This was an amazing day I had.. they opened the spa on their day off just so I could have a bridal shower.. they set up bride decorations for me it was just amazing and the service was amazing the ladies were so very nice.. first time I have been to a spa and Im so glad it was there.. thank you ladies for everything you have done for my bridal shower..

This was my second time here. I love this place. I brought my mom in law with me the last time but I was disappointed at the nail service that by the way costs a lot of money.After getting an amazing facial, I couldn’t say the same about the nail service. I was very disappointed today, after spending $85 for dip that was rushed. Not an even hand massage. On top of that today 2 of my index finger nails came off on day 10. My mom’s gel nails weren’t great either. I would not recommend doing nails here. I have done facials here both times and they were excellent.

We arranged a Mother’s Day spa day 8 ladies total. The staff at Gray Orchid were phenomenal very accommodating. The experience was superb. They’re very friendly. The spa is beautiful. They coordinated everything with each one of us individually created an itinerary that worked perfectly, and all the ladies were very pleased and happy it was a great experience overall. We are already planning on doing another group spa day.. They provided snacks, mimosas and cute gift bags for all of us. I will definitely return by myself and with the group.

I had my first massage With Grey Orchid today and it was the best one Ive ever had! My masseuse, Yermin, was using just the right pressure for what I had asked for. She was amazing and knew how to work out the problem areas. The hot towels added such a nice affect to the experience. I felt like a new woman afterwards. The Spa is lovely, very clean and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is professional and wants to make sure you enjoy your visit. I highly recommend this Spa and look forward to visiting again.

How you may wonder...high quality customer service, professional technicians, accommodating and welcoming environment and overall wellness offerings. Grey Orchid hosted a bridal shower that I threw together for my sister. Ordering services for a large group was made easy! They spent time answering all of my questions and doing what they could to meet our needs/requests. The spa day/shower was so fun and it was the perfect way to spend some time together before all of the other wedding festivities. Grey Orchid had an incredibly nice and skillful staff. They even went above and beyond by decorating the lobby and by providing an adorable charcuterie board with mimosas on the side. They allowed me to bring in my own snacks/platters as well.

Everyone was super sweet and welcoming. I was greeted right away and with a smile, given a terrific cup of coffee and Brooke did a beautiful job on my nails. They will be beautiful wedding day. Thank you all for taking some stress off of this bride to be.

I had a nice and relaxing time at grey orchid for the spa day package. Each service felt customized and tailored to my needs. I didn’t feel rushed through at all and enjoyed my day!

This place is clean and staff are professional. My first visit was amazing I cant wait to return. The yound lady Dari did my facial which was a good experience for me. Ladies if you are ever in florida and want to have good service this is the place.

I booked a last minute spa day and I was very happy that they were able to accommodate it so last minute and so graciously. The booking experience was pleasant.The front desk person was very helpful and accommodating when I came in. Great experience with checking in.I enjoyed the concept of the robe and slippers. My only issue was that I am a short person (5ft 1in) and I was swimming in both items. I know that its a one size fits all situation and I just happened to be on the smaller end of that but it might be nice to have different options (small, medium, large, etc). I found it hard to walk in the slippers because they were so big, I had to shuffle around the place slowly. But the robe and slippers were comfy and a nice touch for a spa day.I would also suggest some light snacks or maybe even just some fruit for longer spa days. I would pay for it as an add on. I was there for 5 hours and I was starving at the end. I didnt realize there would only be Hersheys kisses. I saw on the reviews now that some people brought snacks, I didnt realize I could do that, I wish I had.The massage and facial were amazing! The two ladies that did those did a great job and always asked about pressure and if I was comfortable. Very relaxing experience!With the manicure and pedicure, I did get cut once on my hand (right pinky cuticle) and once on my feet (right big toe cuticle). I do want to preface this by saying I have very small hands and nail beds so it is difficult to work with my nails. But it was painful and the next day they turned into some very visible scabbed wounds. The nail polish application was also not too great. Two fingers had bubbles in the paint and a couple you could see the two different layers of paint. While the massage and paraffin wax treatments during the mani/pedi were relaxing, the actual nail work and polish was not very great.I also want to say that the dirty vents on the ceiling are not very relaxing to look at while youre getting a pedicure. Just a small touch that would really help with the aesthetic of the spa.

