Best thing is, if they dont have it here or at their other location in Leland they will order it for you! My go to! :)

Only vape store ill shop at in town! The fellas here are always so accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They somehow remember minute details and preferences. This is my go-to vape store! Yes, they add a nicotine tax per bottle, but they are very knowledgeable, and lately that is hard to find in vape shops. Special orders are easy and they will go out of their way to get the juice youre looking for if its across town in one of their other locations!

Bought vape juice here, wide selection of juice and mods, batteries, tanks. The price for the juice was very fair. The same bottle from other venders I have visited was significantly more. The guy that helped me was cool and answered several questions I had about other products. Definitely recommend this place.

Burnetts is the one-stop shop for all your vaping desires. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you out.I remember one time the shopkeeper had told me to come back on a certain day when they would have the (rather obscure) kind of atomizer I needed in stock. It turned out that the packs hadnt come in, so he took new atomizers out of five tanks in stock so he could make good on his promise. Ultra cool!I have never been pointed in the wrong direction at this place. Their prices are totally reasonable, generally lower than a lot of places around here. If youre on a budget they often even have gear and juice marked down or on clearance. I would highly recommend Burnetts to anyone who hasnt been fortunate enough to check it out yet.

By far the greatest vape shop I have ever been to (and Ive been to A LOT!) Amazing selection of both gear and juice that is always changing and quite possibly the most knowledgeable staff in Wilmington. One visit will have you signing up to be a member of their fan club!

I recently had a very good experience at this shop. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through step by step on properly setting up my purchased vape mod and ensured that I was completely satisfied before finalizing the sale. The best selection of juice hands down. Most are reasonably priced and they carry high end juices too if you are into that. The staff is extremely helpful and will answer any questions you may have. Ive lived in Wilmington for two years and I have to say this is the best vape shop around.

This place is amazing. Ive been vaping for about 7 years now and of all the shops Ive ever been to, Burnetts is the best!!! (Thats including shops in Virginia, New York, London, Phoenix, and of course Wilmington) Don and Craig are both the friendliest, most knowledgeable reps in town and they look after their regulars for sure!! I dont think Ive ever had a bad recommendation from either of them. Forget Mad Vapes, Avail, Port City or any other shops in town. Once you step in Burnetts, youll never look back!!!

Great atmosphere friendly service and a wide variety of juice for all your vaping needs. Burnetts vapor lab literally has thousands of different juices and it is apparent as soon as you walk in . The juice is loose and this joint!!! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive been there twice now and nothing but great things to say about the service. And the variety of different mods, and tanks is also endless. Customer for life... Oh, and the gentleman also told me that if they dont have a filter or something Im looking for they can order it and have it within days. Top notch...

The BEST vape shop in Wilmington!!! Their staff are very friendly, smart, helpful and personable. I needed to replace the top section of my Aspire Pockex, but had trouble finding it locally. I called Burnett’s and they had exactly what I needed and in the right color! They helped me so much to optimize my vape, which has enhanced my overall vaping experience. I love this shop! I use a liquid that I can only find online. Its a coffee flavor that hardly any vape shops carry coffee flavor! The owner was amazing and stocked up for me! So now I can just run over there and grab some! No more waiting on the mail! No one in wilmington has ever done that for me and I have been vaping for 5 years! Very helpful and well stocked store! This is, in my opinion the best vape store in Wilmington. I exclusively come to vapor lab for all my baking needs. Excellent customer service, wide variety of top line juice, and you the fact that you have the option to make your own flavor just makes this place and an outstanding and unique store.

The staff here is the best Ive dealt with in the vape community by far. The selection of juice is great but the kicker is mix and matching your own juice! Also, you cant be the prices in this area.

This place is awesome. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want, not what they want you to have. I have shopped at other vape stores and everyone of them has no where the customer service this place does. Its nothing fancy, but its unique in the fact that you can make your own flavors if you would like to. They already have just about every juice company and flavor that you could imagine. I bought a Smok Stick X8 and broke the tank about a week later so someone gave me an older one that fit but was smaller and it lasted about 3 weeks but kept burning through coils and leaking. I took it back to Don and he schooled me on why it was leaking and recommended a new tank. He sold me a bigger, better tank and offered a small discount to compensate for my troubles. He didnt try and sell me a whole new set up, just what I needed. I didnt have any juice on hand so he had one in the back that was premade and threw it in. That way by the time I got home, it was ready to go. The coolest thing about the tank is it lights up. Not only is cool looking, it works awesome!! I havent seen another one like it either. This place rocks and Ill never shop elsewhere. They are priced competitively and less expensive than most. Even if they were more exspensive, I would still shop there for the customer service. Dont waste your time or money anywhere else. There are some fancy vape shops and it shows in their prices, but Burnetts customer service and selection is priceless. Keep up the good work guys!!

I have been to many vapor stores but I have to say Burnett vapor lab in Leland on Village Rd.is the best Vapor shop . I was in the Leland store and the General Manager Joe I believe his name is he is new at this location but you would never know it he has the definite passion for this job , I went in and he sold me a new E-cig and I am so happy with it and he made me a salted caramel liquid and I did not like it so he modified it for me and I tried it and I did not like it so he totally made me a new liquid with out hesitation he is an amazing manager as well as a salesman I had a problem also with my e-cig that i use for my palmetto for medical reasons and he fixed that as well Joe kept up the amazing work I believe you are going place!!!!!! And thank you once again for all that you did for me!!!!! I hope your boss gets to see this so he knows what a valuable manager he has and an asset to his company !!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

I live 4 hours away but was in town for family. Hands down the best shop i have been to, enough he would put everyone out of business where i live. Very Friendly and Helpful staff. Not my usual Vape Store. But mine was closed and I was in need of e-juice and a burner for my e-cig. I was so lucky that Burnetts Vapor Lab was open and they carried what I needed. Its very interesting when you walk in. Very strong smells. But its like a mad scientists lab. They can mix custom juice. And they have all kinds of CBD Products.

