Very welcoming, happy to share their knowledge with you. At the same time, the sales clerknis willing to listen about how a product was utilized in a different fashion, to get it to work even better than originally intended. Was even open learning about newer products along side customers. I have been pleased with most of my purchases. To clarify the only one I wasnt, was not the fault of anyone or the store. You may find me in there if you visit some time in the future, as I will definitely be a returning customer.So its been a while since my last review. Since then they have hired a new lady. Unfortunately I have never experienced such horrible customer service in a smoke shop before. Especially when they already had over $100 worth of merchandise I already planned to buy. While I searched for what I needed (helping myself) I let her help the 9 other customers that passed thru while I located what I wanted. She was trying so hard to run me out of the store. Mind you I was nothing but polite to her. She would yell across the store you just need to come back Wednesday. because she wanted to take her lunch. I told her I need more products than the one i asked about, id like to be able to use my stuff today, not wait 3 days. She kept saying you just need to come back and then complaining to the person she was talking to on the phone about me looking if she could point me to what i needed i wouldnt be looking i wasnt browsing. I can understand wanting to take your break, but at the same time last time I checked, when Ive worked customer service, customer service jobs take breaks when your finished with customes and sales. Im sure the owner would be bummed if he heard she was trying to skip sales. Especially when theres a potential sale pending and shes loosing the store probably another $100 in sales, which I had planned to buy. She kept telling me to come back on another day first Wed, then mon Im here because I dont want it another day, Id order it online for a lot less $, I pay a premium to buy it in a convenience store because of the convenience of getting it right now! I really hope that is not the customer service I should come to expect from the store Ive really enjoyed shopping here In the past...

Called to ask for a coil to fit my rig, this is a specific item. Didnt want to drive all over town and not find the right one as Id already been to 2 shops and not found it... I was told, Im with a customer you can come look for yourself. Wow, not even a please hold? Which I would have been Happy to do. Yeah, I didnt waist my time or theirs.

Great people here. They are very helpful. This store has a variety of products also.

I put the flavor in the e-cigarette. I dont have them, I just dont have them and they dont even sell in the last shops. People are lazy and only buy ready juice. You can find everything on the internet. Otherwise, you said everything as it is.