Grey Orchid Spa was lovely from the moment we walked in the door, it felt serene and calming from the start. The waiting area was lovely and had some products for purchase but was not a pressure cooker of items for sale! I had an appointment for a manicure, and when I booked my appointment online I also tried to book a lift and tint, but there were no appointments available so I thought I would ask when I arrived. Lucky for me someone had cancelled that morning and they were able to fit me in immediately after my manicure. My nail technician Felicia was lovely and very professional, while also being personable and she gave me a great natural nail manicure. The products were all high quality, the polish was organized by color, which was not only pretty but made it so easy to see the color palettes you prefer and make a choice quickly instead of having to look through rows and rows of color to find the blues or purples. Every tool and product was either disposable or pre-portioned out in small containers, so there was no already used files or digging into large containers in the midst of my service, which I very much appreciated. My eyelash lift and tint technician was Macy, and she was also lovely and very professional, and my lift and tint looks fantastic! She prepped my eyes with no issues and while my eyelashes were in progress she offered me a lip masque, fun bonus!! Throughout the entire procedure she was letting me know what she was doing and her narration was on point! When it was all finished, she made sure my eyes were not stinging or burning and after a quick look in the mirror I was on my way. I cant wait to go back, it was a fantastic experience form the moment I walked in right up until I paid and left. Thank you so much!!

Adaria did wonderful on my facial, wonderful serviceEdit: got a basic manicure from Lauren too, which i am very satisfied with! I have a job where my nails need to be short and well kept and my hands need to be well maintained, and Lauren certainly ensured they were! Love it!!!

Honestly, I am weary about going to spas because the service is typically hit or miss. My friends, this is a HIT!! Omg everything was wonderful. Every. Single. Service. I had a mani/pedi, facial and massage. I could not recommend this place more. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was so so adorable. I will definitely be back

I really loved it! I’m 8 mos pregnant and a pedicure was desperately needed since I can’t bend anymore. The spa experience was way better than walking into a nail shop with all the acetone, and toxic acrylic smells that I really can’t handle now that I’m pregnant. I really appreciated the space in this spa and the relaxed atmosphere. I will be coming back. Thank you!

Went for a prenatal massage at 30 weeks pregnant. I had Yermin as a masseuse and it was so relaxing and comfortable. I feel great and will definitely be back.

I arranged a girl’s spa day for my daughter in law that is expecting a baby. We had an amazing relaxing day!! From the start of the planning to the actual day, the staff at Grey Orchid were very accommodating. They created an itinerary that met each of our needs. They responded promptly to all my emails and even provided a package discount for the 4 of us. The receptionist or spa manager (I wish I could remember her name) was so kind . She set up a space for us to place the pastries I brought and provided plates, forks and flutes for the apple cider to toast our little celebration. The ambiance was so relaxing and inviting. We were all pleased with our services (facial, relaxation massage, prenatal massage, manicure, pedicure). Thank you to all the ladies that helped make this day special ( Receptionist/spa manager, Eileen, Shamika , Macy, Brooke, Felicia, Lauren). We will definitely return . I highly recommend Grey Orchid !

As a first time visitor for a manicure and pedicure, I was so happy with my service! Lauren did an amazing job and is very personable. They use a fresh bowl of water each time so no sharing a jet tub, which I appreciate. It is a clean environment with clean tools. I enjoyed plenty of pampering with scrubs, oils and warm towels. The experience was exactly what I had hoped for. Looking forward to more treatments soon!

What an excellent Spa Salon and experience. My granddaughter turned 18 and we had facials, nails, and a pedicure. The staff was incredible. From the moment we arrived and with every treatment absolute excellence. We will be back!

