Dwindling selection of juice and parts. Does not tell you when they are about to stop stocking items like coils for older rigs. Service is nice, but the business is becoming openly predatory.

The new girl there with the glasses, I can’t remember her name but she was absolutely awesome! She helped me get a really nice vape and recommended the juice that they mix together for you in the store! She also put the whole thing together for me and showed me how to do it myself. She was kind and truly did an awesome job! ❤️

Im not one to complain about a few dollars difference, but my Funky Republic disposable vape was $32!!! Outrageous, especially considering there are many competitors selling them for $20 within a couple miles. A $12 difference that the manager tried to excuse. Telling me what Ive recently been purchasing werentt real.

Great products and the knowledge + willingness to help each individual find what suits them best. In particular, a staff member named Bear walked me through a great deal of information to help me exchange the device I had for one more suited to my needs. This place is awesome!!!! John is the best guy I have ever dealt with. He’s amazing with customer service. Couldn’t be more satisfied. He made such an impression when we went and bought one set up for my husband that we went and bought another one that same night. Very educated on the liquids and just vamping in general. I highly recommend this place and especially John.

Products and prices are fine but i’ve never been in any store where the employees/managers are as paranoid about theft. got aggressively accused of stealing just because the employee there couldn’t breathe down the back of my neck for a minute or two while he helped someone else. he only calmed down after i showed him the contents of my purse. i was a regular customer but i’d rather go somewhere where i can browse without an employee standing 2 feet away and staring at me the entire time and yelling at me if he can’t

These guys are the best in town. You are informed about the product you want to buy and your opinions. They dont rush you !!! You HAVE to have an id or you dont get anything. I like the honesty. I will be going back. Also I was surprised at the low prices. Check them out !!!

THE BEST VAPOR PLACE IN WILMINGTON!Electra Vapor is my favorite e-smoke place. The staff is super friendly. I like there other locations as well. When I went in to the Electra Vapor store to buy my first e-smoke, they spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and showing me their products, unlike other vapor stores Ive been to.Every time I go back to the Electra Vapor to buy liquid from them, they are still as nice as the first time I went in. If you do have a problem with your purchase, they are quick and eager to make you happy.

Picked up a $20 vape battery.Checked my receipt at home: $24.06.

I went to this vape shop with my mother today. They did not card upon entry they just jumped in used car salesmen mode. I got accused of grabbing a bottle of juice when I just pointed at one I know my mom likes. They proceeded to throw us out because I am 20. Now I know I cannot purchase vape juice however I am able to purchase CBD items. This was appalling to say the least.

Paid 27$ for a vape I just found out can get down the road for 17.Rip offs! Shame on y’all!

Went in to purchase a backup battery and some e-liquid. The associate was very helpful and stopped what he was doing to serve me right away even though the store was pretty busy at the time. He helped me to find exactly what I wanted. (A 510 battery to temporarily power my Vivi Nova) He also suggested some other parts and liquids to vape with. I ended up purchasing two alternate Mini Vivi Novas and I am very satisfied with them.While I was there I overheard another associate trying to resolve a conflict with a customer who had damaged his unit from misuse. The associate was calm and explained clearly what the gentleman could expect, and why the unit failed. I think his response was more than fair.

Call to see if they carry coils for a tank I have, the guy said they didn’t have it and then hung up on me. What kind of customer service is that?! He didn’t even give me a chance to ask him any other questions that I had.

Guy working the front on Friday the 23rd and regional manager are excellent at what they do. They explained everything and my experience was outstanding. Highly recommended

I went in to request a replacement cartomizer because one I purchased started leaking within days. They took it apart and cleaned it and said it was fixed. It worked until I filled it that evening, then began leaking again. I took it back today and they said oh, it needs a new base, but we dont have any, youll have to go to our College Road store. Good customer service, imo, would be to say, Im so sorry that happened, here, lets replace it. Great customer service would be to say also, And have some juice too since yours leaked out. I left with my leaky product and I wont be returning. There are a lot of other e-cig competitors in Wilmington and online.

Customer service was horrible and condescending while having no knowledge of the products they’re selling. I will never return, go to Carolina beach road location instead.

I go here anytime I’m interested in a new vape device, liquid, coils, you name it! The one main reason is the staff. They answer any questions I might have and they’re very respectful and knowledgeable every time I come in. Definitely the best vape shop around.

For NC vape shops this one so far has the most knowledge. Fair amount of mods and juice. The employee was funny and had some answers.

Ask for the guy to make me a blueberry only..he makes the juice.. takes my money...i leave get to the house ..put some of the juice he made me...and it taste like soap!! its a black and blueberry juice...that was not what i wanted...

Trying to stop smoking going give vaping a try OG helped me out he was great patient and answered all my questions which were plenty never vaped before he also worked with my needs and no up sale if going try and of age go see OG
