Leigha gives the best deep massage ever! The best I’ve ever had! I have many issues with my shoulders and lower back from a car accident long ago. She can smooth out all the knots and pain I have. Very knowledgeable and professional. I always look forward to my next visit.

Ashley was absolutely AMAZING. I had never had a facial before and she made it the most relaxing experience Ive ever had. Thank you so much!! Also shout to to Antoinette and her trainee Bryce for getting me all set in the beginning!!

Jennifer has been one of the best masseuse, I’ve come across. Let’s just say, I changed my mind about cancelling my membership. She listened to my concerns and knew exactly what pressure points she needed to focus on. She was very thorough, provided me with a full body massage, from head to toes. She even massaged my face. I didn’t realize how much tension my face had due to the migraines. Again, she listened and she knew. Jennifer thank you again and I will be seeing soon.

Leigha is the best. The only real deep tissue therapeutic massage professional I’ve ever found. She finds and fixes problems you don’t even know you have but you feel so much better afterwards! I highly recommend her!

Jill at ME in Monkey Junction is outstanding. She took great care to work on all the issues I have with my back. After one session I feel so much better. If you are looking to have deep knots worked on she applies excellent pressure. One of the best deep tissue massages Ive ever had.

Tyesha walked me through the process and throughout the appointment made sure I was ok. She focused on my problem areas and I walked out of there feeling the least amount of pain I have felt in years. Definitely recommend!

Jill was fantastic. Would recommend her 5/5 stars. Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is I didn’t like being stopped while trying to leave by the front desk to try to get me to sign up for a membership.

Steve did an amazing job. Getting up from bed was so much easier the next day. Ashlee is the sweetest at the front desk, and had my enhancement ready while giving me options of other thing I may like to add on. Very helpful.

She did it again!Linda , from Massage envy at Monkey Junction Wilmington NC, was my massage technician this Thursday.I didnt tell her all the places where my body was screaming pain. I just told her I was a little stiff on my neck and shoulders. And I asked if she could strongly massage the back of my arms and the mush parts of my legs. Loosing weight made them a little flappy.She did it again! My neck and shoulders are back to normal. I can turn my head left and right without any pain, my legs dont feel heavy today at all. I have been able to work for 3 hrs in my garden yesterday and this morning. My lower back doesnt even bother me!I wish I had more money to be able to see her every week!Linda must have healing powers in her hands!Go see for yourself, she is fun, she listens to our needs, and she delivers a very respectful and professional service.A 90 mn session....and I feel like 10 years younger ! Jill, my therapist provided an exception massage. Highly recommend. I typically prefer deep tissue. Jill does firm and it was great. Provided some stretching for my hamstrings which I appreciated.Scheduled a 90 min session. Location asked if I was interested in 120 min. Decided to try that. Not sure where communication/schedule breakdown occurred. However, I waited 40 mins to go back. I would have appreciated a heads up or status update. Therapist apologized for confusion, tried to get in full Scheduled 120 mins. But had appt after me. She did try to make right and in the end I got closer to 70 min. I will try Jill again as it was a great massage. She checked in on pressure and about stretching before proceeding. Kudos on the actual service!Thumbs down on communication breakdown. A quick update from desk would be appreciated. Also, I didnt need to hear I got 70 mins and was charged for 60. The 10 additional minutes were due to my waiting 40 to get started, im guessing. My gratuity reflected the exceptal service Jill provided.Hopefully next visit is smooth sailing. Other than that hiccup, would recommend.

My wife and I both had massages and feel they were effective to help resolve/reduce the pain weve been having. Jill always does a great job and we have developed a very positive relationship with her as our primary therapist

Jen is definitely one of the best I have ever experienced. Her technique and experience is amazing. She has been great for the last 5 years that I have been going.

Did a one hour massage with Ms. Jill and I hated for it to end. She works magic on your entire body. My main focus was my shoulders and lower back. I can’t wait to see her again! If you book at this location ask for Ms. Jill. I definitely will be back on our next vacation!

I enjoyed getting a massage here. He did cut it short from when it started but other than that it was good. However, I feel that the front desk girl Macaylas attitude changed when I said I didn’t want to sign up for a membership and she also didn’t say have a good day back when I was leaving. I’ve been in sales and how you treat the customer shouldn’t be dependent on if you make money off them signing up for a membership.

I had a 60 minute massage with Paige and it was amazing! She communicated very well to make sure I was comfortable and that she was focusing on the right areas.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, as always. I booked with Steve for the first time, as my regular masseuse wasnt available. Steve was awesome!One day after, Im pretty sore.But thats just an indication of an excellent massage!

My therapist Tyesha can only be described as extraordinary. Her clinical knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, kinesiology and healing massage therapy is above and beyond any other therapist I have ever experienced. She is by nature a healer and dedicated to her work, truly a credit to her profession!

I honestly avoided Massage Envy, I suppose I expected a negative experience, but I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and amazing massage. Michael, my massage therapist was phenomenal. Ill definitely be back.

Nice facility, front staff was generally cordial. I know every massage therapist has their own way of providing massage but this session wasn’t the best nor the worst.

The therapist used good pressure and I felt relaxed afterwards. There was a miscommunication with the aromatherapy used, which they refunded. I asked my therapist to not focus on my back and to mainly work on my arms and legs. The therapist mainly focused on my back and also the “90 minute massage” was a little less than 80 minutes, even though I arrived 10 minutes early. Massage started 9:03am and ended 9:23am. I was told afterwards at the front desk massages included 5 minutes for undressing and 5 minutes for consultation afterwards. I’ve had many full body massages and never been shorted like that.

