Totally Tobacco And Vape

Ive come to this vape shop on a few different occasions and every time I go in I leave in pure frustration as their employees dont know anything about their vapes. I come in for simple coils. I bring in my vape, with vape name and everything and they have no clue what coils to give me. Their employees need to have a better understanding of their products. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

I came in there & the employee watched me the entire time.. if I moved to a different area in the store, he moved too. I don’t know if it was racial profiling, but that is not good for business. I felt so uncomfortable. I was in there for all of 2 minutes, looking at what the store had.

Only thing is timing !!!! I live behind the shopping center and I came to the store because it says they open at 9 however no one is here.