Grey Orchid is wonderful all around! Shivon who helped me book a spa day for myself and friends over the phone was so helpful and accommodating. We finally went in over the weekend and had such a wonderful experience all around! The staff was super friendly and helpful and my prenatal masseuse, Ilene, and foot masseuse, Macy, were excellent! I left so relaxed and will absolutely be back soon!

I recently began getting a massage once a month at Grey Orchid. Today was my 3rd visit with Jacquelyn. She is excellent. Courtney at the front desk is warm, friendly and always helpful. I treated my daughter to a pedicure for her birthday a few weeks ago and again had a relaxing and wonderful experience. Can’t say enough good things about the kind and professional ladies who work at Grey Orchid. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing morning here with family! Excellent service and so relaxing. I had a facial, pedicure and prenatal massage. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff took great care of us. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Here in Florida treating myself to a much needed vacation massage and came here per my friend Chris’ advice. Greeted very friendly and welcomed right from the door. They got me a drink while I waited. My therapist took me and treated me to a very full serviced CBD massage from head to toe feeling the tension in my body just melt away and she took her time and I never felt like she was rushing herself and it was so relaxing that I felt myself fall asleep and a couple of snores may or may not had escaped me slightly. So worth the price and just what I needed.

My technician was named Brook. She had the touch of an Angel, whenever she performed her duties. She informed me of every move andExplained every step. . Wh at a hidden, 💎This time, my Beautiful skin care tech was Adaria. She was PHENOMENALKNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT HER PRODUCTS, AS WELL AS HOW TO. USE THEM. SUCH EXPERT KNOWLEDGE ALONG WITH UPLIFTING CONVO WAS WONDERFUL. THANK GOD ! AND, THE RECEPTIONIST EMERALD IS A PURE. JOY.

I absolutely loved the experience I had today! Today is my birthday and I was gifted an amazing massage and facial by my daughter and was so sad when it was over. Jacqueline did my massage and she put me right at ease right away and made me feel comfortable. My facial with Niyarin was by far the best I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is superb. I cannot wait to come back! The amazing front desk ladies Karina and Melissa set the tone from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave! First visit to Grey Orchid…enjoyed a 90 min hot stone massage with Eileen. She was methodical yet intentionally individualized. Every area of tension was identified and treated with expertise. Relaxing yet therapeutic. Highly recommend. This massage was better than the recent ones I had at the Ritz and Four Seasons. Will return!

I did the royal spa day and it was heaven.First up was the deep tissue hot stone massage which hit every part of my body and worked out all those knots. Secondly was the Grey Orchid facial which sent me into even more relaxation as I lay there being pampered. Lastly was the Royal manicure and Royal pedicure where I got to the point that I almost fell asleep multiple times.The ladies were all so friendly and thoughtful. From the moment I got there to the moment I left they always made sure I was comfortable. I was offered drinks often, they made sure to insist I let them know if there was anything I wanted changed (whether the stone/ towel temperature, the massage pressure, etc..) and lastly, I was even offered a shawl when they noticed I got chilly in the pedicure room.The spa itself was a small place, but it was cozy and even though the ladies told me they were booked for the day, I still felt like I had the place to myself, which added an additional feeling of being pampered.Overall, I had an excellent time and plan to return and purchase gift cards for family members for holidays.Thank you Grey Orchid ladies. You did fantastic today!

Had an awesome experience with my facial, massage, medi, pedi. Especially pleased with Abigail.

This was my first time here and it was wonderful. I definitely plan to be back! The lobby/waiting area is inviting and the receptionist was so pleasant. I had the aromatherapy massage with Danyiell and it was glorious. I noted I was fine with more medium to firm pressure and she delivered. I also was dealing with some neck/shoulder knots and she really helped with that too. Overall, an enjoyable massage and the space was chic and relaxing.

