Good store terrible employees.

Isaiah was super knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and then some. Isaiah just secured US Vapes a loyal customer.

Ive been vaping for about two years now and love the freedoms that vaping bring to me, and my family. I am so proud to call U.S. Vapes my go to shop for all of my vaping needs. The employees are knowledgeable, fun, experienced, and extremely courteous that they call their regular customers by name. Most businesses dont even do that anymore, and its very impressive to find a local shop that does in this fast paced world we live in. Oh and not to mention their prices and quality are top-notch! This shop is quick to full orders and you leave feeling like your apart of something that is trying to make the world a better place. They answer your questions with respect and dignity, theyre very knowledgeable about telling you the facts about vaping, contrary to what the media would have you know. If you need more info go on into U.S. Vapes, you wont be disappointed.

We have been in the store by the base and both times we were greeted by Shala. She has a big smile as she greeted us both time. We will definitely go back to her.

Last time I was in there it was to redeem 100 points and get a bottle of juice for 1 penny....the 100 points came from me spending $100 in there, when I go to redeem them the manager says and not just joking just the free stuff huh ....didnt seem to realise for me to have points for the free stuff that Id spent $100 in his shop that month haha... on top of that the house juice comes out to about $35 for 100ml...just discovered another vape shop that sells PREMIUM juice for 17.99 and around that ...much cooler staff as well, Im affiliated in no way so why dont you check them out instead the place is called Foggy Memories

Hudson was groovy! Walked in he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed! Even though you didnt have the juice i wanted he stepped up and hooked me up with one i liked! Hudson you rock! Thank you U.s. vapes!

Amazing and wonderful staff!! Has a decent selection of vapes and juices. Recently moved to town and this was the second vape shop Ive visited. I will continue to support this business, never going to a different vape shop here.

Was able to get a great discount on vape for Black Friday

I really liked this one. More of a vape bar than just a vape shop. Very friendly staff. They even have happy hour prices. Highly recommend.

I just went agian today and it was a hreat experience as always. The staff is always friendly and helpfull. Great juice and good prices! Its the only shop i go in town.

Just checked out the new vape shop in town .....prices smoked everywhere else Ive been to and the flavors r awesome ...very helpful and knowledgeable staff ....couldnt ask for more in a vape place really.

I recently visited US Vapes off kemp and Midwestern next to jimmy johns and was very impressed with the WIDE selection and knowledge of the staff. Hudson helped me and had an exact answer to all of my questions. I will deffintly be back !!!!!!!
