These are the best people to buy from in this part of NC. They always help me whenever I have a problem or a question. And they will order anything you want. Super friendly. There is a girl thats always there during the week and she is so funny and sweet. If you are near the leland area definitely go there

Mr. Don & the rest of the team are always helpful & knowledgeable. They have always assisted when I couldnt make up my mind about what flavor I wanted. Always knowledgeable about products. I cant tell you how many vape shops I have been in and nobody knows anything. It has never been the case here. I appreciate being able to ask questions and getting actual answers. Any of the 3 shops are worth your hard earned cash. I dont mind spending here cause I know I am going to get my money worth.

Always have a great experience. But today was exceptional. Was sold the wrong coils and opened one. With out a question they exchanged them for the right size. Things like this will make them my go to vape shop. Great customer service.

THE SPOT TO GO! Clean. Smells nice. Not like walking into a cloud of smoke lol like most. Very informative people-caring employees. Been going for almost 2 years & never had a bad experience. Hands down the best vape shop in Wilmington, with the most variety of ejuices! If the juice you’re looking for isn’t there, they provide you a number to text for special requests. Sometimes, if what you’re looking for is in stock in one of their other locations in Wilm, they will have someone bring it to whichever location is closest to you for pickup! I don’t know of any other vape store that goes above & beyond like that. YOU WILL LOVE THIS STORE!

Always a positive experience whenever I come here. Don is a super nice guy and all of his staff is knowledgeable about their products and juice. They also have a point system so you can get discounts on juice and coils after getting enough points

I switched over to this store about a year ago. I was a customer of one of their local competitors. They were always out of everything that I needed and the staff did not help out very much. Initially I went to Burnetts, just to get a liquid to hold me over but the customer service was exceptional and the prices were lower. So I have stayed with them. The staff will go above and beyond to help their customers. Highly recommend!!

Easily the best vape shop in town! They’ve got an awesome selection of juices, and keep their hardware up to date AND sell it at a good price unlike other “bigger” shops in town. Not to mention everyone working there are not only friendly as hell, but they know what they’re talking about. At other shops in town, I feel like I’ve had to explain how a vape works to the employees of a vape shop. 10/10 every time

They are so helpful. My boyfriend and I have bought three vape pens from them and have been very satisfied with all of them. We wouldnt think of going to any other vape store in Wilmington.

Liz is great, she has my coil size, and liquid preference memorized. She also puts my number in for me, for my points, if I forget to do so. She is professional, and friendly, and deserves a raise.

This is the second time this place sold me expired juice. Of course there is nothing they can do because they wont refund or exchange items even when they sold expired items. I should have checked the second time but I didnt think they could possibly do this to me twice. Check the expiration dates and batch dates on their bottles before they ring you up.

I have been coming to Burnetts vapor Lab for 2 years now. Never am I left questioning if I got the right mod or vape or coil extra. The staff at Burnett’s is knowledgeable from mods and takes to coils and juice. The only thing I could say that could use improvement is there opining hours. Other than that Burnett’s vapor lab is grate! 😊

This is my go to vape store. They are always so helpful and super nice. If you can think of it, Im sure they have it and if not, they may be able to order it for you. If you vape, it is well worth the stop.