The service was good both Mani and Pedi, on time. Great job. The outside of the premises is in real need of maintenance and removal of dead landscaping. Spas need to have a pristine appearance, Lots of dust in ceiling vents - needs attention. And tapped electric cc al wire or something at threshold at entry way does not give a best foot forward feel . I almost turned around when I saw that, but needed to to use my gift card. How does that pass code inspection?

So Ive done the strip mall mani/pedi, and those are fine. But if you want to feel truly pampered, with lots of personal attention, upgrade and go to the Grey Orchid. Ive never felt this relaxed after a mani/pedi.

Twice now, have had best massage in town, with two different masseuses. Better than the Ritz, and half the price. I have chronic back pain and both times, left the spa relaxed and pain free. Thank you Eileen and Jacqueline! Will be coming back, and often!

This is my 3rd spa day with my girlfriend at Grey Orchid. My therapists today were the best I’ve had there (Jenny and Eileen). Only hiccup was our pedis weren’t booked together. I understand scheduling issues can happen. Very pleased overall and will be back!

Grey Orchid Spa does it again! It had been too long since I booked a massage and my shoulders especially were really feeling it. I decided to book a 90 minute deep tissue with Jacquelyn and I am so happy I did. Truly, the BEST massage I’ve ever had. She worked out so many knots and I felt relief immediately. The spa itself is always so peaceful and inviting; and it’s decorated so cute for the October season. Hands down my favorite spa!

One of the best spa experiences I have every had! I choose the spa day package and had a relaxing day! I had called the day before and was amazed to get fit into there schedule! Everyone was professional and loved how warm and cozy the spa was.First started with a facial with Veronica. She was very knowledgeable and gentle. Brianna did my manicure and pedicure and was detailed and very sweet!Jacquelyn did my relaxation massage and did an amazing job. One of the best massages Ive ever had. She was very thorough and worked hard on all my knots.Overall it was a wonderful experience and cannot wait to go back!

It was my first time there as I received a gift card. Upon entering, its a lovely place with the character of an older building. The receptionists were sweet, welcoming and informative. I had a massage, manicure and pedicure (in that order). All of those services were top notch. Nice conversations with the staff. It never felt rushed but everything moved along. I truly was spoiled!! The mimosas were tasty and the cupcakes they gave us (it was my daughters birthday) were delicious. They take pride in what they do and it shows. I recommend them to anyone that wants quality services in a great atmosphere!

I took my half of my wedding party to Grey Orchid for a spa day on the day of my wedding. The service we received was absolutely outstanding. We were there from 9am - 3pm and had the whole spa to ourselves with the staff catering just to us all day. Each of us had several items done and everyone was very pleased with the results. The staff took their time during each of our sessions and didnt try to rush through the day or skimp on services. I had sessions for myself booked all throughout the day and, in-between services, there was charcuterie, mimosas/champagne, sweets, and coffee if we wanted. The staff really catered to us being there and celebrating my big day and made it a very special event. I love the fact that you can book spa days here, having multiple treatments throughout the day and really get everything you want done in one stop. The building is a very small and intimate setting, so its a very nice and relaxing time. Shavon, the owner, worked with me for about a month or two before the event date to set everything up and offer a special menu to myself and my wedding party based on all the services they provide and was a delight to work with. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The week of the event, she sent a PDF of the full list of services for each person and really made it more than just a spa day. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely be going back in the future and bringing more people with me. Thanks for such a lovely day, ladies!

I loved my services and my technician. I had a 60- minute relaxing massage and a sugar body scrub. The spa is very nice. It’s small, but very cozy. The only improvement I can suggest is heated massage tables- it’ll make a pleasant environment for technicians to work in, and also provide clients comfort. I loved everything! But I must say- I was very cold.

From the moment I walked into Grey Orchid, I was impressed. The staff is all very nice and professional, and they made sure I felt comfortable there as a new client. Lauren did my manicure, and it came out perfect! This has been one of the best manicure experiences Ive had, and I look forward to trying out their other spa services!