Michael is amazing. He truly listens to what you tell him in the pre-massage conversation and does what he says - making time to focus on the true problem areas! I truly appreciate this about him as I always feel better after he works on my!

Teisha is phenomenal! One of the best massages ever! Took time afterwards to show me stretching exercises for my shoulders. Highly knowledgeable and caring.

I was a member back in 2017, driving over an hour just to get messages at this location. Im not sure who my massage therapist was at the time , but she was amazing. Fast forward to 2024, I went in to purchase a gift certificate, and due to a recent accident my I was having intense neck,shoukd, and back pain, so I decided to sign up for a visit. Well here I am now signed up once again for a membership SAVANAH was amazing. I walked in with tight shoulders tension in my back and neck. Walked out feeling like a new person. Cant wait until my next visit 🤗

There’s no other therapist like Jenn! I have been so fortunate having her as mine for so many years! The fact that she is so hard to get an appointment with speaks volumes!! As a matter of fact, I took advantage after my recent session to book a monthly appointment with her through the end of 2024!I have been very satisfied as a client of the Monkey Junction Massage Envy for MANY years, but I would like to say that within the past few months things have seemed more balanced and well managed. I never had concerns with friendliness of staff, but the new manager, Devon, has such a confident but welcoming personality and it is clear that he has it together.Please keep Jenn happy, I want her to stick around for many MORE years so I can as well!! 😉

Always get the perfect massage from Brandon. Currently recovering from a third back surgery and he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I also get to share my eclectic music with him during my 90 minute massage from Jazz to Southern Rock to Neo Soul, he’s all in to allowing me to truly relax.

Mike gives the best therapeutic massage and leaves you in much better shape afterwards. Christie is a knowledgeable and skillful esthetician, too!

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a massage and my upper back/ traps were killing me. I wanted very firm pressure and for my back to be made into putty and he delivered. He was very considerate and kind and checked in on me to see if it was alright and to let him know if there were any concerns. 10/10

I have been going to Christine for about a year now for all of my facials.She is filled with an overwhelming amount of knowledge when it comes to skin care and has turned my face from looking like an old piece of leather to a healthy natural glow.She is very professional and super easy to talk to.I would recommend her to anyone, no matter what level you are at with your skin care. She will explain everything, and get you on the best plan for your skin.My monthly appointments with her are like meeting up with a friend for coffee, except I get pampered while we chat about life.

The Monkey Junction location is lucky to have him!From day one he made me feel comfortable & he always works out the spots everyone seems to forget about. Every time I head out from an appointment with Jerry, I feel like my often tight, sore muscles have received the level of care & achieved the relief I was hoping for.He’s a good one! & I hope I get to continue calling him my massage therapist for the foreseeable future!

I have been getting massages from Jenn for a long time & I book my appointments with her way ahead of time so I can see her regularly as she is very much in demand. She is personable & I enjoy talking with her. This session I had a shoulder that pain that she worked on & gave me relief. She also addressed another area that had been causing me discomfort that involved an obscure muscle & she knew where it was located and stretched it. I had the enhanced muscle therapy & that felt so good. She is a talented therapist.

The staff as a whole is great! Ive never had a bad experience with attitudes or anything like. Everyone is super sweet. However, I got a year membership back in October and every single time I go in for a massage, I leave feeling worse than when I went in. Yesterday, I told them my neck and shoulders were really bothering me. Today, my shoulders are super tight and my back is purple. He asked if the pressure was too hard at the very beginning and I said yes. I couldnt tell if I was just so tight it was going to hurt regardless, but I know that I should not end up with my back looking like this when I didnt ask for deep tissue....

Mike is amazing! If you need a deep tissue massage this is your go to guy! He will get every little knot that you didnt even know was there and it will change your life! Warning you will be mad at him for a couple days afterwards BUT about day 3 you will be singing praises his way :)

I had a great experience with a 90 minute massage in which Jennifer was able to sus out upper back/lower neck problems that I didnt know I had. After the massage, I truly felt like my body was reset. I regained full mobility, and the aches and pains that I normally live with had disappeared. I really needed the work!

If you want a deep tissue massage then look no further. Ms Leigha B is THE ONE. My wife and I have both had massages at Massage Envys from one coast to the other and I feel like Ms Leigha B is the masseuse that should be training all the rest. She really is absolutely awesome!!!

My experience was ok. I have a friend that visits and we have a massager like the one used in my 30 min session and it was no different. It was not the techs fault. It was just…….well, had I of known what they were going to do? I wouldn’t have booked the appt. The service provided was/is honestly something anyone with a massage gun can do. I can do it to myself it just isn’t as relaxing. Also…when I said, I wanted my arms done on the phone.:/I thought that also would mean my hands. Once I got there I certainly explained what I wanted…my hands were not touched. I verbalized what I wanted…again…my hands were not touched. So was I satisfied? No. Was it relaxing? Of course. It was just not the levelof service I would expect from a facility that ONLY DOES MASSAGES. It should be better than anything I can do at home with a massager.

Christie is amazing and super knowledgeable about skin and products. I totally trust her with my skin and have seen results for the first time since trying all kinds of products that I THOUGHT would give me results.