I have been to several vapor stores in Wilmington and have had terrible experiences. I was delighted when I found Burnettes. Excellent customer service, superior product knowledge, and the best tasting vapor products Ive had. I will not go anywhere else but Burnettes for vapor products.

The best vape store in that whole area without any question! They offer the best and highest quality product selection with all of the latest and greatest products being available. Anywhere from basic starter kits, mods, tanks, coils, batteri RTAs and RDAs. A huge selection of juice and CBD oil. If a person cant find a juice they like in this great place, theres something wrong with them. Don and staff are super cool and will take the time to teach new people to vaping how to use their vape and safety. They are first class good people working there that offer top level of service! You will always leave Burnetts Vapor Lab a happy person.

First off.. read the reviews.. Ive never seen best vape shop in town hands down so many times.. infact.. a deeper dive into the reviews shows a lot of people saying very similar things. And of these reviews the accounts have little to no other reviews posted. Read into that what you will..I feel many, if not most, are manufactured and require a willingness to suspend ones disbelief.So heres my experience. My wife bought a mod similar to the BO because she wanted to lower her nicotine intake and BO does not offer that... She was sold a device that sent hot, burnt, juice into her mouth after she used it for about 1/2 a day. The store has a strong No Return policy posted all over the store. So she didnt return it.... She decided the $60 she spent was just gone.I personally felt the place was a dive.. Now Im as punk rock DIY as they come...but the the decor was college dorm room with home made display shelves that were sagging in the middle (with some that looked like they may fall apart). The posters on the walls made it seem like a bodega. And the couple working that morning were less than vape shop professional.. more head shop casual.To conclude.. what I say doesnt matter.. please read a big swath of the reviews and take note of the similarities. Then ask yourself... Is this really the best vape store in town, hands down? Probably not.

Absolutely love Burnetts! You can customize your liquid to your liking/loving..the guys there are so nice and helpful. Im done going to other vape shops in Wilmington, Burnetts is my only choice from now on and I love that!

This place is amazing!!! I mean seriously!!!! I cant say enough about how great this Vape shop is. They make their money wholesaling all over the world, so, because of that, they can literally HOOK UP local residents for basically the cost of goods...Also, you can mix your own flavors.... Thats right.... Take any flavors (there are about 100 of them), mix them together, fill with VG and sweetener, nicotine...and then try it out. You can try your mix before you buy it!!!! Thats crazy! If you dont like it...you can tweak at all at no additional charge!How much is a typical 30ml bottle.....what....around $25? Sounds about right. Well, here, they sell their 30lm bottles for $10....OUT THE DOOR!!! Yep....$10 total!And it gets better.....60ml bottle: $18 out the door120ml bottle: $30 out the doorLove this place....stop paying $25 for over priced 30ml....start making your own!!!

These folks were the friendliest people and will take the time to explain anything you might not understand about vaping or vape juice you have questions about.They have a huge selection of vaping devices, and even a bar for mixing your own flavor juice!!They answered all my questions, this is definitely my go to place from now on!!!!!

My husband had an excellent experience here. Very personable and spoke with my husband on a first name basis. They allow you to mix your own flavors and also carry big name brands like Cuttwood, and are also willing to order brands or fluids that they dont carry in house. All in all it was a phenonominal experience and we encourage others to stop in and visit with them too!

ALL I gotta say WOW! They by far have the best selection and cheapest prices of quality Vapor Fluid and Vapor Sticks(lol what ever you call them). I was so impressed by there knowledge of product, and wonderful customer service! Im fairly new to Vapor cigs, and I wish I could remember his name(I think it was Brian), but the guy with the beard was very patient with me. He took his time and let me try flavor after flavor untill I found what I liked. Which was a mixture of Watermelon, Menthol and peppermint! He also told me If you think it needs a little more flavor on anything, just come back in and well add it to your bottle for free. They made me feel very comfortable with my lack of knowledge. Also I would like to mention on a side note his 30 ml bottles of custom mixed fluids are only 10$.

Find the rarest internet only available flavors coils.tanks and devices....saving me 50 percent on items I get for specialized tanks and devices you probably would.never knew existed if.not for you tube reviews.....but this place will have the coils for the best take available which inresearched n ordered but had to pay over 10 a child till I went here.....nice people too 10 out of 10!

I stopped by this place on a whim, it was the closest to me. Dawn was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuine. He helped fix the problem I was having and took the time to teach me about the products. I will be a customer here as long as I need to be, great staff and service!

The cbd cartridge they sold me that was supposed to be comparable to other cbd cartridges, (according to the owners) but not claiming to help cure treat any illness or inflammation due to disclaimer ... made my inflammation worse. A had a light and uncomfortable high was sleepy and the strawberry cartridge tasted terrible.

They really work great! Great taste and so easy to maintain, it immediately put me down to like 1 cigarette a week! Looking forward to all future designs and developments!