My BF gave me a spa day package here and he picked literally the best place in Central FL. He has gotten me other places spa packages before but Grey Orchid is my favorite. I had a massage which was so relaxing and everything was clean. Music and ambiance were absolutely perfect. I had a facial which was so enlightening and refreshing. My skin was glowing by the end of it. I had a mani-pedi and it was beyond perfect my nails look amazing and havent chipped (reg polish) at all! The entire team at Grey Orchid does their best to keep you relaxed and rejuvenated. During COVID, the entire facility and all staff are distanced but friendly, wearing PPE and cleaning hands/tools/materials etc. I would recommend for anyone and everyone.

Im not the kind of woman that has frequented spas per say. However, I have had facials, massages and mani/pedis all which are wonderful. My daughter purchased a gift certificate for Mothers day for Grey Orchid. I got a package deal with a massage, facial, mani and medi. What a lovely place, lovely staff and I truly enjoyed myself. I was there from 11:30am-4:30pm being pampered and treated like a queen. My favorite things were the massage and the facial. Top notch. Although the nail tech was pleasant and professional, Ive had better nail services but it was still very nice. I highly recommend this establishment for a day of self care and relaxation. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you so much GO!

Their Ladies Getaway package was excellent. Got it as a birthday gift and they did not disappoint. The quality of the services stood out and the massage portion was our favorite. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

My granddaughter was turning 16 and visiting us from out of town for her birthday. I wanted to do something special for her and her best friend. I called Grey Orchid to see if they could accommodate us for a spa day for 4 of us for her birthday. They went above and beyond!!! Without me even asking they decorated a small area with the number “16” balloons and had cupcakes and a veggie tray for us to snack on! We had facials, massages and pedicures! We all LOVED our services!!!! From my first phone call to the end of our spa day my experience was amazing! I will definitely be back and have already shared with some friends that they need to go visit Grey Orchid! Thank you!!!!!

I have gone here a few times now and have never left disappointed. The staff are so kind and respectful and all masked (yay)!! Everything feels safe and clean especially in these times that is so important for me. My go-to is the 60 minute deep tissue massage and I always walk out feeling looser and rejuvenated (obviously if you want something more relaxing go with the aromatherapy massage or relaxation massage both equally as great). The masseuses aren’t afraid to get in there and really get those tough spots rolled out but also check to make sure you’re comfortable. I will continue to be going back for my monthly and bi-monthly hour massage.

Ive been a customer of Grey Orchid since 2013 and I have never had a bad experience. I have gone for pedicures, manicures and massages and today had my first facial. I always leave feeling more relaxed and pampered. The staff truly cares for their customers and you feel like youre apart of a family. I would suggest this spa to anyone!

Went with a friend to enjoy a spa day together. Got the package with the 4 services: manicure, pedicure, facial, and massage. The spa itself is small but charming. Very clean. They allowed us to bring our own snacks as we were there for over 5 hours. The massage was good. The facial was good. Not the best I’ve experienced but good. Would have liked more pressure with the facial and was never asked what I thought of the pressure with the massage. I felt like I’ve had better manicures at a regular nail salon, don’t remember if I was brought something to soak my hands in, and was never told to wash my hands after they treated them (which normally occurs at a regular nail salon) but my manicurist was nice and friendly. The robes they give you to walk around and relax in we’re a 12. Best robe I’ve ever worn. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.Suggestions: There should be a better way to remove gel polish, they did it manually and it took much longer than at a regular nail salon. Maybe add a small meal (as an option for a fee) or healthy snacks with the packages since the customer is there for a while and would be a nice touch.Overall it was a good experience. I would go back for a massage, ask for the lady (Christina) who did my friends facial, and would probably get a pedicure. If you want to enjoy a spa day for a reasonable price (especially in Winter Park) at a clean and friendly venue, you will be happy at Grey Orchid Spa.

I’ve had some facials with Veronica, she is such a sweet heart!! She’s so kind & she does the best facials. She’s very gentle to the face & I always feel so relaxed & at peace when I get a facial from her.

