Rhonda was fantastic. I actually found myself falling sleep during the session. I left feeling very relaxed. She also have me some stretches to do at home to help alleviate some of the tension I have in my back. Im definitely coming back! Oh and the front receptionist (Im sorry I forgot her name)! She is so bubbly and sweet! I love her energy!

This was my first facial/experience at Massage Envy and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! The atmosphere at massage envy was astounding; the people checking me in were so nice and helpful. But an even bigger shoutout to Regan she did an absolutely incredible job making me feel comfortable and keeping me informed with everything she was doing. I definitely enjoyed and will for sure be returning.

Staff was welcoming , professional and helpful. Brian did an excellent job at identifying my goals, and then focusing on what he will do to achieve my goals. I got all my needs met, and felt well treated particularly in those areas we discussed. Thank you Brian and the other members of Massage Envy in Wilmington.

The last time I had a massage Alicia A was the person who gave me my massage. Alicia was fantastic and I really loved her. She made me feel very comfortable, she made sure she hit my trouble spots, and made me feel so much better after I left. I will make sure I will book her again very soon.

James is an excellent therapist. He listened to my concerns and addressed each of the problem areas as requested. He regularly checked in with me to ensure his technique and pressure were to my comfort level. A+ massage. Will definitely be booking with him in the future.

From start to finish my session was most enjoyable. Received a light/medium massage with salt scrub massage for my feet. Loved it so much! Alicia was the best and attentive to what I needed even in the moment. She also provided some recommendations and encouraging me how to use sessions so I can get the most out of my membership. One thing she said is, “Make a day out of it!” Because of that I am booking for a facial, stretch and massage! I can’t wait to go back!

Alicia A was recommended to me by the front desk because I prefer deep tissue and not every massage therapist can do that. Alicia was able to deliver! She was also attentive to my needs and feedback in the middle of the session when I asked her to modify pressure or focus on a different area. Thats such a good quality to have in a massage therapist. She also checked in with me a few times to make sure I was okay. Open communication (trust) is HALF of what makes a massage a positive experience. I will definitely book Alicia A again!

My massage with James was the best massage I have ever received at massage envy. I felt like I was in a five star establishment or upscale cruise ship. Instead of raking his forearms across my back like so many masseuse at Massage Envy do he took the time to find the knots in my muscles and relieve them. I will definitely be back!

Alannah was very helpful in pinpointing my neck and shoulders for nagging pain Ive had for many months. I will be using her services for many months to come as well for proper maintenance. Very easy to talk to and truly cares about her clients and passionate about her profession.

This was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. It was my first time going to Massage Envy. I normally go to a day spa, so I was missing the robe and tranquility room. However, as soon as Trevor started working on me, I forgot any cons on my list! The whole team was extremely consent base, spoke about physical boundaries, and Trevor did a great job communicating me throughout the massage. He used an incredible technique of stretching/movement while he massaged, and it was something I had never experienced, and can’t stop talking about! Katelyn greeted me at the front door upon my arrival with the most vivacious energy, making me feel welcome, informed and happy to be there. Highly impressed with Massage Envy!

Rhonda did a great job listening to my concerns before the appointment began. She focused on my problem areas and even gave me recommendations for at home stretches to further relieve muscle tightness. She was very knowledgable and the experience was just what i needed.

My experience at this location has been nothing short of exceptional. The front is always very welcoming. Trevor is who I see regularly. He is very knowledgeable and professional. What more can you ask for?

Cheryl was fantastic! I came in with lower back pain. I explained my pain issues and that I had already been to a chiropractor that day and she maneuvered my tendons and muscles to help alleviate the exact spot that was killing me. It felt so much better when I left and she gave me a few exercises to do to help with the pain as well. Thank you!

Brian really knows his craft and tailors your massage to the areas that need the most attention. He definitely assesses the needs of your body as he works through the massage and is very knowledgeable. I always leave feeling leaner and less stressed.

It was my first time visit at Massage Envy at Mayfaire. A very lovely experience. I had a facial that included a neck, arms, and hands massage. Toni was great, explaining the procedure as she went along. I will be going back.

Alicia A. at Massage Envy is soooooo wonderful. She let me know in a soothing voice everything that she would be doing during the massage. She also used the perfect amount of pressure to relieve any tension I was having. It was my first massage and I immediately walked out with a membership. I was having muscle twitches and I no longer have them when I go to her regularly.

