Great selection, great people, amazing atmosphere.Employee was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me pick out my next set up

I actually was not impressed by the staff, I did not consider them very friendly. Also there is a limited selection of juice and their prices are higher than other shops. They do however have good sale prices on 0mg or flavors no one apparently likes.

I always have a great time when I come in. The employees and managers are awesome, products are amazing and the atmosphere is just like a second home. If given the opportunity, Id be proud to work with the Stars!!! 10/10!!!

Just went in to get a new coil and I had no idea what I needed but the employee did. He gave me what I needed but I questioned it after I left and so I went back and the employee was really patient with me and explained to me why I was thinking it wasnt right, but it was. Nice place. Good atmosphere.

Stopped by earlier today to pickup some liquid. I had expressed my concerns that the liquid I had purchased tasted nothing like the sample (hopscotch). Had the gentleman working there taste as well. Though he agreed it was completely different in flavor. I apparently was stuck with it for breaking the seal in the shop. It has a synthetic chemical taste. Wouldnt allow me to exchange it even though its unvapeable. So youre welcome to the money I spent. Itll be the last time.

Not the best customer service. But they are friendly. Just act kinda like if you ask a question its to much for them to answer cause they have been doing it all day

Friendly staff, that are usually well informed. Decent selection of products. My only complaint would be that the prices can be a bit high.

Ive visited many times and my daughter bought the Itaste mvp and it quit working after a month and they replaced it free! I thought that was great even though they have a know refund policy, they are always kind, and Ive gone in because I couldnt get my tank open and theyve opened it and been nice and not made me feel like a durp lol. This is not a bad place but it is a little higher than I am used to, I buy most of my stuff online but needed a fix for the holiday weekend. Cost me 30 dollars for a 120ml bottle.

Everyone is every nice.there is one guy who works there that makes you feel like he wants you to hurry and leave the store and dont really help with and questions you may have

Was a great place to stop bye and they actually got me started out with my first vape and started with what I needed and showed me the things I needed to to do to take care of it and use it. I thought they wasnt a whole lot to it and they aint but there a proper way to take care of it. Very helpful and nice. I recommend anyone who wants to know or learn about it or just get your vape products , stop in.

What a place....had a sign on the door required mask.. vacation or not...I personally hope they go broke..,got the same thing I was going to buy at gasoline alley., probably cheaper..

Super friendly staff that will set you up with whatever vaping needs you have. I was completely a beginner and was shown everything I needed to know. It was also really quick, before I knew it, I was vaping and hadnt smoke a cig in hours. Thanks guys!