My matron of honor booked a spa day here for my bachelorette. The services themselves and technicians were wonderful (pedicure and facial), however it was extremely disappointing that both of my bridesmaids were told they could not choose gel polish because they had apparently booked someone else immediately after us and they wouldnt have time. When we expressed how disappointing that was, and that we felt that their error in booking should not effect our quality of services, the manager refused to do anything to accommodate us or make it right. My matron was asked what part of the pedicure she could live without if she really wanted gel. She ended up going to get a pedicure down the road while I got my facial just on principal. We booked weeks in advance for this very special day, and we felt it was handled extremely poorly. We are locals that would have definitely returned, however we will not be returning or recommending Grey Orchid to anyone.**also, for the sake of clarification I would also like to add that both of my girls were asked if they wanted gel or regular polish, and were only told after choosing their gel colors that there would not be enough time.

I have been recommending clients and friends to this spa for years and I get nothing but great remarks about the quality of service and the atmosphere they create as soon as you enter the door. With the range of services they offer, you can gift a package of services to your spouse or good clients. I personally also come in for a monthly massage. I find it helps with muscle tension and allows me to sleep better at night.

Lauren was great, very sweet, very personable as well. She made great recommendations for my nail color and my foot massage was wonderful!

It was my first time at Grey Orchid. I got my lashes filled by Jo. She was great! Super comfortable & relaxing fill. She was fast & smooth in applying them. I liked the overall atmosphere of the spa. Will return for sure!

Got 3 lash lifts here. The first and second we’re good. They turned out great and I loved the results. My last lash lift was right before Thanksgiving and did not go well. I just went to a different salon and was told that my lashes were the most over processed they had ever seen. I now have to wait another 4 weeks before they can just even out my lashes. Then it will be at least another 8 weeks before I can get them lifted. After it all, it’s going to be at least 20 weeks before my lashes are able to be lifted again. The solution for perming lashes can be tricky, but it was clear right away it was left on for far too long.

Go with Macy Monroe, shes amazing. I would let her give me a facial any time.

Grey Orchid day spa is relaxing from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly and professional. I had the age-defying facial with Cassidy, and it was an amazing experience. Cassidy explained everything that would take place, answered any questions I had, and made me feel super comfortable throughout the experience. My skin feels hydrated, is luminous, and I will definitely be booking this service among others in the future.

(writing this from the car so that my review is completely accurate)this was my first massage ever and it was so so good, i was running a few minutes late and they called to check up on me which i thought was so sweet! the receptionist was super friendly and super kind. sometimes with high-class spots it can feel weird walking in like u have to prove something to fit in but here .. to put it short it was a boujee experience but it didn’t feel like i wasn’t welcome at any point lol.i filled out some forms upon arrival that took about 5 minutes and some change to do. my massage therapist was jacquelyn, and she did a great job working on me; i paid for a deep tissue and a foot massage, and the deep tissue was something i wasn’t used to so it felt weird. not in a bad way, because she definitely knew what she was doing—just first-time-having-someone’s-fingers-under-my-bones weird (but good nonetheless). the foot massage.. the FOOT MASSAGE sent me into some kind of hypnotic coma. idk. idk. it was stupid good, like i was asleep but awake? my mind was working but my body was asleep. i don’t know how she did that, but godly hands! godly hands! 10/10. i loved it so much, i grabbed a business card on my way out and i’m definitely coming back. if you’re on the fence, i recommend making an appointment 100%.

The Grey Orchid is AMAZING! The moment you walk in youre greeted, and they ask if youd like a beverage while you briefly wait. A fabulous spa! Staff is friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make the experience a great one. The upgrade to the interior is very calming and adds an intimate feel to the waiting area. Lauren is THE BEST around Central Florida for mani/pedi! I highly recommend making an appointment with her! Emily is the greatest esthetician for waxing services & the only one I will use for my eyebrow appointments!!