Ceanna did an amazing job, she has great firm pressure and was able to get to spots that no one in years have been able to get to on my lower back.

I went there to relax per doctors order. I disclosed past injuries and the masseuse was very intense and injured me. At one point he was tugging on my legs and arms with full force. I could barely walk when I left and the front desk was aware. I called the office the next day when I was bedridden & the staff suggested that I go to the ER or urgent care. I was also told the manager would contact me. That was over 6 months ago and no one has contacted me to follow up on the situation. I suggest this place if youd like to get bodily harm, want to tack on an ER costs and also go to 5 chiropractic sessions.

I had the opportunity to visit this Massage Envy location while taking a couple of days of much neededself care. The staff was friendly and took care of me in a warm and caring manner. Kristen was awesome 👏🏾. Brian has magic hands. If Im back in the Wilmington area, I will definitely put a visit to this location in my to do list.

My son ,my husband gave me certificates package for massages seccion at ME.never had a bad massage till now.my friend never have one before.i invited her. we went together so she wouldnt be uncomfortable.she got a lady and i had call and switch to a guy name James.it was awfull.all he dd was put oil on my skin and rubbed.i had mention the focal points i wanted that i wanted more attention.may be he ddnt read my chart or may be he ddnt heard/ understand me when i asked him,twice to pay attention to myR showlder blade.may be bc he was in such hurry to leave.my friend and i were exchanging massages experiences when he went by us like Flash Gordon and disapear.The more i talk about it with my husband the madder i got.he encorage me to call and complain and ask for refund or a masaage free f charge.i told him is not going to happen.I will not go back to this place.will do give another try at the Carolina Beach location nxt week and start all over again$$.in the mean time have to deal with my aching showlder.

The person who did my facial was great. Sure wish Massage Envy would back off on the sales pitches about membership at the counter though. No means no, man. They called the day before to pitch me, pitched me at the counter before my treatment AND after - sheesh. I came to relax. 😑

This month I had a 30-min add-on RTR with Alicia Z (along with my usual fantastic massage with Cheryl). Alicia Z was great, too! Easy going, friendly, and did a great job with the treatment. I will definitely be doing that again and requesting her again!

Makenzie was the best massage I’ve ever gotten throughout my visits to Massage Envy Mayfaire. She listened to exactly what areas I needed work in and I am feeling refreshed again!

Alicia Askew was excellent as she was very knowledgeable of all the muscles. Her technique was top notch and felt so much better when I left as I suffer from back & neck pain. Ask for Alicia Askew when you book your appointment & it will be an awesome experience!

I went in to see Alicia Z. for a massage and she is definitely one of my favorites. Her massages are Fantastic! Alicia focuses on the areas you request and is comfortable if I’m being chatty or quiet, depending upon my mood. She is very knowledgeable and paid the perfect amount of attention on needed areas. It took a few tries to find the right masseuse, I workout 6 days a week and also have a bad back. I like a very deep, firm massage. Finally found Farrah and is absolutely the BEST! I highly recommend her.My boyfriend also like a good, firm massage and has been going to Alicia since the beginning we both highly recommend her as well!Thank you Massage Envy!

Went in needing some attention on my left hip & leg. The unusual pain & aching was keeping me awake at night. Trevor listened to my concerns & came up with an immediate plan of action for me. Trevor is knowledgeable, professional, able to put you at ease & makes you feel comfortable. During my massage Trevor was able to locate several areas of concern & worked on those specific muscles & pressure points. Im making another appt for this week. Cheryl was amazing. The had just fallen and fractured ribs, therefore stiff and sore. She was kind, gentle and extremely patient as I tried to get comfortable. Her technique was amazing and released the muscles around the back and rib area. Can’t say enough about her. She is outstanding and I felt amazing when I left.

Kim P is so effective at doing just that, identifying and spending time on problem areas, improving flexibility, etc. I leave feeling like I had a “treatment” more than just a massage. Alicia Z delivers the most relaxing massage I may have ever received! She’s thoughtful, dedicating just enough time in each area. The technique she uses with both hands delivering the massage feels amazing! I always look for her when booking new appointments.

I had very tense shoulders, neck, and back. I had a massage with Steve and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had. He focused on my most troubled areas and relieved all tension. I would highly recommend. I already booked me another massage with him! He truly works wonders.

