The owner is super nice, friend and knows everything about e cigarettes. She went above and beyond to help me! I will recommend this store to anyone and will be going to this store only for my e cigarette need. Ive been coming here for like 13 years. I will not spend my money elsewhere. Its locally owned by a wonderful woman that works very hard. She is struggling to compete and its so unfair because she was a pioneer in this area with vape sales. I only use her products that I love and trust. Hubba Gum flavor rules !!!

Ive been a patron since they opened their first store. Im very pleased with the quality of products they sell. I read a post that said I can get 5 coils for $5 bucks lmao! Also if you can get better quality down the street as the other post wrote. Good luck! They make their product that I use in house. No one I mean no one has better tasting flavors than Vape Hut! Believe me Ive had the rest, have always came back to the best. ( only reason I went elsewhere was because it was after hours) it tasted horrible, I actually threw it away. Thanks for nothing the other self proclaimed Vape!

The guy who works there is NOT nice. I called to make an order on Sunday and he promised to call me back on Monday and he never did abs he was arrogant and just wanted to finish the call . I called this morning NO one answered. What kind of business is that where they won’t answer their calls and they never return calls. I left a voicemail mail and no one ever got back with me . Oh well you lost my business as i wanted to order a large order. Bye!

Ive been a customer for over 5 years but Im done with them. Yes the staff is super nice but the products they sell are junk. I bought a new battery on March 7 and was told I had 14 day warranty. On the 10th day it quit working so still being under warranty, I took it down there to get a new one but he told me he could fix it. I didnt want it fixed. I wanted a new one since it was under warranty. So I gave them a chance and just went with it. Now its broke again and out of the 14 day warranty! Dont buy batteries or chargers from them because they are JUNK!!

The guy who works there is not friendly at all!!! He could not find my account( didnt know I needed one). !0 minutes later I told him to just check me out. Very frustrating. Screwed up way to do business. Im moving on, won,t go back

Best Vape shop in Wilmington! They will not try to sell you something that you don’t need because they don’t work on commission like other stores in Wilmington. Also they will do anything they can to fix any problems you are having with your device. Every staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all products! There is a reason they were the first vape shop in Wilmington and have 3 locations now!

I wish I could rate less than one star. I was a loyal customer for over a year, even though the products they sold kept breaking. When I finally tried to return a brand new item that wouldnt charge, only days after I bought it, they refused. They are unprofessional and uneducated. Forewarning, DO NOT let them use your debit/credit card. They keep it in their system. I paid cash one day and later found out they double charged me by making an additional charge to my card. Take the time to travel right down the road to a much better store. I wish someone would have warned me.

I bought a faulty atomizer and although they very hesitantly refunded it, I used almost a full bottle of e-liquid to fill it up. When I asked they said they may be able to give me a bottle, but when it came down to it they changed their mind. Not pleased! Especially because their faulty atomizer shot a fireball of e-liquid into my throat which burnt me and they showed no sympathy. The least they could have done was give me half a bottle of their choice or apologized for my pain. Horrible customer service. I will definitely never go back there again.ElectraVapor is much better, more professional, and they will have my business from now on. Unfortunate because I have been a costumer of Vape Hut since they opened shop.

This was maybe the first of these stores in Wilmington and the only one here Ive been to so I cant compare. But theyve always been helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Tyler. Though I think he moved to another store.

Always have had a good experience here. The staff are knowledgable. I think the prices are fair and I love how I feel now that Ive not smoked a cigarette in about two years!

Very nice and helpful employees. Knew exactly which heater I needed by looking at tank. Thats been a problem at other cape stores for me. Love Vape Hut!!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable staff that sell you what you want. They have many juice lines including citrucity, five pawns and also are the creators of wilmingtons first craft juice lines vape hut premium and Subzohm. You must try the forest berry or vanilla cupcake!

Amazingly knowledgeable staff who will help you if you have any questions. They rock! They carry tons of different items and always have them in stock. They also can order something if you need it. I wont go anywhere else.

Have good variety, employees know what their talking about for the most part, but COMPLETELY ripped off my father charging him 4$ per replacement coil (usually 5$ for a pack of 5)
