Shine On Massage East Cargo District

First time visiting Shine On and it won’t be my last. Cam was super friendly and welcoming. He ran through all the details and was very attentive. Facility is very clean! Love the aesthetic. We did the Sauna + Cold Plunge package and I feel like a new human, such a great experience! I went with my girlfriend and it was a great day date. We will 100% be regulars at Shine On!

Let me start off by saying I’ve had PLENTY of massages in my life. But NONE that even compared to the type of massage you will experience here. I let them choose the masseuse, and I was BLESSED to have Malak. She specializes in Trauma Therapy (which I didn’t know before booking). And let me tell you that if you are looking for ultimate relaxation AND “therapy” all together, please please go to her. (I say therapy in quotes because it’s not like we talked, but the technique she has literally brought me to tears) it was so beautiful.On top of that, I did the Cold Plunge/Sauna add on which was another amazing experience in itself. You get a the whole room to yourself (beautifully decorated). You can connect and play your own music. They provide the robes, towels, water, etc. I’ve never cold plunged before so it was nice to be able to go at my own pace and switch back and forth between the plunge and the sauna.All in all, 1000/10 experience.

Cam was beyond welcoming! Gives you the full run down when you arrive.The space is such a vibe, clean and very beautiful. Infrared Sauna is top notch and you can have control of your own music. Plunge was super cold and stayed cold throughout the session. They provide towels and robes. I went with my significant other and it was the best day date!Absolutely love it! Can’t wait to come back!

Great atmosphere, you can’t go wrong with any of the therapists on staff, clean and excellent customer service. The sauna and cold plunge “ detox den” is such an amazing addition that completely sets them apart!

COME TO SHINE ON. I’ve been coming here for several months now and cannot recommend this place enough! They truly care about your holistic well being. I’ve had a lot of talented massage therapists over the years and Aleigha is truly one of the best. She has impactful techniques, listens to your body, and has a kind energy. Cameron has really done a wonderful job creating the culture and design and services. Today, I utilized the sauna and it was worth it!! Cameron did a great job explaining how to safely use it and the benefits of it. The bluetooth even allowed me to play my own music. I feel renewed every time I leave here.

I was gifted a suprise at Shine On as a present for my birthday, I was absolutely blown away with my experience! Megan was wonderful and this was hands down the best massage I have ever had. She targeted points of tension build up from my work and made the experience genuinely unforgettable. I’ll never book anywhere else and can’t wait for my next appointment.

Johnathan was wonderful. I have had a massage before but nothing like this. I was in a lot of pain and when I came in and when I left I felt fantastic. I have had issues that have prevented me from going back but as soon as they are solved I will be back and have Johnathan work his magic!! He is the best!!

Cora was easily one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever gotten! Came here straight after jujitsu and fell asleep a few times during it. I woke up feeling amazing and ready to roll! Definitely recommend!

My fiancé and I did the cold plunge/sauna session and it was amazing! You feel so euphoric switching between the sauna (145 degrees) and cold plunge. It’s a private room and you can use Bluetooth in the sauna as well! 10/10

Excellent therapist named Sarah who specializes in Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy. This location is just as awesome as the downtown location- clean, cozy, warm, plus it has a parking lot for ease. My father is in his 80s and needs lymph drainage therapy for edema and Sarah is wonderful! She also uses a “Alexander Technique” which is very beneficial and relaxing. The Moss Street location was so easy to access, easy parking, and centrally located. Let me start by saying that when I walked into the studio, I felt the spa atmosphere take over. Lovely, dimly lit, smells of some delightful herbal scent, and soft instrumental unobtrusive music playing. I was greeted by my massage therapist, Cora, who had a calming and friendly personality. She had me fill out a questionnaire to identify my problem areas, and preferences of pressure for the massage. Next I was taken to the room where my massage would be given, and was given privacy to get undressed and ready.THEN...I had the most relaxing, yet healing massage Ive ever had. I felt that she addressed, and focused on the areas I pointed out, and listened to my request for a gentle massage. What I was most impressed by, was that she asked me to accept a little more pressure in problem areas, while giving me the option to let her know my comfort level. On to the best part… This was the best therapeutic massage I’ve had in a long time. The therapist took her time with all my problem areas and made me feel like a new person when I left. I love shine on! First of all the space is gorgeous and so well decorated. It is so calming in there. The masseuse I had was incredibly talented, I almost fell asleep on the table! I don’t remember the last time I was that relaxed. If you’re on the fence I highly recommend! I recommend it to literally everyone I know!