I think Ive posted about Massage Envy at Mayfair before. But, I dont believe Ive mentioned Cheryl specifically. She is amazing! I love going to Massage Envy because theyre so flexible with their scheduling so that I dont have to wait a month or so to get in with my favorite therapists. The therapists that I see, especially Cheryl, are top notch and as good, if not better, than the ones that Ive seen in other practice settings.

Renae was amazing! First time at message envy and Renae made me feel cared for by giving me a great massage and sharing with me about self care and encouraging me to take care of myself. A great experience as I needed that self care pep talk. She is definitely the reason I got a membership. Thanks Renae! See u again soon!

Have had many great massages at Massage Envy. Yesterday with Kim P was amazing. I’m having a knee replacement Monday and feel totally ready after deep massage and relaxation with her!!!

Without a doubt, Laurie is the best massage therapist. Had another great 60 minute massage. Cant wait for my next massage!

I pay for a monthly membership, and it was supposed to be done in August and not renew. I called the office location in May or June of this year to verify that, and spoke to a guy who said it will not auto-renew and that I wouldnt be charged for September. He put a note in my file and said I had 60 or 90 days to use the last of my points. September rolls around and I got charged again so I called the office and spoke to a girl this time who apologized for the bad information and said there is a form to fill out and she sent that to me and said she would speak to the manager about a possible refund for Septemeber. I never heard back about the refund. I sent the cancellation form, and now in October, I got charged AGAIN. My account is in the negative, and I have a newborn at home. I should not have to jump through hoops to get a membership cancelled, and I shouldnt have been told that it would be canclled just from me calling and them putting in a note on my account. I would have signed the papers in May or June when I originally called to cancel if I was made aware that there was a cancellation paper, and that my signature was required. I would like a refund immediately for this month and last, but the manager isnt in today and the staff will once again put in a note to my account and Ill see if I get a call back this time. I will also call first thing in the morning to get this resolved.Membership 0/5 stars.Massage- 5/5 stars.Brian/Bryan is wonderful. I went to him for prenatal massage, and postpartum as well and he does a great job. He always adjusts pressure based on my needs, and if you are pregnant I highly recommend going to him (just dont get the membership) . Ive also gone for facials twice and they were very relaxing.

Everything was perfect! The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. My massage therapist was spot on with the pressure! I forgot to add my therapists name. Her name is Farrah!! Call and schedule an appointment, you won’t be disappointed:-)

Everyone was very kind and the atmosphere was relaxed. I have never before gotten a massage at a commercial business (vs a small local business) so I was not sure what to expect. The entire process was great and I felt well cared for. The massage therapist Cheryl was very kind, relaxed, and knew the muscles of the buddy very well, greatly helping my pain. Before and after my sessions Lauren walked me though everything and she was very friendly and helpful. I would 100% come back and recommend massage envy to others.

Farrah was awesome for my prenatal massage. It was just what I needed before having my baby. She provided a great atmosphere as well as perfect pressure/firmness during the massage. I would absolutely use her again.

This has to be the worst company in terms of their plans. You pay and get all these sessions that you can’t ever get in to use, and then they pile up and they want to charge you $10 a month extra just to be able to use back sessions without acquiring more. Then on top of that when you have to call three times to cancel after you have already filled out your forms and completed necessary and then it still drafts out of your bank account. And this franchise does not care about how much money you have put out that will go to waste I had over 20 sessions on my account and because it “unfroze” and I didn’t call till a couple days later to cancel they charged me another $75 and refused to return payment lol. This place is a joke save yourself money and just pay a little more for a massage at a smaller spa without this hassle

5 STARS is an understatement! Kim P. Is a fantastic massage therapist. She knows the intricate details of how are muscles run in our bodies. She has firm pressure, which I love! Very very kind and a gem to this business! Love, love, love her!

The manager and Alicia have great customer service. Alicia listened to my requests for a great massage. I felt like I had a new body after a 60 min massage. I highly suggest the detox aromatherapy too. Place is clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Ceanna was amazing! I travel for work and deal with sciatic pain. It’s hard to predict when I might have a flareup. I was able to get worked in the day of. Within 15 minutes I had immediate pain relief. Ceanna Also, instructed me on some stretch routines that are still helping me over a week later. Highly recommend.

Therapist was awesome as far as technique but she wore rubber gloves. For a 90 minute massage, having plastic rub your body was pretty miserable. I talked to the front desk and they didn’t even offer to reschedule me or anything. Considering canceling my membership.

Massage Envy and their therapist, Cheryl, provided a super experience. I will be back.

Physically things were okay, but Brian did not stop talking during the entire 30+ minutes.A spa experience should be quiet & relaxing. Mine was neither, and I have many years of spa interaction. Brian needs to make the client/patient the focus.....not deliver an autobiography.

Retha is AMAZING!!! Her hands are GOD gifted. The way she moves them so smoothly without stopping is almost like a silent melody. She uses the perfect amount of pressure & is very skilled in feeling the exact places that need extra attention without you having to say a word. Retha is excellent at reading your body language and perhaps in my case a moan or two lol.

Came in for a 60 min massage with Rhonda and it is hands down the worst massage I have ever gotten. Literally my 6 year old does better. I never get to do things for myself since I have an 8 month old and 6 y/o and was looking forward to this. They didnt have any calming music playing so the whole time I heard Rhondas stomach grumbling super loud. It felt like the focus was to just rub lotion on my body and shake my body around. She didnt even massage any of my muscles whatsoever. Also, she didnt even use the full 50 mins, I was only on the bed for 45 mins. I was honestly waiting for it to be over. That was the biggest waste of money and time Ive ever spent considering I drove 35 mins to even get there.*management called back and said they wont compensate, even though the lady at the front desk told me they would*Never coming here again.

Steve was amazing! I am having a lot of injury pain in my right arm, lower back, and hamstring. I have not felt this good in weeks! I have been going to PT for these items and this massage was by far more successful than any pt appt. I felt like I had been thru a meat grinder and it was the best thing for me. It was a good pain THAT I NEEDED!! I came out of the appt looking forward to writing this! He is Spectacular!!!!

Now, I can’t even turn my head to the left without pain. I’m having to take Tylenol as much as allowed when I almost never do.TIMELINEThursday: painful massageFriday: pain should be gone by nowSaturday: it got even worse. I called & sent pictures. They told me the manager was kn PTO & would be back Monday.Monday: pain & bruising is worse & it hurts to turn my head to the left. Drove over to show them the injury they caused me & to ask the manager for return/compensation/or even just massage to remedy the pain from a therapist Who was better. I was told the manager just left & they would forward my concern. 🤷‍♀️ What? You told me that days ago. I’m in pain now. I asked when I can expect to hear back. They said they actually don’t even have a manager & don’t know when I’ll heat back. So I paid $85 to get injured & nobody even offered any solution.By the way, I am a massage therapist in both swedish & nmt. This is not normal. I’ve never had an injury from massage to this level in my entire life even when reviewing students.—-original post below—-This should not happen after any massage. This is day 3. Therapist did release some knots & tried but I am trained & licensed in this & never experienced this level of pain or bruising even during school. She was extremely polite & careful but there were small technical mistakes that led to more pain than is necessary. I’m certain her regular massage would have been amazing but this is a specialized & advanced massage that can lead to injury if even small mistakes are made. I’m not mad, but please only do nmt if you are an expert. Dry stretch & release should be done before applying lotion. Applying lotion first leads to muscles rolling which causes pain & muscles then tighten even more. Again the therapist was good & the mistake was small but it did lead to damage & injury. If they respond and recommend someone who has way more experience, I might reconsider coming back but I don’t want to spend money to feel worse.*also i want to add that a therapist should never ever put their elbow on the spine (rather than beside it) & press down. This is dangerous but stupid me felt guilty too guilty to say anything. Honestly I should have said stop several times but I was worried she would feel bad. That is dumb of me. She pressed so hard on my pecs & back that it was hard for me to breathe in at times.

Had an amazing experience with Retha! She focused exactly where I asked and the pressure and attention paid to those areas was absolutely perfect! Thank you Retha!

5. It was Great for my first experience at getting a message would definitely make this a habit of going at least twice a month. Hannah is wonderful and made me feel comfortable during the whole session.

The pressure was way too light…it felt like she was just rubbing lotion on me. I did not leave feeling relaxed at all or that I got my moneys worth. I paid for a foot scrub that lasted less than 5 minutes. I will never waist money on that again.

I love getting massages here - they’re all so great. Cheryl is my favorite as she provides helpful posture tips to help my care between massages! She does a great job
